Temelde otel olarak inşa edilmediği için odaların kullanım olanakları maalesef bazı sorunlar yaratmış, ilk verilen odada çamaşır makinesi halıfleks’e akmış ve halıyı çürütmiş müthiş bir nem kokusu vardı odada gece gec saatte gelince biz değişim istemedik ama ertesi gün odamızı upgrade edip başka oda verdiler o odada ise gardrop kırıktı sürgülü kapısı acılıp kapanmıyordu, oyelin houskeeping ekibi çok zatıf maalesef , müthiş ne kokan bir odayı yada kırık dökük şeyleri raporlamak lazım, ama şu varki bu binalar hem ev sahiplerinin oldugu, hem kiracıların oldugu hemde otel odası olarak işletilen bir yer , daha once ev olan yerler otel odasına dönüştürülmüş sıkıntı burdan kaynaklı.

Unser Zimmer hatte bei unsrer Ankunft Saunatemperaturen ,das Personal in der Lobby -Rezeption-Security war ziemlich zurückhaltend mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung,nicht mal ein „ Hallo „ , schade ☹️ Dafür war das gesamte Personal im Restaurant,Putzdamen ,im Fitness und beim Schwimmen sehr freundlich; Und , wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer angeboten,( tolles Angebot 👍) nur wurde uns später mitgeteilt,dass größere Zimmer keinen Meerblick bieten -haben , …Uograde ??? oder ….🤷‍♀️ Und Vorsicht beim Nutzen der Waschmaschine, bei uns ging die Tür der Trommel nicht mehr auf … der Techniker kam sehr schnell 👍 dafür war dann der Teppichboden platschnass ,und wurde nicht mehr trocken.. Schade Ein Glas Rosewein zum Abendessen kostet doch glatt 18€ , das genossen wir dann kein 2. Mal 😉

El hotel parece un apartahotel de 3 estrellas. No más. Yo elegi la suite. El sofá impresentable roto muy viejo e incómodo. El baño es horrible pequeño y super ruidoso aunque no enciendas ka luz.la ducha incómoda te duchas encima del wc.y super pequeña. Las vistas no son lo que esperaba. Los muebles sofá y cama están orientado hacia la ciudad. Increíble. No lo entiendo. Las cortinas son automáticas y no abren del todo. En fin. No tiene la categoría de 5 estrellas ni de broma. El Bufé de desayuno no está mal. La piscina muy cutre y la climatizada tienes que pagar el gorro. No merece la pena lo que cuesta

Мне не понравилось что забронировав отель и оплатив через букинг и оплатив все через приложение уже на ресепшене при заселении взяли ещё 55 евро за завтраки объяснив это тем что ребенок 13 лет у них уже считается как взрослый но на букенге я указывала возврат 13 лет при бронировании. Немного смутила ситуация.

Placering i forhold til Metro (50 meter til indgang til Metro). Morgenmaden var fin (men heller ikke mere end det). Værelset var fin (nok lidt over forventet i forhold til prisen). Sød personale.

Aftensmaden (hovedretter), som var inkluderet i prisen, var ren cafeteria, mens desserter var fremragende. Kan dog ikke dømme køkkenets almindelige serveringer derudfra.

In der Küche könnte etwas Besteck und Geschirr stehen. Schwimmhaubennutzung im Indoorpool (und weil wir keins haben hätten wir für einmalige Nutzung 20€ für 4 Personen eine kaufen sollen) daher konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen

The property is very neat and well organized. The staff is very, very polite and they try to solve all your problems. The rooms are perfect. I stayed in a room that had a kitchenette, living area, and huge windows with a view of the pool. The pool is also very nice and well organized. I also tried the sauna and the Turkish bath, which are very, very nice. The hours of availability are wide, from early in the morning to later in the evening. The bed and bathrooms are very, very comfortable. There is a safe in the room. Also the spa part is very organized and clean. They also provided me with late check out. The view is spectacular and goes towards the whole Bosphorus Gulf.

The bed was very nice and comfortable. The receptionist was also very understanding during checkout, and they allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours afterward, which was a huge plus.

- Plumbing Nightmare: The shower drain was clogged and flooded instantly. Maintenance came but left a huge mess without fixing anything. Both the sink and shower drains are still backed up. They just used a manual plunger to put on a show of "trying." - Disappointing Food: Our booking included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a fixed menu with no drinks included, and it tasted like microwaved leftover food. Note that you cannot get these included meals via room service—in-room dining costs extra. The dinner was so poor that we chose to skip breakfast entirely to avoid another bad meal.

