The staff were very helpful and professional. A relaxing atmosphere. Communication was a 10 out of 10. Was always in contact with us. For example, when the power went off we were sent a whats app advising us for how long. Location was central to shops, night-life, beach. Easy walking access to everything.

Breakfast was cold but that was all we did not like.

This is a hidden paradise in busy Seminyak. The Suites are spacious and luxurious with all the little extras provided, including a beautiful silk robe hanging ready by the gorgeous bed. The semi outdoor bathroom is magic and having a stone bath to soak in was so relaxing. The separate sitting area and kitchen which looks out over the pool is the perfect addition and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even though my stay was short, it was so amazing. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

This place was a little gem! Truly such a beautiful place tucked into a little lane, but still amongst all the fun of Seminyak! A short walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants and much more right there also. Great location! Plus of course special mention for all the staff there as they are so friendly and kind. It was such a nice place to stay.

I have stayed here before - this was a return visit - great location and staff lovely.

Small problem with air conditioning but I did advise property and they were sorting it out.

Hôtel dans une petite ruelle au calme. Nous avions réservé la Villa avec piscine privée : hyper jolie et typique avec petite piscine très agréable après balade dans seminyak. Petit dej très bon. Le personnel était au petit soin avant et pendant le séjour pour nous organiser notre arrivée tardive. Nous avion demandé un dîner tardif pour notre arrivée il était succulent!!! Et ils ont géré nos transferts. Tout était au top...je recommande. u Un vrai coup de cœur !

Pour un sejour a seminyak je recommande a 100% Belle villa qui donne sur la piscine. Decoree avec gout, disposant d’un sejour et d’une chambre Au calme mais proche du centre ville, de la plage de Seminyak et de nombreux Warangs et commerces. Bon petit dejeuner et personnel aux "petits soins" C’est beau, confortable et proche de tout, j’y retournerai.

Essendo una famiglia abbiamo optato per la villa con piscina privata. Stanze pulite, ampie e comode, ed ognuna con bagno, l'arredo è molto carino in stile balinese. La cucina è perfetta per preparare un pasto semplice. La zona è silenziosa, nota importante considerando il caos di Seminyak, ma uscendo sulla strada c'è di tutto, market, negozi, spa ed in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia. Personale sempre cordiale, attento e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto anche la colazione, ottima, servita direttamente nella nostra villa. Un grazie in particolare a kangu (spero di aver scritto il nome correttamente) che ci ha veramente coccolati!

The place is amazing. The position is excellent to reach the sea with a short walk through the characteristic streets of Seminyak, and the staff is extremely nice and open to solve any request.

Loved the location and the design. bed was comfortable

stayed two nights in both the breakfast tasted bad unfresh and it took long to make, the check in also took long and I was placed far from the pool in which there are onlu sunbeds outside of the poolside rooms, what about the other guests? can't we use the pool comfortably?..and with the window facing the street. The place feels unorganized and the room is very pretty but the building is old and you can hear everything outside your door, stairs are very loud and hear constantly in the room.

Все рядом , и пляж и магазины , место тихое Завтраки вкусные Были сначала в отдельном номере на втором этаже , а потом решили продлить на сутки из-за позднего вылета и нам предоставили номер 3 , он шикарен!! Огромный и удобный , все там есть , в следующий раз прям в этот номер заселились бы ))

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und schöne große Zimmer im Erdgeschoss um den Pool herum. Im Umkreis von 15-20 min. Fußweg erreicht man alles Wichtige in der Umgebung. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, da abseits der Hauptstraßen gelegen.

Frühstück ist eher durchschnittlich, aus der Dusche kam leider nur kaltes Wasser.

A superb boutique hotel in central Seminyak. We loved the staff, the gorgeous room, pool and the location. Close to the beach to see the sunsets, and good shops in the surrounding area.

Magnifique hotel reposant à deux pas de la plage et des magasins. Très belle décoration dans les teintes rouges. Notre logement était en total indépendance avec un patio équipé d’une cuisine. Une tres grande chambre avec une hauteur sous plafond. Une salle de bains bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et suivant vos envies. Tout le personnel est souriant, à vos soins et professionnel. Il y a plusieurs sortes de logement mais tous individuels ce qui crée une atmosphère tranquille. Je recommande vivement.

We verbleven in de villa met 2 slaapkamers en privé zwembad. Het is een prachtige en hele relaxte accommodatie en nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren graag nog wat nachtjes langer gebleven. Let er wel op dat er om de hoek elke avond live muziek is (althans toen wij er waren) dus wil je niet al te laat naar bed zijn oordopjes wel handig. Maar laat je daar vooral niet door tegenhouden want het is echt genieten daar!

Wat een fijne plek! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom dankzij Mikayla, Dina en de andere personeelsleden. Wat een super gastvrije en vriendelijke mensen! De villa was prachtig, helemaal in Balinese stijl, keurig schoon en met een heerlijk privézwembad. Het ontbijt werd bij onze villa geserveerd. De ligging is ideaal: dichtbij het strand en alle gezelligheid van Seminyak, maar toch heerlijk rustig. Echt een perfecte combinatie! Omdat wij pas 's avonds terugvlogen, was het ontzettend fijn dat we na het uitchecken nog even onze spullen konden laten staan en gebruik mochten maken van de douche. Een geweldige service! Wat ons betreft absoluut een aanrader. Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug als we weer in Seminyak zijn!

