Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

I felt very welcomed at Cleopatra Hotel Luxor from start to finish. Mahmoud, the manager, made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning, a small fridge, a TV, a balcony with a lovely view of the quiet street, and a very comfortable bed. One of the days, I had to wake up very early for a tour. Mahmoud was incredibly kind and prepared a box of snacks for me, so I would have something to eat in the morning. Such a thoughtful gesture! The people in Luxor are very kind, and the city has a much more relaxed and chilled vibe compared to Cairo. The temples are absolutely breathtaking. If you're planning to visit Luxor, I highly recommend Cleopatra Hotel Luxor on the West Bank, especially if you're looking for peace, tranquility, and great vibes. Οικονομικό και αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα. Το πιο αξιοσημείωτο όμως ήταν η ευγένεια και η φιλοξενία του Μαχμούντ, με τον οποίο ήπιαμε τσάι και συζητήσαμε πολλή ώρα. Επίσης θα πρέπει να αναφερθώ σε ένα συγκεκριμένο γεγονός που με εξέπληξε θετικά. Έκανα κράτηση για να μείνω στο ξενοδοχείο για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις, όμως έχασα το λεωφορείο μου από Κάιρο για Λούξορ κι έτσι έφτασα στο Λούξορ την επόμενη μέρα. Αντί όμως να μου ζητήσουν να πληρώσω και τις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις μου ζήτησαν μόνο τις 2. Παρά το γεγονός ότι τους ειδοποίησα με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση και δέσμευσα ένα δωμάτιο τους για μια ολόκληρη μέρα, αυτοί δεν δέχτηκαν να πληρώσω για τη μέρα που έχασα. Ήταν πολύ ευγενική κίνηση που δείχνει ότι αυτοί οι άνθρωποι δεν βλέπουν τους τουρίστες σαν πορτοφόλια. Ευχαριστώ θερμά!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem, was man in internationalen Hotelketten findet, sie haben Charm. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel, in dem viele Ägypter wohnen - ideal um das Leben im Land zu erfahren. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse, die Mahlzeiten - top. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr gut Englisch sprechenden Hotelchef, der Dank archäologischer Erfahrung unsere Besuche auch mit fachlichen Informationen bereichert hat... Die Freundlichkeit und Ruhe in allen Angelegenheiten, hervorragend. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt Reisenden, die Authentizität und Erfahrungen suchen, es war ein Gewinn.

We stayed at this property and found it beautiful, with huge potential and located in a very convenient area for exploring the West Bank. The food was absolutely delicious and really well cooked, and the staff was excellent and super welcoming. However, there is a "but" — and the biggest issue for us was the bathroom. Unfortunately, it was nowhere near the standard of the beautiful room. It wasn't a matter of size, but rather cleanliness and convenience. The shower head didn't work properly and the water barely came out. Additionally, we were only provided with two towels, a single roll of toilet paper, and no liquid soap (we prefer liquid bottles, but adapted to the bar soap, so that wasn't a major deal). I really can't give a higher rating because if the bathroom had been in perfect condition and better equipped, this would have easily been a 10/10 stay. I want to emphasize again how wonderful the team was, especially the tall young man — unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he took such great care of us and was exceptionally kind.

The property is absolutly beautiful and cozy. The food is excellent and Mahmoud is incredibly kind and always ready to accomodate any request.

الفندق كان جميل جدا روح الاقصر فيه ..قريب من معدية النيل وقريب كل معالم البر الغربي والمعديه توصلك لمتحف الاقصر او المعبد .. نظيف جدا والبلكونه مطله على معالم البر الغربي محمود ووليد كان لطفاء جدا . شكرا على الاقامه الرائعه وجعل رحلتي كلها ذكرى لا تنسى

Nuestro anfitrión, en verdad fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Resolvía todas nuestras dudas de la mejor manera y nos apoyo con bastantes temas para lograr una muy buena estadía incluso con un tour para visitar el valle de los reyes

Έχω να πω τα καλύτερα για το προσωπικό! Ο Μαχμούντ είναι εκπληκτικό παιδί, ωραίος, ήρεμος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος, με διάθεση και ανεξάντλητη όρεξη να βοηθήσει. Γνώρισα και τον Μοχάμεντ για λίγο, ο οποίος κι αυτός με τη σειρά του, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός. Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή, κοντά στο φέρι για μετάβαση στην ανατολική όχθη. Η θέα από την ταράτσα όμορφη.

