The room was spacious and had good amenities. The aircon. It was ok on top setting.

It was in a busy location. Perfect for business connected to roads to airport etc but for family holiday that would be somewhere else.

The service from the staff—especially at the front desk—was poor. When we asked where the pool was, we were told there wasn’t one at all (even though it was shown in the photos on the website and on Booking). My room key card kept malfunctioning; I went to the front desk six times to ask them to fix it. The hotel did have a pool after all, but it was only open for 30 minutes a day—the hotel management was making money by charging walk-ins for access to the pool and sauna, so they didn’t want to see us there. The ladder in the pool was broken and barely working; it has long been in need of repair or replacement. During room cleaning, they often didn’t provide cups for drinking water.

Frühstück ist für ein Stadthotel völlig ausreichend, der Kaffee ist allerdings eine Katastrophe, viel zu schwach.

Der Service ist nicht so gut, es wird von fast niemandem Englisch gesprochen, Deutsch überhaupt nicht, nur türkisch. Der Fahrstuhl ist immer wieder mal ausgefallen, sodass nur einer zur Verfügung stand. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Pool gibt und eine Bar ganz oben, was beides nicht zutrifft, der Innenpool ist nur bei Buchung vom Spa zugänglich. Die Zimmerkarten sind immer nach etwa 3 Tagen decodiert, sodass man nicht mehr ins Zimmer kommt und jedesmal zuerst wieder an die Rezeption muss, um sie wieder freizuschalten.

Location was convenient for me

Stayed in the Economy Room, which was next to the elevator. When the elevators started operating the mechanism thudded twice loudly. Quite audible during the quietness of the night. Also at around 7am, the room was being filled with cooking smell. Probably via the air-conditioning.

Alte Badezimmer. Morgenbuffet nicht empfehlenswert Restaurant kein einziger Gast Bild Aussicht von Restaurant, stimmt nicht, das ist von einem Festsaal. Taxi nicht vom Hotel bestellen, wurde verarscht.

Excellent stay. I would recommend!

Some staff didn't speak any English but there was plenty of personal that spoke excellent English so it was balanced. There was a wedding with was rather loud for a bit but it wasn't deal breaking, will stay there next time I am visiting istanbul.

Overall,it was a pleasant stay and the night shift receptionist, Ali who was Iranian was very helpful. He also gave us great info about interesting sightseeing and shopping and more. Breakfast was good and the location was close to the metro with excellent access to public transportation.

Some facilities need to repair.

De douche was in het bad met een extreem hoge instap. Niet echt fijn voor 50+. De locatie is saai. Niet voor vakantie.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Lage auch top.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. The people at the reception were kind and accommodating although only a handful could speak English. I had no problem with the room - it was a big size and very clean. However the air conditioner was not upto the mark and we were there for the hottest two days of the year in Istanbul.

Their amenities really need improvement. The machines in the gym were literally broken and the jacuzzi/mini pool was non operational. The manager of the spa was rude yet didn’t speak a word of English. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

This is a fantastic hotel with its space, cleanliness and friendly staff! I hugely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to find a nice comfortable and quiet stay in Istanbul.

The Fan in the bathroom was making a lot noise(I guess it was on its way out). It could have been fixed before the room was booked.

The language barrier in Turkey is stressful but the staff try their best.

Staff should explain what spa facilities is offered. Breakfast is about 15$ extra if it’s not included.

The hotel tried to charge an extra (500 TR) to allow a professional to go up to the room on medical advice to perform a specific procedure. There is no variety on the breakfast menu. Infiltration in the bedroom ceiling.
