Hotel war im allgemeinen schon sehr abgenutzt.

Is off the Main Street and offer some quiet and peaceful vibe. Staff was friendly. There is a Gym that is in the apartment next to the hotel.

Kamer zeer verouderd. Rook muf en balkondeur sloot niet. De receptie heeft het dezelfde dag laten verhelpen.

the water temperature for the showers needs to be adjusted. Leaving a child unaccompanied in the shower was impossible due to the scalding hot water temp, both from the taps, and the shower.

Der Security war sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Frühstück war im Nachbarhotel, aber es war okay. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht freundlich

The first room that i received was not what i expected. No open view

Rooms are big and spacious. location is good but not the best. It is in between two metro stations. You have to walk about 750 mtrs on either side if you have to travel by metro.

Byłem tam już łącznie trzy razy więc oczywistym jest że go bardzo polecam. Idealny hotel na zatrzymanie się dwa trzy dni. Plusem jest basen oraz wspaniała lokalizacja. Blisko wszystkiego czego potrzebujecie. Niedaleko jest zarówno rozrywkowa ulica jaki terminal 21 jaki bliskość dwóch różnych systemów meta. Dodatkowo najważniejsze chyba w tym hotelu to wspaniałe śniadanie. Jest w restauracji obok. Nie zapomnijcie go dokupić bo warto.

Tout, chambre, piscine, déco, le portier.... et surtout un grand merci au staff de la réception pour son aide après la perte de mon passeport ! J'y retournerai les yeux fermés

Nice and clean rooms with beautiful bathroom and shower. Helpful and polite receptionists and security. And a fully equipped GYM for solid workouts and cardio

The wooden floor is a bit messed up with plenty of gabs between the elements. Some of the furniture is a bit beaten up. The curtains didn't close entirely so there is still some light at night.

The air conditioning is loud, earplugs suggested for sleeping. TV is old

Lovely room, comfy bed and great bath! Pool was clean and well maintained and we even had access to all the facilities at the next door novotel where breakfast is served. Staff were wonderful and the doorman was a true star- went out of his way to ensure we had everything for our onward journey including bug spray.

All the main tourist sites are over 1 hour away either by public transport or by car due to the traffic

Great quiet location just off of Sukhumvit. The pool zone is awesome and a peaceful oasis. Everyone who works there is super kind and professional. Smooth operation. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed in Bangkok.

Das Personal war nett. Ich bekam nicht das von mir reservierte Zimmer, dafür eines mit Balkon. Ausstattung eher alt, aber ok!

Jedoch das Zimmer im 3 Stock sowie das im 2 Stock, dass sie mir geben wollten sind stark muffig und es riecht wehement nach Schimmel. Netterweise erhielt ich dann ein Zimmer im 8 ten Stock, welches zuvor merklich mit Duftsprays besprüht wurde.

The breakfast is pretty good by comparison to most budget hotels. It is however in the Novotel next door.

Hotel has aged badly and a lot is old or broken and not repaired or replaced. Eg. No umbrellas at pool to mention one issue

Included buffet breakfast at nearby mex restaurant was very good. Room was pretty quiet for location. Room was very clean.

This is the second time my girlfriend and I stayed in the Mermaid. It is an excellent value for the dollar.

The water 🚿 is really have bad smell which prevents me from using it to wash my face or brush my teeth or even take a shower. At the check out, we agreed I will check out at 12. And at 10 they called me to wake me up which doesn’t make sense, then 10 minutes before 12 they called me twice and they were pushing me to vacate the room now !! Come on guys really?!? I don’t recommend this hotel unless they train their front desk, how to do better customer service.

The furnitures needs to be renovated. The real appearance of the rooms are not same as in the photos. There is a weird smell at the entrance. It should be fixed.

The room was clean, it had a comfortable bed, hot shower, good air conditioning and 2 comfortable chairs to relax in. The salt water was clean and warm, had both sun and shade depending on time of day. Located 8 minute walk to 2 malls and restaurants but in a quiet street. Breakfast was in the Novotel next door and had a good mix of western and Asian options.

It was a little dated and the photos are old but quality built in the first place. Everything worked. The mattress looked new.

Don't forget the pool !

Goed gelegen aan Sukhumvit. Precies tussen 2 BTS stations en shopping centra in. In de buurt van uitgaansgelegenheden en veel restaurants

Entree is wat out-dated. Er kan wat onderhoud plaatsvinden aan diverse zaken in het hotel.

Perfect stay. Great central location. Next to Empshere mall. Try the live cooking station there and street food next to the hotel. Very good service and clean room every day when we have requested. Best gym included next to the hotel. Make sure to get the balcony room. Great corner unit with a view.

Excellent value for the dollar or Baht. We had a ninth floor corner room that gave us really good views of the city. The hotel is smack in the middle of the Sukhumvit area of bankok. The restaurant is located in the hotel Novotel which is next door, both properties are owned by the same owner. Overall we were very very pleased.
