Самый ужасный отель из всех отелей Персонал отношение ужасное Уборка ужасная Лифта нет вайфай плохой,и очень шумный отель не возможно спать музыка со всех сторон стройка рядом ,всю ночь пьяные орут,караоке рядом поют ,персонал должен был нам деньги вернуть за разницу номера не вернули,мы снимали номер делюкс но в наличии не было обещали разницу вернуть так и не вернули если не хотите себе отпуск испортить не рекомендую этот отель

Les 2 piscines sont plutot des grands bassin de balneo, mais ca reste toujours agreable pour se relaxer. Il y a des chambres sans fenetres, elles gagneraient a avoir un eclairage plus fort afin d’etre moins sombres.

Hade lite problem med TV och AC men personalen fixade problemen fort. Ibland var det lite dåligt med varmvatten i duschen. Det finns ingen hiss på hotellet

Ми прибували в готель після 22.00, місцевої валюти для оплати проживання під час заселення не мали, тому звернулися до персоналу готелю з проханням надати можливість переночувати, а оплату перебування здійснити вже на ранок після обміну валюти. Персонал любязно погодився піти нам на зустріч, взявши з нас мінімальну заставу в 20 Евро. Прибирання номеру щодня. Щоденне забезпечення пляшками питною води. Є можливість замовлення сніданків.

Бронировали самый лучший номер из имеющихся ещё 31.01.2026. Когда приехали на место, 13.05.2026, нам предоставили убогий номер, который не соответствовал нашему бронированию, за ту же цену. Так как я останавливаюсь второй раз в этом отеле, то, соответственно, знаю какие категории номеров есть в данном отеле.

Reviewed May 18, 2026- We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Kata beach. - Room was very clean, tidy and spacious. - Bed was comfortable. - Great shower and bathroom. - Location is fantastic. Right on the main kata night market and 5/10 minute walk to the beach. - Staff are friendly. - The cats are super cute and we spent time to play with them every day. - Has a pool area however we did not use, from observation it looked good. - Room cleaned daily with tea/coffee/water provided. - Fridge and safety deposit box available
We had to make the bed ourselves as when our room was cleaned the bed was not made up? Not sure what this was about. It is quite hard to find. Google maps will not directly bring you here. We had to get a local to help us. Turn left past the 7 Eleven, walk through the night market and turn left again and the hotel will again be on your left. Friendly locals in the area will help if you need.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026In this hotel, there is absolutely nothing to like rooms without balconies reeking of an unbearable mold smell, and a receptionist who threatens to beat guests!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
From the very beginning, during check-in at this place, the head receptionist was extremely unpleasant, mocking, and arrogant, answering as if he was working there as a punishment. With great reluctance, he gave us a room on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator and demanded a deposit of 500 baht under threat of canceling the reservation. We were given a room that looked like a basement—dirty, without a balcony. The only window opened onto a strange hallway, and behind the glass was another room. It was so dark inside that it felt like midnight, even though it was the middle of the day. When I went to reception, I was told that a room with a balcony would cost an extra 900 baht, and if I didn’t like it, I could move out onto the street. As I mentioned, the owner was extremely arrogant. We left the hotel to eat and go to the beach, but when we returned to this tiny room, we were hit with a horrible smell of mold—it scratched our throats, the stench was so intense that it was impossible to breathe normally. We closed our suitcases so they wouldn’t absorb the smell of mold, which was clearly a health hazard, and went down to reception to ask for a room with a balcony. The receptionist laughed at us and said that if we wanted it, we’d have to pay 700 baht this time—because since the room smelled of mold, we’d get a 200 baht “discount” on the better room… We asked for the arrogant boss, who came and started yelling at us in front of the entire reception. He raised his voice, hurled insults and profanities, and told us we had 5 minutes to leave the hotel—or he would throw us out by force himself. We checked out, got our money back in full, and sat outside the hotel with our phones, looking for another place to stay. Once again, the owner started shouting at us, saying the chairs were his and we had no right to sit there, threatening that if we didn’t leave within a minute, he would literally beat us up!

