The location was excellent vis-a-vis access to the tram. The breakfast was complete, if a little pricey. The walk-in shower was excellent.

The bed had a mattress topper which slid around a lot. There was no mirror over the sink. There was no desk light. The wi-fi service was intermittent.

Staff were friendly and polite, rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything really clean and pleasant. There are a few nice super markets nearby too.

Check in time is a bit late and the reception had a nice area which would benefit greatly from a bar or cafe.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Nächste Haltestation war in der Nähe.

Die Entfernung zum Zentrum war weiter als erwartet. Das Zimmer war direkt zur Autobahn gerichtet, das könnte bei geräuschempfindlichen Personen als störend empfunden werden. Schade war, dass es im Hotel keine Bar gab, nur Automaten und Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf dem Foto hatte es den Eindruck erweckt.

One day of our stay, we left the room early in the morning and we switched on the signage to make up the room and we came back in the afternoon and had not been cleaned. It has been cleaned when we left again for dinner

The Breakfast was very good but I had to change my travel plans as I was unable to enter the breakfast room before 07:00. Local transport links are not fantastic but also not awful except after 11pm then its a long way from the city.

There were obvious electrical issues with the hotel with large cables all over the lobby and the elevator atrium which presented a trip hazard. There is nowhere to get any food after 9 pm in the vicinity so a long journey into town as the only food available in the hotel is out of very expensive vending machines and poor quality prodiucts.

Great room with nice view, good location amongst convenience stores and close to tram, metro, bus, and major train lines. Lovely staff who were happy to help, great amenities in the hotel.

Only a minor issue: shower had rather large openings allowing water to easily leak onto the floor, meaning we had to dry the floor thoroughly after each use.

La dame a l’accueil, qui est enceinte est une très grande gentillesse

- la vue sur les toits des bâtiments - le lit trop haut - le matelas glisse (il faut le remettre en place souvent) - la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le café fuyait sous la machine. Le problème a été signalé mais en vain. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste enceinte qui nous a gentiment offert un café.

Facile d'accès en bus tram depuis la gare centrale ou le centre ville. Salle de bain, serviettes et draps propres. Petit déjeuner très bien (beaucoup de choix).

Ensemble un peu vieillot, qui ne fait pas très propre, mais si pas de problème au final.

The location was perfect for us because we had a car and there was a great value car park reside the hotel. To go into the centre a tram ride took you in 20 mins. Our room on the 8th floor had a fab view. There was all that we needed in the room and bathroom was modern

Εξαιρετικές συγκοινωνίες... Ούτε πέντε λεπτά τραμ και λεωφορείο, με τα οποία πας παντού αλλά και μέτρο στο 10λεπτο. Εξαιρετικό στρώμα και καλή διαρρύθμιση τετρακλινου δωματίου. Θα εμένα ξανά!!!!

Etrafında çok sayıda supermarket ve restaurant olması ve otobüs durağına yakın olması tek olumlu yanıydı.

Amsterdam'daki bu dört yıldızlı otel beklentilerimizi kesinlikle karşılamadı; tesisin ciddi bir yenilenmeye ve hizmet anlayışını düzeltmeye ihtiyacı var. Zemin ve Hijyen: Koridor ve odalardaki halı kaplama zemin son derece hijyenden uzak ve otel genelinde rahatsız edici kötü bir kokuya sebep oluyor. Banyo Sorunu: Banyo yenilenmiş gibi görünse de lavabo sık sık tıkanıyor. Duş sırasında su biriktiği için giderin çekmesini beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Oda Temizliği ve Gizlilik: Sabah henüz biz odadayken çalışanların içeri girip banyo temizliği yapması kabul edilemez ve oldukça rahatsız edici bir durumdu. Personel Yaklaşımı: Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar son derece sert, ilgisiz ve güler yüzden uzaktı. +Tek olumlu tarafı otelin çevresinde pek çok süpermarketin olması ve otobüs durağına yakın olmasıydı Özetle, dört yıldızlı bir otel standartlarının çok altında kalan bu işletmeyi ne yazık ki kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

J'aime bien le chambre que il etait assez spacieux, le lit etait tres mou et confortable, le petit dejuner avait beaucoup d'options pour a choisir et toutes etaient delicieux!

Le seul petite nuissance que je peut penser a etait un odoeur bizzare dans le couloir, mais rien grave!

Devo dire che l’intero soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, servizi eccellenti, personale sempre disponibile, stanza ordinata e pulita, la zona piuttosto tranquilla e ben collegata con il centro tramite bus e tram.

