Palacio Salvetti Suites

Todo

Adrián, fue de mucha ayuda

El precio es un poco caro...

Location

nádherná architektura, vkusný a decentní design, zachování historických prvků, excelentní a profesionální přístup personálu

Check in dead easy, staff so so good. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. The room was modern, immaculate and perfect location for city break.

Wish I was staying longer!

Frábært viðmót starfsfólks, stór og flott íbúð með öllum þægindum og frábær staðsetning í miðbæ Alicante

To be honest everything!! This property is a step back into history.. where old furnishings are blended with new so thoughtfully & respectfully. It was a privilege to stay here for a short while...

Loved everything

Everything!

N/A

Property was clean, spacious, well equipped, so easy to enter using the app, staff were great when we needed them and super friendly. Location was perfect with great restaurants and cafe very close

No complaints whatsoever

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto. Super lokalizacja.

Great location and great accommodation

Nothing

Keine !

The location was perfect, and the room was far larger and nicer than I was expecting based on the price. The staff were able to arrange an early check-in for me, which was very convenient. The staff were all very welcoming and can-do. The keyless entry was great for being able to head to the beach for a swim with only the bare essentials.

God service.

Location was good and close to many sites.

Nothing

Ease of access and swift response from staff

Nothing

Posizione e rifiniture appartamento top

Prachtige ligging mooi midden in het oude centrum, kamer fantastisch.

Niets. Het was echt top.

Location great, apartment spotless, staff helpful and friendly.

The apartment we were in was quite noisy at night, but after all, it is on a noisy street. Went to sleep to the sound of bass speakers and people in the street.

Totalmente recomendable

Staff during booking and throughout were exceptional. Room amazing. Perfect location. Close to everything. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

This is not the hotel or staff's fault but during our stay there was building work close by. Noisy during day; finished early on a Friday and nothing Saturday or Sunday. Staff were incredibly apologetic.

Quick and simple

Beautiful apartment all you could have hoped for! Location was perfect 👌 I would highly recommend the Palacio Salvetti it was the perfect stay.

The flat is clean and spacious. It is located right in the town centre.

The location is right in the town centre, so it can be noisy at night, especially around 2–3 a.m. when people are leaving clubs.

Estacionamiento cerca a precio razonable.

Idealna lokalizacja, czysty pokój.

Todo

Nada

The decor and layout of the unit was exclusive and luxurious. If you ever wanted to get the feel for living in an ideal historic home with curated interiors this was it.

The booking process could have been a bit more streamlined. I submitted my card details with booking.com but had to pay with a separate link with the property itself.

Beautiful place, clean and great location.. staff very attentive and nice 😊

A very beautiful and historic building sensitively converted into comfortable accommodation. Great central location, and helpful staff at check in and departure.

Nothing

Despite being in one of the busiest night-life streets, attic windows were sufficiently reducing the noise when closed. Room was really clean. Appreciate the noon checkout. Staff was very supportive.

Adrian, was so helpful and extremely pleasant. He came and got us when we got a little bit lost. He is an asset to your company.

A towel rail or hook closer to the shower. Not essential but useful.

Palacio Salvetti is a high-quality, hotel-style apartment house equipped with an elevator. The property is characterized by exceptionally sophisticated interiors, kind and helpful staff, and impeccable cleanliness. The accommodation is located directly on a busy street known for its nightlife; therefore, nighttime noise levels are higher than usual, though this was not bothersome in the attic rooms.

However, I cannot overlook our specific experience: we were a group of eight, staying in two attic apartments (four people per unit). The bedroom and the living area are open-plan with no dividing door, which already compromises one's privacy to an extent. But the main issue was the toilet and shower, which are located in the middle of the bedroom, enclosed only by black glass walls. It offers a complete lack of personal discretion when one needs to use the facilities. This was very, very frustrating for us. In my opinion, these units should not be rented out to four people in this configuration, as it creates incredibly uncomfortable situations. I assume the other apartments are laid out more optimally, and this design was likely a compromise due to the spatial constraints of the attic. It is a pity, as the entire building is magnificent and wonderful, but in this case, practicality was sacrificed on the altar of design.

Locatie en super vriendelijke ontvangst.

Spacious, modern apartment in a prime location that made everything easy to access. The team was responsive, helpful, and clearly took great care of the property. Comfortable layout with a large bedroom, ample storage, and the added bonus of included parking.

the host was great and helpful