Γενικά η καθαριότητα του χώρου θέλει βελτίωση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρότερο από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, αλλά και πάλι παίρνει πολύ βελτίωση. Το κλιματιστικό έτριζε όλη νύχτα, όσες ρυθμίσεις κι αν του έκανα.

Lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile. Mi è stato concesso di lasciare i bagagli per diverse ore dopo il checkout e c'era acqua gratis illimitata.

La posizione non era quella indicata su booking e neanche il nome corrispondeva, così è stata necessaria più di un'ora per trovarlo

Mahmoud e il resto dello staff ci hanno accolto e coccolato per tutto il tempo. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare le escursioni con guida, il cibo in terrazza autentico e buonissimo.

Migliorabile la pulizia generale, comunque lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti

Séjour d'une semaine. Bel emplacement, proche des sites. Accueil sympathique. En demi pension, repas correct. Les chambres un peu vieillotes et le ménage à revoir, dommage.

Etablissement super bien situé sur la rive ouest du Nil (West Bank) : proche des sites archéologiques (Medinet Abou, Vallée des Rois, Ramesseum, Hatchepsout...) qui sont facilement joignables (vélo, tuk-tuk, taxi voire même à pieds) et au calme contrairement au centre de Louxor. Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, frigidaire dans la chambre, climatisation, salle de bain privée, petit déjeuner très copieux (même la possibilité d'avoir une box petit déjeuner pour une excursion très tôt le matin). Personnel très disponible et accueillant.

You should know that the hotel is in the west bank, going by uber or taxi is quite expensive. You should opt for the public ferry.

It was light, airy, and colourful, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning. Host Mahmoud, was very helpful, even packed up a breakfast box for us as we had an early flight to catch.

Some areas could be cleaner eg stairs carpet.

The location was great and the hotel was beautifully decorated. It is a 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. Mahmoud, the owner was very friendly, helpful and hospitable as well as the other staff members I came in contact with. The bed was comfortable and my room had lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful with lovely views.I felt very safe walking around locally. I do recommend this place and would stay there again.

I stayed 1 night and nothing that I didn't like stood out to me.

We had spent a week in Cairo, full of noise and intense experiences, before arriving in Luxor on the west bank. Here, we found a शांत and affordable hotel where you truly get the feeling of being a guest in an Egyptian family home. You wake up to the sounds of birds and donkeys, and you really get to experience what it’s like to live in Egypt. The neighbors are locals, and you don’t see many tourists around. We enjoyed the west side so much that we only went to the east side for important excursions and sights. This is not a luxury hotel, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. Instead, it offers a warm atmosphere and an authentic experience. It’s just five minutes from the ferry that takes you across to the east bank. There are nearby shops where you can buy drinks and food, as well as restaurants by the harbor. A pharmacy is also very close. For those who want more activity, stress, and tourists, the east side has plenty of that. Small boats are constantly available to take you wherever you want—we took many boat trips. At the hotel, Mamud and Nasar were incredibly helpful, giving us information about tours and assisting with booking guides and drivers. We highly recommend this. Mamud also prepared delicious tagine meals for us when we returned from trips, included in the tour price, and served a wonderful Arabic breakfast every day. They genuinely go out of their way to make guests happy. Fresh towels and cleaning were provided whenever we wanted, and the air conditioning was very good. They were especially considerate of my elderly mother. We were even allowed to keep the room long after check-out so she could rest before our journey home. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The manager, Mahmoud, and his team were incredibly accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed by three hours; despite our late arrival, our pre-arranged airport taxi was there waiting for us, and they made our midnight check-in seamless and welcoming. They took care of all our transportation, including a reliable taxi for our West Bank sites day trip and a smooth transfer back to the airport, and even helped us book an unforgettable hot air balloon tour. Beyond the services, their invaluable local tips for navigating Luxor made our stay much easier. With its stunning rooftop terrace and genuine "home away from home" feel, this hotel provides incredible value and heart. I highly recommend it for the team's reliability and kindness.

