Food quality can be better, there were a lot of options in breakfast but the quality and authenticity was not as expected at this kind of hotel. Eg: Filter coffee wasn’t really good and not even hot, masala dosa was not good etc. service overall was excellent everywhere. Valet on checkout day was poorly managed, my key wasn’t even given to the driver until I personally checked on status after waiting 15 min.

The re design is simple and basic. Only sone colors changed. Overall comfortable. The restaurant Pi is phenomenal.

I stayed with my family at Avasa hotel and we had an amazing experience. We were met with glowing smiles and treated with warmth from the moment we stepped in. I want to specially thank Diksha, Leela, and Nabil who went above and beyond to take care of our needs, were super helpful and truly made our stay special. The restaurant staff too provided exceptional service and paid special attention to our requests during the breakfast hour.

The hotel maintains exceptionally high standards. On my final morning, the sales manager, whom I hadn’t previously met, personally approached me at breakfast. Addressing me by first name to ensure my stay was pleasant. This was a kind and much appreciated touch.

The breakfast spread was excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient in the middle of hi tech centre and access to metro line. The staff was attentive and courteous during our stay. We also had food at the Mekong restaurant which was very good.

The room was mostly clean but there was dust in certain places like above the bed stand. With curious kids in the room who like to probe everywhere it becomes tricky. The orientation of the wash basin was very awkward. It’s perpendicular to when you stand in front of it so you can’t maximize the area of usage. That was quite annoying especially since that’s the most used piece in the bathroom.

Der Flughafen Transfer hat leider nicht geklappt, obwohl ich meine email, Mobil Nummer und Flug Nr angegeben hatte. Keiner hatte mich abgeholt, ich hatte noch versucht das Hotel zu kontaktieren, aber ohne Erfolg. Da musste ich mir ein sehr teures Taxi besorgen. Zurück bin ich mit UBER gefahren, hat alles einwandfrei geklappt, pünktlich, preiswert, usw.

Location was okay. Room was nice.

People at the reception were consistently rude and unhelpful regarding payment. Since I booked through Booking.com, they repeatedly insisted I hadn’t paid and would not allow me to enter or leave the hotel. I asked multiple times for them to simply charge the card they already had on file, but they kept claiming they “couldn’t.” I ended up having to argue for nearly two hours on two separate occasions, once while trying to enter and again while trying to check out, before they finally processed the payment. What’s most frustrating is that they did end up charging the card anyway (only after I had already left the hotel), which makes the whole situation feel unnecessary and harassing. If Avasa Hotel does not want to handle payments for Booking.com reservations, they should clearly communicate that upfront. The lack of clarity and the way I was treated caused a lot of stress and wasted time, and it seriously affected my experience.
