Hay ruido de la calle y hay poca flexibilidad para poder entrar antes de las 3pm como en otros hoteles. Lo bueno es que te resguardan el equipaje y puedes salir para hacer tiempo y como está en el centro hay mucho que ver, comer o visitar.

The room was so stuffy and hot that it was hard to sleep. It purportedly had air conditioning, but it struggled and did not help. Interestingly the “Tempetatura Optima” on a plaque above the thermostat was 22 degrees but 25-26 degrees was the coolest it could achieve. Windows are fixed and cannot open to allow cool night air into the room. Extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning was a main feature which led me to choose this hotel. If a stuffy room is an issue for you, I recommend you check your room quickly upon arrival and advise the hotel if there are issues.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza es excelente, la cama es muy cómoda, el personal es super amable, especialmente quién recibe y entrega los vehículos, excelente servicio. Las áreas comunes son lindas, pero no espectaculares.
El costo me pareció muy elevado para la habitación entregada, no tenía ventilación natural y a pesar de que la habitación estaba justo en medio del hotel, se filtraban los ruidos de las fiestas de afuera (en salones y bares de al rededor), e incluso de lo que ocurría en el pasillo.

Our room was upstairs facing the check-in area, and it was extremely noisy early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The heater had a moldy smell. Also, we found two huge cockroaches in the room.

Front staff indifferent. More interested in chatting among themselves. Big hotel with a lot of rooms yet check in strictly at 3pm. Once room assogned, construction noisy work next door. Hotel looks feels old and tired.There are so many other options that look nicer on Booking.com why return there?

Hacen firmar un pagaré al entrar, lo cual me parece excesivo y en hay un restaurante bar abajo, lo cual hace ruidosa la habitacion.

Las Almohadas PESIMAS, son unos sacos con relleno de peluche. Es insoportable el RUIDO que hace un bar que esta al lado del hotel, es imposible descansar. Pedi una habitacion silenciosa y me dieron la mas ruidosa. NO LO RECOMIENDO Poca variedad en el Desayuno y muy repetitivo (estuve 4 noches y casi fue el mismo desayuno)

Reviewed May 27, 2026La zona, y la tranquilidad, está muy bien ubicado y céntrico, y dentro las instalaciones no decepcionan, creo que el precio es un poco más elevado del que debería ya que nuestra habitación no tenía vista a la ciudad. Pero fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente.
El precio se me hizo un poco elevado de lo normal, y el hecho de que durante la madrugada ya no hay cosas abiertas cercanas, aunque dentro tienen una maquina dispensadora, pero lo mismo con el tema de los precios

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Alameda. They confirmed my reservation on Whatsapp. At check-in they were very friendly and got me in my room one hour early. The room (280, internal. no windows, king bed) was nice and quiet with a big TV and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was normal size with a big shower with great water pressure. There is no fridge but you can have the front desk pit your items in their fridge. Housekeeping did a great job and was flexible in cleaning times. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly. They can also change dollars to pesos for you. The breakfast was good and goes until Noon. The breakfast servers were especially friendly and service was great. You can get refills and go back for seconds. Price about $13/person. Also, the doormen are very good and helpful. You can park your car in a parking garage about 100 meters away or have them park it for you. No cost for parking but I always tipped them when they brought the car. The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the historic district near the main cathedral with great restaurants all around, although some are a bit pricey. Morelia centro is very nice with many old buildings and churches. In short, the hotel staff made my stay very enjoyable and if I will gladly return to this hotel on my next visit.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026El dessayuno fue muy básico, cumplio solo con el requisito de otorgar un desayuno, pero pues si te dicen que ya esta incluido en la tarifa es poco probable que lo dejes pasar, solo estuve una noche así que fue funcional. La ubicación del hotel esta en el primer cuadro por lo que lo hace muy bueno.
Las cortinas de mi habitación no fue Black-out por lo que no bloquea la luz del pasillo. A lo lejos se alcanza a escuchar en fin de semana una banda tocar, supongo de los bares cercanos, al inicio la luz que no bloquea la cortina y el sonido en mi caso fue complicado quedarme dormido.
