Lotus Muine Resort & Spa

The view of the resort was an impression to me. I could take some beautiful photos. Staffs were also friendly. But…

There is no clothes hanger in my room. And the safety locker did not work properly . I had to call reception to get it fixed. Sometimes, it had bad odour smell from the drainage system inside my bathroom. Lastly, if I want to go to the beach for swimming, I had to move to the resort nearby. It’s just a little inconvenience.

Отель замечательный. Жили в вилле с видом на море Только один вид на миллион. Сам по себе отель не свежий, нужна реконструкция, но это не портит впечатление и качество отдыха. Здесь спокойно и уединенно. Персонал очень заботливый. Благодарю за невероятный отдых!

Great location next to the beach. Bed was comfortable, staff was fantastic! Beautiful hotel, a little bit away from town. You can rent a scooter across the street from the hotel for 150,000 dong.

Pool was green on our 2nd day there, however, we spent that day at the beach. Breakfast was good, buffet on the weekends, Ala Carter during the week.

beautiful grounds, so well maintained, clean and just a really relaxing, peaceful place to stay. swimming pool was awesome, beach is very clean and quiet.

Breakfast. There were less than 10 guests the whole time and the resort is huge. I understand not having a buffet available but the options for breakfast were limited and what was served seemed like an afterthought, not cooked well. You should have a proper small menu of items that can be prepared well during the quiet periods. We are out for breakfast on the last 2 days because it really wasn’t good.

In overall, the resort is nice if you don't mind the location is not center. Maybe because of less people, their restaurant is not open at night during our visit. We had to travel to city for our dinner.

I don't like the shower in the bathroom. the water pressure is low for hot water. we almost need to stick to the wall only can get rain by the water. I lower my rating a lot due to this issue.

지난주에 호텔스닷컴 이용해서 베트남에 다녀왔는데 정말최악의 여행이 되서 다녀왔습니다. 예약정보가 없다고하더라구요. 같이간 일행들은 다른곳통해 예약해서 불편없이 체크인다했는데 호텔스닷컴 통해예약한 저희가족은 예약정보가 확인되지않아 한시간이상 짐바리바리싸들고 더워죽겠는데 애기 둘안고 기다릴수밖에 없었어요. 너무 짜증나고 화가나서 로밍도 안한 상태에서 한국 호텔스닷컴에 전화해서 확인해달랬더니 한참뒤 다시 전화하는 얘기가 저희쪽엔 예약정보가있는데 왜 안넘어간지 모르겠다는 이야기만 하시더군요? 그럼 저희보고 어쩌라는겁니까?? 말도안통하는데 그렇게 한참을 기다리다가 리조트직원이 불러서 갔더니 더 황당한건 방을 주겠는데 1박은 00호에서 자고 다음날은 00호에서 옮겨서 자라고하더라구요?? 저희가 4식구라 짐도많고 수영을해서 젖은짐도많고한데 매일 방을 옮겨서 자라니요 장난합니까?? 일행들은 짐풀고 쉬다가 다음일정때문에 다 나왔는데 저희는 방에 가지도못하고 결국 그날 계획한 무이네 선셋투어는 돈만날리고 하지도못했습니다. 그리고 선셋못하고 선라이즈로 하는바람에 애기들은 하루종일 피곤해죽으려하고 저희는 그 짜증받아주느라 여행은 할수도없었구요. 정말 여행내내 화가나서 참을수가없었구요 여행은 다녀왔지만 금전적인 피해도 있었고 환불받고싶은 마음뿐입니다. 어떻게 조치해주실건가요?

무이네 로터스빌리지리조트랑 헷갈려서 묵은곳입니다ㅋ 참고하시구요 위치는 메인거리와 떨어져있어요 리조트앞에 오토바이렌탈샵있어서 오토바이빌려서 다니면 좋습니다~ 리조트내 인적서비스는 거의 무에 가깝습니다 불친절하다 친절하다 이런느낌 없구요ㅋㅋ 아마 아직 서비스에 대한 개념이 없으신듯

Gia đình tôi đã có những ngày nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Nhưng tiệc buffet bbq hải sản vào ngày 1/2 đã làm chúng tôi hơi thất vọng, với giá vé là 750.000 cho mỗi thành viên, gồm 5 người trong gia đình chúng tôi, nhưng các món ăn ít và khá sơ sài. Và đó lại là tiệc Buffet bắt buộc, chúng tôi được thông báo sau khi đã đặt phòng. Khách sạn đưa những người khách như chúng tôi vào thế đã rồi.

