Er viel niets tegen, echter zou het een verbetering zijn als er ook restaurant service bij het zwembad verzorgd zou worden. Dat is wel mogelijk, maar daarvoor moet je dan zelf even naar de bar lopen.....waar hebben we het over.

Well we travelled here from Seminyak and finished our stay in Bali, we booked 3 nights in two rooms in the main hotel as there are lovely villas set in the grounds, one room with a cot, the rooms were very big and spotless clean, a lovely modern bathroom, gowns and slippers, fresh bottled water was delivered to us regularly, the balconies are closed in because of the monky's who came down around 4.pm every day, be aware and don't leave anything around, my bag was on a sun lounger and a rather large monkey went down my bad and stole my packet of teabags as they love a shiny item, funny at the time but could have been the whole bag or my purse, staff dealt with it instantly, hotel grounds are lovely, I walked down to the far end where there was a stream, its a very peaceful hotel considering its bang in the center of Monkey forest road so an excellent location, everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, shops bars etc, an extra bonus was the afternoon snacks/tea laid out in the restaurant from 3-7pm, this was idea after a day out as we could order a drink and snack till dinner time, breakfast was so varied and had an egg station set up with specials each day. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, smiles on their faces and made us feel special guests at all times. I couldn't find any negatives and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Bali.

Our room was located at the end of the property. What was worst, and this really spoiled our stay - one had to climb a lot in order to come out to the main gate, and some while going to room also. Room, there is totally unfit for old people like us.

The location is very good right at the city centre, pool is okay , not very great pool if you have a kid, the pillows were very uncomfortable but besides that very big rooms , very clean property, great staff, breakfast was nothing to look fwd to, overall a lovely property

Posizione pazzesca. Inpieno centro a metà strada fra il palazzo e la monkey forest. Ottimo anche il servizio navetta gratuito per le attrazioni se non hai voglia di camminare quando il sole picchia. Abbiamo avuto una bellissima piscina privata che non ci aspettavamo! Il nostro lodge era abbastanza lontano dalla lobby e c'erano tantissime scale da fare.. ci siamo tenuti in allenamento..fatica a parte, era immerso nel verde della jungla, con tanto di fiumiciattolo, pur essendo in centro città. Spettacolare!

La colazione non era granché; poca scelta sul salato e non particolarmente buoni neppure i dolci. Nel complesso buona ma non eccezionale. C'era vegemite..non la provate..è terribile!

Stunning hotel in a superb location. The environment was beautiful and so tranquil in the heart of Ubud. The team were outstanding with nothing being too much trouble. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here - couldn’t fault a thing ! The staff were exceptional , so kind professional and helpful . The rooms were stunning , the pool was fantastic - much better than photos in fact , the food was delicious . The whole hotel had a five star feel which we hadn’t expected .

Great central location close to the Monkey Forest and in walking distance to the Ubud Palace, Art Market and Water Palace. We stayed in a villa with a pool and it was our favourite accommodation on our trip. Staff are friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

We were happy with everything

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Ubud. I was there with my 2 kids and it was easy to manage. We walked to Monkey forest, to the Ubud Palace / Temple and book a driver to go other places. The hotel / resort is pretty big extended from one street to another. The farthest rooms from the entry are very cosy and beautiful with an amazing semi-privat pool - better than the hotel main pool in my opinion. Those rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but no major disruption. We even once had a monkey visiting us - it was a huge highlight for us! (spot a monkey on the picture I attached). We really enjoyed our stay there (5 nights). Breakfast was very good - generous and with many variety of foods, plus an afternoon tea that was a bonus for us. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, amazing experience in the heart of Ubud!

Nothing really. The main pool is a bit in the shade, so my kids found it cold but we had an amazing semi-private pool that was soaked with the sunshine.

There is nothing not to like about KaJaNe Mua! It’s walkable to many attractions in Ubud and close to restaurants, spas, bars, etc. It’s on a very busy road but if you have a villa, you will be set back far enough that you won’t hear any road noises. The setting is beautiful. But the best part of the stay is the STAFF. They are so kind and welcoming. They truly made us feel right at home, even with our three children. The breakfast and tea are lovely and we loved having a private pool. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can snag a villa. We loved Villa Loji Tirta!

It’s on a very busy road so need to be careful with traffic when leaving. But it doesn’t bother your experience while in the hotel. Only when leaving.

When we provided our reservation details, I specifically requested a quiet room for my daughter. On the first evening, we arrived at the front desk at 8:00 PM to check in; since we were hungry, we went out to eat before going to our room. When we returned at 11:00 PM, no one was at the front desk. Our key had been left on the desk along with the bill. There was no staff present. We took the key and tried to find our room on our own in the large complex. Finally, a housekeeping staff member passing by helped us and showed us our room among the villas. While we were sleeping, we heard construction work. At first, the noise was intermittent, but then it got louder and louder until it became impossible to sleep. Finally, after some shouting, we called the front desk and spoke to a security guard on the phone. He arrived at 2:00 AM. The doorbell rang, but my wife had already fallen asleep from exhaustion. My daughter, however, was too worried to sleep. However, the noise stopped after we called the front desk. This suggests that the hotel management was aware of the work being done. I finally fell asleep at 4:00 AM, but the next day was a complete disaster. After explaining the situation, they changed our room, and we moved to a quieter one. It’s a nice property, but it’s poorly managed.

