The location is very central, the staff are professional and helpful, the valet service was included in my booking and it was so helpful honestly the breakfast is great with lots of choice I really liked the comfortable round beds

Good location , in the heart of the city. Grand Bazaar was very nearby. Metro station was also nearby.

The breakfast items didn't change. It was the same everyday. So not very appetizing.

Пристигнахме много по-рано в хотела и ни настаниха без никакви проблеми. Срещу малко заплащане ни включиха и закуска. Не трябваше да чакаме 7-8часа до часа за настаняване.

Κατω από το κρεββάτι υπήρχαν πεταμένα σκουπίδια και η μοκέτα στα δωμάτια ήταν βρώμικη.

Posizione centrale per raggiungere il bazar e darl lì tutti i principali monumenti di Bursa.Fermata bus a due passi da e per l'Otogar. La struttura è super accogliente, la stanza assegnata era una stanza ampia, accogliente, rilassante e pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Okna wychodzą na ruchliwe skrzyżowanie i, mimo że były zamknięte, było trochę słychać hałas. Śniadanie było dobre, z wyjątkiem kawy (wyłącznie rozpuszczalna, niestety w Turcji to chyba standard)

Grande struttura situata vicino al centro storico di Bursa, comodità ai servizi di trasporto. Stanze forse un po' datate con moquette ma sostanzialmente pulite e pratiche. Colazione con ampia scelta su salato e minore si dolce ( in linea con tutte le strutture turche ). Personale disponibile H24.

The hotel is very well located, reception open 24 hours and good turkish breakfast. The rooms as spacious and AC works perfect.

The rooms were unclean, all carpets were stained and rooms smelled of smoke. It was so bad we had to check out a day earlier and the staff didn’t even refund for the day we didn’t stay.

L’emplacement est vraiment top aux pieds du bazar, la vue de la chambre sur les montagnes et la mosquée Ulucami, le lit double ultra confortable et large , douches propres, le petit dej vraiment varié et délicieux , le personnel super sympa

Das Hotel ist verbraucht und ungepflegt. Leider nicht sauber. Das Personal ist teilweise unfreundlich.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und die zentrale Lage des Hauses. Das Bett war für mich gut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Diese Beschreibung bezieht sich auf das Zimmer 606. Inmitten des Zimmers steht ein dicker Betonpfeiler. Beim Teppich hilft nur erneuern. Er ist voller Flecken. Es gab kaum Haken um etwas aufzuhängen.

Mijn verblijf was echt top! Luxe kamer met zijdelings uitzicht was mega. Perfecte ligging, centraal met wandelafstanden naar bezienswaardigheden. Het team was behulpzaam en professioneel waarvoor dank. Absoluut een aanrader!

Front desk was soooo helpful and efficient and attentive . They booked our ferry tickets for us when we couldn’t do it, quickly made a 2nd key for us, answered our questions n English very well and found ways for us to use the metro and buses. Thank you so much front desk! They ensured that our room was nonsmoking and the room and hotel smelled great. The room was huge with an amazing view and lots of plug outlets for charging at least 4 outlets maybe more! Breakfast was quite good with fresh cookies, 2 types of eggs and lots of types of fresh veggies and cheese. There was a choice of different herbal teas and I liked that.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y aparcamiento. El desayuno tipo bufé está perfectamente surtido. Buena relación calidad precio.

Estruendosamente ruidoso; el escándalo del tráfico en la calle acaba después de media noche y los alaridos en la mezquita, que en esta ciudad son inusualmente elevados, llamando a la oración de la mañaba suenan antes de las 5:00. Hay un mensaje en el ascensor: "Prohibido traer comida y bebida de afuera por razones de salud"; creo que quedan suficientemente expuestas a la vista las verdaderas intenciones de la prohibición. La limpieza es defectuosa, había restos de suciedad en la moqueta al llegar, un sandwich mordido en la nevera y el baño desprende mal olor. No aspiraron el suelo en los días sucesivos y la suciedad permaneció en los mismos lugares.
