Přístup k moři, krásná pláždobrá poloha, přitom blízko k jedné z hlavních tepen obchodu a restauraci, vynikající snídaně (TOP)

Recepční, tu holku která tam byla při našem příjezdu na hotel ať pošlou domů, očividně tam nechce být, práce a komunikace s lidmi ji vyloženě obtěžuje, komáři na pokoji(vyřešeno tentýž den odpuzovacím přístrojem ze 7Eleven), ubytování hodně staré, podlahy vržou, postel snad ze 18.století. Absolutně nevyhovující, budil jsem se přítelkyni celou noc navzájem při pouhém pohybu.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Strand und nur ein paar Meter von der Lamai Beach Road entfernt. Man hat also viele Möglichkeiten sich selber schnell zu versorgen. Das Resort hat auch einen eigenen Shuttle Service, der einen gerne zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bringt und dort auch wartet. Das Resort war sowohl für Familien als auch für ältere Menschen geeignet.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et la salle de bain n’est pas top. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine, notamment grâce au personnel, qui est très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons presque mangé tous les jours au restaurant de l’hôtel, car leurs plats sont vraiment délicieux ! Un grand merci tout particulier à Tiana et Fei pour avoir organisé l’anniversaire de notre fils. On a aussi adoré la plage et le neight Market , on a passe’ un très beau séjour !

La spiaggia è incredibile, la camera era grandissima e soprattutto c’è una gigantesca cabina doccia. Le pulizie sono giornaliere e lo staff è iper accogliente. Ci tornerei!

Location was great, right on Lamai beach and just back off the main road. Bungalows were quiet and set in peaceful gardens. Accommodation was basic but very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent, new air conditioning in the bungalow.

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Everybody was so nice and helpful. We were looking for some speciality of Thailand and the lady at the reception was so nice. She bought it for us the next day. Really thank you so much for everything🙏🏻

L’emplacement géographique pas loin de tous les commodités. La vue sur la mer, la piscine est top. Le personnel est top toujours à l’écoute et prêt à tout pour satisfaire nos demandes , ils essaient souvent de trouver des solutions. À notre départ très matinale , ils nous ont préparé des breakfast box. Grand merci aux personnels

La chambre très spacieux avec un super balcon. Le confort de la literie est très dur, les coussins sont trop durs. La salle de bain nous avons des remontées d’odeur désagréable.

Colazione molto buona, letti comodi, molto vicino ai negozi e locali. Personale di sala molto gentile e bello spettacolo del fuoco il sabato sera.

Bungalow assegnato in pessima posizione, personale alla reception poco gentile, ma soprattutto terribile la spiaggia con le moto d’acqua davanti che corrono tutto il giorno su e giù.

Struttura in centro a Lamai, accesso diretto sulla spiaggia. La struttura era pulita e il personale accogliente.

La struttura ha un ottimo potenziale. Alcune zone della stanza andrebbero sistemate come la rubinetteria e le infiltrazioni, ma nel complesso è una bella struttura. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

Tiene literalmente una entrada privada” a una playa súper larga que no parece que esté llena porque es muy grande, fuimos a una más pequeña y no se podía estar de toda la gente que había y volvimos a esa.

Tuvimos un incidente y es que tuvimos hormigas de fuego tropicales en la cama y a mi novio le dio una urticaria importante, hablamos con la chica de recepción y no hubo ningún problema en cambiarnos sin pensarlo. En la otra habitación no había nada, a si que intuyo que fue un problema puntual.

La stanza era ampia e la posizione molto comoda nel centro di lamai. Anche la colazione ottima ed abbondante; stanza con accesso diretto alla piscina, spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Personale cortese, disponibile, sorridente ed accogliente

Il bagno era molto maleodorante di fogna la rubinetteria vecchia, inoltre il penultimo giorno la nostra stanza è stata infestata da termiti volanti, in effetti la sera precedente la mia amica aveva trovato sotto al suo cuscino delle ali di questi insetti... Fortunatamente lo staff dell' hotel ha provveduto a cambiarci immediatamente la stanza. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, la sabbia è bianca e pulita, ma i lettini dell' hotel sono scarsi e non ben curati, inoltre il mare in questa stagione è purtroppo torbido.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal super freundlich.

