To chyba mój nowy najlepszy hotel w Tajlandii. Wszystko mi się podobało w obiekcie, a do tego plaża gdzie mogłem spacerować 5 km w prawo i 2 w lewo i praktycznie nikogo nie spotkać.

A little far from Khao Lak center. 20-minute ride. Nothing nearby. The gym is very old and unmaintained. The mattress was enormous but not very comfortable.

Restauranten kunne være bedre, den er dyr i forhold til andre spisesteder og maden bar præg af at være tilpasset tourister, hvilket for nogen er fint, men en del af autenciteten forsvinder.

This was our second stay at Bangsak Village, and overall we enjoyed it again. Peaceful, quiet, good location, comfortable and safe with good food. The hotel is relatively small, or at least feels that way (which is a huge positive), and the location is quiet and quite remote (TB110 per person for a bus one way to town - no return service so TB300 minimum to get home). We always stay in the cottages. Some seem newer or more recently renovated than others, but overall they are comfortable. The pool is small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast is good, as is the food in the hotel restaurant, although prices are higher than at the small local restaurants nearby. There are several very good local places within easy reach. My wife also had a massage at the hotel and it was very good. Very clean beach though more for dipping than swimming as the waves can be quite rough.

The main negative for us is smoking. Guests smoke around the pool and outside the cottages, and the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce any restrictions - although marked the no smoking signs are aged and seemingly ignored by inconsiderate smokers. As some cottages are semi-detached, you can also smell smoke from your neighbours. At times, parts of the hotel can feel like a smoking area. The semi-detached cottages also mean you can hear your neighbours, so this depends very much on who is staying next door. The reception staff could also benefit from more training. Overall, there is sometimes a feeling that nobody is really in charge or overseeing the guest experience. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and returned because we like the quiet location, smaller feel and relaxed atmosphere. We will return again.

Wir empfanden es sehr gemütlich, sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept! Frühstück am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir hatten eine Villa und waren damit sehr zufrieden.

The restaurant which serves fabulous Thai cuisine is right on the private beach. We had booked the rooms with a private splash pool for few rooms in a cluster, which was amazing. Also the fact that it was Adults only. Very peaceful.

The toilet and the shower area were separated by quite a distance which we found a little inconvenient

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was amazing from the staff to the pools to the food. We also had the most amazing massages and facials at the local spa. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everybody!!!

The resort was very well laid out. We had a room with access to a pool shared between 4 others. The room was a great size with everything you needed. Really good layout. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The main pool was lovely too. Restaurant served great food and the staff throughout the resort were very friendly and helpful. They also have bikes you can borrow. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but we were there at the beginning of June so some were closing for end of season. There are little massage huts nearby that also do laundry. Had a massage on the beach. What's no to like.

The weather🤣 Bit too much rain but it was the rainy season so it wasn't unexpected.

De locatie was best ver van het centrum. Door de eenrichtingsweg kon het even duren voordat je in het dorp was.

Voor inmiddels best ervaren reizigers als wij was dit misschien wel ons beste hotel ervaring ooit. Het was chique zonder overdreven luxe. Alles was top! Van ontvangst tot ontbijt, de kamer, het zwembad en het strand. Prettige serene sfeer met adults only.

Het resort ligt wat afgelegen maar dat is juist ook het voordeel zodat het rustig is en blijft.

Amazing beachfront access. Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful large rooms and balconies perfect to relax in during rainy spells or generally. Highlight was the huge bath. Delicious food and cocktails. Feels luxurious all round. Staff were lovely and very attentive.

Not an issue for us but is a little remote so may require taxis or shuttle buses to go elsewhere but we wanted to stay put so it didn’t phase us!

Nice included breakfast, good pool, and easy access to the beach/sea. Good size rooms. This was our second time staying here, and there were a few beach bars/restaurants within walking distance along the beach.

Although there was a fridge in the room, there was nowhere locally outside to buy beer/wine/spirits/juice, so to a certain extent, you have to go to the restaurant/bar, although I suppose we could have got a taxi somewhere.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits (2+1 séparées par une excursion à Khao Sok). Hôtel incroyable, entouré d'arbres. Piscine magnifique, proche de la plage mais pas directement dessus. Restaurant délicieux (c'est rare), on peut manger sur la plage ou dans le restaurant ; très bon petit déjeuner varié. Chambre confortable.

La première chambre avait une petite odeur d'humidité et était un peu proche de la route, mais la seconde non. Il vaut mieux arriver tôt dans l'après-midi pour avoir les chambres les plus proches de la cour intérieure.

Lugnet och stillheten. Underbart bad. En underbar tropisk trädgård och att boendet är litet som gör att det inte bli stimmigt. Personalen var mkt trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra mat i restaurangen och fin frukostbuffé. Bekväm och mysig bungalow. Vi uppskattade adults only (över 12 år) och märkte inte alls av de få ungdomar som bodde där med sina föräldrar. Det var så stilla att vi inte rörde en bok på hela vistelsen och kunde bara lyssna på havet, vinden och fåglarna.