Otelin kendi ve odaları otantik bir görünümde hazırlanmış. Güzel bir terası var. Mahmut iyi bir insan. Genelde oteller profesyonel cekimlerle otelleri çok daha iyi göstermeye çelişir. Burada resimde ne gördüysen o var. Bence mükemmel. Hayal kırıklığı yok.

Adresi bulmak biraz zor. Kahvalti çeşidini Mısır insanlarina göre servis ediyor. (Kötü değil) Otel müşterisi uyruğuna göre hazırlanması burayı çok daha iyi bir otel yapar.

Mahmud è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha aiutati nell'organizzazione delle escursioni. La struttura è semplice ma accogliente e dotata dei servizi essenziali.

Gentilezza e super disponibilità dello staff: al nostro arrivo avevamo prenotato due camere ma vedendo i bambini piccoli ci hanno proposto una grande camera famigliare per stare tutti insieme. Abbiamo cenato lì è il cibo è stato preparato seguendo i nostri orari, super abbondante e molto buono. tutti i ragazzi presenti sono stati super amorevoli con i bambini. il giorno dopo abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfer per luxor che non si è presentato e loro ci hanno subito supportato prestandoci i loro telefoni e parlando personalmente con l'agenzia che doveva erogare il servizio. Per raggiungere il centro bisogna prendere un traghetto e attraversare il Nilo a circa 100/120 lire egizie. Noi abbiamo anche usufruito di un tuktuk dal porto alla struttura sempre a 100 lire egizie

Prima del mio arrivo non sono mai stati particolarmente disponibili su wp nonostante mi avessero scritto qui su booking di rivolgermi a loro tramite quel canale. Avrei volentieri prenotato con loro vari tour e anche il transfer per luxor considerando che sono servizi che offrono. La pulizia non era delle migliori, tutta la struttura risulta molto impolverata e un pò trasandata. Il bagno un pò triste e un'aria condizionata problematica in una metà camera ma visto quanto abbiamo pagato direi nulla di grave.

It was dirty and disgusting. The bed was so old that you could see through the sheets. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and I got bitten many times. I definitely do not recommend this hotel or its location.

This hotel offers a great travel experience. The owner is extremely helpful and always available, and Mahmoud, the concierge, is the nicest person we met.

Mamoud nous a accueillis chaleureusement en nous offrant une boisson fraîche. Il est disponible h24. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à Louxor, près des petits commerces. Les repas et petit dej sur le rooftop sont exceptionnels. Je vous conseille Albes Spices qui vend des épices, du thé et des plantes médicinales. La pure coffeee est top aussi. Vous pourrez y déguster un bon jus d'hibiscus frais. Je vous conseille cet hôtel. Merci Mamoud

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es su excelente atención, llegamos desde El Cairo temprano por la mañana, después de un muy mal viaje y nos permitieron realizar el check in anticipadamente para que pudiéramos descansar. Al irnos nos permitieron estar en una habitación incluso después de realizar el check out, mientras hacíamos la hora para irnos al aeropuerto. Ambos recepcionistas, hicieron de nuestra estancia una buena experiencia. Mahmoud fue muy atento y nos ayudó en la planificación y a conseguir un taxi de confianza para que nos llevara a los distintos lugares.

Lo único complicado del alojamiento es su ubicación, ya que se encuentra al otro lado del Nilo, por lo que trasladarse hacia o desde la estación de bus, tren y aeropuerto es difícil, lejos y caro.

Otel konum olarak luxorun merkezine uzak (taxi ile yarım saat -150 eyp) ama nezih sessiz bir mahallede sayılır. Konsepti güzel teras ve manzara çok hoş. Tapınaklara taksiyle 15 dk . Etrafında restoran göremedik merkeze geçtik. Oda göründüğü gibi aileye uygun kullanışlı. Yol konusunda yardımcı oldular.

