El desayuno es excelente, muy completo. El restaurante para cenar también correcto, ambiente y personal muy agradables.

Lo que fue una sorpresa desagradable fue la comida en el bar de la piscina el día de llegada. Carta limitada, faltaban platos, y baja calidad, el plato de spaghetis lo sirven frío, y poquísima cantidad a precio elevado... No lo había visto nunca. Por supuesto ya no volvimos a consumir allí.

L'établissement est absolument magnifique, la décoration raffinée autant dans l'hôtel que dans les chambre qui sont très confortable. Le buffet du petit-dejeuner était incroyable. J'en ai rarement vu de si variés, beau et copieux.

On ne peut pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié mais il y a juste l'accès à la piscine et spa ou ce n'était pas très clair ce qui est payant ou inclus dans la réservation. Il y a également plusieurs tarifs et si cela été affiché à la réception du Spa, cela serait plus simple. J'ai trouvé les informations sur le site de l'hôtel par la suite.

tutto perfetto...la location...la colazione veramente ottima e con una ampissima gamma di prodotti per tutte le esigenze. La piscina esterna in particolare quella riscaldata veramente soddisfacente.

non ci sono in particolare che andrebbero migliorate...solo dal mio punto di vista le "restrizioni" relative al dress code per accedere al ristorante dell'albergo mi sembrano un pochino eccessive considerando che i clienti dell'albergo non credo siano tutti appartenenti alla famiglia del sultano del Brunei

Hotel organizzatissimo sia per chi vuole stare in tranquillità sfruttando al massimo le opportunità di relax date dal panorama e dai vari luoghi dove sostare, piscina esterna grande e ben tenuta. Colazione strepitosa con una varietà di cibi e bevande sia dolce che salata. Per i giocatori comodo il tunnel che porta direttamente al casino'. Interni classici spettacolari sembra di entrare in un castello.

Visto che la VDO ha un capoluogo di provincia ricco di storia e ogni paese ha un castello da visitare potrebbero organizzare delle visite guidate per chi ama la storia e la geografia. Personalmente ho visitato Aosta e le sue bellezze storiche di origine romana, e numerosi castelli tutti belli e ben tenuti. Inoltre da un punto di vista panoramico la Stella di PIla e il Monte Bianco alla punta Helbronner sono al top nel mondo

Beeindruckendes Gebäude (Grand Hotel) Sehr bequeme Betten! Ruhige, schalldichte Zimmer Freundliches Personal 20€ Casinoguthaben/Pers. (haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt)

Nicht besonders sauber. In den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurden weder im Zimmer, noch im Frühstücksraum die Böden gesäubert. Dementsprechend klebrig und schmutzig war es. Der Teppich auf den Fluren ist ebenfalls stark verschmutzt. Das Frühstück ist allenfalls durchschnittlich. Alles ist wild im Raum verteilt und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Der Lichtschalter ist so kompliziert, dass es dafür eine Bedienungsanleitung gibt. Es wird an einigen Ecken gespart. Z.B. sind die Fußwege nicht beleuchtet, obwohl Lampen verbaut sind. Die Hotelein- und Ausgänge zum Parkplatz sind gesperrt. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Hund, der sich die ganze Nacht mit seinem Echo unterhält… jede Nacht. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich. Natürlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, dennoch sehr störend für die Gäste. Den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen, kostet für ParcHotel-Gäste sehr teure 48€/Pers.

Problème d'air d'airco, mais qui aurait probablement été résolu si nous avions appelé l'accueil.