Egentligen inget. Vi visste att det låg avsides för vi har varit i området tidigare så det är en bit att gå till ngn affär eller liknande, men det var precis vad vi sökte. Det kan dock vara viktigt att betona. Kanske lite väl slitna utemöbler, solsängar osv. Hade kanske varit bra med en uppfräschning.

We come here every year for a few days from Phuket - and every time it’s perfect. Great place, consistently high quality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to return. We will definitely be back again.

Es ist überhaupt nicht gut. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hier haben wir leider über Booking.com 3 Nächte ohne Stornierungsoption gebucht und sind trotzdem nach der ersten Nacht direkt wieder abgereist. Pech gehabt, Geld versenkt. Angekommen, angeglotzt von den "Besatzern" und der "Handtuchfraktion" des zentralen Pools. Der Strand armseelig. Die Betten wirklich unfassbar schlecht, die Anlage überhaupt nicht gut gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter, wie fast überall in Thailand sind sehr hilfsbereit und sie tun wirklich ihr Bestes. Auch die direkte Umgebung ist nicht so wirklich prickelnd. Zum Glück hatten wir einen SUV und konnten "flüchten". Die viel zu guten Bewertungen auf Booking.com für diese Anlage stimmen mit der realen Welt überhaupt nicht überein. Das ärgert uns sehr. Wir lernen daraus.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Und vor Allem auch- adult only. Strand und Meer traumhaft. Lange Spaziergänge in beide Richtungen sehr gut möglich.

Gab nichts Relevantes zu bemängeln. Allerdings sollte man wissen,dass drumrum nichts groß geboten wird. Wir hatten einen Roller gemietet um mobil zu sein. Taxi wird auf die Dauer schon teuer,wenn man z.B.gerne öfter mal auf den Bang niang Markt gehen möchte. Zur Zimmerausstattung wäre noch zu erwähnen,dass ein großer Spiegel fehlt und im Bad über dem Spiegel kein gutes Licht ist. Schminken bei der schummrigen Beleuchtung eher Schwierig. Da sollte auf LED umgestellt werden.

Das Personal ist mega. Es ist was für Ruhe liebende Menschen. Vielen Dank

Beachen stor besvikelse! Inte trivsamt bland barr och rötter! Stolarna riktigt dåliga och madrassens som att ligga på betong! Vi är inga polmänniskor! Den är lika viktig som rummet om än viktigare! Två stolar och ett bra parasoll är ett måste där man ”bor”! Det finns förutsättningar! Konstigt att det stod att man inte får skymma utsikten för de som låg vid polen? Ledsen att därför bokar vi inte nästa år igen! Vi tyckte det var ett märkligt område som de inte kunde gjort bättre!

Resort agréable.Nombre de chambres limité et Adultes only donc calme et reposant. Très belle piscine miroir qui donne sur la plage. Literie de qualité. Hotel bien végétalisé avec de magnifiques arbres.

Etablissement un peu isolé. Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne. Les espaces communs mériteraient une petite rénovation du côté de l’espace transats /plage. Carreaux cassés de la piscine. Pas de matériel nautique genre Canoé standup paddle etc à disposition. Juste des vélos 2h gratuites.

The 30m pool is exceptional and the amount of big old trees is impressive.

The location - it is far from town n to make a U turn if u drive, is also quite a distance.

Very quiet once off the main road. The property has a rustic quality with good size rooms and comfy furnishings. The restaurant is great being right in the beach and offers Thai food as good as anywhere you will eat and better than most. The prices are a little high for Thailand. It is in a great spot and we enjoyed our holiday immensely.

The Alocasia rooms have the most ridiculously small TV on a far wall which, for the times you just want to stay in your room, is impossible to see properly and enjoy. The hotel really needs to address this. The prices the hotel charges are increasing significantly and where guests might have forgiven the odd slips in service or comfort when prices were around £80-90 per room per night. The cheapest room is now £145 per night next year and people might expect more for their money. This price point approaches some of the major brands like Outrigger/Robinson/Meridien etc The take out breakfast is shocking and inedible- the hotel would be better off not offering it. They could do so much better with a little effort. It feels like the hotel is cashing in on good reviews and taking as much cash they can extract as possible. The increase in prices from 2026 to 2027 is 80% up !!! This is a small hotel with a rustic feel but they are entitled to charge what they like and people can choose to visit or otherwise. For the time being the bookings remain high so I guess they are just doing what anyone else would in their shoes. For us, we would go back again but will now look at other options due to the price increase.

Very chilled out. Gorgeous roundhouse room. Super comfy bed with great pillows and nice quality bedlinen. Fabulous swim up pool, which was actually bigger than my impression from photo’s. Amazing beach, we walked 5k to Khao Lak and then back so easy to complete a comfortable 10k walk to get those steps in! Super Thai massage available within hotel and further along the beach. We only dined in the hotel as the food was so good and didnt feel the need to go elsewhere. Other restaurant’s also available close by, too not many but they were well attended. Plenty of sun-beds on the beach with hotel beach bar close by and toilets.

