1）住在七樓房間，舖了塑膠地板，但地板下高低不平，實在太明顯了。 2）房門口的 請勿打擾 燈光號誌非常不明顯，出門前特別交代櫃檯不用打掃。但晚上回到房間是有人進來整理過了。 3）冷氣很冷，即使設定26度，室內溫度都是21度。 4）整體而言，還是很乾淨清潔的住宿環境。不錯。

建物は古いがそれなりに清潔。5日間滞在したが朝食はバリエーションもあり美味しかった。月・木のハッピーアワーは食事もできてお得。ベッドが固いのと、タオル類がゴワゴワだったのが残念。

下午櫃檯接待的人員，態度良好且盡責，給人很溫暖的感覺。

床有點硬，其他都很好。 早餐很棒! 樣式選擇很多、調味很好，還有綠拿鐵，其他地方喝不到，沙拉的醬選擇很多，山藥排骨湯很棒! 迎賓飲料跟餅乾加分! 泡澡沐浴香氛鹽大加分!!

有點舊。房間及浴室超大。

所住房間空間寬敞，所附桌子、椅子不錯但是椅子坐起來略低和桌子高度不太符合，另外電源孔太少且也沒有三孔可用，電源插座雖有USB插孔，但有TypeC插孔的話就更好了。

外面太吵了 沒有隔音窗

地點佳，房間大。但床沒有很舒適

櫃台人員態度很親切,很樂於為旅客詳細解說與服務,住宿房間環境乾淨無異味,未來有機會來新竹會優先考量在入住。

房間充電位置很少，雙人床只有一邊床頭有充電位置，而且是沒電源的。 只能用桌子旁邊的電源，可是也充得超~級~慢~~ 另外，飯店沒有內建停車場。 最近的停車場 飯店不包。 要走到很遠 對於拖行李的客人很不方便，下雨天更是不得了。 說是飯店包含免費停車，結果停⼀個晚上取車，用完飯店給的停車折扣卷還是要付錢的。

I was on a 2 weeks trip in taiwan, this is my 4th hotel stayed & the most uncomfortable hotel. The bed mattress was very hard, backache after 2 nights. During checked in, the staff was very impatient with us. Hotel do not have carpark, public carpark was about 10 mins walk from hotel.

Hotel rooms weren’t available at 3 pm as promised. Beds are hard as a rock. Rooms were clean. Some staff were helpful, others were not.

高鐵新竹駅付近はぴかぴかですが、台鉄新竹駅あたりは開発が遅れてちょっと怖いようなところもありますが、ここはちゃんとしていてほっとします。台鉄新竹駅からは１３分ほど歩きます。 日本語が得意で明るいホテルスタッフのおじさまがいて、困りごとがあったときにとても親身にサポートしてくれました。

不錯喔可惜沒自家車位，合作停車場又大排長龍

實際感覺大概在3.5星級, 整體還好, 只是房間內的AC插座有些少, 全部都用滿, 手機充電只能拔在用的電器才有空的插座可用, 雖然有USB-A插座, 無奈現在都用Type-C插座了, 所以USB-A插座無法使用.

在床上時，只要一動，床頭燈就會震動，這樣睡覺時比較容易醒來，這個可能麻煩要注意一下，感謝！

下次還會選擇來住

Staff are friendly and very responsive. Having laundry options, the gym, a microwave, ice maker, and a lounge area all on the top floor was super convenient. It’s close to good restaurants and a decent shopping area. The only issue you may run into, is the drive home if you’re working in Science Park. You have to leave by 5, if you don’t want to spend 40 mins taking a 11 min trip.

A reasonably priced hotel in the center of Hsingchu City. Accessible by feet from the local station. The staff is friendly, the room are large and comfortable. Dining options nearby. On the evening I visited, there was a typhoon and it was rainy and windy, still I enjoyed my stay.

整體而言非常棒，唯一美中不足的是，4人家庭房應該有一張茶几與2張單人沙發，但房間只有1張單人沙發，對家庭房4人而言，可坐的位置實在不夠。

ちょうど端午節の連休に当たりホテルは非常に混んでいた。夜遅くまで廊下が騒がしかった。前回利用した時より部屋が狭いので広い部屋に変えてほしいといったら1泊あたり４００元追加を言われたのでがっかりした 。ちっともカインドネスではありません。夜食サービスがなくなっていました。朝食も内容が落ちていた。また部屋の冷蔵庫が小さく全く冷えないのでもう利用することはありません。一日一杯のドリンククーポンがもらえたので毎日小さいビールをいただきました。

Carlton used to be quite good condition years back when I stayed. Unfortunately, this time I feel the condition was kinda old, don’t seems to be well maintained. Hygiene wish is acceptable though, and the service by staff are still good and friendly.