市街地とは少し離れているものの、プライベートビーチ、プールもついており、ロケーションが最高です！（市街地までタクシーで5分から10分ほどです。） 海を見ながら見る朝食は、気分も高まります。 客室も、十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

무이네비치 초입부분에 위치하여 리조트가 조용하고 안락함, 수영장시설좋고 해변이 바로 앞이라 이용하기 편안함, 룸써비스는 안되는 메뉴가 있음, 무료조식뷔페는 중간이상,보케거리와 좀 멀지만 택시비는 10만동정도 나오니 부담없음, 저렴한가격의 4성급 리조트이며 객실배치가 잘되있음

Vi Ble møtt i taxi av en som tok koffertene våre ned på rommet. Hele hotellet å Hotel område var ett paradis. God frokost, god middag på restsurant, ute kino, å hyggelig personale . Reist mye i 18 land å aldri opplever så bra service

Common areas were really well maintenaned. The beach is rocky so you have to walk a few minutes. Pool is great. Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly. However, reception staffs are a bit insistent on the excursions that are well overpriced. You should definitely rent a motorbike at the little shop right in front of the hotel to get to the "main" area which is just a few minutes away. Very useful too to get to all the main attractions in the region.

Everything worked out ok. Watch out hotel will sell extra tours. When they take you to Sand dunes. They only drop you off you have to pay more money to be driven up to them. It's to far of a walk

Stranden var inte badbar på grund av sten man kunde inte ta sig ut till vattnet. Enligt bilderna på hotellet såg man inga stenar.

Quiet location is great. Pool and restaurant very good. The only things letting the place down are: some (not all) grumpy staff; some ordinary joinery in cupboards; & pool lounge mats that could be in better condition. Nevertheless, still worth the visit.

Hotel -beautifully maintained, lovely secluded setting, nice sea view, fantastic, swimming pool, very satisfied Restaurant (Moon Bar)- buffet breakfast is average, often very busy and stock not replenished regularly. I was bored of it after two days, dinner below average to terrible, over priced, portions of food sometimes very small. Cocktails terrible. Every night at 7pm they show a movie on the lawn outside the restaurant. Its a cool idea but its so bloody noisy. Who needs James Bond guns and explosions blasting out when you're trying to have a romantic meal for two. Staff - hotel staff are very attentive and try really hard to help with mixed results. Location - the price you pay for peace and quiet and seclusion by the beach is the proximity to the rest of the town. You'll need to get a taxi to the main road where all the restaurants and bars are. It will cost around 3 USD to get to the centre of town each way by taxi. We walked it one day and it took 45 minutes. There is nothing near the hotel except one local restaurant with shop. Shop is a good option for buying beer and water but didn't eat there.

호텔은 신축이라 깨끗하고 좋아요 정원도 잘가꾸어졌고 객실도 깨끗하고 편해요 직원도 친절하구요 다만 중심가라우너무 멀어요ㅠ 호텔주변에 정말 아무덧도 없습니다 무조건 택시 불러달라고 해서 나가야합니다 그래서 전 거의 호텔 식당에서 식사해결했는데 가격도비싸고 맛이 그냥그래요 조욘히 쉬고싳은분들 추천합니다

När vi kom till hotellet så fick vi veta att vi blivit gratis uppgraderade - vilket gjorde oss jätteglada! Hotellet sa att vi även kunde uppgradera oss från deluxe-rummet till sviten för 15 $/natt, vilket lät väldigt billigt. Vi valde att kolla på rummet vi hade blivit (gratis)uppgraderade till och sedan kolla på sviten. Då jag har jobbat inom hotellbranschen insåg jag snabbt att uppgraderingen bara var svammel, det var exakt det rummet vi bokat. Detta gör en smått irriterad, men lät det bara vara. När vi ville boka en utflykt som hotellet rekommenderade så ville vi få ner priset lite, då rekommenderade personal bekanta som kunde köra oss - alltså svart, vilket kändes märkligt för ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Tips på sevärdigheter eller annat att besöka från hotellet fanns inte, då de inte visste.. svårt att förstå personalen då engelska var en stor brist. (vilket det är i större delen av vietnam) Som pricken över i:et blev jag lurad på dricka då vi skulle lämna hotellet, ungefär dubbelt så mycket fick jag betala. Hotellets skick är superfint, rummen är fina, frukosten är bra, restaurangpersonal väldigt trevliga, stort plus med utomhusbio. Tyvärr drog ovanstående saker ner på vistelsen.