Pool Location

Advertised as 4* hotel, but restaurant and facilities are same as the 5* main hotel. No service when you arrive with your luggage. Nobody showing you the way to your room. Room was very good I find. But on the 4th floor it smells like vomit it's terrible. Pool was good but closes early at 7pm. I had read the drill on what is free and what should be charged. Not seen another place that charges 50€ for a long chair by the pool. Maybe on a private beach in a fancy Mediterranean sea town. Breakfast: To me that was the worst part, highlighting poor service. Waiting for table to get ready, staff starts cleaning, suddenly disappears half way leaving us standing there waiting. Had to clean a table myself, go get cutlery, napkins , clean set myself. Saw other patrons with sunny side up eggs. Asked for one too, and was asked for room number. No clue why then. Realised at checkout that the eggs (apart from scrambled) were charged in the deluxe breakfast which you need to top up by 15€ for. Bit pricey for 2 sunny side ups. Normally you'd expect more transparency and at least sign a bill at end of service. Very common in other parts of the world. Bar inside wasn't operating when I wanted a drink because they were serving outside at that time. It's either or ... Can't have both. In short, service being so sloppy, I'd remove 1* star easily. Apart from that room was good, location was nice, close to main centre with bars n restaurants. Overall still happy thanks to the pool, but it was on the pricey side.

Emplacement magnifique. Un hôtel très cossu , mélangeant le style ancien et moderne. grosse infrastructure pouvant accuiliir beaucoup de personnes, grande piscine extérieure et intérieure, cet hôtel est plutôt un resort

L'hôtel mérite être entretenu, les moquettes des couloirs sont vielles et sales. La climatison dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait, malgré avoir demandé à la réception de réparer, il faisait chaud. Nous avons mal dormi. Concernant les interrupteurs d'éclairage, mieux vaut avoir fait des études scientifiques ! Pourquoi faire aussi compliqué pour allumé une lumière ??

This is not a 4 star hotel so please do not book if you are expecting and used to any kind of service or cleanliness. We had so many issues from not even being able to get any food at all, even a simple sandwich to hard beds, dirty rooms and communal areas (that is once you even find your room through dirty fire escape stairs). The staff give zero service, the breakfast is a help yourself, with no waiters around to offer tea or coffee etc. It is a simple basic hotel with cleanliness issues, attached to a nice looking building with a lovely entrance hallway.

The drive up was amazing the views going up the beautiful staircase were wonderful. The staircase was amazing. The shower is peak perfection. An over the head shower with great temperate and water pressure. It made me feel refreshed, clean and energetic. The beds were soo comfy. I got a full 9 hours. The towel rivers were soo warm and comforting.

Aussenlicht vor dem Fenster blieb nachts an und leuchtete hell ins Zimmer. Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgemacht werden. Schalter alle elektronisch und z Teil nicht betriebsfähig . In der Nacht keine Reaktion auf mehrere Anrufe beim Portier. Pool hat Öffnungszeiten die für Übernachtungsgäste idiotisch sind.

Le personnel très accueillant, surtout au SPA, chambre et literie agréable, propre, espace santé magnifique, petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

We return to this hotel every year. It is an exceptional hotel 4 stars, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom also, the breakfast serves huge possibilites.

The staff is proffesional, but without a smile, one cannot feel very welcomed. Over the years the staff is not as good as they were in the past. But we will still return.

חדרים חדשים, מרווחים, ממוזגים ונוחים. מקלחת גדולה ומוצלחת. המלון ממוקם היטב, בסמוך למרכז העיירה. השטחים הציבוריים מרשימים ומטופחים. ארוחת בוקר טובה בחדר אוכל מקסים.

צוות הקבלה לא היה הכי שירותי (התעלם מבקשה לבדוק את המיזוג).

50€ extra für Liege und Sonneschirm waren nicht nur mir zu teuer, sondern den meisten Gästen, die den Gratisbereich nutzten. Schade, dass die schöne Wiese leer bleibt, wenn die Infrastruktur schon da ist. Früher war es nicht der Fall.

Das Hotel Billia ist ein wirklich gutes Hotel mit super Personal. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer leistet gute, angenehme Dienste. Alles ist neu und komfortabel. Ein echter Hingucker mit leichten Einschränkungen.

