Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Absolutely wonderful place and an amazing host! ❤️ The apartment was perfect and equipped with literally everything we could possibly need — a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, stove and so much more. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The pool was clean and inviting, and the beautiful garden was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peaceful time. 🌿☀️ The host was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Por poner alguna pega, el sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Great place for a quiet and peaceful stay. Beautiful palm trees give shadow all day round. There were enough sun-beds and sun umbrellas for all guests. Free parking outside the premises. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, big bathroom, cosmetics. The stuff was very kind and helpful.
Many ants, especially around the pool. Dishwasher was hardly cleaning anything. TV was very small. Beds were fine for 5 days but more it's hard to have a good sleep. We spent almost 2 weeks and due to the beds it was not perfect, but fine. To sum up - some of the facilities require change for new ones.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026This is an exceptional complex. Well maintained throughout our stay. The highlight has to be the pool. Shaded well with palm trees and ample space to enjoy. No more then 4 families at any given time at the pool which made for such a lovely relaxing environment. Certainly one of the more private communal areas we have encountered on our many travels throughout Europe. Apartment very homely. AC top class. All the self catering requirements that you possibly need. Genuinely cant fault this place. They have thought of everything. Lastly but not least, have to say Carlos was top class. Never to shy to ask if we required anything. Top Class communicator and person. Overall 10 outta 10, Exactly what we wanted for this trip to Alicante. We will certainly be back some year in the future.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El lugar muy familiar, tal cual las imágenes, varios supermercados , restaurantes , zona muy tranquila, transporte público cerca .. había un hombre mayor que nunca tuve la oportunidad de preguntar su nombre , pero siempre lo veía pendiente , q todo estuviera bien en las zonas comunes y eso se nota en el lugar , asi que gracias!! Pablo el chico que nos atendió a nuestra llegada nos explicó como movernos por la zona y nos dio información que nos sirvió de mucho en nuestros días por Alicante, un plus que me gustaría recalcar es el detalle de tener carritos de la compra en recepción disponibles en todo momento.

I also liked the communication with the hotel as a couple of days in advance I was contacted by the manager, who gave me all the needed information and even a little more 😊 We had a guest, staying with as for a couple of nights - from hotel side everything was arranged smoothly. Thank you for that! I also loved our attic appartment with great mountain view!
I would appreciate a little more basic products for cooking, like oil, salt, sugar. We had a free bottle of water which was very thoughtful, especially considering the heat.

Nepatika ka dīvāns, kas paredzēts gulēšanai bija neērts un čīkstējā, kā arī izvelkot divānu nebija vietas kur apgriezties. Virtuves piederumi ir par maz 4 cilvēku ģimenei.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Piha-alue ja uima-allas olivat mainiot. Carlos oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä kauppoja. Ilmainen parkkipaikka suoraan edessä. Huoneisto oli perus siisti, ilmastointi toimi hyvin.
Keittiön varustelu ja nariseva levitettävä sohvasänky kaipaisivat päivitystä. Esimerkiksi paistinpannut olivat todella naarmuiset, joten ruoka palaa niihin kiinni ja teflonista irtoaa myrkkyjä ruokaan, kun se on naarmuilla. Natiseva olohuoneen sohvasänky oli ok 6-v lapselle, mutta jos aikuinen oli siinä narina oli todella kova. Oven saranat kaipaavat myös rasvausta, koska ne narisevat todella kovaa. Osa aurinkotuoleista oli rikki.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Make sure you have a couple of euros change for the vending machine so you can get water when you arrive, if arriving late.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The hotel territory is beautiful, with lovely shady palm trees, there is a pool with lounges and parasols, there is a play area for kids. In the appartnent, there was pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The issue with kitchen tap leak was solved quickly and efficiently.
There was a but dusty in the appartment when we arrived, I had to do some cleaning. However, the cleaning of rooms during our stay was very good.

Šalia didelis prekybos centras ( yra ir kavinių). Buvo labai švaru, šeimininkas labai paslaugus, iškilus klausimams buvo visada pasiekiamas. Aplinka labai graži, daug augalų ( o palmių kiek ir labai mielas šitų palmių prižiūrėtojas😍), baseino erdvė labai jauki, yra viskas ko reikia, baseinas švarus. Yra bendra didelė terasa su vaizdais. Buvome su vaikais paaugliais, visiems be proto patiko! Tikrai rekomenduoju!

