There was an excellent choice of food but wasn't the best quality. Alcohol was local alcohol and you had to pay for branded.

Minden tökéletes volt. Kedves, figyelmes személyzet. Gyönyörű környezet. Nagyon sok féle étel közül lehetett választani. Minden nap különböző programok. A környék felfedezésére autó bérlés erősen ajánlott, amit a szállodában is meg lehet tenni.

Tatsächlich ist die Qualität der Getränke schlecht. Man bekommt nur Hauseigenen Alkohol kostenlos.. alles andere ist kostenpflichtig. Selbst eine große Wasserflasche kostet etwas. Sowas haben wir in einem 5 Sterne Resort noch nicht erlebt. Das ist sehr schade. Essen ist okay aber nicht sehr viel Auswahl.

Нам понравился большой двухэтажный номер с собственным большим бассейном, понравился персонал на ресепшне (нам помогала и всё обьясняла Роуз), женщина у бассейна, которая рассказала где находятся остальные бассейны, водитель багги, который отвез нас в номер и рассказал всё о территории и помог с чемоданами, очень приятные горничные. Отдельно благодарим за дополнительный час при выезде. Мы прибыли в отель поздно из-за задержки рейса, но персонал предложил нам покушать, это было очень приятно. Чувствуется забота о гостях. Понравилась еда в ресторане и баре у бассейна и напитки. В номере классная кофемашина с капсулами (как у меня дома, очень удобно). В частном бассейне мы купались даже поздней ночью и вода была не холодная. Выход на пляж совсем рядом. Территория понятная и не огромная, до всего легко добраться. Общественные туалеты в лобби и у бассейна чистые и с хорошим запахом. Можно курить на балконах виллы, предоставляются пепельницы, что очень удобно. Ночью на територии тихо и спокойно. Парковка рядом, у входа на ресепшн, что очень удобно. Есть минимаркет на территории, а так же магазины и рестораны рядом с отелем.

Для августа температура воды в частном бассейне вполне подойдет, но в остальные месяцы хорошо было бы подогревать бассейн. Большой бассейн тоже прохладный. Было бы хорошо добавить тени на территории (у бассейнов и там, где гольф), И, хотелось бы, больше морепродуктов. Так же, очень помог бы выез в 12.00 вместо 11.00. В номер проникали муравьи, но это домик на земле, поэтому это естественно. Хорошо бы иметь адаптеры на ресепшне, Я привезла свой фен Дайсон и у него круглая вилка, которую можно вставить в розетку только с адаптером. В минимаркете на территории тоже не оказалось. Я купила его в поселке в магазинчике рядом с отелем. Мне всегда предоставляли адаптер в других отелях. В итоге, никаких серьезных недостатков не было. Мы прекрасно провели время.

Great location, access to beach and the overall geography of the property

Quality of beverages and products used in the bar and restaurants can be of higher quality for a five star rated all inclusive resort. For sure they had the better ones as paid, but at this price we have seen other resorts offer better standards too.

Ancak tesisin konumu, denizi ve odalar güzeldi. Resepsiyondakiler çok kaba ve suratsızdı, belki de vatandaşlığımdan dolayıdır. Otelin girişinde farklı ülkelerin bayrakları var ama Türk bayrağını göremedim.

Vicino alla spiaggia, mare bello. Asciugamani gratuiti e si potevano cambiare ogni giorno. Staff della reception, piscina del bar, camerieri e ragazzo della spiaggia gentili e disponibili. All inclusive ok, cucina molto internazionale ma buona.

Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio gigante in camera, abbiamo chiamato le signore delle pulizie con difficoltà l hanno fatto uscire e disinfettato. La stessa sera ne è uscito un altro ancora più grande allorché ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza. In un hotel a 5 stelle non è ammissibile. Oltretutto scarafaggi morti rimasti in corridoio per più di un giorno. Ce l’ hanno cambiata con una più interna e non è più successo. Il Signore che chiudeva le piscine era molto scortese e iniziava a sistemare un’ ora prima della chiusura anche in modo molto scocciato. Ombrelloni in spiaggia non abbastanza per tutti gli ospiti dovevi arrivare entro le 930/9.45 seno’ non trovavi posto. Ci sono sempre i furbi che occupano ombrellone con teli e se ne vanno ma il ragazzo in spiaggia era davvero bravo e ci ha sempre aiutato! E’ una struttura sovrappopolata.

