Incredible location, big comfy beds, lovely staff especially the house keeping who are just the sweetest ladies. Cleaning done daily with water and fresh towels. Really good value for money

Some maintenance needed in some areas but nothing drastic. When we left there was some work happening in a room on our floor so the management are obviously working towards fixing problems.

Nice hotel, quite central and walking distance to many restaurants. Good view of dragon bridge from top floor. Room was very clean and comfortable

Some guests are very loud late at night, not the hotels fault

The bedroom was large and the shower and bathroom were perfect, clean and well stocked. And the views of the river and Dragin Bridge were perfect for avoiding t he r huge crowds. Nor forgetting the lovely staff. Just great

The rooftop pool was small and had no shade outside but it cooled it did cool us down

Location is good, but staff when I arrived after booking one week in advance, they told me sorry the AC is not working and transferred me a terrible hotel. I hope managers can respect the booking

事前にメールで、到着時間を聞かれたチェックイン時間前でも空きがあれば、早くても対応可能などのやり取りがあり、親切なホテルだと感じていました。ところが、当日返答していたチェックイン時間に行くと部屋のエアコンが壊れていて部屋が無いと言い出し、別の姉妹ホテルを紹介される。然も、街の中心部から更に3キロも離れた場所だったので、観光食事に大変不便でした。更にホテルの看板も出ていない改装工事中の中の一部屋　ほとんどラブホテル仕様.... シャワーの水は真っ赤... 悲惨な夜でした。

For the price this is amazing value in a fantastic location great pool top views over city and river. Our room was bigger than expected and all in all a great night's sleep.

We had a room for 4 but only 2 towels...I'm sure we could have got more if we had asked.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the bedroom. The one in the bedroom was on the bed and climbed up my head

L’emplacement. Près du pont du dragon, pas très loin de quartier vivant. La douche est bien, eau chaude et pression.

Le bruit de la rue s’entend dans la chambre. Les fenêtres sont anciennes comme tout dans cette hôtel. La propreté n’est pas nickel. Sous tasse sale, joint de lavabo avec des traces noires et forte odeur d’humidité et moisissures dans la chambre. Enfin Clim bruyante . Accueil 18h déplorable.

The location, everything needed is right near the footsteps of the property.

Ants in the bathroom. They only stock the room with 1 can of soft drink. The balcony is very small with no seating area. Level of the pool area is very run down. There is also no restaurant insite. They need to update their booklets. You also have to ask for wi-fi password before leaving reception area to go to your room. They only accept cash, no card payment.

Great location, amazing view. We were able to watch the Dragon Bridge fire show from our balcony. Cleaning and water daily, plenty of hot water. Really good value for money.

Lumpy bed, lots of tiny ants, very poor wifi. Very bad sound proofing between the room and the hall and we were unlucky to stay at the same time as some really noisy people who woke us up a lot. Obviously not the hotel's fault but something to keep in mind.

I want to be completely honest about our stay. There are definitely positive aspects to this hotel, but the current state of hygiene and maintenance is a major concern. ​ ​Fantastic location with an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge from our window and the rooftop. ​The receptionists work incredibly long hours yet remain genuinely friendly and helpful. ​The aircon worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi is strong, the Smart TV is functional, and the water pressure including hot in the shower is excellent. ​Good soundproofing, and they provide free water, soap, and shampoo daily. Despite the issues, we were still able to sleep and enjoy the city.

​Extreme Dirt: Within one minute of walking barefoot, our feet were pitch black from the floor. A tissue used to wipe the bed frame came back jet black with grime. The fridge was with mouldy rubbers. We had to clean the room ourselves upon arrival. ​Maintenance Issues: The mattress is completely collapsed; you can feel every spring digging in. A wooden chair was broken and dangerous. The showerhead was broken and the bathroom ventilation is caked in black mould. ​Housekeeping: While they make the bed and empty the trash daily, no actual cleaning/scrubbing is done. ​The Pool: The rooftop pool is a biohazard. The edges and drains are black with algae and mould, making it slippery and very unsafe. The structure is crumbling, this pool must be closed immediately, your health will be at risk. ​Conclusion: The staff is great, but the hotel is being neglected by management. Because of the grime, we slept on top of the bedspread. This hotel has so much potential, but it needs a deep clean and urgent repairs immediately.

Minh thích sự tiện nghi về vị trí của khách sạn, có chỗ bỏ xe máy rộng rãi, giá phòng rẻ, vi mình thuê đển ngủ thôi còn đi chơi cả ngày nên không có yêu cầu cao về phòng.phòng úc sạch sẽ, giường êm, ngủ ngon.

Bạn nhân viên lễ tân khuôn mặt có biểu cảm không thân thiện khi mình đến sớm và hỏi có thể nhận phòng sớm không? mình chỉ hỏi thôi, vì trong booking có ghi có thể nhận phòng sớm nếu có.Đổi lại bạn lễ tân buổi chiều lúc mình tới nhận phòng 14h00 trả lời rất thân thiện.

La piscine mal entretenu et tres froide. L'endroit est à l abandon. Aucun restaurant où pdj sur place. Chambre très mal insonorisée. Fourmis dans la chambre et dans le lit.

Het fantastische zicht s'avonds via de kamer en op de 10 de verdiep (zwembad) op de Drakenbrug.

Het personeel was soms zeer behulpzaam maar ook soms niet.

Hotel is very basic but location was great. Walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and lots of food and drinks around there. View was nice from the balcony.

Beds were a bit hard but you got used to it. Walls were thin so you could hear everything and everyone outside of your room. Staff didn't speak much English so hard to communicate. It was due to this issue where the cleaners made a phonecall down to the reception on day of check out to say that we had taken drinks out of the fridge (which we had not) and charged us extra. It wasn't until our tour guide helped translate and speak to the reception that they had refunded. We are aware that it wasn't much and and would've been happy to pay for it if we actually did take it, but we didn't and it was just the principle! I just feel that this hotel is untrustworthy and left a bag last impression. So we won't be back.

Централно разположение. Всекидневно почистване и зареждане с нови четки за зъби+ паста . Хотелът разполага с моторчета под наем ,което е голямо удобство. От басейна на покрива се открива невероятна гледка . И най- вече искам да благодаря на рецепционистката, която ми помогна много в много различни проблеми .

Не ми хареса това ,че написах поне 15 имейла през имейл,през агода и през букинг, но уви отговор не получих . Това е несериозно за такъв хотел

The first room was too loud because of the neighbors, so they moved me to another one. But the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, and the internet connection was horrible. The reception staff spoke very little English, so communication was difficult, but they were very kind.

地点很好，很靠近机场，方便进出，前面就是龙桥, 走路15~20分钟就可以到CHO HAN & CHO CON。 服务员还不错有礼貌，能说简单英文。 房间价钱很便宜, 独行非常OK , 这次第2次入住了. 楼下一位大叔卖VND12K 一支猪肉香肠非常便宜又好吃，赞！

住3天, 天天下雨, 很多时候只能待在房间, 可是旅馆偏偏安排同一层的其他房间做维修, 或是换新家具, 很吵又乱又肮脏, 几天都没有整理和打扫卫生, 好像当我们不存在的. 到楼下反应, 服务员好像听不懂, 很无奈啊!!

We only just spent night there, but it was ok, walking distance to sightseeing. Nice room you with private bathroom, bit to noisy, you can hear traffic. Recomend for backpackers.

Mình hy vọng khách sạn sẽ bổ sung thêm đèn trắng trong phòng, vì toàn đèn vàng nên muốn make up cũng hơi khó
