前台ADA和katherine 服务很好，酒店位置很不错

酒店位置超级方便，旁边就是步行街和商场，酒店员工很热情，前台林经理还给升级了房间，太棒了

The welcoming receptionists are nice, professional and friendly. Of course, they can be quicker when doing the check in processing as I was quite tired after a long flight. Nice and comfortable during my whole stay,

I think the breakfast: - the choices or selections could be more varied. Give guests more choices. Others: - For the deluxe suite, I think there could be more food or drinks or flowers or something to welcome me home.

地理位置优越，楼下就是星光68广场，附近居民区就有很多好吃的店，虽然离观音桥轻轨站有点远，但逛街和吃美食很方便。酒店的员工都很热情，大堂的齐锋和牟春平两位员工每次都很热心地帮忙，非常感谢。房间干净舒适，床品质量不错。

酒店直通商场的电梯写着10点停止运行，但是9点半从商场就按不亮了，晚上有点不太方便。

服务很差 办入住的时候，前台三个柜台空着，我站那儿很久没人跟我打招呼。还是门口开门的大叔跟我打招呼提醒前台。而且很不热情。第二天早上下楼吃饭，我问问题的时候，煮面的小哥哥一直翻白眼，入住体验很差

这次回重庆两次入住希尔顿逸林，一共住宿十二天，我的感受是员工服务极佳，热情周到。特别感谢牟春平先生冒雨帮我叫出租车还谢绝了我的小费，这让我很感动。下次回重庆还会选择这家酒店。

第一次入住706房，房间宽敞明亮，设施较新，第二次入住1712双床房，房间非常小并且设施陈旧无浴缸，我觉的应改进设施和房间尺寸，双床房通常入住两人，空间比大床房还小。

Ideally location. Good spot for a first-time traveller. Value for the time and money. Good welcome from the staff, and they are friendly enough. A welcome gift was also presented upon check-in. The main thing I was very surprised and happy when they informed me that I could check in earlier than what I requested and expected.

The room decorations and displays, a bit old-fashioned, were presented. Also, the lighting is not that comfortable when first entering the room.

The location was superb right in the middle of the town surrounded by many malls.

Wunderbar. Top Lage, hochwertige Ausstattung und äusserst hilfbereites Personal. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, barrierefrei. Riesiges Bad mit toller Dusche, kleine Küchenzeile, ein wirklich grosses Schlafzimmer mit einem super bequemen Bett. Bei diesem Hotel macht Hilton seinem Namen alle Ehre. Direkt nebenan und gegenüber tolle Restaurants. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Ich kann beim besten Willen nix negatives finden. Will man in den Krümeln suchen, könnte man vielleicht den Teppichboden erwähnen. Ein Holzfussboden ist natürlich schöner und auch hygienischer. Aber in solchen Hotels ist der Teppich eher Standard. Das Bett war auch nicht Kingsizegrösse, eher Queensize. Man sollte auch erwähnen, dass es gerade in China noch Raucherzimmer gibt. Hat mich nicht gestört. Man kann ja auch das Zimmer wechseln wenn erforderlich.

Superb location - in the midst of the town location where everything is "happening" and reachable. Good eating places around the hotel and within walking distance.

Crowded place, but that's not an issue, as Chongqing is what it is, and what it should be. So, nothing in particular.

Encountered a small hickup during my stay where the previous tenant smoked. But the staff was very helpful and had my room changed. The location is great for walk and close to the subway if ever needed. Had a nice view of the city from my room.

The exercise room was a bit of a let down but it did the job.

酒店可能是在热闹的商圈的缘故，停车方面还挺麻烦的，很难找到停车位，但是好在只要联系酒店，就会有工作人员来带领。

Ich kannste das Hotel bereits und werde im kommenden April wieder dort sein. Preis Leistung ist top. Absolut keine Beanstandungen. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne in das Hotel. Dort schlafe ich immer sehr gut.

Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Personenwaage auf dem Zimmer. Möglicherweise habe ich diese auch einfach nicht gesehen.

早餐种类少，味道差！前台服务人员少，上午高峰期（10点-12点）仅1个服务员接待。

The location is great. It’s in Guanyinqiao, within walking distance to the light rail station. There are big shopping malls and great restaurants nearby. Guests can go to the shopping center via the hotel lift, which was a lifesaver during the 40-degree days.

The downside is that the hotel is very old and the facilities are outdated. The bathroom smells really bad. One night, our room phone rang twice in the middle of the night, which the hotel explained as phone connection issues. The reception offered us free breakfast as compensation, but it was still a pretty annoying and scary experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

Convenient although hotel is on upslope

I am surprised to learn that I have been billed again to my credit card on 29 Dec 2024 after we checked out although I have already paid in advance on 19 October 2024. I have not agreed to this double deduction and look forward to a refund and some explanation.

大堂接待員有禮，但不斷遊說我升級房間，聲稱我2個人入住，大床房張床會窄。如果張床窄，點解酒店唔從新購入適合雙人床，而唔係不段叫客人俾錢升級，雙人床唔夠雙人睡的話，唔好叫雙人床房間，叫返做單人床吧。另外，我間房位於員工房隔離，酒店員工24 小時不停進出，又唔理會關門時的燥音，另到我們都睡得非常差。