Nice and clean hotel. I really liked my room, especially the private pool and sea view. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from. The beach is also very close. Overall, I had a great stay.

Most of the staff were nice, but sometimes I felt like some staff members were looking at me strangely, which made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית לכן לא יצאנו הרבה מהחדר אבל לזוג שבא עם חדר רגיל יהיה להם פחות כיף כי זה משפחתי יותר והקהל היעד או העיקרי שם זה גרמנים אז קחו בחשבון

ההליכה לאזור של הבריכות פרטיות ארוכה ובעלייה לכן קצת מאיישת, ובעיקר נדהמנו מהצוות שהיה קצת ייבש לעומת המלון שקודם שהיינו.

La location meravigliosa direttamente sulla spiaggia di Stegna. La struttura ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i servizi. L'ottimo staff di animazione ed il servizio di trasporto interno.

La ristorazione di qualità medio bassa, la scarsa preparazione del personale di sala e la maleducazione di una responsabile di sala. Il buffet principale che chiude alle 21. La qualità dei drink in generale e del cibo del pool bar. Ne consegue che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è corretto.

L’emplacement était superbe : hôtel niché au fond d’une impasse, donc très calme. La plage très proche de l’hôtel c’est très agréable et sans musique pour se relaxer, il y a en plus des toilettes. L’hôtel est joliement décoré, de manière moderne. Lobby agréable, plusieurs piscines donc une au calme avec un accès de plein pied depuis la chambre. Super club enfant : joli cadre climatisé et animatrices et animateurs internationaux au top (dont un couple adorable de français qui ont été géniaux avec nos enfants) La cuisine variée et bonne. J’ai beaucoup aimé le calme, c’est un hôtel (où la plus part des vacanciers sont allemands) et la végétation très belle de l’hôtel. Salle de sport et spa superbes et animations le soir de qualité et aussi animations pour les enfants.

La vue depuis la chambre côté piscine un peu triste et manque d’espace. Déception que notre demande d’avoir deux chambres côtes à côtes n’ait pas été prise en compte, même si le problème a été résolu le lendemain.

Great quality of food, good facilities, clean property and a lot of activities for kids.

The beach was full of pebbles even though it was advertised as sandy beach not very toddler friendly. At times the service was slow and felt understaffed. Also the menus needed some healthier options for children, even a simple pasta would do.

Море чисте, красива природа, пляж пісочний, захід в море пісочний, а за 1,5-2 м починаються каміння, цікаво плавати з масками -багато риб, пляж чистий , прибранний, власний із прекрасними жезлонгами, ніхто не займає зранку шезлонги, і можна спокійно прийти після сніданку і місця завжди були. Система харчування - весь час доступ до їжі і до напоїв без ліміт. Дуже сподобалвся персонал на всіх ділянках, привітні і старанні люди, ми отримали позитив. Фітнес рум - невеликий і немалий, всім всього вистало, трохи б сильніше кондиціонер щоб працював було б краще. Є щоденні програми і для дітей, і для підлітків і для дорослих. Ми насолоджувались живою музикою майже кожен вечір біля бара у басейна. Дуже прекрасні були програми. Було чисто, приємно, все добре організовано. Ми вдячні за відпочинок. Для сімей з дітьми - ідеально. Можна поруч орендувати лодку, катамаран і тд, кайтсерфінг відсутній тут , але треба їхати на південь острова десь годину - мої сини були у захваті.

Зверніть увагу на каналізацію - часто був неприємний запах. У фітнес клубі потрібний кращий кондиціонер. Селище не для прогулок.

Чудовий отель де немає недоліків. Особливо хочу подякувати кухні та шеф поварам. В мене була потреба безглютенової їжи і в цьому плані все було чудово. Навіть піцу за замовленням готували.

The service was excellent, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms very cleaned daily, however, they were a bit outdated and small. Nice private beach and family friendly activities. The food was great and menus chnaged everyday. The only downside are the queues to be seated at dinner time.