中央空調沒有暖氣，跟櫃檯反應送了一台非常小的暖氣。但有跟沒有一樣，房間還是很冷。後來櫃檯說可以換房間，但要換到沒有窗戶的房間，說：沒有窗戶的房間會比較暖？ 因為不喜歡沒有窗戶的房間就沒有換了，櫃檯給多給了一個棉被。 完全不推薦，也不會再訂這間飯店了

Good size room, breakfast spread was nice with Japanese food (miso, tonkatsu, nato), nice lication with lots of eateries. Hotel room is old.

Stayed 11 nights. Prepaid via Expedia, picked up room card and went straight to the room. Smooth staff-less check in. Large size executive queen room with good size bathroom in Taiwan standard. Balcony can overlook the city buildings. Only complaint about about the cleanliness is the aged carpet, needs an update. Food is better than expected with 3 meals delivered on time. After 3 days, hotel accommodated my request of vegetarian food only with great attitude and the same good quality meal. Will book this hotel again if needed.

隔音不好，而且空調設備有一種聲音太大，難以讓人入眠。住的是豪華兩人房，以這個價位來說早餐卻很普通，期待落空

停車很不方便、要走蠻遠的、然後停車的費用還要再折返回來向櫃檯拿現金、這部分不是很OK

這次入住四人房，空間寬敞，空調十分舒適；雖房間在大馬路旁，隔音還蠻不錯的；早餐是自助式，會要求用餐的客人戴手套與口罩取餐，很好。床是屬於較硬的，個人比較不習慣，但枕頭、棉被的備品充足

在市區北大路上，出門右轉就是滿滿美食的北門街，住房設施維持良好，清潔度佳、床也好睡，是會選擇再次入住的飯店

防疫措施做得不錯，自助取餐時要求要戴手套才能取餐，辛苦服務人員。房間舒適。床墊的部分，坐在床墊尾端與中間段，會有凹陷程度不一的情形。

入住禁菸房，可房內菸味頗重，可見清潔時竟裝作視而不見。

位置佳，步行5分鐘左右即可抵達都城隍廟，12分鐘左右可達東門圓環，逛街、餐飲均很方便。飯店有特約停車場，客房空間寬闊、乾淨舒適，浴室熱水水量大又強，盥洗很舒服。服務人員專業親切。

早餐套餐還可以，若有麵包吐司的選擇更好，剛好遇到飯的米心沒煮透

入住給我ㄧ間未打掃過的房間 第一次驚嚇到裡面惡息後来跟櫃枱反應才幫我換房

卡爾登是非常適合短期旅行的朋友 周遭飲食非常方便 唯一問題是四人房的插座不夠，對於四人要充電會是個問題 但整體上cp值非常高

這飯店有點歷史了，設備除了免治馬桶以外，應該都有改善的空間，傳統彈簧床墊太硬沒彈性，電視尺寸過小⋯⋯ 但是最大的優點是地點超適合來新竹旅遊吃美食逛街的人，加上價位不高，有機會可以再入住，

沒有住過這麼服務態度差的，臉很臭。員工素質真的很不好，建議加強員工訓練。吃早餐全都是員工講話及聊天的聲音。床很硬不好睡。沒有自己的停車場，退房後還要把車開回飯店來退停車費。不會再來住了。

Surprisingly comfortable room with a large bathroom.

The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights and enjoyed being able to stretch out and come back to a welcoming space.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. Two only negatives - the toilet water kept running after flushing and parking was not easy to access.

Always my best choice when I visit hsinchu.. place is near to 陈皇庙, SOGO mall etc.. cleanliness is still good, never fail me.. Carlton has washing machine, iron board, table tennis, gym and a place to sit and chill on the top floor.. quite a nice facilities to have if you need it.. staff are friendly.. overall pleasant experience , will continue to come back

Nice hotel close to shops. Just a few minutes walk to the night market. The breakfast is good. Worth staying.

Great room and great service!