This was my second stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana, and once again, I had a very good experience. It's always nice to return to a hotel and find the same consistent level of service and hospitality. The location is not close to Istanbul's main tourist areas, so I wouldn't necessarily choose it if your priority is sightseeing around Sultanahmet, Taksim, or the European side. However, Maltepe was exactly where I needed to be, so the location was perfect for my purpose. The hotel has more of a hotel-apartment setup, which makes it particularly convenient for longer stays or for guests who prefer more space and home-style facilities. I also noticed that it seems to be a popular choice for guests visiting Istanbul for medical tourism, and I can understand why the apartment-style accommodation makes a longer or more comfortable stay much easier. The staff are one of the hotel's strongest points. They are friendly, professional, and always very helpful whenever you need assistance. Overall, my experience has been consistently good on both of my stays, and I would happily return whenever I need to stay in the Maltepe area.

Nothing significant. I had another pleasant and comfortable stay and didn't experience any particular issues worth mentioning. The location may not suit travelers visiting Istanbul mainly for the tourist attractions, but for my purpose, it was exactly what I needed.

L’hotel est bien placé avec le métro à côté (200m). La piscine intérieure et extérieure. Le hammam et le spa. Le lave linge séchant dans la chambre. Les chambres étaient assez spacieuses et le ménage était fait tous les jours L’enviromment extérieur, il y a plusieurs magasins pour faire les courses A101, Carrefour Mini etc.. et un marché à 500m de l'hôtel les lundis

J'ai sejourné 1 semaine du 26 juillet au 1er août. L'hôtel est affiché comme étant un 5* mais en réalité il en vaut 4 voire 3. Les photos sur booking sont juste des photos commerciales, la réalité est différente surtout pour les chambres Les chambres méritent d'être rafraîchies. Il y a une odeur de renfermé et de tabac dès qu'on est entré dans la chambre et dans le couloir de notre étage malgré que c'était une chambre non fumeur. Le canapé est tout écaillé et il y avait plein de taches sur le canapé. Heureusement que j'avais un plaid pour couvrir l'assise. La salle de bain présente des traces de moisissures assez prononcées. Les meubles du salon ont pas mal vieillis aussi. Le petit dejeuner était assez varié mais rien d'exceptionnel. Gros bémol sur les boissons que ce soit le jus d'orange, pomme ou ananas qui étaient imbuvable avec un goût très chimique. Le buffet du soir était très limité 4-5 plats pareil pour les entrées et qq fruits. Un bouteille d'eau par personne et si vous voulez une boisson c'est payant. J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour le club enfant, grosse déception. C’est juste une salle à côté de l'entrée de la piscine intérieure avec 4 tables et des chaises ikea pour faire du coloriage. Après ce qui était le plus déroutant pour mes enfants et moi c'était que l’hotel a un partenariat avec Clinichub et du coup on côtoyait sans cesse des personnes qui sortaient d'opération du nez, lifting, BBL ou autres...avec des gros bandages et pansements. Mes enfants étaient assez surpris au départ mais on finit par s'habituer. Au final si vous choisissez cet hôtel pour le côté familial, il n'est pas du tout adapté.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an Emre, der uns am ersten Tag empfangen hat. Er war extrem aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – genau so sollte man als Gast betreut werden! Aber auch das gesamte Team war durchweg professionell und freundlich. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service!

Bei unserem bestellten Cappuccino fehlte leider der Löffel. Es wäre schön, wenn dieser künftig dazu serviert werden könnte.

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk whom I unfortunately forgot to get her name. Everything from the food to the pool to the room was exceptional. The hotel is also surrounded by coffee shops and marts. Ubers would usually arrive within a minute or two of ordering them.

Unglaublich nettes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen und zu guter Letzt eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion in jedem Zimmer. Genau das ist es, was vielen anderen Hotels fehlt.

Die Zimmer waren entgegen der Angabe nicht Schall-isoliert.

Ужин только то, что подадут ( ни овощи ни фрукты ни рыба не входят) хотя завтрак шведский стол хороший. Бассейн открытый только с 10 до 18 ( хотя до 20:00 летом еще солнце ). У уборщика номера все время приходится выпрашивать то воду,то полотенца ( проживало 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка 6 и 9 лет) и ставили 2 маленькие бутылки води и оставляли 2 полотенца, как будто дети не пьют и не купаются. В бассейне нужно купить шапочки по 300 TL. Очень много людей после операций, мои дети боялись идти в ресторан, чтобы не видеть перебинтованных людей ((

Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Prośba o późniejsze wymeldowanie złożona przez Whatsapp z pokoju i zaakceptowania w kilkanaście minut. Hotel wygląda na nowy, meble i wyposażenie nowe. Pokój czysty i ładnie wyglądający. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Kolacja w formie dań. Obok hotelu znajduje się klinika medycyny estetycznej co skutkuje dużą ilością kobiet po operacjach z bandażami na twarzy (głównie nosie).