Getränke alkoholische wie nicht alkoholische die all inklusive sind teilweise nicht sehr genießbar Sprite schmeckt nach Chlor. Kein 5 Sterne Standard Pool sehr klein und voll. Strand sehr schmal und voll. Man zahlt dauernd extra zum Beispiel Sauna auch der ..Indoorpool 20 Euro pro Tag. Billard 2 Euro...

Пляж готелю розташований в дуже красивій живописній бухті. Комфортне дно, поруч прокат водного транспорту, зручні шезлонги з матрасом. Місця на шезлонгах вільні до 9.30-10.00. Пізніше зайняти складно. Можна прогулятися по містечку Стегна. Красива доглянута територія, багато локацій для відпочинку. Номери зі свіжим ремонтом, чисті, повністю функціональні з терасами і видом на море. Була вечірня анімація. В ресторані завжди великий асортимент фруктів, дуже смачні грецькі йогурти. В цілому готель сподобався, залишилися позитивні враження, рекомендую.

Ви точно не будете голодними, але асортимент страв в головному ресторані і якість їх приготування на наш погляд трохи не відповідає 5 зіркам. Не сподобалося, що не ви самостійно обираєте столик в ресторані, а вас розсажує персонал і сімʼю з трьох людей саджають за тісний двомісний стіл. При тому, що столики на 4-х осіб поруч вільні.

Die freundliche und fürsorgliche Betreuung des Zimmer- und Restaurantpersonals, die gesamte Hotelanlage machte auf uns einen gepflegten und weitläufigen Eindruck, d.h. selbst als die Anlage gut gebucht war, hatte man nicht den Eindruck in einer lärmigen Touristenhochburg zu sein. Es war eine durchweg entspannte Atmosphäre, was auch an den Gästen gelegen hatte.

Der Strand. Aufgrund der großen Steine war es schwierig ins Wasser zu gelangen. Wir sind deshalb zum ca. 5 km entfernten Sandstrand Tsambika Beach (mit kostenpfl. Liegen) ausgewichen. Fahrtzeit m.d. Auto ca. 15 min. kostenlose Parkplätze. Allerdings sollte man dort sehr früh (ab 8 Uhr) sein, ab ca. 11 Uhr wird es richtig voll. Die Speisekarte im Restauant Aurora könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, also zumindest 1x die Woche mit neuen Angeboten. Wir haben dort manchmal typisch griechische Gerichte vermisst. Das Essen war aber durchweg von guter Qualität.

The location of the hotel was fantastic with beautiful surroundings and well maintained outdoor spaces, the personnel was very professional and attentive, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fact that there were several swimming pools made people spread out through the hotel, giving a peaceful atmosphere at all times. Also, the atmosphere was very nice for families with young kids, our 4 year old daughter enjoyed playing in the international kids club. The night animation was also very interesting. There are many nice restaurants and a car rental company nearby.

The hotel and the facilities are amazing! Set into the hills just next to the beach town. The staff is impeccable and super helpful! Everything was clean and we loved every moment of our stay!

One thing I have to say is that the food could have been better. There is a large variety so everyone a find something, but the meat was usually overcooked and the rest was very oily… it’s a pity because the ingredients were always fresh (salad bar was amazing!)

As non-alcoholic drinkers, we were refused non-alcoholic beer. even the managers didnt understand commercials that non drinkers save them lot more costs

We had an amazing time at Porto Angeli! The hotel represents a very high standard in every aspect. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival, drove us around the resort, and explained where everything was – it made us feel at home right away. We also really appreciated that there was absolutely no problem with a late check-out, which made our last day stress-free. On top of that, the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the views were absolutely stunning. We are very satisfied with our holiday and would definitely love to come back!

Výborné jídlo, milý personál, nádherné prostředí a nadstandardní služby. Měli jsme zlatý náramek, který zahrnoval i vstup do wellness, vstup do restaurace a taverny. Adult only oblast byla naprosto fantastická, moderně zařízené pokoje, nádherný bazen na pokoji a úchvatný výhled na celou zátoku.

Perfektní servis, milý a ochotný personál. Jídlo skvělé. Ocenila bych více mořských plodů, ale to už by byl naprostý luxus:) krásná pláž s pohodlnými lehátky. V květnu jich bylo dost pro všechny, hotel už byl dost plný. V den odjezdu jsme i po check outu mohli využívat hotelovou pláž i restauraci až do odpoledne.

