Very modern, nice, good location right next to tram 19 and the train station. Plenty of space inside the room and the bathroom. Would defimitely come back. Pretty cool self check-in system, human assistance available on the spot in case something wrong. Had some issues with AC being very cold but the reception set our AC to heating 24 degrees fixed and it was alright.

Im teuren Amsterdam ist dieses Hotel eine preiswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage (20 bis 30 min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ins Zentrum). Gutes Frühstück. Selfcheckin funktioniert gut, trotzdem gibt es Rezeption, die einem weiterhilft.

The staff was very nice! The room was big and comfortable to fit 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids.

The lift sounded like you were entering the Mines of Moria, however we always got where we intended and never met a balrog.

We booked a family room for three and got an upgrade for four. We had two king-size beds. The room and bathroom were really spacious. The location is great — the tram stop is right in front of the hotel, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away, with really good connections.

Hotel is a little worn out and cleanliness could also be better. Breakfast was OK but too expensive for what was offered.

The hotel has machines for small snacks...ice cream, yogurt, sandwiches... Near by there is a Lidl, and a nice Italian restaurant. To go to the centre ,the tram is at the door. And the Sloterdijk train station is 1stop (10 minutes to Schipohl). Great breakfast ( currently 20 Euro). Our room was very nice and big. We will be back...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, with the tram literally right outside the door, making it easy to get into the city and connect to the Sprinter. I was initially given a very small room, but after explaining that I was uncomfortable with the size, the staff immediately moved me to an amazing room, which I really appreciated. The room itself had a great aesthetic, with orange being the dominant color (presumably as a nod to the Netherlands) which I thought was a fun and stylish touch. There were quite a few things I loved about the room. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the AC worked very well. I also appreciated that the TV made it incredibly easy to connect to my own streaming apps, which isn’t always the case at hotels. But by far, my favorite feature was the heated floors, such a wonderful little luxury! The bed was reasonably comfortable, although the pillows weren’t the best I’ve experienced. Having a mini fridge in the room was also a nice convenience. I had previously stayed in two other rooms at this same hotel, and I was happy to see that this room’s hairdryer actually had a nozzle attachment, which made styling and reducing frizz much easier. The previous two rooms were missing that attachment.

My only real complaint was that the sheets had a slightly unusual smell, almost like mildew, which was a little unpleasant, but that was only the case in the one room, so might just be a glitch. Another thing to keep in mind is that late checkout isn’t complimentary. Unlike some other hotels, you’re charged €10 for each additional hour, which can add up quickly. As for the surroundings, there isn’t a huge selection of things within walking distance, although there is a very cute Italian restaurant nearby that stays open until midnight, which was a nice find.

Location was perfect beside the tram. It was quiet and room a great size.

The pillows were awful, they were more like square cushions! They just sunk when you put your head into them, to make a proper pillow size we had to put 2 next to each other which then meant your head sunk down the middle. I asked at reception about a firmer pillow and I got told no. So we ended up having to put spare towels under the two 'pillows' to give them a bit of of firmness. Didn't sleep well at all.

Génial ! Hôtel très propre, bien entretenu avec des bonnes installation, grand lit, grande salle de bain. La Clim fonctionnait très bien et l’hôtel est très peu bruyant. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel est agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel. Il y’ a un arrêt de tram juste en face et le train vers le centre est à 10minutes à pied.

I liked to be close to the tram.

I didn't like the extra payment for the check-in 15€.. even though i paid for it because i was exhausted. The room was ready so nobody would take the room between 11am and 3pm so paid extra for extra.(nothing) 20€ for breakfast is very expensive from my opinion so i didn't For a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel i was expecting more.

The location was great, a short walk from Sloterdijk station. Felt like a pretty safe area, although didn’t really go out after dark. Ability to leave luggage at reception before check in and after check out was really useful. The room was spacious, very clean, and beds very comfortable. No complaints about the room at all. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

The bar in the lobby is closed down (permanently, I believe), and the restaurant wasn’t open for anything other than breakfast. It doesn’t serve any alcohol, which I don’t remember reading in the description.

Aunque alejado del centro,la ubicación es buena ya que tiene parada de tranvía justo enfrente y es una zona residencial tranquila. Además una muy buena atención del personal de recepción.

Después de haber estado anteriormente alojados, en esta ocasión,nos encontramos con una pérdida de calidad del hotel con respecto a la limpieza de las habitaciones y en el desayuno.

Good location for the trams and the trains to central Amsterdam. The staff were welcoming and gave us a brief introduction and a quick guide to the area. They explained that there was not a restaurant but that is not a problem as there are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a Lidl nearby and a Jumbo supermarket near Sloterdijk station. The room was clean and spacious with a decent shower. Shower body wash and handwash was provided. There is a small fridge and coffee making facilities but they use pods although will dispense hot water. We had a faulty curtain that was fixed within minutes of being reported. The hotel internet is OK and the TV was more than adequate with a few English channels. We arrived by train but the hotel does have a car park. All in all a decent hotel in a fair location if you don’t want the hustle and noise of the city centre. The tram drops you off right by the Rijks Museum which is only a 15 minute ride. I also noted that the city taxes are included in the price, so no hidden fees on checkout.

Zimmer waren verstaubt. Matratzen haben sich Nachts verschoben. Heizung gind nur bis 24 grad Celsius waren mit einem Kleinkind wir haben alle gefroren. Wasserschaden an den Wänden. Fenster wurden glaub ich noch nie gereinigt.

