Mercure Chur City West

Everything was good

Restaurant on location, nice selection of food choices, comfortable bed, free bus service outside the door

No issues during our stay

Hervorragend gelegen.

A tad worn-out. Breakfast could be better.

Clean, good sized rooms

Location is a bit out the way from the city centre and taxis are expensive to go a short distance

The room met all our expectations and having a shopping centre next door was a bonus.

The hotel's location was remote from the city center. While there was a regular bus right at the front door it added and extra inconvenience to the stay.

teuer

Pokój czysty, dość komfortowy

Niesmaczne śniadanie.

Super angenehme Dusche!

Parkplatzsituation

Spotlessly clean, modern, amazing views. The tourist pass was really handy and we used it for a free bus. Air conditioned. Parking underground. Convenient for the shopping centre if that’s your thing.

Breakfast was limited

Estaba Todo bien

Estaba todo muy bien

Staff were so good directing me to property. Lovely room and quiet

Location hard to find. But of a trek from station

Great hotel, superb view

No fitness centre / gym inside the hotel

Great hotel, amazing view. The facilities were great and our stay was very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely reccomend.

nothing, had a great time

The staff were very welcoming, the room was spacious abd clean with lovely views. We were pleasantly suprised to find that there was a kitchenette in the room, the only thing missing was a bath

We didnt really like the location., it was attached to a shopping centre, we didnt realise that it was not really within walking distance of the Old Town and as we were only there for one night and had to catch a train the next morning, we missed out on seeing it. Also for a room of that standard, we would have expected a bath.

ausstattung , personal, hotel

Literie

Nettoyage catastrophique même en les ayant prévenu. Cleaning a real disaster despite our reminder.

Location, facilities-fridge hob and water

Widok i obsluga

Grote kamer met een mooi uitzicht! Zeer comfortabel, heerlijke bedden, goede wifi.

Fridge not working, air-conditioning not cool

It was clean and the views were amazing

It was a Sunday so very little open around. The hotel bar and restaurant also closed. Just a burger place near which was very good. Quite a walk out of town

Schöne Aussicht Personal immer sehr freundlich Frühstück ausreichend essen sehr gut.

Wc Brille wahr sehr locker

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the beds ensure a good night's sleep. The windows have external shades and good air conditioning to ensure the room stays cool. The shower was hot and the rooms very spacious and modern decor. The welcome at reception was very warm, quick and a fun spin the wheel for a prize (sadly we didn't win). If you stay more than one night and opt for no housekeeping you get a little treat on your door which we loved as we are always happy with this option. It was nice to have a beer at the end of the day in the bar downstairs, sitting outside watching the world go by. The hotel is on the outskirts of town and near many work places but this made it more interesting for us and there are no issues with noise etc.. Also you get free travel on the bus into the centre which is 10 minutes and the bus stops regularly outside the main hotel doors. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and service was also very good. If you want a comfortable hotel after a long day walking/sightseeing that offers modern rooms then this is perfect.

Nothing

Modern hotel with nice and large room. Comfortable bad. Parking underground.

Very nice hotel with a fine restaurant. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Allthough the hotel is located off-center, it is a nice place to stay. The bus takes you to the old center in just 10 minutes.

Nothing

Nice spacy room with air condition (it was really hot outside) I appreciated big windows which made room more clear. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and quick lift up to the higher floors.

Angenehmes Hotel, praktische Parkmöglichkeiten, schöne große Fenster und saubere, gepflegte Zimmer.

Flure etwas mitgenommen.
