Dù resort lâu năm, nhưng giữ gìn và chất lượng còn rất tốt. Mọi thứ đều được chăm chút để cảm thấy thoải mái.

Mình thích thêm nhiều đèn để sáng hơn nữa nữa.

View biển và resort nhìn chung rất đẹp. Phòng sạch tiện nghi, khuôn viên yên tĩnh. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và giúp đỡ

Bãi cát ven biển k lài lài mà hụt xuống tạo thành gờ cao, bất tiện và khuất tầm nhìn vào bờ phía trong các chòi. Ngồi ở chòi k quan sát đc rõ người thân đang tắm và ở khu vực bãi biển ít khi thấy cứu hộ quan sát kĩ.

Bungalow view biển chỉ vài bước chân. Nhân viên khách sạn rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình . Phòng sach sẽ nhưng hơi thiếu tiện nghi Bãi biển sạch , có nhân viên canh gác nhắc nhở các bé.

Quá trời muỗi. Nên che mùng lại khi ngủ . Vì phòng ốc khá tối và nhiều chỗ muỗi trú ẩn chứ ko hẳn 100% la do không gian xung quanh. Khu vực phòng tắm không hiểu sao resort lại làm rộng quá có phần giếng trời nên âm thanh từ phòng khác rất ồn ào , không hề cách âm. Phòng khá tối, và rất tiếc là phòng ko có chỗ ngồi trước gương để trang điểm và làm tóc cho phụ nữ. Mình phải mang đèn đi theo và thấy khá bất tiện Nhà vệ sinh ở các khu vực bên ngoài phòng nhu sảnh đón khách , sảnh buffet sáng thì mình đánh giá là dơ nhẹ với resort 4 sao , có chỗ ko có vòi xịt nữa .

Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng nghỉ thoải mái, không gian mát mẻ và vị trí khá tiện di chuyển. Dịch vụ nhìn chung ổn trong tầm giá.

Không có điểm gì quá chê, nếu cải thiện thêm một chút về tiện nghi hoặc đa dạng hóa bữa sáng thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn.

飯店設施很不錯，提供迎賓水果跟飲料都很大方。沙灘維持得很乾淨，我們有很棒的住宿體驗。

離市中心有點距離

游泳池很不錯！小孩玩得很開心！

早餐非常豐盛，飯店設施也很不錯！游泳池、沙灘都在步行距離。戶外按摩浴缸也維持得很好！非常推薦

Vòi xịt trong nhà vệ sinh khó sử dụng như bị hư, khu nhà hàng khá nóng cần tăng diện tích khu vực có máy lạnh cho khách tùy ý lựa chọn nơi dùng bữa cho thoải mái.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out times were quick. The facilities were well-maintained.

The breakfast wasn't as varied as some previous reviews suggested, and didn't live up to 4-star standards in Vietnam.

Loved everything about The Cliff Resort, an absolutely stunning Terra apartment, spotlessly clean, big comfy beds, quality pillows, great amenities, fantastic AC, but our absolute ultimate favourite thing about our stay was the terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and stunning sea views, ohh I didn't want to leave. The resort was fantastic, with plenty of activities throughout the day, especially for children. The pools were fantastic with plenty of loungers, a bar and beach, and pool towels. The beach was pristine with lots of loungers and lockers for personal belongings. The breakfast was just unbelievable, so much to choose from. It was just wonderful. Also, our compliments to the chefs the food was fabulous.There is nothing this resort didn't think. The staff were absolutely beautiful. There was nothing they wouldn't do to ensure you would have the most amazing stay, fantastic hospitality service. We also love the area. It was so peaceful, just what we needed after travelling south Vietnam for 10 days. The Cliff Resort was just a piece of paradise. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.❤️❤️

The landscape is beautiful. The beach is clean, and the staff are friendly. The prices are affordable, offering a wide range of services for customers. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a first-time visitor.

I stayed at the cliff with my family for one week and were very satisifed. Our room, the rooftop condo, was excellent! Great seaview, two fairy large bathrooms, and the kids had their own bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the kitchen area (were we had a couple of in-room dinners.) with a large fridge, and the spacious main bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day throughout our stay! Fresh towels every day, made beds, and the bathroom, floors and jacuzzi was properly cleaned every day. The kids really enjoyed the nice touch with "good night chcocloate" at the door every night + the "towel-dog" that was waiting by the bed every day. As for the resort itself: First of, the place is clean. All pathways, pool area, toilets and common areas inndoors and outdoors. The landscaping throughtout the resort is well maintained, wich enhances the total experience. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which is great for adults and kids (1.5m dept), the poolbar was great (although there should have been more than one barkeeper. One of the days we waiting for over half an our for our drinks. Just a small hick up, but definitely something to improve on.). My 10 year old son enjoyed the gaming room (wich consist of two pool-tables, ping pong, a small kids area and a small movie theatre). Nothing fancy, but a nice place to drop by if you need a break from the heat and sun. We also had massage at the spa, which was also really nice. Proper 60min vietnamese massage from 760k vnd is a bargain! The resort is right by the beach with its own part for sun beds, a small stall where you can buy drinks, + the aqua garden for more food and drinks. The beach was really clean, as were the sun beds. We did not use any of the water activities, as the waves were fun enough. The wind usually picks up after noon. The wind is really nothing to worry about. It`s so warm there so the wind is just nice. The restaurant Vista: The buffet breakfast was really a highlight! So much to choose from! Cold dishes, warm dishes, many different types of juice and coffees, vietnamese food, western food, and chefs to make fresh pancakes, omulette, fried eggs every day. The dinner menu is diverse so we ate there every night for a week. Again, lots of different vietnamese food + western. Enough to pick from! Food was really good quality! The service: Everyone at the resort is so friendly, smiled and said hello or "xin chao" to us every day! The gardener, housekeeping, bartender, front desk, the pool boy, everyone! It`s small things like that that makes the total experience! The front desk and the waitresess at the restaurant were amazing! Helped us with tours, transport etc. The level of english-competence varies, but it did not matter to us because we got the help and service we needed and everyone was so friendly and serviceoriented! Great job by the staff! We really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend families (or couples for that matter), to visit this resort!