Hotel staffs are quite nice and service was great. One thing g I would like to complain was for the restaurant downstairs. They said customer who has birthday on this month get half price discounted, so I did ask for that promotion and I did show them my passport when I sit down. After I finish my lunch, they told me I am not qualified for that promotion because I was eating lunch alone and they had to charge me the full price. I was so shocked that no one mentioned that to me, even when they asked my passport to prove my birthday, no one ever mention that till I get the bill. I am so upset about it, even I was speaking the same language, they still try to do that kind of cheating business. I also noticed there was a foreigner who ordered food and kept waiting for so long and no one came to explain or cared about his feeling. Anyway the food wasn't that good and I hated the service experience I had there.

Old hotel with its problems - shower water leaked into the room, broken bedside lamp that can't be turned off, internet cable that wasn't working, air con temperature sensor doesn't work, etc. However, service was good. Staff did try to help rectify the problems highlighted (I didn't highlight all, just a couple of important ones) and room was very clean. Can't comment on surrounding areas as I didn't have time to explore around.

Location and breakfast are very good. But the hotel itself is quite old, which I don't mind if the air filtering system is good. Unfortunately that area can get quite polluted so the room smells with a combination of pollutants, cigarettes, and cleansing liquids. With this price you can get better hotels in Taipei.

Parking is not easy, if you wanna go out after checkin, visitor has to park at different area. Or if you come back to late, you can’t park at hotel’s park area. BTW, the mattress is harder then other hotel’s, not comfortable for pregnant women.

The staff is very unprofessional. The hotel is old. The morning buffet breakfast is crowded and dishes cooks terrible. The most worst part is the staff is trying to rush customers

Checkin was smooth. Had a corner quad room unit which was next to the chambermaids store. Little noisy in the morning. Room size and bedding was fine with extra comforters and pillows. Situated opposite a police station so security is good and i was out late and felt safe. Lots of food and convenience stores nearby too. Cab to most attractions nearby is about 100nt and very convenient. Hotel does the booking and cab arrives within 5mins.

I stayed at Carlton Beida several times already. Breakfast is decent, and other facilities are good. Overall it provides a good place to stay for a biz trip. It also provides a meeting room on the first floor. The hotel allowed us to use it whenever possible; it was very convenient.

The room is big but the cleanliness is not good. Parking facilities is poor.

There are a variety of different new movies in many different categories. They also provide cable TV with lots of channels. The only drawback I would say is the bathtub got some stain on it. But overall it's pretty good.

I usually stay this hotel when I are in Taiwan Hsincyu. The reason is comfortable for everything at reasonable fare.

The breakfast was good. The room was well furnished and pleasant. I liked the pillow and the comforter. The door lock is now upgraded with electronic card.

The staff were very nice and helped us with our luggage. The rooms are large with two large kind sized beds. The bathroom includes shower and a tub.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock hard slab...... You need new mattresses and memory foam protectors for more comfort.... The room was very musty and the carpet smells al through out the hotel.

We stayed in the deluxe king room. The room was very spacious and clean. Probably it was due to the cold weather (it was 12 degree celsius that night), the room air con is not cooling and can get stuffy, so we have to leave the windows opened to let the cool air in. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, and was able to advise on some selection of local food nearby. The Chenghuang Temple Night Market is just about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel has a basement car park which they will valet parked your car and we get free parking for our stay there.

Great service and the room is good. Provides free entertainment like ping pong table & pool table, gym equpments, massage chair and even free self laundry room. Breakfast is wonderful, with varieties from western, chinese, korean and even japanese food. Ambience of the restaurant we had our breakfast at was good too, recommend people to get breakfast buffet along with the room. Only setback was their elevator carpark's entrace was too narrow and was situated at a narrow alley, was not able to get the car to enter despite some tries. In the end had to park at a public (fee paid by hotel) carpark and walked like 10 min back to the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights at Carlton Hotel. Its within walking distance to the famous night market. Like that the hotel provided self-serve laundry services FOC, solve all the hassle of washing when return home. Not too far to the Big City mall.

It's a great hotel for business travel. The building is a little old, but it's furnished with good bed and nice TV. Also, it's close from the temple, where you can get all kinds of local food. Good breakfast buffet.

A well maintained hotel. Arrived late at around 9pm but the street was still bustling. Convenient access to shops and eateries. Check-in and check-out smooth. The breakfast buffet was a selection of Chinese, Japanese and Western food. Good value for a weekend hotel with free parking, Wifi and breakfast.

Overall, its great. the additional bed requested was too soft, it just bend in the middle part, not too good for sleeping posture. Friendly staff as when I ask them about some facility is provided at the theme part which they are not too sure, and they just called the theme park to check and confirm.