Suggerirei solo di aggiustare il sensore dei bottoni nell’ascensore per raggiungere i vari piani perché spesso non prende subito l’input. Solo questa cosa superficiale per il resto nulla.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttoi tarvittaessa. Aamupala oli erinomainen ja monipuolinen. Läheltä löytyi useita ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita.

Majoitukseen oli lähimmältä juna-asemalta hieman matkaa, mutta busseja kulki lähelle hotellia. Huone oli hieman odotettua pienempi.

Helpful staff. Good modern, spacious and comfortable room perfect for a summer stay since the aircon worka geeat. The view was amazing! Bathroom was big and comfortable. Frequent public transportation nearby.

The location of the hotel is very easy to access with public transport and it’s very easy to find. All the interactions we had with the staff was polite and helpful

Room was comfortable, with a coffee machine provided. Bathroom was clean, with everything provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about bike hire etc and extra supplies of coffee and tea. Check in was very easy. Travel was easy too - 20 minutes on the bus to central station or a short walk to the metro stop. Lots of shops nearby too for buying waffles etc!

Only issue was that water pooled in the bottom of the shower as the shower tray wasn't on a proper slope. Not a major issue though. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment there

Parking close by at a reasonable price. Transport links very close. Comfortable beds.

Wanting to charge 20€ for breakfast for a 12yo who only eats a bowl of cereals is not on. We had to look elsewhere for food. General cleanliness of room not great. Found things under beds that were not ours.

Nice clean and spacious room with a superb view. Really close to convenience stores. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. Perfect stay in Amsterdam.

A bit farther from center, but you can use several public transportation to get to the center.

Entlüftung im Bad schlecht, deshalb schon Schimmel an den Gardinenstangen. Türen sehr schmierig. Kleine Schmutzecken überall.

Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, aidant, et chaleureux. J’ai rarement vu ça dans un 4*

À la rigueur, peut être le vis à vis avec les bureaux de la tour voisine qui sont quand même très proches. L’hôtel étant un peu excentré, le quartier n’est pas le plus agréable, ce qui explique l’excellent rapport qualité prix.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door personeel, wel een beetje vreemd om vervolgens alsnog online te moeten inchecken. Dichtbij de stad, centrum met tram goed en makkelijk bereikbaar.

Wij hebben ervaring met XO Hotels Haute couture. In vergelijking daarmee is XO Hotels Blue Tower een stuk minder comfortabel qua uitstraling, hygiene en ontbijt. Kamer erg krap. Badkamer wel schone handdoeken, maar gebruikte handdoeken niet hingen nog aan de deur. Er zat bovendien nog een klodder opgedroogde tandpasta aan de wasbak. Ontbijt was matig, broodjes smaakten niet vers.

Eşim ve 2 çocuğumla kaldığım için suit odada kaldım. Oda geniş ve ferah. Çevresinde çok fazla Türk restoranı var. Koununu iyi.

Kahvaltısını beğenmedim. Bazı çalışanlar hiç yardımcı olmadılar ve soğuk davrandılar.

La chambre triple était immense. La salle de bain aussi.

Le voisinage manque de vie nocturne mais on est à Amsterdam il suffit de se déplacer un peu. La salle de bain a un miroir qui n’est pas devant le lavabo, j’ai eu du mal à me raser….

Zweibettzimmer gebucht, Dreibettzimmer bekommen, das dritte Bett wurde zur Lagerung der vielen Kissen genutzt Personal - top! Wir reisten bereits mittags an, konnten unser Gepäck deponieren, dasselbe am Abreisetag, zudem gibt es für Amsterdam-Neulinge Stadtpläne. Besonders toll - fehlende Kaffeekapseln plus Kondensmich wurden auf Anfrage sofort ersetzt - perfekt! Lage etwas außerhalb, aber mit Bus und Tram kann man alles gut erreichen (mit etwas Geduld beim Umsteigen, immer 10 Min.) Unser Kühlschrank hatte eine dicke Eisschicht im oberen Bereich - für uns als teilweise Selbstversorger allerdings top, der Wein wurde schnell kalt (Supermarkt ist einmal um die Ecke rum, sogar zwei zur Auswahl!)

Ein bisschen strange ist, dass das gesamte Zimmer, inclusive Bad, rundherum riesige Fenster hat, bei Dunkelheit und Licht suggeriert die Spiegelfolie, dass man von Spiegeln statt Fenstern umgeben ist. Möglicherweise cool, aber für Nicht-Twens wie uns waren die Vorhänge sehr beruhigend, zumal ein Test unsererseits ergeben hat, dass die Fenster definitiv keinen kompletten Sichtschutz bieten