Bis auf die Armaturen in der Dusche gab es nichts zu meckern. Sehr verrostet und etwas Schimmel. Da man sich dort nicht lange aufhält sehe ich darüber hinweg. Fleck auf der Bettwäsche kostete uns am Ende umgerechnet 20€ fanden wir nicht so lustig, da die Bettwäsche teilweise auch Löcher und Flecken hatte.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Lamai Coconut Beach Resort, après une première expérience très réussie l’année dernière. Et une fois encore, nous n’avons pas été déçus ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé en front de mer, avec un emplacement très central qui permet de profiter facilement de Lamai, tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement calme et reposant. Cette fois-ci, nous avions une chambre au 4ᵉ et dernier étage, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, tout comme la salle de bain. L’éclairage est également très bien pensé, ce qui rend la chambre particulièrement agréable. Le restaurant est top, avec une très bonne qualité et un cadre vraiment agréable. Enfin, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, souriant et attentionné. C’est vraiment appréciable et cela contribue beaucoup à la qualité du séjour. Si nous sommes revenus une deuxième fois, ce n’est pas un hasard ! Un excellent hôtel, parfaitement situé, calme, confortable et avec une équipe au top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons certainement ! 🌴🌊❤️

Les chambres son propre les salles de bain sont a rénover. Le personnel est agréable et réactif. Hôtel accès direct sur la plage, piscine propre. L’emplacement idéal pour les commerçants et restaurants.

Vétusté de la salle de bain, très forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée.

La robinetterie, wc ont besoin d'être rénovés. Les transats sont vieillots et les matelas très fins donc pas confortables ! Les gens extérieurs qui viennent squatter la plage de l'hotel !

I giardini che adornano i bungalow e tutta la struttura e che ti accompagnano fino alla spiaggia privata fornita di pochi lettini sono davvero belli. Lo staff del ristorante è la ragazza “sorridente” alla reception sono stati accoglienti. Wi-Fi veloce.

Per i servizi che offre è caro. Ko Samui è diventata più cara rispetto ad altri posti della Thailandia. La poca cordialità della ragazza (la tipa meno sorridente) al check out. Supponente e irritante. Se è infastidita dai guests, la receptionist non è il lavoro per lei. Prima volta che mi capita di avere a che fare con un tailandese così poco accogliente.

Чистые, аккуратные номера, вежливый персонал, собственный пляж, до моря минута пешком. Для проживающих, без залога, можно арендовать скутер. Отличное место!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste parfait, proche de tout. La plage de Lamai en accès direct est vraiment bien, la mer est belle et la plage est propre. Petit déjeuner correct mais c'est toujours la même chose. Le personnel est top et agréable, et toujours aux petits soins. La piscine est petite mais suffisante. Hôtel propre, la chambre est faite tous les jours.

Les bungalows sont vieillots. Refaire le tout au goût du jour. Notamment remplacer la décoration et changer le papier peint au mur. Remplacer notamment les matelas des transats à la piscine qui sont usés. Je suis restée sur une note assez négative lors de mon chek out car le réceptionniste a facturé 700 baths pour une toute petite tâche sur un drap alors que la tâche était déjà existante.

Prachtige schone kamers, goede douche, goede bedden. Restaurant was goed en prima service aan het strand. Dichtbij drukke winkelstraat met winkeltjes, restaurants en bars maar totaal geen overlast hiervan. Top locatie!

Globalement rien, mais son emplacement front de mer et proche des animations (shopping, restaurant…) est un plus.

Le manager et son manque de professionnalisme quant à la relation client. Une expérience horrible qui m’a valu de changer d’hôtel la veille pour le lendemain avec ma famille. Le séjour est passé de 4 nuits à 1 ! Au cours de cette nuit, quelle déception; la literie est pitoyable, on sent que 2 lits ont été collés avec une grande barre de fer au milieu, très désagréable. Aucune connexion wifi opérationnelle; préparez vous à consommer vos GO internet. Décoration fade, vraiment pas à la hauteur du lieu et de l’expérience souhaitée.

The location was great. Located on the beachfront and on a nice street with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was okay, nothing special for the breakfast.

The room had cockroaches. The bathroom drains were awful and constantly smelling of rotten eggs. The bed was old and you felt like you might fall through it. The duvet had the wrong size cover so the duvet had over a foot hanging out. The door to the room was sticking and you needed to really pull it ridiculously hard to shut etc.

