Abidos Hotel Apartment, Dubailand

Good peaceful location away from the hustle of the city yet close to the city. Good atmosphere around the property. The rooms were spacious than expected and clean and all amenities working. A bit more lower priced will help the hotel stay booked for longer durations by families. No disturbing noises around the property. Service was good and good in-house restaurant with good tasty food. All staff were helpful and accommodative.

Had a great experience during my stay. The facilities and services provided were really good. Loved the food services from Maan and Abin, it was delicious. The atmosphere was also quiet, spacious and clean. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very very Very nice and friendly staff

It started as an emergency solution to avoid being close to the marina or downtown. But we enjoyed our stay in this super spacious room, that was cleaned thoroughly every morning. Special thanks to everyone that works there for being super polite and to Maan, the manager of the restaurant that runs the show upstairs and also tried to calm everyone down in these heated days.

The staff were excellent! Extremely helpful! Special shout out to Salim, Daniel, Dek, Godwin, Palani and Anoro, they made our stay extra special! Location was great, we had a great city view! The place had a welcoming atmosphere and the rooms were very clean! I would definitely recommend Abidos to people!

All the services are good. Excellent Rooms, service and courteous staff.

Abidos Hotel is a wonderful hotel. We stopped here by chance and were greeted by Selim. We weren't planning on staying there. However, after speaking with him, we decided to view the hotel apartments and common areas. The inspection left a very pleasant impression, and we returned to Selim to check in. That's how our relationship with the hotel began several years ago, and it's still going strong. Whether we're in Dubai for a short stay or a few months, we always stay at this hotel. The wonderful, professional team always greets us with a friendly smile. Selim, as well as other team members, continues to work hard at this hotel, dedicating himself to his work, many of whom have been promoted, which is a great sign for us. If you're looking for convenience, comfort, excellent service, and customer service, then come to Abidos hotel Dubai. We highly recommend it. Thank you ‘

Great customer service and rooms were huge

Excellent customer service especially Maan who demonstrated hospitality well.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience during our stay, all thanks to Mr. Maan. His warm hospitality, attentive service, and friendly attitude truly made our mornings special. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Maan, was our host He was kind, friendly respectful and he serve us our breakfast “delicious” Thank You Maan for make this Saturday morning special

We had an excellent stay at this establishment. The setting is truly beautiful, pleasant, and relaxing. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding and fully enjoying the experience. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well designed. We immediately felt at ease, just like at home. The room service is excellent — fast, efficient, and always professional. A big thank you to Som and Thwe (sorry if the spelling is not correct 🙏). They are truly adorable, very kind, and attentive. They cleaned the apartment with great care; everything is always spotless and perfectly clean. Their kindness and professionalism really make the difference. We are so satisfied with our stay that we would like to extend our time in this apartment. It is an experience we highly recommend

Staff was very helpful. Food in restaurant was also good. Room sizes were big enough and as advertised. Only negative was a weird smell in the corridor

It is our 2nd stay here in Abidos hotel apartment.we had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

I found this hotel as one of my best experience of my life. specially when my kids were all happy all 7 days through out. staff ( specially Mann) was exceptionaly professional and caring in breakfast, along with others. house staff ( specially Arvin and Bilal ) get 10 out of 10 in cleaning and house caring staff. The rest of all staff , including the swimming pool staff, and front desk staff all were very helpful and kind and caring and all time happy to help out.

I absolutely love this hotel! It's a beautiful and wonderful hotel. I've known about this hotel for over 5 years.

All the services at the hotel and the restaurant are very good and the food is all really delicious.

The food is all delicious and the service is really good 🥰 I really love the Abidos Hotel 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

I stay many times at Abidos its a one of best places to stay with family away from city noise and near global village area

Not good hotel, the car entrance is very tight place for car, you cannot park nor turn, also the security did not agree to open the gate without check in. Its very bad experience.

I was here for only 2 nights and the staff are amazing. Nothing was too much for them especially Maan in the main dining room. All the meals I had were well prepared.

Why hotel wifi is absolutely horrendous. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. It needs a major update. You can’t expect your guests to log in every few minutes, and then again because I went to the restaurant. The rooms look ultra shabby and are in desperate need of an overhaul. This proves that building cheap doesn’t pay off. The reception staff did their job but definitely not with any form of joy. Their lack of interest is glowing. This hotel shouldn’t have more than 2 stars. Personally I hope never to be back.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Abidos Hotel. The restaurant experience was wonderful, thanks to Ebin, Arjun, and Maan. They were extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would also like to highlight Daniel at the reception, who was very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Abidos Hotel. I had a very pleasant stay at Abidos Hotel. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay really relaxing. One of the best things is that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Mall. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, always smiling, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Selim at the reception, who was very professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

A huge thank you to Buddhi for his excellent service. We experienced complete comfort and luxury. Thank you. And thank you also to Daniel for his wonderful service.

