De uitstekende ligging aan het strand. Aan het mooiste stukje strand met palmen van Lamai. Bedjes genoeg, geen handdoekje leggen. Dagelijks schone handdoeken / strandhanddoeken en flesjes met water op de kamer

Gastvrijheid/hartelijkheid van de dames van de receptie en schoonmaak was anders dan verwacht. Personeel van de beachbar en de nachtwaker waren dan weer juist wel heel vriendelijk. Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt, maar badkamer verdient net iets meer aandacht. Lobby is een beetje sfeerloos. Iets meer planten en wat leuks aan de muur zouden het een hele andere indruk geven. Kamers zijn wat ouder, maar zien er nog oke uit.

Geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und bequemen Bett. Die Lage ist sehr gut und direkt am Strand.

Zimmerservice nur auf Nachfrage bei Rezeption. Die Rezeption spricht kein gutes Englisch und ist nicht sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind schon herabgekommen und es ist relativ laut, man hört viel von den Nachbarn. Das Hotel sagt zwar, es gibt einen Wäschedienst, aber auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, es gibt doch keinen. Die Dusche ist ebenso recht unbequem.

Mould smell constantly in room. Could hear everything in room. Did not feel clean. Friends bed very uncomfortable. Although cheap stay for us it was very low standards compared to our other stays at the same price and location.

Le hôtel est en pleine croissance. Je pense que dans quelques années les tarifs ne seront plus les mêmes. Le personnel est agréable. Toujours des serviettes de bain disponible. Chambre propre. Les équipements sont parfait et les chambres bien grande. Les piscines sont incroyable. Et la plage au bord est vraiment un luxe. L’emplacement idéal dans lamai Mention spécial aux dames disponible sur le petit îlot sur la plage pour les massages! Vous êtes les meilleures

Ne manque de modernité de la salle de bain peut être à refaire car tout coule par terre et ce n’est pas très agréable.

Bij aankomst waren onze 2 bungalows nog vies. In de badkamers zaten er haren in het douche putje. De wastafels zaten nog vol tandpasta en de kranen waren ook vies. Op de vloer in het slaapgedeelte zat nog aangekoekte zonnebrand. Het was allemaal erg ranzig.

Если вы любите наличие большого количества людей, все рядом и шумные бары, то расположение идеальное. В самом центре Ламаи, (кстати, этот пляж лучший, идеальная вода, песок и нет камней и сильных отливов). В шаговой доступности все что хочешь. Пляж рядом, есть свои шезлонги, но людей слишком много. Номера большие, мебель деревянная, наличие балконов порадовало. Очень большие кровати. Есть холодильник.

Отелю не хватает души и уюта. Что, на мой взгляд, достаточно легко исправить. Не хватает зелени на территории и в корпусе, а также зоне ресепшен. Качество уборки оставляет желать лучше. Номерам требуется хороший клининг. Бассейны тоже грязные. Душ это отдельное мучение, он не съемный, прикреплен высоко на стене, что для детей является проблемой. И вообще очень неудобно, что это ванна, а не душевая. Очень плохая звукоизоляция, поэтому жить комфортно можно только на 3 этаже в концах корпуса.

this 'HOTEL" is in a fantastic position next to the best beach in Samui (IMHO) but it needs a major upgrade it's like a 1990's post soviet hotel in BULGARIA , it's vast and has enormous potential but is almost comically run down.....needs work

J'ai aimé l'emplacement.

Le personnel n'est pas agréable et parle peu anglais. L'hôtel n'est pas très propre et tout est vieillissant pas suffisamment de serviettes dans les chambres et pour la plage. Et les toilettes n'ont pas une bonne évacuation nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait.

The water running out of the taps was brown. The floor boards were breaking under my feet. Mouldy rusty old fitting in bathroom. The room (beach front bungalow) had a smell. The surrounding garden was unkept and looked awful.

Location is good a with a very nice long and clean beach at your doorstep. 100 meters behind the hotel is the main street of Lamai with bars, restaurants and shops. Lamai is a lot less busy and more relaxed than Chaweng beach if you prefer a bit more vacation quiet time (cheaper than Chaweng too for eating and drinking). Hotel was good value for money, room was a decent size and efficient Aircon.

Not much we didn't like, I have been to Thailand several times and it was as expected for location, value and price.

Personnel de la plage super sympa, masseuses très sympa, le Directeur de l'établissement toujours le sourire et très agréable.

Le seul petit bémol de cet hôtel, c'est la fille de l'accueil il va falloir qu'elle apprenne à sourire et à être aimable, toujours la tête visé sur son portable , arrive tout juste a dire bonjour dommage.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y amplias, muy tranquilo. El lugar es precioso el restaurantes orilla de playa, cenar ahí es precioso.

Right on beach. Good, reasonably priced restaurants within 1 - 2 minute walk and overlooking the beach. Only 2 minute walk to laundry service and close to bars, restaurants, and 7-Eleven. A good variety and quantity of restaurants. Most were really good quality and good prices. Staff were very friendly as well. Two night markets are nearby and even a free Muay Thai night at a local outdoor pub that's open to all ages of spectators once a week. Everything you need, including medical and personal services are all within easy walking distance. Cheweng is a short taxi ride away and has a pretty large shopping mall within easy walking distance to the beach as well. Advice for ferry arrivals: If possible to pre-book shuttle from ferry docks with ferry company. Pre-booked shuttle (with Lomprayah) cost 150 baht. Regular taxi upon arrival without pre-booking would have been 600 baht.

Beds were a bit hard, but clean. Sliding doors to balcony didn't fully close and requested maintenance to fix. A a bit of nightlife noise from nearby bars could be heard until 1 or 2 AM but not enough to prevent sleep. The pools had an algae issue but the hotel brought in portable filter to manage.