Everything was amazing!! Everyone was very kind and hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate us. The property/rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the afternoon tea service was a nice touch too. The location was very central while feeling tucked away and quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Wir wohnten in der Private Villa der Unterkunft. Uns hat besonders die gute, sehr ruhige und dennoch sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels gefallen. Alles war in der Nähe. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir lernten Gäste kennen, welche schon seit Jahren dieses eher kleine Hotel besuchen, weil sie es so schätzen. Können wir nachvollziehen.

Lovely people, nice location, nice breakfast close by the city. A hidden treasure and very clean.

On se sent comme chez soi. On est tout de suite accueilli par la réceptionniste qui nous appelle par notre prénom. Ils sont tous très gentils. L’hôtel est proche de tout. Très joli aussi. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec un large choix à la carte.

Le seul petit bémol a mes yeux c’est que nous recevions tous les jours des carafes d’eau au lieu de bouteilles d’eau fermées. Ils m’ont certifié que c’était de l’eau filtrer et que tout le monde en buvait. Mais je n’étais pas très à l’aise avec ça donc j’allais acheter mes bouteilles d’eau chaque jour.

It's a great place to stay. Not that many rooms and so the hotel service felt very personal The breakfast was wonderful. I loved the kombucha with breakfast, that was made on site. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful at all times. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The number of creative animal shapes that staff could make with the towel on the bed, was impressive.

We stayed in the two bedroom villa, it is really private and has its own pool. It’s well decorated in a vibrant quirky style and I love the open roof design (it has glass to stop the mozzies) The rooms were really comfortable and surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to walk to the beach or shopping and restaurants. The outdoor kitchen was a real bonus.

We had the most lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were genuinely so amazing, they could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much, so welcoming and passionate about their customer service. The pool area is small but everything we wanted, they provide towels and it is a real sun trap ! We brought a shower filter but struggled to fit it, and one of the helpful housekeepers were straight up to fit it, and get it off for us on our last day. Easily accessible for grab bikes and cars, and also in walking distance to convenience stores and places to eat and drink. The first hotel of our 2 week trip to Bali as first timers, and it started it out perfectly for us 😄 A special thanks to Mikayla, Bimo and Dina 😄 We would definitely be back !

Excellent location, great facilities. Staff were lovely. The property was immaculate, very well maintained. Lovely pool area. We had a fantastic time there and will be back Have been travelling to Bali for years and this would have to be the best places to stay.

Met with a welcome drink and a quick guide of the villa. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location was top notch - lots of warungs and other useful facilities right there (massage, money changer, stalls etc). Given that, it's location down a very quiet street meant that the noise was minimal, there was no passing cars or motorbikes, and very few people wandering past!

It was a shame that the waterway inside the gate wasn't working. Hopefully the pump is fixed soon!

Two nights are not enough. I was sure that my stay will be good because the staff already offered so much support before my journey even started. Once I arrived at the Hotel I was kindly greeted with open arms and received a Kombucha made with Dragonfruit as a welcome drink that tasted really good. Mikayla provided a very easy check-in process and shared so many helpful informations with me. There's even a QR code that you can scan with lots of informations about the accommodation and Seminyak in general. The suite was such a cozy place that had a pretty interior design with red as the main color and I immediately felt comfortable. There was a balcony with a little kitchen area that had filtered water in two huge cans, tea, coffee, a mini bar, tableware and a nice couch with many pillows to relax on. The bedroom had a very comfy queen bed, a Smart Tv for personal entertainment and two beautiful silk kimonos that I really liked to wear. The breakfast was delicious and I also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea with a sweet little treat. Everything was taken care of and it was very easy to have such a great time. The staff was absolutely amazing and lovely. They give all their best to make sure that all your needs are fully satisfied. Thanks to Mikayla who is a sweetheart and the whole friendly team my trip to Bali had a wonderful beginning.

Tout ! L’hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le petit dej est délicieux et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. Il y a également une petite piscine très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour votre séjour à seminyak !

赤を基調とした、かわいらしい素敵なヴィラでした。 スタッフはいつもにこやかに私たちを迎えてくれました。 周囲には飲食店やコンビニがあり、繁華街までも近くて立地がよく、その上でとても静かで過ごしやすかったです。 追加で3500円で払うと、フローティングブレックファーストもやってくれました。

半袖半ズボンで寝たらダニに刺されて痒い思いをしました。 また、これは私たちの勘違いかもしれませんが、ユニクロの黒い長袖シャツが1枚、荷物から減っていました。

The location was spectacular – right in the heart of the entertainment and nightlife, but down a private street, away from the hustle and bustle, and merely a short 7 minute stroll to the beach (along a proper pavement). The air conditioning was a godsend, rooms were immaculate, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely unexpected treat.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the beach and also from the Main shopping and food Streets in Seminyak, which is very convenient. The staff are really kind and helpful and the suites are clean and comfortable