Im Hochsommer sind die schwarzen Fliesen um das Hotel sehr ärgerlich, da heiß. Es gibt kaum schattige Plätze. Der Pool liegt auf der Südseite und man wird den ganzen Tag "gebraten". Ein schattiger Pavillon wäre hilfreich. Die Bettdecke war dem Niveau des Hotels nicht angepasst. Oben und unten offen. Das Bett war hart und das Oberbett sehr unkomfortabel. Das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen, besonders der Kaffee aus dem Automat mit Milchpulver anstatt Milch. Zu guter Letzt ist der (teure) Zugang zum Spa-Bereich nicht gut geregelt, da alle Außenpoolbesucher dort durchlaufen.

Gorgeous hotel and lovely rooms in a stunning setting in Piedmont. Great amenities and a magnificent breakfast. Really wonderful and engaging, professional staff.

D avoir été déplacé à la brasserie à la place du restaurant et la carte du menu était vraiment de petite qualité pour avoir un hôtel comme cela . Très déçus …. Et devoir payer 70 euros pour pouvoir aller à la piscine de l hôtel pour une chaise et un parasol avec le niveau de prix des chambres …. ???

Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré

Excellent petit-déjeuner avec une grande diversité de mets et boissons. Présence de produits locaux. Possibilité de déguster son petit-déjeuner en terrasse ,avec vue sur les collines. Cadre idyllique et serein. Idéal pour se reposer.

Pourquoi ne pas se munir d'un certificat de durabilité ? Évitez les verres en plastique . Installer des pictogrammes dans les chambres, qui incitent à réutiliser les serviettes de bain. Remplacer les petits flacons de douche et salle de bain par des contenants plus grands et rechargeables etc.

Deuxième expérience dans cet établissement. Le Spa est très agréable et spacieux. A noter, il faut réserver. Vous pouvez réserver à la journée et sortir pour revenir ou prendre l'option 3 heures (30 € par personne). La chambre est très agréable et spacieuse. Bouilloire et cafetière à disposition, mini bar (pas de tarif annoncé). Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et copieux. De très bons thés et tisanes à disposition. Machine à café ou à la demande. Proximité d'Aoste. Très bel établissement et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très agréable et s'est employé à trouver des solutions pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.

Dommage d'utiliser des gobelets plastiques ou carton. Le restaurant est pratique mais les tarifs pratiqués ne correspondent pas au niveau des plats cuisinés (poulet aux épices accompagnés de quelques rondelles de pommes de terre : 24 €, une petite coupe de fraise : 15 €). C'est dommage, les plats servis n'étaient pas du niveau d'un grand restaurant ou d'un restaurant gastronomique. Prix pour deux personnes pour 2 poulets épicés, 2 verres de vin et 2 coupes de fraises (sans glace, sucre, citron ou crème) : 93 €... C'est un peu excessif. Cela ne retire pas la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel.

Le nettoyage de la chambre était vraiment pas terrible. Les sols n’ont pas été nettoyés, serviettes pas changées et les savons étaient entamés.

il problema è che prenotando da booking non ho potuto usufruire di pacchetti soggiorno+spa molto convenienti e che avrei potuto scegliere dl sito ufficiale della struttura quindi mi sono trovato a pagare più del doppio la coppia camera+spa (assolutamente non conveniente per il servizio offerto) a fronte della mia obiezione telefonica prima del soggiorno e richieste di una offerta più conveniente la direzione mi ha risposto che è sempre sconsigliato prenotare da booking ma preferibile dal sito proprietario pessima risposta

Beautiful building with really good service, very generous: We ordered some drinks and received lots of nice canapés , nuts, olives etc almost like dinner. Then we ordered 2 coffee in the morning in the room- as the bar was still closed- and we got a hole selection of cakes, croissants etc… the hotel really impressed us.

There was nothing we didn’t like

I’ve been returning to this hotel regularly over the past few years, and I always enjoy the richness of the breakfast selection.

During my most recent stay at the hotel in March 2026, the floors on the third floor were not fully vacuumed even once over the course of my five-day stay. The room was cleaned every day, but the hallway floors were not vacuumed.