No elevator and 5 floors, they had an elevator for the luggage though so that was good :) the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Great location giving access to bars, restaurants, markets, beaches Karon and Kata even on foot and at the same time though the hotel is located to the center of Kata walking street market it is quiet and gives you the chance and the time to relax. If asked they were willing to clean the room every single day, providing tea and coffee (to make at the room) and even a bottle of water!
The hotel doesn' t have an elevator for those bringing heavy suitcases (we had to carry them on shoulders going by the stairs), the balcony was internal and didn' t get any fresh air, there was no soap next to the sink to wash our hands and we had to get in the bathroom and get liquid soap that we used to wash our body.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Sijainti Kata walking streetin ytimessä hiukan epäilytti melun suhteen, mutta katu hiljeni ennen puolta yötä. Toisaalta ruokailumahdollisuuksia oli paljon heti, kun astui ovesta ulos. Myös 7/11 oli käytännössä saman korttelin kadun puolella. Samoin apteekkeja, hieronta paikkoja sekä rahanvaihtopisteitä oli lukuisia ympärillä. Katolla oli kaksi tosi pientä uima-allasta, mutta niillä oli hyvin vähän käyttäjiä. Huoneet olivat kohtuullisen kokoisia ja meidän parvekkeemme oli suoraan pääsisäänkäynnin edessä. Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi hyvin. Kata beachille käveli noin 10 minuutissa ja tuktukin tai isomman taksin sai helposti talon nurkalta.
Katolla olisi voinut olla pari aurinkovarjoa. Nyt siellä oli päivällä melkoisen kuuma ilman suojaa. Talossa ei ole hissejä, mikä on hyvä pitää mielessä. Me asuimme 2. kerroksessa katutason yläpuolella, joten meitä se ei varsinaisesti haitannut. Ilmastointilaite piti jonkin verran meteliä myös pienimmällä puhallusteholla ja 24-25 asteen asettelulla.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026La stanza era poco illuminata e non bella come da foto, quando usavo il lavandino si è staccato il tubo di scarico ha iniziato ad uscire molta acqua ma siccome loro (hotel) avevano già posizionato un bidone sotto perchè probabilmente lo sapevano già, ci è voluto un pò prima che l'acqua si riempisse dal bidone e poi uscisse per terra però è accaduto, purtroppo il prezzo era moltiplicato per 3 secondo le mie esperienze in thailandia, in base a ciò che offrivano, poi nessun ascensore per arrivare al terzo piano se non hai i muscoli non ce la fai!

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Нормальный отель . Убираются каждый день. Неплохо. Просто обычный отель за свои деньги. Расположение в плюс то что он находится в центре KATA WALKING STRIT. Еда разная рядом, морепродукты . Можно взять и пойти домой . Но музыка звучит до 23-00. До пляжа минут 12 пешком.
Расположение. Музыка играет до 23-00. Как будто соседи шумные со всех сторон. Но потом привыкли.

Отель требует ремонта. В номере нет тапочек, зубной пасты, зубной щетки. Окно выходит на другой номер. Шторы из-за этого не открыть, темно, нет свежего воздуха. Балкона нет. Максимум можно жить в таком номере 1-2 дня. В других номерах были балконы, нам не повезло. Есть два бассейна на крыше, но очень маленькие. Стулья и столы возле бассейна очень старые.

La camera aveva un odore di vecchio che non se ne è mai andato, a nostro avviso erano le tende delle finestre.

1. У нас отсутствовала горячая вода в номере, но после обращения на ресепшен, проблему решили очень быстро А вот старый кран в душе сильно портил впечатление, хоть он и работал, но у рычага был приличный люфт и вид как будто его били молотком 2. Завтраки, очень простые, 2.1 из двух яйца вам - пожарят/сделают омлет/ сделают я незнаю, что получается когда амлет пропустить в мясорубке)) 2.2 из "мяса" небольшие сосиски, консервирована ветчина, и кусочки жареного бекона 2.3 овощи - листы салата, нарезаный болгарский перец, помидоры чери 2.4 фруткы - только арбуд 2.5 два вида сока, кофе, соусы для салата Те мне менее, нельзя сказать, что мы уходили голодными, но такое однообразие расстраивало