Kahvaltı beklentimin baya altındaydı. (Omlet, yoğurt süzme peynir ve reçel. ) Odada su ketıl çay kahve bulunmuyordu . Suyu isteyince getirdi. Oda bayaa tozluydu , tuvalet banyo iyi temizlenmemiş içi sapsarıydı. Banyoda şampuan vs yoktu kendimden kullandım. Ama terastaki mutfak kısmına kahve için girdiğimde hijyenik olmadığını baya kirli olduğunu gördüm. Ertesi gün kahve içtiğim bardak ile yıkanmadan çay servis edildi. Baya kahve ve süt lekeli bardak!!!

Personal, Mahmod literally invited us to his home to eat with his family. Location is near the Kings valley and also close to the Nile public ferry. In the Village of the west bank, offers unique local expirince.

Don’t expect western style acommodation.

Staff are fantastic, good food , evening meal and breakfast both included in the price. Exactly what you need if you want to stay on the west bank of cairo.

If you want an evening out you have to travel back over to the eastbank of luxor as there is not a lot going on near the hotel location.

Our stay at Cleopatra hotel was very pleasant, Mahmoud gave us great advise, organised a great driver for us and served pleasant breakfast in the morning. The room was small and cosy and reasonably clean with its own little balcony. The hotel has a pretty rooftop terrace with a view of valley of the kings and you can watch all the balloons go up in the morning. The location is convenient with short walks to nice restaurants and the ferry. The area might seem a little off at first for tourists but the people in the area are friendly and welcoming

We were unlucky with having a house being built at night right in front of our room but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. In general it was fairly noisy in the area at night, probably due to ramadan.

La gentilezza del personale e la meravigliosa terrazza panoramica

Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno prenotato un driver per tutto il giorno. La porta finestra della stanza aveva un balconcino, da cui all mattino vedevamo le mongolfiere che volavano sopra la valle dei Re. La colazione, molto ricca, si fa sulla terrazza. L'hotel è situato in una via interna, quindi molto tranquillo anche di notte, e giusto a 5minuti dal lungo fiume, dove si possono trovare tanti ristoranti

La linea wifi è un po' ballerina, ma è un problema che ho riscontrato in tutto il paese.

On a passé un extraordinaire séjour au Cleopatra hôtel. Merci Mahmoud. L'hôtel est simple mais l'essentiel est là. A 5 min à pied du ferry dans une rue calme. Super rooftop pour profiter d’une vue sur la vallée des rois. Lit confortable. Le plus c’est qu’il a des draps ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas en Égypte. Le petit-déjeuner traditionnel est bien et je recommande surtout le repas du soir. Délicieux et copieux. C’était parfait et on va recommander cet hôtel à tous nos amis. Le gros plus de cet hôtel c’est la gentillesse et le personnel qui est aux petits soins, notamment Mahmoud (alias Mohamed Salah).😉

Resepsiyon çalışanı Mahmoud gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Luxor insanına oranla bence yankarında sütten çıkmış ak kaşık kendisi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yarsımsever. Döviz bozdurma ihtiyacımı karşılamak için kendi araçlarıyla götürdüler.

Arkadaşlar Luxor bölgesi özellikle West bank tarafında Uber kullanmanız imkansız. Ekranda gözüken fiyatın 10 kâtını istiyorlar. Uygulamaya bağlı değiller. Ayrıca çok ama çok ısrarcılar bu ısrar insanı deli ediyor.

직원들이 모두 정말 친절하다. 조용하고 루프탑 뷰가 정말 멋지다. 석식을 신청했는데 나밖에 없었나보다. 그런데 매니저가 본인 집으로 초대해줘서 가정식을 먹었다. 오히려 더 좋은 경험이었다. 갑자기 정전이 되었는데 촛불도 켜주었다.

방음이 잘 안되는데 매너없는 중국인들이 밤늦게 체크인해서 시끄러웠다. 하지만 이건 숙소 잘못이라기보다 중국인들이 매너없는 것이 문제이다.