I like the receptionist, She was so helpful. The hotel is so clean. The room is so nice and big. It’s one minute walk from the Metro.

Einchecken ohne Probleme, Zimmer sauber, obwohl zur Straße raus, kein Strassenlärm. Frühstück war reichlich, man ist satt geworden. Ist immer gut aufgefüllt worden.

Hermosas instalaciones, lejos del centro pero super bien conectado, parada del Tranvía 19 en la puerta del hotel y a una parada de la estación Sloterdijk.

Colazione buonissima anche se costosa. Noleggio bici in sede.

Manca il servizio lavanderia. Le stanze vengono rifatte di pomeriggio quando è più facile che siano occupate.

Tiene una parada de tranvía enfrente, con la línea que va desde la estación de tren de Sloterdijk al centro.

Helpful staff, good room on second attempt

Room on first night was ground floor with no proper window and was dark dusty and noisey but staff moved us to a nice room on second night.

XO Hotel Park e' un bellissimo hotel per poter trascorrere le vacanze con la famiglia, praticamente nel WestPark un enorme parco urbano nel verde tipico di Amsterdam, che puoi percorrere a piedi o in bici fino in centro se usare i mezzi pubblici. E' logisticamente perfetto perche' servito dal tram 19 che ti porta in stazione SloterDjik da cui puoi andare ovunque, oppure in centro a soli 10 minuti. Situato in una zona bellissima della citta' di permette di vivere sia la parte storica e turistica che quella urbana di tutti i giorni. Inoltre nelle vicinanze e' presente LIDL molto comodo per risparmiare rispetto alla costosa Amsterdam.

Personalmente non mi piacciono gli hotel con la moquettes per una questione igienica, e' un peccato vedere una bellissima struttura rovinata da particolari come una moquettes non curata o una tenda strappata. Le colazioni sono costose come al solito ad Amsterdam, 21 EUR a persona al giorno mi sembrano eccessive, se si considera una famiglia di almeno 4 persone.

De kamer was erg mooi en prettig. Ook het personeel was super vriendelijk. Er is een koelkastje op de kamer en een televisie waarop je kan casten en netflix kan kijken.

We zijn na het ontbijt onwijs ziek geworden. Alle klachten van een voedselvergiftiging. We hebben ongeveer €40 euro voor het ontbijt betaald dus dan is dat wel een tegenvaller. Contact opgenomen met het hotel maar ze zeggen dat ze hier verder niks meer aan kunnen doen. Geen vergoeding of geld terug voor het ontbijt. Jammer!

Sehr gut gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sehr nettes Personal. Viele internationale Gäste - nach einem guten Frühstück ein toller Einstieg für ein erlebnisreiches Wochenende in Amsterdam. Hierhin kommen wir gerne wieder zurück.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Tram und zum Bahnhof, das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hotellin edessä pysähtyy raitiovaunu, jolla pääsee mm. Rijskmuseumiin. Lähistöllä hyviä ravintoloita. Lisäksi hotellin aulassa oli automaatteja josta sai välipalaa ja juomia. Kuvat ehkä antoivat odottaa enemmän. Mutta kaikenkaikkiaan edullinen ja hyvä hotelli, jos ei etsi luksusta.

Hotellissa ei omaa ravintolaa, mutta onneksi lähistöllä oli hyviä ravintoloita sekä ruokakauppa. Hotelli kaipaisi joiltain osin remonttia.

Nell'armadio, c'era un ferro da stiro ed un asse da stiro in verticale obliqua che non permetteva di appendere adeguatamente gli abiti. Il succo d'arancia della colazione era super allungato con acqua. Qualcuno del personale -non tutti-a volte erano inespressivi e non sorridenti, sembrava a volte di dar fastidio... alla reception con tutte le volte che siamo entrati non siamo stati salutati nemmeno una volta, sempre noi per primi.giro parecchi hotel e il saluto è alla base di un'accoglienza. Poi quando si lavora a colazione, in sala I capelli devono essere ben legati, non lasciati allo sbando scompigliati e mezzi sciolti

Wer nicht in der Innen-/Altstadt von Amsterdam nächtigen möchte und etwas angenehmes sucht, um dann das Auto loszuwerden und bequem 15 Min mit der Trambahn in die Altstadt zu fahren, ist hier genau richtig. Viele Prozesse rund um die An- und Abmeldung sind bereits automatisiert, aber es gibt immer noch Personal, für Rückfragen und Beratung.

The hall is very nicley decorated. Tram station is right in front,the hotel has almost everything that you need. Lidl is pretty close

The location is not the best,center is 20-25 mins away by tram,alot of the staff just knock and go in immediately,they dont even wait a second to hear if somebody says they can. The rooms have carpets instead of floor which makes it feel a bit more unhygienic.

A reggelit jól lehetett variálni, nagy a választék, a sajt remek, nem kellett hosszan sorba állni érte. A környék jó, az épület előtti villamos tökéletes közlekedést biztosít.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Herrn an der Rezeption wirklich toller Service! Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, da sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine U-Bahn-Station befindet. Dadurch kommt man schnell und unkompliziert überall hin. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt auch ein Parkticket für die Garage. Leider hat die Karte beim Herausfahren nicht funktioniert, was kurz etwas nervig war. Aber letztendlich war das kein großes Problem.