We loved it all apart from the usual problem of all the sun-beds being taken up by 9.00am with a towel to reserve it. Very annoying behaviour.

The location of the resort is incredible and the staff is so nice and friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food.

Nothing to complain about

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang vor unserem Bungalow. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Zum Glück hatten wir einen eigenen Pool, denn am Hauptpool wurden die Liegen schon früh morgens reserviert und so war es beinahe unmöglich eine Liege zu finden. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöner Strand.

Übler Geruch im Zimmer und übler geruch am privaten Pool. Zudem sollte der Pool bei den Bungalows dringend mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Hotel liegt weit weg vom Zentrum (ca. 20min mit dem Auto)

Grosse Zimmer, schöner grosser sauberer Pool, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Terrasse ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, sehr klein und nur Sitzstufen, kein Tisch und keine Stühle (hätten auch nicht Platz)

Mycket bra frukost med det mesta man behöver för en bra start på dagen, samt gott kaffe! Ett fantastiskt lugn om man söker det. Vi bodde i en bungalow vid den stora fina poolen, rymlig ren och fin, mer öppet och ljusare än de rummen som ligger nästan som i en djungel. Vänlig personal både vid frukost, i restaurangen och i lobbyn. En fin trädgård och en ren fräsch jättefin pool 40m lång så simvänligt om man inte vill bada i havet hela tiden.Stranden är lång ren och fin samt mycket lugn. Man märker att det är gott om personal som håller rent och fint överallt, underhållet verkar överlag vara bra! Väldigt bra mat på hotellet, men även bra mat på några strandrestauranger i närheten så det finns lite variation, men vid 10 på kvällen är det knäpptyst, så vill man ha barhäng ska man bo närmre byn i Khao lak.

Om det fanns något att anmärka på så är det isåfall uteplatsen som kunde vara lite mer bekväm, nu en rottingstol utan dyna som är hård att sitta i, samt en liten nedsänkt soffa med dyna men en stor buske framför som skymde sikten och gjorde intrång på halva soffan så man satt helst bara en person i den. Hellre då 2 bekväma stolar och ett litet bord på uteplatsen.

Отзыв мужа.: Отель начинается с лобби. Любой другой, но не этот. Здесь лобби располагается в центре территории. Нас никто на входе не встретил, и нам пришлось добираться до лобби с чемоданом самим. Иногда по бездорожью. Само лобби - декорация из фильма-апокалипсиса. Того и гляди, сейчас из кустов вылезет монстр. Номер в том же стиле. Убожество! Ощущение, что ремонт делали из строительного мусора. Очень тяжело понять чисто там или нет. Мы так и не поняли, где жили, в спальне с туалетом, или туалете со спальней. Разделение межу спальней и санузлом - ширма. Вообще не герметичная. Крайне не удобно и не комфортно. На террасе один стул и скамейка. Правда, как сидеть на ней, не совсем понятно. Она прям на земле находится. Наверное для йогов. Всю ночь в номере слышен шум от компрессора кондиционера. Ощущение, что он стоит под подушкой. Отель расположен прямо вдоль междугородней трассы. Всю ночь твой сладкий сон сопровождает гул машин и рокот мопедов. В этом отеле полностью забываешь о тишине и покое. В отеле есть ресторан, но дороговат. Ещё в счёт включают какой-то налог и процент за обсуждение. Но об этом не предупреждают. На пляже очень много мошек, комаров и прочей живности. Покоя не дают. Практически не реально найти тень. Зонтики очень маленькие и прозрачные, в прямом смысле прозрачные. Тени от них нет. Вообще нет. О каких 4 звёздах может идти речь? На мой взгляд, там вообще нет звёзд. Цена очень сильно завышена. 130 $ за ночь в этом отеле - перебор!!! Он стоит не больше 40-50 $. Тогда и отзыв был бы хорошим. Очень плохо, что нет возможности вернуть оплаченные деньги за всё время проживания. Если бы была такая возможность, сразу бы сбежали оттуда! Не понимаю, как можно жить в этом отеле по 5-7 раз? Я сюда больше не вернусь.

Emplacement exceptionnel et superbe cadre. Petit déjeuner incroyable.

Pas d'isolation donc un peu bruyant, on entend beaucoup ceux qui marchent au dessus. Les clients bloquent les transats au bord de la piscine toute la journée avec leur serviette donc peu de place lorsque vous souhaitez vous y rendre.

L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont sublimes et la plage est magnifique

L’emplacement un peu éloigné, sans scooter ou voiture il est compliqué voir impossible de trouver un grab ou un Bolt

Stopped by for breakfast on the beach after my morning exercise. The staff were very friendly, especially Khun Ying, who made me feel very welcome even as an external guest. The breakfast quality matched the price. A nice, relaxed start to the day.