Belle ressort mais il n’est pas possibilité de se baigner à la mer (pas de plage). La qualité du restaurant à revoir.

Lotus Muine is a beautiful hotel between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet , the grounds are very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The enormous Pool and Restaurant are excellent, both in appearance and cleanliness . The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It seems to be rated as 4 star. I rate the hotel 3.3 star hotel. Breakfast opens 6.30am til 9.30am. We went to restaurant at 9am on the first day. Coffee n tea on buffet line were both cold. Cereal were only 2 kinds. No cheese at all. Fruit selection was almost empty. Pool has no shower facility but water pot only. Baach hats were broken. After 3 nights stay, before 12 noon, Front called our room 2 times and pushed us to check out. When we went to Front, we were kept on waiting for settle a bill.t

总体来说很不错，就是地理位置较偏僻，服务员服务意识不够，要纸巾都不给。

저희가 갔을땐 베트남사람들이 돌잔치를하는지... 무튼 야외무대 설치해놓고 저녁 7시부터 11시까지 시끄러운 음악소리가 들렸는데 그것빼곤 좋았어요. 뭐 우리랑 똑같이 흥이많은 민족으로 이해하고 넘어갈려구요 근데 옆방에있는 러시아사람들은 좀 빡쳤을수도있겠다 싶더라구요 ㅋㅋ 수영장 저녁 8시까지하는데 해지고 수영할때 좋더라구요 배영하는데 까만하늘에 별들이 촤라락~ 나쁘진않았습니다 조식도 굿굿이구요

Nice views from the 4th floor rooms out across the bay at sunrise. Nice Pool. The picture needs updating since there is now a restaurant built. The beach was rocky but there was another one close by which you can walk to. Well located for taxi ride to Muine where there is so much going on.

무이네비치 초입에 위치해서 시끄럽지는 않다. 하지만, 무이네 비치, 레드센드, 피싱빌리지까지 오토바이로 10~30분정도 소용된다. 조식도 괜찮고, 석식도 한번 먹어봤는데 크게 부담되지 않음 한국사람들 많지 않고, 대부분 러시아계인들이 대부분 앞에 수영장, 전용비치(돌있어서 수영은 못하고, 그냥 썬텐만)

Ett underbart hotell med underbar personal. Pool området är jättefint. Hela hotell området var så himla fint. Kommer lätt att välja detta hotellet igen om det blir flera resor till Vietnam. Passar perfekt till den/dem som vill relaxa i några dagar.

The positives: For price (about $50 USD), my room was beautiful, I got a free upgrade to an ocean view room, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was clean, and the balcony was very usable. The restaurant staff were friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. The hotel was quiet, has a relaxing atmosphere, and a beautiful rocky beach. The location is between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, which means it is away from the crowds of both cities. The negatives: The front desk staff was incredibly bureaucratic and their English language skills were insufficient to communicate with English speaking guests. A few examples: in order to verify my reservation, they wanted a print out from expedia.com (I booked through hotels.com and had not print out). I had to repeatedly assert that my passport is my identification and no further identification is necessary. Once checked in, I really wanted to go to my room after a long day on a motorcycle, but they insisted that I sit in the lobby and have my "welcome drink”. I would have enjoyed my welcome drink more had I received it after cleaning up. An example of a language issue: The front desk informed me that they could book train tickets, but they tried to book bus tickets for me. I had to take a taxi to the train station in order to buy my ticket. The beach bar and the spa are under renovations, so they were unusable at the time of my visit - - - I would like to have known this when booking my room not after checking in.

