Gold Central Hotel by Haviland

We were really impressed by the service. The staff were professional and quick to respond to any request. The hotel is in the heart of the city, with many attractions nearby. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

We've already had a nice stay here with them and we have been supported a lot by them, who consulted us so nicely what to do and where to go here in Da Nang!

Bon, on ne peut pas s’attendre au meilleur pour un hotel 3 étoiles à 15€ la nuit. MAIS, photos mensongères, surtout la salle de bain qui était très vieille, pas entretenue. L’eau de la douche ne s’évacuait pas, donc provoquait une inondation. Lunette de toilette instable, et tres vieille donc pas propre. Draps pas propres avec traces de sang ou d’excréments ??? Traces collantes non identifiées sur le sol. Bruit d’un compteur électrique dans la chambre. Bref, un hotel exige un minimum de propreté, et c’était vraiment dégueulasse. En un mot : fuyez !

Gia đình tôi có 4 phòng thì tất cả TV , Điện thoại đều ko hoạt động.

Phòng đẹp, giá cả ôk nhân viên thân thiện

Mình ở ks này nhiều lần rồi, phòng dọn sạch sẽ. Mấy bạn nhân viên cũng thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Xung quanh ks nhiều quán ăn uống, nhậu nhẹt. Gần sân bay nữa. Rất ổn nha

We arrived at 10am when check in was at 2pm, knowing our room would not be ready yet and just wanting somewhere to leave our bags, unfortunately there was no where secure to leave our bags at reception and also very limited space for us to sit and wait, there was no air conditioning so it was also hot and uncomfortable. We asked if it was possible to check in a little earlier (1 or 1:30) and the reception said she would check but then never got back to us. We came back at 1:30 and they said it would be ready at 2, which was fine but then at 2 they said it still was not ready yet. When we were finally allowed into our room we were disappointed to learn that the room had no lock and the door could not even shut properly. Which was concerning given we are two young girls travelling alone and the room was just through the doors on the first floor right by reception. We asked to change to a different room that we could lock and we had to pay extra. When we got to this room there was a loud consistent knocking sound (like work of some sort being done on the outside of the building) we asked the staff if and when this would stop and they were unable to find out for us. Saying it maybe will finish, but could not confirm. The staff were not very helpful nor friendly. In the middle of talking to us about the room change one ate some food and covered her mouth while talking making it even harder to comprehend what she was saying when combined with how quite she was and the language barrier. When I first arrived at the hotel at around 10am I gave some washing to be done and the said it would be ready that night. I asked at 10pm for my washing and the said it would be ready in 5 mins. I came back 10 mins later and they said 15-20 mins. I then came back at 10:45 and they said another 15-20 mins. This happened about 5 times and it wasn’t untill midnight that my washing was done and I was finally able to collect it, only to find that it was still damp.

Room was old and smelt of damp. The hallway was very hot waiting for the lift 5/10 mins was ridiculous. Staff sorted refund only after complaining continuously for 10 minutes

Betten waren sehr bequem, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ngay trung tâm nên khá tiện di chuyển

Ở 4 ngày nhưng ko đc thay đồ vệ sinh cá nhân mới , ngày đầu tiên có phát hiện vết dơ ở chăn .

lễ tân Hạnh nhiệt tình, chú bảo vệ Thọ chu đáo, khách sạn sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần trung tâm thành phố thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển.

Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ. Ks cũng gần mấy chỗ đi chơi, nói chung ok hợp giá tiền

المكان غير نظيف لايوجد شيء يستحق الاعجاب او الذكر. كل شيء فيه قديم او غير نظيف لابوجد تقديم خدمات في هذا المكان موظف واحد ويتناول الشفت مع موظفه اخرى اللطف من الولد في التعامل .

Nội thất cũ quá, chăn gối ko được thơm lắm, nhiều tầng nhưng chỉ có 1 thang máy di chuyển khá bất tiện giờ checkin

I don’t understand how this has 8/10. It is dirty, there is mold and clear humidity problems everywhere. It is okay for few nights but don’t expect a 8.5 rated hotel, it’s not

The location is good. I preferred to be close to the city center rather than the expat area close to the beach.

Hotel was ok. Floor a bit dirty also the curtains. Not much ventilation in the room. Just a tiny window inside the bathroom.

Great location—super convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

La habitación tenía humedades, incluso se veía como salía agua de las juntas del suelo, un increíble olor a humedad. Tras decírselo a la recepción nos informan que lo notan pero no pueden cambiar de habitación porque el hotel está repleto. Nos aplican un descuento en la habitación pero tenemos que dormir con ese olor y el peligro que conyeva.

I had a great experience staying at Gold Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff included Nhi , Ánh , Long ,Nhật were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The view from the window but thats it.

Totally run-down. Dirty. No hot water initially but was fixed upon request. Rising damp on all the walls. Lift didnt go to floor of apartment so last floor was via steps. Strong smell of damp in rooms. Photos of furniture etc are as advertised but they dont show you the actual state of the room. The damp and stains on the walls and ceilings were so of putting and probably not great from a health perspective. Avoid booking here.

Drain in the bathroom for the shower was outside the shower next to the toilet which we thought was strange and made the floor wet all over if using the bathroom after a shower. Maybe normal! We also had no towels in the room when we arrived so had to ask

I like how approachable the staffs are though their english skills is not that good. They are always smiling and kind people.

Room had a bad mouldy smell. After reporting it nothing was done. It was terrible. I'm general the hotel is tired and not well maintained. Any key card could open any door in the hotel.

The room was small and cozy. The hotel was close to the city center, and there were various shops everywhere.

The main door to the room wasn’t allowed to be closed, so it was quite noisy. The bathroom and toilet were shared by all guests, so they weren’t very clean.