I liked the beach, it was nice with the sand and near by. Also that it wasn’t loud in the evenings, all programs finished early which was good as we needed to put our kids to bed early.

It was much smaller compared to the pictures. The whole territory wasn’t big, not what we have expected.

Our stay at Porto Angeli Beach Resort was simply excellent. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The Junior Suite was incredibly spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The private pool and the view were absolutely perfect for a couple looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. All the staff members were outstanding. Everyone was always very friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the restaurant and bar staff for their kindness and positive attitude, as well as the reception team for their total availability and professionalism throughout the entire stay. The hotel facilities are modern, spacious, and very well maintained. The resort is also perfectly located and works wonderfully both for guests looking for peace and relaxation and for families with children, thanks to its excellent amenities and welcoming atmosphere. Another highlight was the food quality and variety. Every meal offered a wide selection of options and everything was consistently fresh and delicious.

Chambre dans l'immeuble Sirocco très mal isolée. Vous vivez littéralement avec les bruits de l'étage et du couloir, impossible de faire une nuit correcte malgré les boules khies..

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir kamen um 10 Uhr am Hotel an und die Zimmer waren schon frei, das war super. Hatten ein Bergblick Zimmer gebucht und ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen, vielen Dank dafür. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist ein reines Familienhotel, was aber so deutlich nicht beschrieben war. Für Paare meiner Meinung nach ungeeignet, da die Pools etc. alles auf Kinder ausgerichtet sind und man selten Ruhe findet, es keinen reinen Erwachsenen-Pool gibt. Beim Abendessen sollte in einem angeblich 5 Sterne Haus auf den Dresscode geachtet werden. Leute mit Badeshorts, Badeschlappen und Trägershirts sollten zurückgewiesen werden. Eine lange Hose zum Abendessen ist nicht zu viel verlangt. Die Tische im Hauptrestaurant sind sehr eng gestellt, dadurch muss man sich, wenn der Nebentisch belegt ist, durchschlängeln, sehr unangenehm. Auch gibt es keinen Erwachsenen-Bereich im Haupt-Restaurant. Die Größe des Badezimmers ist ausreichend, jedoch die Badewanne als Dusche entspricht höchstens einem 3 * Niveau, da die Badewanne sehr schmal ist und dadurch Duschen sehr eingeschränkt möglich ist. Die Liegen am Strand sind sehr schön, der Strand selber aber nicht so toll.

I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it is not a true 5-star property, but considering the price-to-quality ratio and the overall experience, I rate it very positively. The food was tasty, fresh, and well-seasoned. The drinks, despite being made with local alcohol, were very good. The staff were fantastic. The place itself is absolutely beautiful.

היינו בנופש משפחתי, 13 איש בארבעה חדרים. בגלל שהמצב הבטחוני גרם לספק אם אכן ניסע, הסכימו לא לגבות דמי ביטול עד יום ההגעה.המקום יפייפה ועונה על כל הצרכים.מתקנים ופעילות תרבותית ברמה גבוהה. הצוות כולו מקסים, מנסה לסייע ואדיב מאד.חוות הדעת הזו על דעת כל הקבוצה המשפחתית.

The food was plenty and tasteful; however, the ingredients could be better chosen in à five star hotel. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi în our private pool wasn’t working. The only thing I disliked was a kind of wooden board in the shower not very proper and with mould

L’hôtel est superbement entretenu, les infrastructures sont modernes , le personnel est sympathique , le buffet est varié et tout est pensé quand on a des enfants . Un complexe très agréable

Il serait parfait d’avoir une des petites piscines pour enfant chauffées. Et nous étions en début de saison tout n’était donc pas ouvert.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, obsluga rewelacyjna i bardzo pomocna, nie moge miec zastrzezen. Jedzenie smaczne, dobrze doprawione, roznorodne. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakosci. Polozenie na koncu ulicy, na samym koncu zatoki eliminuje uciazliwy ruch i halas. Plaza piekna lecz troche kamienista, na bosaka troche ciezko... Ogolnie bardzo nam sie podobalo.