We had a pleasant stay at the resort, room was extremely clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi available in the garden. Breakfast is tasty with a wide range of selection. The resort has direct access to the private beach. Overall, I highly recommend for your upcoming stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in the Garden Bungalows We had a truly lovely stay at The Cliff Resort & Residences. We stayed in a Garden Bungalow, and the location was perfect – the pool was just nearby and the beach was only a short walk away. It made our stay so easy and relaxing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside getaway!

Excellent stay! We visited as a family in February 2026 and had a blast. Great service, beautiful views of the ocean, and very clean facilities. The kids loved the pool and the overall vibe was just peaceful. Highly recommend if you are visiting Phan Thiet!

Если вы пакетный турист с несколькими невоспитанными детьми и путешествуете с большой колонкой, то это место точно для вас.

Я не могу оставить положительный отзыв отелю, который не уважает личное пространство отдыхающих. Мы с мужем находились тут 5 дней и всё это время решали проблемы с неадекватными соседями, которые бухали, орали , слушали музыку на колонке и вели себя по-свински. На наше обращение к администрации отеля мы получили на первый взгляд желание решить проблему, но по-факту, как выяснилось, они пришли с соседям и разрешили им шуметь до 10 вечера. В итоге до 5 утра мы "наслаждались" звуками рвоты, громкими разговорами и криками детей, до которых никому не было дело - ни родителям, ни сотрудникам отеля. Политика отеля заключается в том, чтобы брать деньги с любого постояльца, не зависимо от его поведения, правила не работают!! Учтите, что когда выбираете номер с балконом, есть высокая вероятность , что насладиться покоем и красивым видом не выйдет из-за подобных уродов!!!!! И уроды здесь все - и неадекватные соседи и сотрудники отеля, которые бездействуют!

We spent 10 days at the cliff resort. The welcome by Kha and Nhu in the reception was fantastic. Huong was great at customer service and the best was Hai our room house keeping. Everyone was warm , polite and helpful. We had the best time with our 10 year old and look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend this place for the food and cleanliness.

Beautiful 5Star Resort including a wonderful buffet breakfast. Amazing Views over the ocean could be anywhere in the world but in an amazing part of Vietnam. Mui Ne is absolutely the most beautiful location, with incredible beaches and resorts with amazing restaurants. Excellent service, Friendly staff Services and facilities for families are Amazing. An amazing experience from start to finish. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The massage in the spa was very relaxing. If you are a vegetarian, ask for the extra vegetarian menu in the restaurant. They have a great selection of vegetarian menus.

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed our time. Our room was spacious and well-appointed for our family of 3 - it was just right so we didn't feel on top of each other and we hung out a lot in the room and on our terrace. The service was exceptional all around and we felt quite pampered. My mom and I took advantage of the spa services a few times, returning specifically for the relaxing massages. Our family eats vegetarian so we were ecstatic when we discovered the restaurant had a delicious vegetarian menu which we ordered from almost every day. Since we have family that live in Phan Thiet, it was important to find a hotel closer to the city and the cab rides only took about 20 minutes.

Since our stay was for 2 weeks, we had lots of opportunity to order the same dishes from the menu. Though each meal was delicious, there were a few dishes that were inconsistently prepared. My mom loves pad thai so ordered it 5 separate times and each time it was a little different.

Very nice hotel, the service is great, staff is very helpful, most of them English speaking. Breakfast includes wide range of both Vietnamese and European dishes. Rooms are spacious and clean. The territory is full of greenery and flowers. Would definitely recommend for staying!

Супер отель, красивая, чистая территория, великолепный завтрак и для детей и взрослых, каждый найдёт что поесть, веьт кофе бесплатно, каппучино платно. Отличный пляж, лежаков всегда в достатке, бассейн как обычно с большим количеством хлорки. В номере чисто и комфортно, хороший кондиционер, хорошая звукоизоляция. Стоит отметить вполне приличный телик LG.

Очень красивый и живописный отель. Шикарная зеленая территория, все в растениях и цветах. Прекрасный песочный широкий пляж. Лежаков всегда хватало, в какое время бы мы не выходили на пляж. Если пройти вдоль моря, то можно найти школу для серфинга. Один из лучших ресторанов в Муйне находится на территории отеля, где проходят завтраки. В меню представлена вьетнамская, европейская и даже русская кухня. Отличные завтраки с широким выбором. Всем рекомендуем

We love the apartment with beautiful water view, fresh air and nice/ comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buggy service is excellent as there are many steps leading to our room. We love the breakfast buffet. There is a grand piano in the lobby and the music was so beautiful. The Zest Massage service was excellent.

Everythings are so good, we will come back soon. Especially foods and service plus staffs are very lovely. Room and facilities are cleaned and nice.

The CLIFF is a place for those seeking seclusion, aesthetics, and the highest level of service, and who are willing to pay for it. It is ideal for a romantic getaway or a complete reset. We left with the feeling of having visited another, perfect world. We will definitely be back!