The lady in the reception was not friendly and also the water in the toilet was insufficient. The shower was far from good, you can't adjust it and has no pressure. So never again here.

Placeringen var perfekt. To dejlige pools. Virkelig smukke omgivelser, palmer og strande.

Bungalowen var ret slidt og rengøringen var overhoved ikke optimalt. Virkelig ærgerligt fordi stedet har kæmpe potentiale.

boli sme v hoteli už niekoľkokrát spokojnosť nadovšetko ale prekvapilo nás počas nášho 3 týždňového pobytu otvorenie nového blízkeho discoclubu v tesnej blízkosti hotela a to nám narušilo polovicu pobytu v hoteli. problém bol v nadmernom hluku v nočných hodinách kde skutočne od 24,00 do 04 ,00 sa nedá zaspať kôli tlakovej vlne zo zábavného klubu. Veľmi neťastné riešenie v rámci Lamaiu, a to sme toto miesto navvštívili mnoho krát a zrejme z tohto dôvodu sa bohužiaľ do hotela astro.-cooco nevrátime aj keď oni za tento problém nemôžu.

The location was perfect. It was very quiet and clean. Rooms were spacious.

Une bouilloire pour avoir café et thé dans la chambre serait pas mal. Il y a bien un point nt thé, café instantané mais rarement garni, comme il faut.

Is on a very nice beach with direct access from the hotel.

Staff at reception don’t speak much English so it’s hard to ask questions but they show you to your room which is nice.

Najlepsza jest lokalizacja, przy plaży, w centrum Lamai.

Kontakt z personelem bardzo słaby. Obie Panie na recepcji jakby były tam za karę, zero klasycznego tajskiego uśmiechu. Proszone o informację o cenie transferu z portu i na lotnisko, odpisały po 2 dniach, że mogę wziąć taksówkę. Obiekt nie ma wylewek bidetowych w łazience, za to ma kartkę żeby nie wrzucać papieru do toalety. Brak windy, walizki wnosi się nawet na drugie piętro.

De locatie was de grote troef van deze locatie, direct aan het strand enerzijds en op een straat van het bruisende centrum. De locatie was rustig. De kamers groot en fijn.

Wat kleine aanpassingen kunnen dit hotel zo veel beter maken. De receptie zijn 2 gammele tafels met een hoop zooi (bouw een balie en een kast voor je spullen en je eerste indruk is zó veel beter). Er is een koffie-corner maar echt 'the bare minimum', met een leuk koffie apparaatje maak je al zo'n verschil. Onze eerste indruk was matig maar gelukkig zijn we gebleven want het was een heel fijn verblijf!

Die Lage ist optimal in einem Palmenhain am Strand. Das Team der Beach Bar macht einen super Job genau wie die Zimmermädchen.Die Anlage ist weitläufig und es gibt genügend Liegen.

Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollten dringend auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden. Eine begehbare Dusche sollte Standard sein. Die Betten haben eine gute Größe allerdings waren sie für uns zu hart.

Super Lage am Strand und die Straße zum Shoppen, Schlendern, Essen und 7/11 schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Am Strand mehrere tolle Bars. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut.

Es könnte so ein schönes Hotel sein,wenn es innen nicht so lieblos, ohne jede Gestaltung, weiß und kahl wäre. Es gibt kein Wasserkocher und auch keinen Aufzug. Sauberkeit top. Man kann mit alldem leben, wenn man nicht viel erwartet, alles ok. Auffallend schlecht ist nur das Personal an der Rezeption. Gleichgültig bis unfreundlich. Wenn sie überhaupt vom Handy hochschauen. Sehr schade, nur die Zimmermädchen haben gegrüsst und ein Lächeln zurück geschenkt.

Belle hôtel et parfaitement bien situé sur la plage de Lamai qui est magnifique et en plein centre ville c'est super.

Hall d'accueil beaucoup trop bruyant, surtout quand vous avez une chambre qui donne dans ce hall. Pour couronner le tout, les 3 premières nuits nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit par des personnes qui s'installaient dans les canapés pour poursuivre leur soirée. Il s'avérait que c'était un groupe de 28 personnes de la même famille qui n'avait aucun respect. Nous avons bien écrit à l'établissement afin de signaler le problème et aucune réponse de leur part ? Un soir très tard, nous avons été obligé d'intervenir pour leur demander d'arrêter leur vacarme ! Pourtant, il y a bien un veilleur de nuit mais qui en aucun cas il n'ait intervenu ?? Aussi, voilà 3 mois que nous voyageons sur Ko Samui, Ko Phan Gan et Ko Tao avec un changement d'établissement toutes les semaines et c'est le premier ou nous avons eu le moins bon accueil ! Les hôtesses font tout pour ne pas croiser votre regard, du coup pas de sourire et surtout pas de bonjour ?

Außen hui innen pfui. Die Türen kann man nicht lautlos schließen, daher knallen sie Tag und Nacht durch kommende und gehende Gäste. Das Hotel braucht eine liebevolle Sanierung. Das Badezimmer ist furchtbar. Veraltete Brauseköpfe. Keine Nachttischlampe. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist völlig Handy fixiert und schafft es nicht zu lächeln. Schade, der Platz ist so gut gelegen. Da wäre viel mehr daraus zu machen. Strandpersonal ist top!

Jedinu malu vyhradu mam pri personale. Je to sice malickost. Ale za mna velku zmenu by spravilo, keby zdravili hosti a mozno sa aj trochu usmiali. Vacsinou som na to zvyknuta.
