nos hicieron un cobro de 2,000 porque la habitacion se inundo, se deslindaron de la responsabilidad diciendo que nosotros habiamos dejado la regadera abierta, cuando la inundacion fue a causa del inodoro.

La escalera es muy incómoda, sobre todo si traes maletas grandes. Se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo y otros huéspedes. Encontré cabellos en la sabana aunque revisando la ropa de cama si parecían estar limpia.

A un acompañante le dejó de funcionar la pantalla y tardaron en solucionarle el problema. Lo malo es que él iba a ver los partidos de fut. Yo nunca supe si la pantalla de mi habitación funcionaba o no.

Que no funcionaba bien el secador de cabello del baño y por la mañana el agua de la regadera no salió caliente como la noche anterior, salió tibia.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was amazing and the room very comfortable. It is walking distance to anything you might need, including a corner store close by. The room came with a coffee pot, coffee and sugar etc., PLUS bottles of water. AND a safe, which we appreciated as we had large sums of money to pay our doctor there. I forgot to mention the wonderful terrace with comfy lounding space and TV which which was always available and appreciated.
The only downside was the shower which did not work well at all. We reported it to the desk person and I am confident they will take care of it. It was probably only that room but it was either REALLY hot or REALLY cold. No mixing at all which made it quite impossible to use. They wanted to fix it immediately but we said not to bother as we were leaving the next day. They are really on top of things~

This hotel was a real dissapointment, the attitude of all the people working there is terrible, they are not friendly at all, always treat you like they were doing you a favor. The room was not very clean, specially the kitchen part and the towels were old and torned. They said a stain one with make up and charged me for it. Also they have a very narrow stairs that make very difficult to go with bags and luggage. I had a conversation with the manager and he didnt care at all about the situation. Each day they would remove the towels and didnt replaced them , so we had to be asking and they were just making faces to us. Also there was no toilet paper, which we had to be asking too for. There was not a phone at the room so we had to be either going down or call from our personal phone to the front desk. On morning or internet would not work so I reported it when we left, when we returned in the evening it wasnt working yet, we reported it again and guess what? yessss the big attitude. "we did everything we can so just wait, there is nothing else I can do" . Staff just doesnt car. Also even though we stay in the "suite" which had very nice light we saw the rooms in the first flor do not have windows at all, they are very dark just FYI. So our stay got stressfull and not as relax as we hoped.

El cuarto es muy pequeño, y hay mucho polvo en los muebles, en los buros y en la mesa donde estaba la cafetera había muchísimos ácaros de madera por la mala limpieza y ventilación de los cuartos.

Bathroom sink valve had nothing but problems.... uncontrollable steaming hot water coming from the blue valve....house keeping would only leave 2 towels for 3 paid guests.....

No apto para personas con poca movilidad ya que hay que subir escaleras, pero para el resto es una buena opción en Morelia

que nuestra habitacion estaba abajo de la cocina del restaurante y simplemente era muy molesto que arrastraran muebles y no dejarán descanzar. Desde mi punto de vista esas habitaciones no deberían utilizarlas.

Nos hospedamos del 15 al 16 de septiembre y fue una pésima experiencia. Desde las 7:30 am comenzaron a remodelar el cuarto de al lado aún y cuando era día feriado ! imposible dormir. Instalaciones descuidadas, limpieza deficiente y trato indiferente del personal. No volvería ni lo recomiendo.