The location of the hotel is very nice and quiet, not very far from center of Dubai. It is very clean and apartment is very spacious. Receptionists and service team were very attentive. Breakfast buffet is good but could be improved.

We stay for one week the staff is excellent from reception to housekeeping evrithing just perfect inside the apartament is a little bit older the moble but rest is perfect we love every single day of our week in dubai !!!

Smooth check-in-and friendly staff. Housekeeping ensure our apartment was well cleaned for the entire stay. Any problems we experienced was well taken care of the same day. The area is quiet, safe and nice to take a stroll with kids. Restaurants and fast foods were within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and good value for money. The hotel restaurant is also serving good food that makes ordering in very convenient. A big thank you to all housekeeping, security, and front desk staff for making our stay memorable 10/10.

Great experence.Very clean.Very nice persons in the reception.Good price for Dubai.10 STARS.For sure i will come again.

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff really kind, professional and helpful. Especially Jalal and Alvin, the pool guide ( I didn't get his name) and breakfast crew led by Maan. Really nice people. Amenities are top notch.

We stayed in Hotel Abidos service apartment from Dec 29th to Jan 3rd 2026. Excellent services and courteous staff. Reasonable prices. The cafeteria was open from morning 7 to evening 7. Enjoyed their breakfast and the personalized services of Mann and Arjun almost all days (5/6). Dinner we mostly had elsewhere or ordered though phone before and they kept in room. Cleaning and other services also good.

We had a wonderful stay at Abidos Apartment in Dubai. The housekeeping staff in the rooms were excellent, keeping everything clean and comfortable. The reception staff were impeccable, always friendly and professional. Our whole family was very satisfied—the breakfast was excellent and flawless, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids’ room with a play area. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

It was always my best choice for a hotel apartment The staff is very helpful specially Mr Sleem in night shift he was so professional I will always stay in this hotel for all my coming trips Mohmed Karam

It was a very comfortable stay. Som and Thwe were especially helpful and truly dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly. Their support made the experience even better. Thank you!

Selim thé most incredible person he work so hard and he always there for us in any case we love him the most he’s incredible

For me the location and atmosphere was was good. The staff were very polite. Unfortunately my room was outdated , the smell in the room was bad, something between mold and sewage I couldn't tell I just know it was very unpleasant. Not a very clean feeling. The fridge made a lot of noise . The bathroom cupboard had water damage . Value was very high for what I ended up getting. I even checked out one day early at my own loss but I just didn't have a good experience. I did not use the amenities or restaurant so I can't comment on that. Overall poor experience and will not be returning.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. The reception desk couldn’t be rescheduled using the phone in the room as it was broke. The door to the bathroom was not closing and locking properly. The room has not been properly cleaned prior to check-in. It was an overall unpleasant and costly experience.

Very good experience, good furnitures, appartment area very good, staff very nice very helpful. I met Silim from reception team there very nice person very helpful. The experience there was fantastic

Nice and helpful staff. Big rooms, kitchenette, two bathrooms, kingsize bed, all was good. Nice restaurant upstairs, tasty food.

Excellent hotel with a great service. Godween at the reception area was a real bless offering his help and making an effort to make our stay great

I had a wonderful stay at Abidos Dubailand Apartments! The level of hospitality and the excellent service I received were truly outstanding. I would like to specifically commend Nishan, Milan, and Maan for their exceptional efforts. They made my experience memorable. Thank you for the great welcome and service.

Staff veryyyy friendly and helpful they serve with passion ansd fo whatever possible to assist. The coffee is good. The view ferrin the restaurant is beautiful

Arjun and ebin restaurent staff was very good service and the buffet was very delicious i highly tecomend this hotel …….

Amazing breakfast, great service. Loved the place, highly recommend. Whole staff is exceptionally courteous and willing to help.

My stay at Abidos Hotel was average, with a few areas that definitely need improvement. The lobby is quite small, which makes the first impression feel a bit cramped. The rooms are okay decent enough for a short stay, but nothing special. The biggest concern was the staff attentiveness. Throughout my stay, the service felt slow and not very responsive, which affected the overall experience. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited options and very slow service, making mornings more frustrating than relaxing. Abidos Hotel has potential, but it needs better staff engagement and a real upgrade in breakfast quality and service speed.

Maan very nice man Thank you I like restaurants Simple and good for small family All nice Good food Respectful people Nice

We stayed for one night and enjoyed a nice breakfast. Thank you Maan for the friendly service. Very thoughtful for our kids. Appreciated

معاملة ممتازة، وفريق الطهاة بقيادة Maan رائعون وتعامل راق استمتعت الأسرة بكل شيء هنا شكرًا Maan and your team. I hope to see you more next time 😀

Excellent hotel and great staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Good distance to the airport. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Great people, very friendly and polite. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Maan, Ebin and Arjun were particularly helpful during my stay.

Maan,Ebun & Arjun made our stay amazing. All staff were very helpful and attentive especially in the morning when it came to breakfast. Shout out to the bus driver who drove the team to and from training all weekend!