Konaklama süremiz boyunca sessiz temiz mükemmel bir odada kaldık resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Mükemmel bir yer konum olarak hemen metro durağının yanında.

I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Maltepe! The location is perfect – the M4 metro station is on few steps. The staff is very helpful and friendly.When i make my booking i haved a special order to them a make a birthday cake, and they do this like a compliment to us . This really touched us. The breakfast and the dinner was excellent.I definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent room: Great view from our allocated room on 18th floor. Comfortable and clean beds. The room gives a luxury feel. Great for kids with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Located right at Maltepe M4 metro line, SAW airport and city are easily accesible.

Hotel needs to take maintenance protocols bit seriously. On first day the power failed for about 15 mins while were were in club area leaving it complete dark. On second day our family was stuck in the elevators on 14th floor. No response for almost 5 minutes after we kept pressing alarm button. Thankfully someone came quickly but please announce on speaker that someone is on the way. Reception wasn't even aware of the situtaion when I left this feedback.

Uns als Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen das die Familien Suite großzügig ist mit tollem Panorama Blick in die Stadt. Der Hotel Manager hat uns in die Zimmer begleitet und uns ein herzliches Willkommen Gefühl vermittelt.

Personeel was erg behulpzaam en hoffelijk. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en goed.

De liften in toren B werkten de helft van de tijd niet, dus moesten we de trap nemen naar de 10e verdieping. Maar eenmaal op je kamer was het er minstens 25 en soms wel 28 graden Celsius. De airconditioning werkte niet omdat het winter was, was de verklaring van het personeel. Maar het was te warm om in de kamer te blijven... 's Nachts hebben wij slecht geslapen vanwege de hoge temperatuur, wat de reis erg vervelend maakte. Toen was er een lekkage direct buiten onze deur en was het hele tapijt doorweekt. Zelfs onze sokken in onze schoenen waren nat toen we de kamer verlieten. En toen mijn vriendin haar eigen föhn wilde gebruiken, kwamen er meteen vonken uit het stopcontact zodra ze de stekker er instak, waardoor haar föhn kapot ging. Deze was nog maar een paar maanden oud en kostte 116,90 US dollar. (we hebben de rekening nog steeds) Uiteindelijk hebben we dus niet van ons verblijf genoten en moesten we er ook nog een nieuwe föhn bij kopen! Daarom zouden we het redelijk vinden om een ​​terugbetaling te ontvangen die in ieder geval de kosten van een nieuwe föhn dekt...

10泊しました。結果、この価格帯にしては最高のホテルでした。中でも良かったと思う点は、以下の通りです。 ・スタッフの教育が行き届いている（官僚的だったり、面倒そうな人が誰1人としておらず、私はこの点に一番感銘を受けました） ・朝食が豪華（といっても超高級ホテルレベルではありませんが、十分なメニューがありどれも美味しいです） ・部屋が広い ・部屋に洗濯機と電子レンジがある ・メトロM4の駅が近い（駅からはSAW空港とKadikoyは直通で行け、Sirkeciなどヨーロッパ側にも、Marmaray-M4を乗り継げば電車でアクセスできます） ・近くにスーパーあり（すぐ横にCarrefour Mini、徒歩3分のところにMM Migrosがあります。どちらもお酒の扱いあります） ・近くにおしゃれなカフェ、軽食店など多数お店あり（ただ、お酒を飲める飲食店は多分ないです） 価格もイスタンブールにしてはお手頃ですし、都心からの距離さえ許容できれば、日本人旅行者／出張者で満足しない人はいないと思います。おすすめです。

強いて言うと、以下の通りです ・部屋の空調のコントロールが弱い（季節によるのかもしれませんが、空調の温度設定がほぼ機能していませんでした） ・インターネットが実質的に有料（無料でもアクセスできますが、課金しなければ快適な速度を維持できなかったです） ・部屋の壁がやや薄め（このクラスのホテルにしては珍しく、壁の向こうの生活音が一部聞こえてきました） ただ、全て「長所」で吸収できる程度のものなので、私はあまり気になりませんでした。

Our stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, with the exception of an extremely poor experience with its kitchen. I would not say anything negative about the breakfast, as it was really good. The main issue concerned dinner. Our rate (half board) included dinner; however, the dinner menu was fixed and always included meat-based dishes. It was not even possible to choose the main course. Although the restaurant staff did their best to find a solution (offering vegetarian pasta or pizza), having pasta or pizza for dinner for more than a week is not worth the money paid. This was the first time in my life that I experienced a paid half-board dinner with no option to choose a meal. After we complained to the management, our menu was reduced to a starter and a main course (dessert was removed). The situation became even worse after the last dinner, when my partner experienced a sleepless night, fever, vomiting, and finally had to visit the emergency department of a hospital, where food poisoning was confirmed. The hotel did not agree to cover any additional expenses, justifying this by the lack of "clear evidence" from the hospital. I am not concerned so much about the costs - they did not even apologise. If you decide to stay there, I strongly encourage you not to use the restaurant.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and close to the metro station.