Location was brilliant. Swimming excellent and very close to the Main Street of Lamai. Loved the firm mattresses.

Needs some upgrading however this is true for a lot of properties in Lamai as they are still recovering from the absence of tourists during the COVID pandemic. We changed rooms from the top floor of a more modern building due to terrible vibrations (+ some noise) that were fluctuating and significantly worse in the bathroom. Turns out, it was caused by a water pump on the roof nearby and evidently it affects rooms 405-408. We moved to an old bungalow, didn’t ask for or get offered a refund for the difference (no views) however no longer had to endure the vibrations, just the extremely creaky floorboards. Could see through some of the gaps!! Slept well though as quite dark but we like that. Bathroom much better in the bungalow. JetSki’s were operating both sides of the area in front of the resort - noisy and irritating but you get used to it.

Good location, right on beach and super close to the main strip without being loud. Great view from 4th/top floor overlooking the ocean. Sunbeds on the beachfronrt were great to lay on and chill. Pool was clean and set up well. Staff were good. Lots of cupboard/desk space to put your things. Room was spacious. Overall a good stay/no problems.

Breakfast seemed a bit on the pricey side but I didn't eat it so perhaps it was worth it. Decor a little old fashioned but fine.

A localização é ótima, a zona de praia para tomar banho também é boa apesar de ter imensas motas de agua a beira e o pequeno almoço buffet é muito bom e variado.

Os bungalow estão um pouco desgastados e a area de wc também nao é muito moderna. Mas a parte que mais desiludiu e era a parte que mais me interessava eram a parte de apoio na praia, principalmente espreguiçadeiras, não tem nada a ver com as fotos que apresentam com guarda sois e espreguiçadeiras com bons colchões, so tem guarda sois na area do bar com puffs. Merece uma melhoria grande e a area esta muito mal aproveitada.

Quite noisy, was not explained correctly that extra bed is not included in the price. Water was going out the shower through the entire bathroom.

Les comodités très médiocre ! La salle de bain vétuste, pas d’eau chaude, serviettes changées 2 fois en 5 nuits ! Présence de blattes ds la salle de bain à mon arrivée et j’ai séjourné avec des geckos dans ma chambre et ai eu droit à un concert toutes les nuits !! Signalés mais pas d’amélioration. Notre côté plage était occupé par des jet ski et donc nous devions nous éloignés pour bien profité.

Alte abgenutzte Ausstattung. Matratzen liegen nur auf brettern auf! Nichts für Leute mit Rücken Problemen!

Приветливый персонал, удобное расположение, нет проблем с горячей водой, отличный пляж, много места в тени деревьев. Можно взять байк в отеле, но немного дороговато, зато без лишних заморочек.

Единственное- это старая сантехника и ванные комнаты требуют ремонта. Застиранные полотенца и пастельное тоже бы поменять.

Visited start of June 26. Stayed in a Beach Front Bungalow. A bit small. There was nowhere to sit inside. Apart from that, it had everything you needed. There was a balcony area with table and chairs and the Beach was terrific. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary beach lounge chairs for Guests. Location was wonderful and there were Supermarkets and Restaurants only a couple minutes walk away. WiFi was available throughout the Resort.

For the Beach Front Bungalows would have been nice to have a tap at steps to wash feet after coming off Beach. Worked around this by leaving a couple of water bottles on balcony.

Breakfast was average, need more variety. The same 4 fruits every day. Not enough choice with cereal. Only 3 boring ones

Have a bit more variety in everything. A lot of things need maintenance. Most of the sun chairs need to be fixed. Our bathroom had a leak, there was water always on the floor

We original booked the bungalow but found it very small dark and run down. Staff were happy to accommodate our request to move to the sea view rooms Which were more comfortable in size.

Make sure if you book room you state 2 people per room or you won't get your breakfast...don't assume lilke me on Koh Samet or Koh Chang that your room is for 2 people including breakfast explain you need 2 people for breakfast every day ...

Das grosse Zimmer hatte eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und den Pool, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Badewanne war so gross, dass ich mich komplett ausstrecken konnte und hatte zudem noch Arm und Fusslehnen, was sie sehr bequem gemacht hat. Man war sehr schnell beim Strand und es gab Massage- sowie Jetskiangebote.