Hôtel situé sur la rive occidentale et avec vue sur les champs et la vallée des Rois. On marche 5 minutes pour prendre un petit ferry qui vous emmène sur la rive orientale à deux pas du musée du Louxor. Les chambres ont un confort tout à fait satisfaisant pour le prix très raisonnable. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Bon petit déjeuner, copieux. Joli petit rooftop. Je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant juste à côté le soir (fermé pendant le ramadan). Vous trouverez assez facilement des restaurants à proximité. Le premier soir il a fallu que je change de chambre car il y avait des travaux jusqu'à 1h du matin sur un chantier en face de l'hôtel. Pour autant l'hôtel n'y pouvait rien et ce n'est pas de sa faute. J'ai apprécié

Quelques petites remarques: changer les ampoules enlevées ou cassées afin de donner un peu plus de charme à la chambre le soir. Il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre mais pas de bouchon pour prendre un bain... L'isolation sonore pourrait être un peu améliorée; toutefois on dort plutôt bien avec des bouchons d'oreille.

Le personnel extrêmement accueillant et gentil. Le roof top est très agréable. Hôtel placé sur la rive tranquille de Louxor. Traversée du Nil pour 2 euros.

Bellissima terrazza, con vista sulla Valle dei Re e con possibilità di vedere le mongolfiere all’alba. Buona colazione, composta da prodotti tipici. Se cercate un hotel a basso prezzo e ben tenuto, l’Hotel Cleopatra fa al caso vostro

Non dovete avere fretta per la colazione. Gli orari sono sempre un po’ approssimativi

Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier typique de Louxor et permet de sortir des sentiers battus. Ne vous attendez pas à des équipements sur dimensionné. On y trouve l'essentiel. Le petit déjeuner est très appréciable et très typique. D'autant plus qu'il est servi sur le rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur le temple d'Hatchepsout. Le personnel est au petit soin pour répondre à nos questions et organiser des sorties si besoin. Nous avons pu profiter de leur service pour aller voir le temple de Karnak et celui de Louxor.

On entend tout le bruit de la rue. Il est donc indispensable de penser au bouchon d'oreille !

La proximité du Nil et des bateaux pour aller voir les temples, Petit dej sympa avec une superbe vue.

港から近く、大通りから少しなかに入ったところに位置しているため周囲に騒音もありません。 近くにレストランや自転車レンタルの店もあり、ルクソール西岸の観光にうってつけです。 また、部屋は広くて綺麗で、屋上での王家の谷などがある山々を観ながらの朝食はこの上なく素晴らしい体験となりました。 スタッフの方々も親切で、文句なしのホテルです。

The breakfast ( paste for dipping) was cold. It did not look freshly made. Parts of the bathroom was not clean.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique. Belle vue depuis la terrasse.

Il ne faut pas être trop pressé pour le petit déjeuner.

西岸にあるため２泊で30$そこそこというリーズナブルさ。古いけどクレオパトラホテルの名にふさわしくとても可愛らしいホテルです。東岸に渡るためのフェリー乗り場まで徒歩５分くらいで行けます。頼めば電気ケトルも貸してくれますよ。ドライヤーはなかったけど、必要ないので聞いていません。 オーナーのマハムッドはとても誠実で、色々助けてもらいました。中でも参加予定のツアーが前日急にキャンセルになり、急遽気球ツアーを手配してもらえました。

施設はやや古いです。タオルは大きなバスタオルが１枚しかありません。私は持っていったので問題ありませんでした。周辺は地元の人が暮らす村で、時に子どもたちから声をかけられます。

This was less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry. I recommend staying on this side of the river as it was nicer. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had an early flight in from Cairo and they us let check in early, which was very appreciated.

The shower/tub has a very tall step to get in and is very narrow. If you have any sort of mobility concerns, this would be an issue.

El trato que nos brindaron fue maravilloso, recomiendo a ojos cerrados la instalación en este hotel.

Paesaggio e struttura dell'hotel bellissimi. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la valle dei re o arrivare alla nave per André dall'altra parte. Negozietti e posti per mangiare attorno. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Siamo arrivati dentro e capisci subito che l'hotel è bello ma non pulito. Entriamo in camera bella spaziosa,mobili vecchi e uno dei materassi sfondato. Mancava sapone per le mani,shampoo, asciugamani e phon per i capelli. Cioè la base!! Abbiamo fatto notare ,ci hanno portato sapone solido per le mani e asciugamani. Nessun shampoo e nessun phon. La colazione era buona ma sempre la stessa. I muri sono sporchi,lo specchio con gli aloni e pieni di polvere,per terra polvere. Sarebbe da mettere qualche coperta in più per la notte. Insomma per guadagnare bisogna fare un minimo di investimento.