5 stars for service not the actual hotel Great service from Ebin and Maan Breakfast was very nice there hot and cold buffet or u can order from the menu. Fresh omelette station was v good. Coffee wasn't great however everything else really good. All staff her have been excellent The hotel is clean and tidy; however now a 5 *, I'd say it's a really good 3 start. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bed apartment and it was huge. There was an odd smell in the lounge like fousty but other than that ok. Shower v good and beds comfortable.

Penthouse has a lot of space. Rooms were clean. Close to mosque so it’s loud at prayer time. Breakfast is basic but sufficient.

Fab stay, rooms are excellent, staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is lovely. Pool facilities are stunning. Looking forward to next year. Thanks for looking after us x

Excellent location in a quite area in the middle of all attractions. It is budget and family friendly hotel with a grocery shop and coffee shop downstairs. Special thanks to Daniel, Nadeem, Godwin and Dey for the smooth check-in, checkout and help, and to Arvin and Jalal for the excellent room service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely coming back.

The location is good. Apartments spacious. Good service. Affordable prices. Selim at the front desk is very helpful and would highly recommend speaking to him whenever you need help whatsoever.

Hotel and Restaurant Management, commend the exceptional service during our stay. The professionalism and warmth of your staff truly elevated our experience. The hotel team, particularly the front desk staff, was welcoming upon arrival and efficient throughout our stay, promptly addressing our requests for local information. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition for maintaining such immaculate rooms. The attention to detail made us feel incredibly comfortable. We had the pleasure of dining at your in-house restaurant. The restaurant staff was fantastic; our server, provided outstanding recommendations and was perfectly attentive without being intrusive. The quality of the cuisine was superb, but it was the friendly and coordinated service that left a lasting impression. Overall, every member of your team we interacted with represented your establishment wonderfully. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to staying with you again the next time we are in.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, very clean rooms and facilities. The best part of our experience was the service from Ebin and Maan, they were exceptionally professional and friendly they made my 2yr olds birthday extra special. Will definitely recommend this place for family and even couples.

Everything is perfect, especially thank you to Mr. Selim who works there. the staff is very good, the food is amazing.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hotel was very very nice it was close to a lot of restaurants and a very nice mosque staff were all very nice especially Mann. I went to the breakfast and Mann recommended an American breakfast which was lovely he was always asking me if I wanted more and constantly refilled my drinks and asked me if I wanted anything else. Pool facilities were nice the gym was nice aswell and the rooms were amazing for the price would highly recommended this hotel.

Fantastic breakfast and fabulous service by Maan with increíble view to the city and very nice atmosphere at the restaurant I’ll be happy to come back to Abidos at any time since the hospitality of the restaurant it’s just amazing By best regards to Mann, the chef and all members of the cuisine Carlos Reyes

Location is good Atmosphere - bad Room- very old and not well isolated, you can hear the noises everytime No strict instruction regarding the smoking. If your neighbor is smoking the smoke smell will come through the AC to your room. . Bathroom setup is good. Cleanliness - good Very noisy Service is ok. No open buffet.

Overall experience was good. However, some staff at reception were a bit rude and seemed to take unnecessary control of everything. On the positive side, the housekeeping team was the best – very kind, helpful, and always pleasing in their service.

Extremely Incredible experience. From check in to checkout everything went flawless. The staff were very friendly. Away from all the traffic and busy city life but everything is within reach. Extremely spacious and worth the money.

Great location, really close to all the main attractions and at a good price too. I stayed in a 1 BHK and it was super spacious with everything you need – washing machine, iron, kitchen, etc. They even provide daily cleaning if you’re staying more than a day. The pool and restaurant had everything I wanted as well. Overall, definitely good value for money

Hotel is Good and clean. The cleaning staffs are very nice and cooperative. Overall service is excellent. Even at the midnight the service is available. Mr. Tek and Baldwin are very helpful.

They gave us excellent service and were very hospitable. Big thanks to Mr. Man, Ebin and Arjun and their way of treating is amazing and very patience. Keep rocking guys.. You are really good. Thank u so much

It's the best hotel, service is really good and it's very convenient for the family as it's very spacious. Feels like home

Best choice to stay. Hotel location is quiet . Rooms are specious and big enough for a family. Fully equipped kitchen and all the rooms are fitted with wifi routers( nice try). Much appreciated the support from the reception team and the restaurant staff ( Maan)

Although there is alot of building work around the hotel, the hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the staff, especially Mr. Surya are exceptionally helpful and curtious.

Excellent service and excellent staff in dealing and reception Many thanks and appreciation for your kind treatment.

Absolutely terrible management. Two people at the front desk act like they own the place. I really hope the real owners can take a look at how they treat their guests.

Comfortable place to stay. Great service and great staff. Overall everything was very good.

I had a great stay at the hotel — everything was good and well-organized. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities met my expectations.