朝食の品数が少なかったのが少し残念。あと、レストランの位置がちょっとわかりずらかった。 プロント及び部屋からの景色は最高です。リゾート地に来たと実感できる。

This hotel suited us really well. Right on the beach...nice pool...good breakfast and a short taxi ride into Mui Ne.

We were a family of 3 and stayed in the beach side bungalow which was fabulous and very spacious and well equipped. The food is very good with a wide range for breakfast especially.A very low key resort and not much happening the mue ni strip is about a 5min drive away not walking distance though.Beach area is small but access to walk the beach area and rock pools is there. No gym or spa available during our stay so no comment on that.

My friend and I planned a weekend in Mui ne while we were working in HCMC for a month. The hotel was huge and beautiful- clean swimming pool, and a beach right by the hotel. It was a little far from the centre of the town, so you would have to take a cab (very cheap) to get to all the restaurants.

Superbe hôtel bon service, agréable mais attention si on vous offre un surclassement de chambre moyennement 5 ou 10 $ comptant demander de visiter la chambre réserve initialement . ne vous fier pas au photo la plage est couverte de roche donc non baignable. vous devez marcher au autres hôtel voisins pour accéder à la mer.

В целом отель хороший. Чисто, завтраки разнообразные. Подходит для очень спокойного отдыха, т.к. находится далеко от всех увеселений. После 8 часов вечера полная тишина. "Панорамный вид" на море вовсе таковым не является. Обычный боковой вид с балкона. Этот факт конечно не критичен, но считаю необходимым сообщить об этом, дабы не было недоразумений. В отеле есть хороший спа-центр. Массаж делают отлично, но на маникюр ходить не советую. Самый большой минус отеля - пляж. На собственном пляже купаться невозможно из-за камней. Соседний пляж - у строящегося отеля. Там абсолютная помойка. И строительный мусор, и все что выбрасывается рыбаками и выносится морем на берег. Wi-Fi в номерах отсутствует. Есть только на ресепшен и в ресторане.

Everything was outstanding, with two minor exceptions; even the "IT man" could only occasionally get the wifi to work, even in the reception area, (but there were two guest computers available. The location was a little ways outside the main resort area, so reasonably-priced taxis were required to go anywhere. The breakfast buffet was amongst the best we have ever had.

Zimmer: sauber und gepflegt Pool: sauber und gepflegt Strand: sehr schoen und sauber (allerdings felsen unter wasser vorsicht!) Fitnesstudio: hat den Namen nicht verdient Spa: nicht verfuegbar Frühstück: Basis Fühstück an Wochenenden besser als unter der Woche Insgesamt sehr schoene Hotelanlage mit sehr gutem Service in einem sehr guten Zustand. In der Lobby gibt es Internetterminals und Zeitschriften sowie ein paar deutsche Bücher. Ein Motorroller lässt sich problemlos mieten, zu empfehlen da etwas abgelegen. Das Frühstuck ist nichts besonderes es gibt Taost frisches Obst Rührei.. Restaurant: Für den Preis lieber Ausserhalb essen schmeckt besser. Fazit: Sehr schoenes Hotel für Familien, Bungalows an Pool sind zu empfehlen. Wenn man nicht am Fitnesstudio und Spa interessiert ist und das Restaurant ausklammert ist das Hotel perfekt.

房间很新，设施和装修都可以，游泳池很大和漂亮。硬件上最大的问题是：窗帘非常非常透光，完全是被光线刺醒的；餐厅很嘈杂；几乎没有wifi信号。一路上住过的若干家酒店，这家wifi最差！ 工作人员态度还可以，但英文非常差，在泳池边点的饮料和小食居然都上了双份，然后一脸无辜得摊开手等我付钱！前台工作人员也只有一个英文好一点，沟通非常辛苦。 位置偏了，去美奈的中心地带必须打车。当然相对安静一点，适合一家人呆着不出去的。但是餐厅的东西贵而且味道一般，早餐品种少味道差，所以觉得很不方便。总体不推荐，更喜欢之前住的novela。

The hotel is so relaxing and such beauty being connected to the beach. Don't walk around outside area beyond hotel alone as I almost got mugged by guys on scooters. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Would love to stay there again. The customer service was excellent and they were such nice people in the hotel.