Accoglienza ottima da mahmood. La camera era pulita. Solo il water necessitava migliore pulizia. La doccia è in una vecchia vasca e non si può appendere il doccino. Terrazza.per colazione spettacolare. Colazione tipica egiziana. Fagioli, omelette, formaggio, pane, verdura e falafel. Non so perché su 3 giorni solo un giorno è arrivato il te. Non ho detto nulla perché anche gli altri ospito avevano portato la bottiglia di acqua. Prezzo dell'hotel eccezionale. Intorno ci sono negozietti per comprare acqua e il necessario. Molti ristoranti vicino. È posizionato in una strada sterrata ma mi sono sentito sempre al sicuro. Tanto per dare un'idea è come un nostro hotel ad 1 stella.Camera spaziosa.

Manca il te a colazione. La doccia va sistemata. Pulire meglio il water. Manca sapone per le mani e la doccia ( ho dovuto comprarlo) e ti danno solo una salvietta.

Mahmoud super star! He was absolutely fantastic, attentive and very helpful. Hotel staff as well. They made a very good meal for dinner and breakfast. The view is spectacular

Mahmoud war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, er war sehr aufmerksam und immer für uns da. Er hat uns mit einem Willkommensdrink erwartet, mit dem Gepäck geholfen, eine 2 tägige Tour zu einem guten Preis organisiert, in der beide Tage das leckere Dinner auf der Rooftop Terrasse inkludiert war. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und tolle, ruhige Lage auf der Westbank mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge.

Toller Ausblick von der schönen Dachterrasse. Mahmut und seine Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir immer genossen. Absolute Stille in der Nacht ließ uns super schlafen.

Cet hotel est typique et dans le Fondouk, situé sur la rive gauche du Nil et je ne le recommande pas aux personnes de plus de 60 ans (pas d'ascenseurs et confort minimal)

Having breakfast on the ornately painted rooftop terrace with the view of the Valley of the Kings was truly memorable. The hotel is quaintly decorated and the rooms are spacious & cozy, made us feel at home. The location of the hotel is quiet but strategic enough - it is walking distance to the ferry & restaurants - we had interesting sights along the way (dry cleaning, essential oils shop, mixed nuts shop, mini marts, tuk-tuks, camels, horses, donkeys). It is also close to the hot air balloon launch site, so we did not have to wake up too early for our sunrise hot air balloon ride. The staff were warm & welcoming, especially the famous Mahmoud, he was the receptionist, the chef & the waiter - all in one. We had our luggages brought up & down during check-in & check-out, which was nice. After check-out, we left Luxor to go to Aswan. When we reached Aswan, one of my family members just realised that he left his green jacket in his room at Cleopatra Hotel Luxor. I immediately asked the hotel to look for it and they found it! Then I asked our lovely tour guide in Luxor, Maria, to help us - she waited at the ferry dock and the hotel staff came to meet her at the ferry dock to pass her the jacket. Maria then had the jacket delivered to us in Aswan. We were so grateful how helpful & sincere our tour guide and the hotel staff were, thank you so much!

The cleanliness of the bedroom & bathroom could be improved a bit. The floor was dusty & the fridge seemed like it has not been used in a long time, it was unplugged when we checked in, so when we opened it, the smell coming from it was not so fresh. Some of the lights in the bedroom did not work. The light bulbs in the bedroom & bathroom were a mix of bright white & warm white. It would be nice if all the light bulbs were warm white for extra coziness. There was no hand bidet by the toilet. The breakfast was delicious but it would be nice to have some simple fruits & vegetables like bananas, tomatoes & cucumbers.

Quiet convenient location on the west bank. Helpful staff. Good rooftop view for breakfast. Mahmoud the main person running this hotel was very helpful and reliable. He organized our balloon flight efficiently.

While a good breakfast, it was a little stale.

Very nice stay, the room was clean, spacious, confortable. The best thing about this accommodation was the staff, especially Mahmud, he was super helpful for anything we needed! Thanks to him this stay was really good!