When leaving the property my suitcase got caught in the mat directly outside the turning doors. It broke the wheel of my suitcase. I then could not travel on the metro to the station as the wheel was broken and i could see my clothes inside the suitcase through the broken section. I turned back into the hotel and asked them to call a taxi for me to take me to the airport. I also asked if they have tape to help repair my suitcase which they said they have a cover but it costs money. The cover which they gave was not what I was looking for as it didnt help the broken wheel but i paid for it as the taxi was here and the staff member took it into the taxi. The taxi driver the hotel called for me then charged me 5500 lira when it should have been around 3000 lira. Overall a very very bad ending to the trip which made me upset

The closeness of the property to the train station was its best feature.

The rooms were smaller than featured, not all the lights and light switches work, and the most inconvenient part was that the temperature of the building is centralized so we were melting the entire time we were there.

Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Personal waren hervorragend. Die Metro-Verbindung ist genial, auch zum Flughafen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The only thing l didn't like the you can't open windows, but it wasn't an issue

We hebben ons kunnen verwonderen over de herstellende plastisch chirurgie patienten. Hierdoor hebben we een inzicht kunnen krijgen in deze voor ons eerder onbekende wereld! Verder was de wekservice ideaal! Sommige mensen zouden de 220v die je ontvangt bij gebruik van de lift, misschien niet waarderen, maar wij waren gelijk wakker!

Een werkende airco was fijn geweest, afhankelijk van de richting van uw kamer kan het ook in April erg tropisch worden. Verder was de koude en warme melk 's ochtends vroeg zonder 220v wekservice moeilijk te onderscheiden. Warme granola is niet helemaal mijn ding.

Wir sind am Freitag gegen 6 Uhr morgens angekommen und haben unsere angebliche „Suite mit Meerblick“ erhalten. Diese „Suite“ bestand aus zwei winzigen Räumen – ein Mini-Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit einem Kinderbett, insgesamt vielleicht 18–19 m². Von Meerblick keine Spur. Egal, wo man hinschaut: Es gibt hier schlicht keinen Meerblick. Das ist aus unserer Sicht nichts anderes als Irreführung. Daraufhin wurde uns gegen Aufpreis ein anderes Zimmer angeboten – wir mussten also direkt nochmal extra zahlen. Im zweiten Zimmer funktionierte dann die Heizung nicht, und das Badezimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand und fiel teilweise auseinander. Bei Außentemperaturen von 5–6 Grad in der Nacht absolut unzumutbar. Also wieder Zimmerwechsel. Im nächsten Zimmer: Waschbecken komplett verstopft, Dusche funktioniert ebenfalls nicht richtig. Statt Erholung durften wir hier gefühlt täglich umziehen und uns mit neuen Mängeln herumschlagen. Und dann kommt noch das Gesamtbild dazu: Dieses Haus hat für uns nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun – es wirkt eher wie ein Krankenhaus. Beim Frühstück sitzt man da und überall laufen Menschen mit Verbänden im Gesicht, am Kopf oder an der Nase herum, offensichtlich nach Operationen. Das hat absolut nichts mit einem entspannten Urlaub zu tun. Man fragt sich wirklich, ob man in einem Hotel oder in einer Klinik gelandet ist. Das Gebäude ist zudem völlig in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt stellenweise richtig baufällig. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Einziger Lichtblick: Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht – aber das kann die massiven Mängel in keiner Weise ausgleichen. Fazit: Wer sich erholen möchte, sollte dieses „Hotel“ definitiv meiden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen – und das aus gutem Grund.

Location 5 mins to the underground, the same line with Sabihe airport station. The local restaraunts are excellent. The rooms are very clean, each staff is helpful and nice.

Dinner was expensive and not nice. However breakfast was very good. .

​I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Maltepe! The location is perfect – the M4 metro station is literally 2 minutes away on foot, making trips to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Kadıköy very fast and convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff is very friendly. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and easy transport in Istanbul. There is a boy, whose name is Harun, extremely good and ready always to help, I likes all of the members of the hotel's staff. Highly recommended you to stay at this hotel!

The only minor downside was the lack of fresh air in the rooms because the windows cannot be opened. This is understandable, given that the rooms are on the 19th floor, but it's something to keep in mind. Despite this, the air conditioning worked perfect!