Reviewed May 14, 2026The apartment and the garden was nice, Has a large swimming pool, We enjoyed the roof terrace alot taking in the sun, Shops are maybe 10mins walking distance for the supermarket, Was a Very peaceful stay and would come back again. Carlos was strait forward and very helpful even asked if we need a taxi booked for the airport. No complaints 👌

Reviewed May 12, 2026Kleinschalig appartemenetencomplex met alle gemakken (fohn, strijkijzer, kookbenodigdheden, wasrek etc). De tuin was mooi en het contact met de host was goed & snelle reacties via whatsapp.
Het bed was smal en kort (140×190?cm) en bij binnenkomst lagen haren in het appartement. Het was verder misschien wel schoon, maar wat verouderd. Ondanks dat gevraagd werd of het appartement tussentijds in de ochtend gepoetst mocht worden en wij hierop aangaven dat dit tussen 9 en 13u mogelijk was, belde de schoonmaakster om 13u aan. Ook vonden we het jammer dat de speeltuin 6 volledige dagen gesloten was wegens renovatie. Dit was één van onze motivaties om voor dit appartement te kiezen.

Extreem gehorig, veel geluidsoverlast Bed van 160 en matras is erg hard en uitgeleefd De motor van het elektrische hek maakt een hoop geluid bij openen/sluiten wat je ook 's nachts goed hoort Slaapbank is zeker aan vervanging toe. Zeer slechte staat.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The apartment was very clean and well kept. The pool was open and the gym and sauna were available to use too. Its basic but a great additional extra that we took advantage of. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows provided. As well as shower wash. It had everything we needed. Carlos was very kind and helpful, and provided lots of local and transport information. There's a bus that takes you right into the centre for Alicante within 30 minutes. And the tram is a 30 minute walk away. Its great value for money if you dont mind being a bit further out of town. There are lots of nice walks nearby.
Unfortunately there was a party nearby that kept us awake one night. But I was told this isn't usual. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for me, but I managed. I wouldn't personally want to sleep on it longer than a couple of nights.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026We had a fantastic stay, very well maintained apartment complex, clean, and the gardens are beautiful! We loved how it was never busy and the residential area is quiet but close to the amenities you need. Carlos was so helpful, providing information on the local area, places to eat, etc. We can’t fault it and plan to return soon!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Wir waren eine Woche lang in einem der 13 Apartments und haben uns bereits vor Anreise gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Carlos, der host, hat schon einige Tage vorher mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns Tipps und Infos rund um unseren Aufenthalt zukommen lassen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war er stets für alle Fragen und Anliegen verfügbar. Super Leistung! Danke dafür! Wir hatten kein Auto sind mit 3 Kids super zu Fuß und mit dem Bus zurecht gekommen. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand gut erreichbar. Ruhige Gegend. Super zum Erholen. Palmengarten traumhaft. Super Pool - allerdings im April sehr kalt. Wenn der beheizt wäre, wäre es noch besser.
Pool sehr kalt im April aber die Kinder haben ihn trotzdem geliebt.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Entorno precioso rodeado de naturaleza y con buenas instalaciones. La ubicación es muy comoda para aparcar y entrar y salir. El anfitrión muy atento.
Tal vez necesite alguna pequeña reforma al estar obsoletas las habitaciones, pero muy cómodas y limpias.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Estancia genial para compartir en familia. Los espacios comunes son ideales para los niños. Jacuzzi y piscina en el exterior, casa en el árbol... Es tal y como se describe.
Aunque ya contábamos con ello, lo cierto es que el coche se hace imprescindible para ir al centro o a la playa de forma rápida. El gimnasio requiere actualizacion.

Parkeren in garage mogelijk, naast gratis parkeren in de straat supermarkt op 500 meter mooie uitvalsbasis naar Altea/Xabia en Elx/Elche (bijzondere palmentuin) in een gebied waar 300.000 palmen staan
huurfietsen ware niet duur (5 euro) per dag, maar wel gedateerd.