Management and Customer Relations

Loved this property SO much!! It’s in the center of Ubud but it’s able to be quiet and calm. The pool area is beautiful! The staff are excellent, so warm and accommodating! We ate at the restaurant several times as the food was very good. AND the breakfast buffet was the best we had in all our travels across Bali. They have so many choices, including gluten free breads and cookies, and the coffee was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this property, other than I hope I am lucky enough to go back one day. 💕

Well located in busy Ubud, hotel was oasis of peace and clam. Our family villa was wonderfully private, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly, caring and considerate.

This boutique resort is in the heart of Ubud, so it's easy to walk to shops, bars & Monkey Forest. There is a main pool and our room also had a small shared pool with 4 other rooms. Breakfast and staff were lovely.

The only thing was the round scent ball in the toilet. It was overpowering.

Habitación espaciosa, con detalles de zapatillas, cepillo de dientes, cuchilla de afeitar, como cosa muy buena es que por la tarde tienes un horario en el que puedes merendar gratis, tienes tés, café, matha … desayuno muy bueno y con variedad, personal muy agradable

Tengo que decir que las almohadas son duras y grandes, espero que las cambien porque todo lo demás es perfecto y lo calificaría como uno de los mejores hoteles

Overall, it's a wonderful place. Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast & lovely staff. Location is also excellent, close to several great bars & restaurants.

We didn't like the shower over a free standing bath in the junior suite. Every time we used the shower the bathroom got flooded.

Omdat we vaker bij KajaNe Mua verbleven werden we verwend door het personeel. Geweldig ! In de kamer stond een mooi welkomsbord, het bed met bloemen en in de badkamer een bloemenbad. Het verblijf in KaJaNe Mua is altijd uitstekend. Fijne kamer met prive zwembad, dat 2x per dag werd schoongemaakt. Het ontbijtrestaurant was uitgebreid. Een lekker gratis Afternoon tea. We hebben 1x ’s avond gegeten in het restaurant. Een paar drankjes met Mie Goreng Chicken + Mie Goreng Seafood. Black rice pudding + Crispy Banana. En dat was allemaal heerlijk van smaak. Erg lekker. Het personeel en de bediening was overal erg vriendelijk, zorgzaam en behulpzaam en kwam altijd netjes vragen of alles naar wens was. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader.

The staff and venue was beautiful. The breakfast and afternoon tea offering was fantastic. The free shuttle was also really handy and so quick to respond.

Only minor quip we had was with the shower wetting everything thing, but still not being strong enough and taking a long time to heat up. Having cold showers weren't too bad in this heat so only a minor bug bear of the accommodation

I would say I have never seen such a helpful, friendly and always available team.. hats off to them .. shuttle trips to market , monkey forest .. just for my family even though it was ad hoc request , and they waited for us to pickup when we were late and its stressful for them .. they handled with smile .. love it ..

All the staff were amazing. So helpful. The complimentary afternoon tea. The shuttle service not only took you places in Ubud eg restaurants, but you could arrange to be picked up as well. Such a great service.

Great service and location. Its close to everything. and the hotel has free bus to central ubud central area. Breakfast is great with fresh cooked eggs. Swimming pool is nice and clean. All staffs are amazing and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Despite being in the centre of Ubud, once you are in the hotel, you feel like you have been transported to Balinese tranquility. There was a lovely welcome drink on arrival. The room was huge including the bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The hotel staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help you. When I asked for my laundry to be done, they came straight away to collect it. The food in the restaurant was good, including the complimentary afternoon tea and there was a lot of choice at breakfast.

Frosted glass in bathroom would not give much privacy if sharing a room. The fridge and water being out on the balcony was annoying and would be better in the actual room. The wardrobe sliding door was also annoying and made a lot of noise. Drawers to store clothes would have been good given the size of the room. There were not enough sockets to charge devices. The music from across the road could be heard at night.

Fantastic location walking distance to shops and restaurants The kids had deluxe rooms with a pool view, Excellent rooms, lovely décor, clean linens comfy beds slippers and robes provided. Kettle and Fridge a must. We had a junior suite when we were shown it, it was a ground floor with terrace and private pool we like a balcony ,so asked if it was possible to have a room with one. The staff were fantastic and we got upgraded to a garden view suite with private pool. The rooms were serviced daily. Staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supported by a comprehensive buffet and egg bar. Also loved bespoke coffee and tea choices, family had really good lattes and flat whites. Ideal place for your trip to Ubud. The communal pool was a good size plenty of fresh towels. Nice bar area for cocktails and beers. The staff were excellent all round really helped us in organising a taxi to ferry 7 of us to the local must sees also suggesting places to visit. Great place to stay

I am coeliac and the staff were extremely accommodating and informative to my needs, without being asked. The room was lovely and location was great. The breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely. Great coffee.

It was hard to sleep as floors above us were very noisy throughout the night and early morning hours. The pool was hard to get in and out of as the steps are very deep and no grab rail to assist. My sister needed help every time due to bad knees.

Qualité du petit déjeuner Emplacement dans une rue très commerçante mais bruyante la nuit avec la musique des restaurants. heureusement cela ne va pas au delà de minuit. Grande piscine commune et les suites possèdent un accès partagé à de petites piscines plus privées.

Il n'y a pas de porte dans les suites, l'entrée se fait par la baie vitrée. Le système de fermeture me paraît un peu trop léger en terme de sécurité.
