ABC Swiss Quality Hotel

Sauberes, grosse Zimmer

Alles top

Very friendly and accommodating staff within steps of the Bernina train station. The city of Chur was well worth a visit and we recommend the gondola ride with discounts from the front desk.

Nothing

The hotel location was great for walking around the old city. The breakfast was great in the morning. Staff was super friendly. The location was exactly what we needed for our morning trip on the Bernina Express as the train station is right across the street.

Instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias

Location

Everything about this property was fabulous. Details such as the daily information sheet were great additions!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with huge shower. Location was great...right near the train station and the Old Town.A

Elevador e halls.

The hotel was right next to train station so convenient. The room was quiet clean and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed a great stay for one night on the Bernina Express

Nothing

Location was perfect, close to Chur Train Station & Old Town. Great selection of food for breakfast. Staff very obliging & friendly.

Air conditioning in the room didn't work.

Location and general hotel facilities.

Air conditioning was not strong enough but a fan was provided. The lights by the bed were like car headlights. The light switches were confusing leading to all the lights being switched and no way of switching them on by the bed.

Location, Staff

Thisxwaz the quietest room I have ever stayed in.

Very clean, modern rooms. Small but nice bathroom with overhead rain shower.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast clearly came from a ready-made mix.

Great location if you travel by train, very close to the main station. 2 minutes walking away from the pretty old town. Very friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Nice room with comfy beds, nice modern bathroom.

We arrived at a hot day (31 degrees) and the aircon was not running. Result: a pretty sticky room. Be aware that there is traffic all around, either from the train station or streets. Sleeping with open windows is a challenge. Chur is quiet at night, but unless you are an early riser, traffic will wake you up. However, the windows are excellent, so if you keep them closed it is really no problem.

Great Location to train station and the old town, the rooms exceptionally clean and well presented, and included latest phone charge ports brilliant! Great breakfast plenty of choice and staff were warm and welcoming

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Sijainti ihan juna-aseman vieressä. Siisti huone. Runsaan aamupalan sai tilattua huoneeseen vitosella. Hyvä höyrysauna. Hyvä ilmastointi.

”Suomalaisesta saunasta” puuttui kiuas kokonaan. Kyselkää olisiko jo löytynyt. :)

Staff were friendly and helpful

Delicious breakfast and comfortable bed

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable Staff at breakfast was very attentive, efficient and friendly.

It is a bit of business-like hotel but we stayed one night, so for us ABC hotel was a good fit. I would not perhaps stay for a longer holiday.

Proper goede kamer

Ontbijt monotoon

.

Great location with excellent rooms

Perhaps price

Bliskość starówki i dworca kolejowego. Smaczne śniadanie. Przemiła obsługa.

Budynek ma już swoje lata. Klimat "biurowca". Mało kameralnie.

Great location- very close to the train station. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very Good breakfast included.

Great breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.

Room was very hot on arrival. It took a long time for the room to cool . We actually opened all windows just to get fresh air. Perhaps when you know guests check in time the AC could be put on one hour prior.

They had laundry which was helpful and cheerful staff

Perfect location, right next to the railway station and town centre. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Very good breakfast.

Nothing

Room was good size and beds were comfortable. Overall this is a good transit hotel and maybe not one where you would like to do many days as a stay...

The utilities in the toilets were very limited and could have been improved.

Location

Nice hotel, great location for an overnight before going on the Bernina Express the next morning. Expensive for what it is though

Staff very friendly. Good breakfast

Tranquil not overwhelmingly large, personal service.

The hotel was close to the train station and the centre of the old town yet quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff went that bit further to make my stay perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

Location close to train station. Great breakfast.

Close proximity to railway station was important for me. Clean, comfortable hotel, good breakfast

Nothing

It was amazing, even though we didn't spend much time at the hotel. Still, the location is perfect, and everything in the center is a short distance away. There are about 20 free parking spaces outside in the yard. Or you can choose to park in the garage, which isn't free and you have to pay. There was a coffee machine and bottled water in the fridge. Nice AC and many TV channels.

The breakfast buffet offered a somewhat limited selection.

The breakfast is superb. The location for a train holiday is really great

The bottles of gel in the bathroom were really hard to get anything out of

Great hotel with all facilities, great location near railway station and city center, very nice people at breakfast, very custom oriented, modern approach with their apps.

It’s just a comment that when we arrived in afternoon, the lady from reception was not helpful when we asked for the Chur card and she seemed annoyed by us, but all of the other people were great and very helpful and nice.

Excellent location Air conditioning Large room Big bathroom Clean Breakfast was very good.

Room 303 Air conditioning was not adequate. Room 307 was ok

Super Lage, sauber, freundliche Empfangsdame Jil

Beste Lage nahe Bahnhof. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Hotel centraal gelegen in de stad. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen.

The proximity to the train station, as we were travelling on the Bernina Express. Our room was very big, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I would definitely stay again .

Nothing everything was perfect

Every thing is good.

Nothing all was great