Der Aufzug war leider etwas laut, da er beim ankommen immer ein "Ding" Geräusch gemacht hat, was den Tag durch nicht schlimm war, aber da die Gäste teilweise auch mitten in der Nacht zurück kamen war es etwas störend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Coconut Beach Resort in Lamai Beach insgesamt sehr genossen. Wir hatten vier Bungalows gemietet, die nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt lagen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine tropische Garten vor den Bungalows – die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen kam. Außerdem hatten wir gelegentlich eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Da wir in Thailand unterwegs waren, haben wir das jedoch als Teil der tropischen Umgebung akzeptiert und uns dadurch den Urlaub nicht verderben lassen. Der größte Kritikpunkt war leider der Check-out. Uns wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass zwei Handtücher und ein Bettlaken dauerhaft verschmutzt seien und wir diese bezahlen müssten. Die betreffenden Gegenstände wurden uns nicht gezeigt, sondern lediglich Fotos präsentiert. Da uns nicht bewusst war, etwas außergewöhnlich verschmutzt zu haben, empfanden wir die Situation als unangenehm und wenig transparent. Schade, denn dieser Vorfall hat den ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt getrübt. Insgesamt ist das Resort aufgrund der tollen Lage direkt am Strand und der schönen Bungalows durchaus empfehlenswert, beim Auschecken sollte man jedoch aufmerksam sein.

The location was fabulous aside from the rundown neighboring properties. Having a restaurant onsite was wonderful. The beach and loungers were great.

The constant sewage smell coming from the water and drains was not good. The staff at times were very cold/unfriendly even though we were smiley and kind to them. The pool was green from algae half the time we were there.

Staff were great, location was fantastic right on the beach..easy walk to restaurants and bars. The beach was really nice with plenty of shade from trees.

Plenty of wooden beach beds, but they were extremely uncomfortable to lay on for any amount of time. They do have plenty of stackable chairs and tables though which were far more comfortable.

C’était sale quand j’ai tiré le lit il y avait des saletés le ménage n’était pas fait , sur le lit il y avait des mythes sur les draps et des poils. L’horreur 😡

Great location, lovely staff and service, offers a range of services like shuttle to airport, washing facility, massage place right on the beach out front of resort, and amazing cocktails. Woke up with a sore back a couple days from the bed but it was huge and my partner was happy so maybe it was just me. Overall amazing would stay there again.

В один из дней на пляже начали обрубать ветки деревьев, которые давали тень. Убирали их два дня.

Lovely hotel right on the beach but far enough away from the busy street. Staff were lovely. When we got to our room we found the air con was really noisy so they moved us straight away. Breakfast was delicious 😋

Bungalows are little out dated and could do with being renovated. However the views make up for it!

I am writing this review in hopes that the hotel might finally respond to my contact attempts. We booked for a few nights but upon arrival we were checked into a room on the ground floor that had a serious sewage issue. The toilet, shower & sink all emitted a putrid sewage smell and no matter what we did we couldn’t fix it. We went straight back to reception, the staff all laughed with each other as if they were expecting us to come back. They told us there was nothing they could do about the smell so we asked if we could go to another room. The smell was so awful you couldn’t even stand in the room as it was constantly coming out of the bathroom. They told us they had no other rooms available. After some back and fourth the staff agreed that the room was not fit for stay and offered us a refund so we could find other accommodation as they didn’t have a room for us. They gave us an email to contact to retrieve our refund and we have video evidence of them offering a refund. We contacted the email with our evidence multiple times but have not had a single response so am having to take to a public review.

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt, das einzige Hotel mit Naturschatten, deshalb sind wir „Wiederholungstäter“ Zentral gelegen und im Haupthaus schöne große Zimmer.

Es gibt nicht wirklich Negativpunkte, das einzige, die neuen Auflagen der Strandliegen sind wirklich sehr hart

Die Strandlage ist einfach nur super. Der Ort ist wirklich perfekt nicht zu voll, aber auch überhaupt nicht abgelegen. In Lamai kann man viel machen.

De locatie is heel fijn. Direct aan het strand en in een straat met winkeltjes en restaurants. De kamer was super schoon en groot. Ook het eerste bed in Thailand dat, naar mijn smaak, niet te hard was. Ik vond het een fijn matras. Goede service voor het wassen van kleding.

De (bad)kamer had soms een onprettige afvoer lucht. Kan gebeuren op een eiland. Maar toch minder prettige.
