It was being painted whilst we booked a room and checked in. Then the staff gave us the wrong key to get into the room we had to wait a while for this to be rectified. The attitudes were not what you would expect. The staff were embarrassing other guests as you check in what marks were on the sheet and they must pay the damage costs this should have been done in private. The hotel was very much like faulty towers. The entrance was also in major need of repair

Location is good. Close to the beaches, markets, and restaurants. Clean hotel and freshly painted. Nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Had a couple of nights on the road side of the hotel, which the overnight traffic noise was pretty bad, so just ask for the market side

Standard of rooms in general worse for the price comparing to other hotels I was. Swimming pool it is basicly a big bath tube with jacuzzi.

Good location to the nearest shops and beach.

Water shower pressure very bad, bed was not convertible, roof swimming pool like larger size bath tub...

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good for visiting the area, but that's honestly the only positive point. The room itself had several problems. The bathroom looked like a cave - very dark, with gray walls, and no effort was made to make it pleasant. It was uncomfortable and gave a very closed and unpleasant feeling. There was also no Wi-Fi signal in the bathroom, so I had to use my 5G. The cleanliness was not up to par. There was a lot of dust hidden behind the furniture, which clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning. The two safes in the room did not work, which is unacceptable. I didn't even stay in the main building. I had to walk about 2-3 minutes to reach another building, and there was no elevator, which was annoying. The noise was a big problem. It was impossible to sleep before 11 p.m. or even at noon because of the constant noise. The curtains are terrible - they do not block any light. I was woken up every morning around 7 AM because the sunlight comes straight into the room. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, making it hard to rest properly. The air conditioning was also problematic: too strong and very noisy. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and not worth the price. Fortunately I only stayed two days

Классное местоположение, рядом есть все.

При заселении имеют 2 здания, говорят что номера "делюкс" находятся в другом здании, а по факту полный обман: эти номера хуже чем на фото. За номера на фото пришлось доплатить, потому что у них "ошибка" при бронировании (с этой проблемой пришли и другие туристы). В общем полный обман, если хотите остаться, то готовьте еще деньги.

3 этаж без лифта, об этом предупредили только перед заселением. Окна выходят на заброшенную стройку.

Chambre économique horrible ne vaut pas 56e la nuit! Photo mensongère sur booking. Plein de moucherons mouche moustique dans la chambre .3etages sans ascenseur. Porte balcon légère mal isolée on entend toute la musique dehors du night market .wc dans la douche horrible! Et plusieurs bâtiments on a été tous séparés alors qu on est venu en famille

I hate to say this but, if you’ve ever watched the show Catfish, you can see where this is going. The property has multiple buildings and my wife and I got the one I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. I’m sure the main building is fine but where we ended up, wasn’t to any standard, not even a hostel. I booked a new hotel the night we checked in.

Pas grand chose

Ils vendent du rêve avec des superbes photos des chambres pour au final se retrouver dans un cagibi délabré avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas, des trous dans le mur et de la salle de bain miteuse qui après 2h l’eau ne s’est toujours pas évacué et la salle de bain reste inondé pendant des heures. Sans parler du bruit dans la rue, l’hôtel est situé au dessus du marché nocturne donc impossible de dormir avant 00h. Dernier point, quand j’ai fais la réservation il était bien notifié sur booking que le paiement serait débité, n’ayant pas vérifié si il l’avait bien débité je me suis retrouvé surprise à l’arrivée quand on m’a demandé de régler la note qui devait être débité depuis plus de 5 mois, des frais pas prévu qui pensé être déjà réglé..

Läget, området, livligheten, personalen. Allt var 10/10.

Toaletten var inte modernt. Ovant för oss skandinaver som kastar toalettpappret direkt i toaletten. Ett lyxproblem men inget vi vart jättebekymrade av. Skjutdörrarna till balkongen satte något löste och dunkade till ofta från vinden.

L'hôtel était bien refait, propre. Le personnel ça allait mais pas vraiment coopératif comme dans d'autres endroits en Thaïlande probablement à la station balnéaire surpeuplé.

Big rooms and big bathroom. Great location, as it is right next to the night market!

The bed was extremely (!) hard. Almost feels as solid as the floor. I was so glad we only booked two nights, as I would have checked out earlier due to this bed otherwise. Also, the pillows are extremely hard and big, which is a really bad combo with the rock hard bed. I did not sleep much these two nights, and I will not recommend this place due to this. We were also placed in a building 1 min walk from the hotel, which is older and the walls are thin, and you can hear everyone in the hallway. Not good value for money.

L’ensemble, vieux, sale, mal, équipé, très bruyant, etc.

Очень удобное расположение отеля, персонал на высоте, помог со всеми вопросами, всегда готовы ответить на вопросы, неплохой бассейн на верху, удобная выдача полотенец для пляжа, в номере всегда было чисто

при открытых шторах видно окна соседнего здания. так же не совсем удобно проходить к отелю из-за точек с уличной едой на пути, так же шумно от них, но только до 12

Местоположение. До пляжей Ката и Карон 5 минут пешком. Но в основном ходили на Карен и пляж больше понравился и дорога удобнее. Около номера есть очень много точек питания. Причём гуляли много где. Как оказалось именно тут самые доступные цены на еду. Уборка номера каждый день. Жили 9 дней. Устроило за эти деньги все. Шум под окнами от торговых точек после 11 вечера прекращался.

Top Lage zum night Market, trotzdem nicht wirklich laut im Zimmer. Auch mit Familie ok. Preis Leistung passt.

Excellent location in the hearth of Kata food market, that closes at 22.00 so no disturb for sleeping. Staff is friendly and helpful

Room of the type I booked are very small, toilet and shower are in the same place, that doesn’t get drained enoufh, so it’s not a very comfortable siruation. Price paid is not worth it

The location was incredible !

My window view was the hotel stairs , pretty dark and couldn’t open the window . The swimming pool was closing really early , at 6pm so we couldn’t really use it

Lit trop dur ce qui n’était pas le cas dans l’autre chambre puisque nous en avons réservés 2. Les photos ne correspondaient pas à celles du site. Il nous a été proposé de changer de chambre si nous le souhaitions

Great location. Staff were very chill. Only problem was my original room wasn’t available so got an apparent upgrade, which didn’t really feel any different lol. My door didn’t fully shut but has a lock so I felt safe enough. The pools more like a large hot tub, which I like cause it relaxes the mind. For the price I’d say it’s worth it, I’m not fussy so I didn’t really have any issues that I massively cared about. It’s also 500 baht deposit for the key

Very central, right at the market, close by to restaurants, shops, beach.

The location was good, and the staff was friendly.

We didn’t have window and view outside. Also the king size bed was two single beds.

Tout était parfait : la chambre est propre et spacieuse, bien insonorisée. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : proche de Kata beach, une magnifique plage de Phuket, et au pied du marché de nuit de Kata, parfait pour manger tous les soirs ! La piscine sur le toit est un plus mais elle est toute petite, nous s'y sommes donc pas allés.

Une mauvaise odeur était présente régulièrement dans la salle de bains, comme des remontées de fumées de canabis. La vitre des toilettes est floutée mais on voit tout de même à travers, pas super pour l'intimité...

The hotel was well positioned, it was great being next to the night market. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and it was great that the motel provided beach towels. Room was very clean and cozy.

Shower temperature could have been more consistent
