Hyatt Regency Chongqing Hotel

The property has proved to be fully up to the Hyatt Regency standards, which means maximum comfort, staff's efficiency and great rooms with all the amenities possible. We would like to thank Ms. Karena Jiang and Bella Zhang for their fantastic professionalism and great service, which went far above one's expectations.

It would be great to train more staffers in English, which should further improve their efficiency.

Tolles Design , tolles Personal besonders Bella

Great location, lovely amenities and fantastic staff! Their room service - an absolute treat!

All perfect!

Excellent breakfast - good location - friendly staff - comfortable beds.

The non-smoker room obviously had a smoking history and the AC did not manage to control humidity.

The hotel met my expectations as a five-star property. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient. The facilities were generally well maintained.

I stayed at The Westin for two nights before moving to this hotel, and I found the room comfort and pillow quality at The Westin to be noticeably better. The room design here feels more traditional and less modern. The bathtub in my room could not be filled properly, which was disappointing. Housekeeping also did not consistently replenish missing amenities and supplies in the room each day. In addition, there is considerable room for improvement in the service attitude and attentiveness of some staff members.

Café da manhã no padrão chinês. Quarto bom, com banheiro limpo.

Dificuldade de comunicação.

Buen hotel

Servicio de limpieza de ropa muy costoso

The place was excellent. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was spacious and big. The bathroom was spotless clean.

Great location and friendly staff

Hotel turned off the AC and only only vent mode which very stuffy. They did offer fans.

The hotel room is spacious.

Subway/metro is abit far from our hotel.

The view from my room was insane!

everything was great! 10 mins from the metro station.

Room was spacious and comfortable even with an extra bed for the 3rd pax

Location and big room

Breakfast quality is bad

Excellent Breakfast, perfect location near Paradise Walk and Ninth Street

The location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

communication was extremely difficult—no one seemed to understand English.

Ruime nette kamers .

Daisy was amazing! So friendly and really helpful. She made our stay absolutely perfect. Thank you Daisy.

Electric power ports were not working for one side.

Frühstück reichhaltig. Kaffee meist lauwarm. Gute Gehdistanz zu metro und Shoppingcenter. Leider kann das Personal fast kein Englisch.

Location was good.

When I checked in, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The room I got could not have smelled more like smoke. Went down to get another room, the new room I received smelled like urine. They advertise having a SPA area, but it is a serious let down. They were nice enough to validate my request to bring down my 2 nights to 1 nights without extra costs.

Location was good. Near shopping belt and trains and cafes. The king size bed is huge

It's a nice hotel with a good gym and pool, nice restaurants and conveniently located

The staff is excellent, polite, very helpful👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wifi is bad

The facilities are great. The cleaning staff are amazing. The front desk staff are not so friendly.

Special shout to both Alice & Eric (both were at the concierge counter at the same time) helping me to connect to the tour agent (damm unhelpful) to assist me in arranging the pickup to Wulong Karst. Both went extra miles, assisting me to re-activate my WeChat account. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Is their attitude, 2 thumbs up.

Traffic leading to the Hotel,

Staff was great. Very helpful.

The Pillow was too bad

Great location, easy access to all the restaurants and shopping areas. Room is big and comfortable, friendly staffs. Totally worth the money.

Very comfortable, big room, big bed, convenient location to Guanyin Bridge shopping area so lots of dining and shopping options.

A very very nice swimming pool, nice breakfast and big room.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find.

Awesome location. Walking to shopping mall in few minutes. A lot of dinning options. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Will go back next time when we visit Chongqing

Hotel staffs are polite and friendly. Cool weather experience in Chongqing.

Nice services, room is large. There are noise coming outside of the window(construction and restaurant) and there are no option to lock the window.

like the toilet tray. It's warm in the winter and clean.

Loved the bed, but it would be perfect if there is a bolster pillow.

The mall and street around the hotel is really good, the room is fabulous

A little bit far from metro and public transportation

Good Staff services, good breakfast. club lounge staff very friendly. Just Room Air conditioner not flexible enough for adjustment temperature.

Location is excellent and easily accessible. overall what you should expect from a 5star hotel

nil

Everything perfect the people very Nice and gluten free bread and soya milk for breakfast was amazing. I would recomendó this beautiful hotel 😍

The gym and the swimming pool where really good.

Friendly housekeeping staff. Comfortable enough. Food delivery quite easy to get as there is a takeaway lock box outside the hotel (a lifesaver).

We were there just to work remotely the last week before our Christmas holiday. I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the wifi speed since we were there to work. Due to COVID restrictions the breakfast buffet changed to a set meal that was delivered to our hotel room. The set meal (although we got to choose one of three options) was disappointing because we paid extra for breakfast. The heating was broken but to be fair they warned us in advance and brought us a space heater. Overall, it was fine for a few days but too expensive per night for the quality of room, wifi, and breakfast we received.
