Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia

Проживали в отеле в августе 2026, в номере с частичным видом на море, вид на острова. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Персонал внимательный, услужливый и  ненавязчивый. Наличие, кроме спа центра,  открытого бассейна позволяло разнообразить летний отдых. Завтракали с видом на бассейн, выбор блюд разнообразен горячее ( панкейки, омлет, скрамбл, запеканки овощные, сосиски и это не все блюда) и суп ( на завтрак) и каша, а также молочное, сухие завтраки+сухофрукты, и фрукты. Действительно проводят свадьбы, за неделю проживания было две. Плавали на Принцевы острова, ближайший причал Maltepe, в 8 минутах ходьбы от отеля, там можно пополнить Istanbulkart. Marmaray в 8-10 минутах ходьбы, по пути 3  продуктовых магазина экспресс- формата. Для нас это отличное сочетание городского и курортного отеля.

Пожелания, добавить в ванную комнату крючки для мокрых после бассейна купальников и банеых полотенец

Major: it is a non-alcoholic hotel and this was not advertised or informed. So if you plan to relax in hotel after a nice trip in Istanbul, get ready to have coffee or tea. Inexperienced and not kind staff made all things worse of course. TV remotes were not working, toilets had some kind of sewage smell coming through. Almost nothing accessible by walk around the hotel except the seaside but I would not say it is secure and safe to walk there. In the pool, expect that you will not feel ok as a woman due to the profile of people and concept of the hotel. You pay this much and the only good thing you get is bed and room, so any budget b&b could offer the same.

Een normaal hotel met vrij standaard kamers, alleen ze presenteren zich als luxe hotel met extreem hoge prijzen. Kamer was prima. Bedden sliepen goed. Badkamer was schoon op wat schimmel in de voeg na. Het zwembad was fijn. Er is ook een grote sportzaal, maar we hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Veel te veel personeel die niets te doen heeft. Hotel is niet voor toeristen ingericht, mogelijk meer voor zaken mensen.

Personeel is onvriendelijk. Hotel ligt niet op een fijne plek en de buurt voelt niet prettig om door heen te lopen. Naar het gezellige centrum is ongeveer 15-20min lopen. Het ligt aan zee, maar je moet een snelweg over die geen duidelijke overgangsplek heeft. Hotel hanteert absurd hoge prijzen in vergelijking met de binnenstad van Istanbul (waar het ook niet goedkoop is). Ook mag je geen eigen eten/drinken meebrengen in het hotel. Dit hebben we genegeerd. Kortom wij hebben de 2 nachten in dit hotel ons wel gered, maar zeker geen aanrader voor andere toeristen.

Super lokalizacja nad morzem, z okien na wyższych piętrach jest piękny widok. Wzdłuż wybrzeża super promenada spacerowa i zadbane parki. Blisko też przystań promowa. Przestronny i wygodny pokój.

We found Cevahir Hotel the more clean and tidy in few years of travelling, a big thank you for the housekeeping ladies , nice atmosphere, good music , breakfast high level , staff super helpful and nice !

Fantasztikus élmény volt a Cevahir Hotelben (Asia) eltöltött néhány nap! Már érkezéskor nagyon kedvesen fogadott a személyzet, végig figyelmesek, segítőkészek és mosolygósak voltak. A szobánk tágas, modern, kifogástalanul tiszta és rendkívül kényelmes volt, minden nap gondosan kitakarították. A reggeli bőséges és változatos volt, minden nap rengeteg finom ételből lehetett választani. A hotel többi szolgáltatásával is maximálisan elégedettek voltunk, különösen a wellness részleg és a medence nyerte el a tetszésünket, ahol igazán kellemesen lehetett kikapcsolódni. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is kiváló, könnyen megközelíthető, ráadásul a környékről egyszerűen el lehet jutni Isztambul főbb látnivalóihoz és bevásárlóközpontjaihoz. Összességében minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta ez a szálloda. Kiváló ár-érték arány, magas színvonalú szolgáltatás és igazán vendégszerető légkör jellemzi. Biztosan visszatérünk még ide, és mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, aki Isztambulban szeretne egy kényelmes, elegáns és nyugodt szálláshelyen megszállni. Köszönjük a felejthetetlen élményt! ❤️🌟

The air conditioning does not work properly during the day, making the room extremely hot, especially at midday. On top of that, there was a wedding ceremony at the hotel, which we were not informed about in advance. It caused a lot of noise, and the pool was closed because it was reserved for the event. Basically, you pay for access to the pool, but they rent it out to others. Ironically, while they had no problem taking away the pool service, they were very quick to charge my card even for a simple bottle of water from the fridge. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

it’s view to the sea and to the islands

common areas AC is not working signage to the parking lot is weak, especially in the elevator. the AC in the room doesn’t stops completely, you have always the ventilation noise. Room curtains are mess, to close you have to climb on the window, after closed, there is still coming light throughout. You have a fancy island view, but during the night you have a disturbing noise from the main street. Light switches looks fancy, but is to complicated. Beds are not comfortable, whole bedding stuff and linens are synthetic, therefore when you cover yourself, you start sweating. Especially for a 5 star hotel, bedding material and the actual bed should be above average quality.

Frühstück war in Ordnung und auch die Reinigungskräfte haben ihren Dienst gewissenhaft erfüllt.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Das Haus verdient die 5 Sterne absolut nicht. Die gesamte Ausstattung und der Komfort hinken dem Standard meilenweit hinterher. Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer war komplett defekt und die Hitze unerträglich. Schlafen war unmöglich, zumal die Matratzen so durchgelegen sind, dass man komplett einsinkt. Beschwerden werden ignoriert und auf angeblich abwesende Kollegen geschoben. Service muss man hier erzwingen und bekommt ihn trotzdem nicht. Man konnte das Personal regelmäßig dabei beobachten, wie es primär mit sich selbst beschäftigt war und sich lieber um den eigenen Komfort kümmerte, anstatt den Gästen zu helfen. Menschlich war der Aufenthalt eine absolute Enttäuschung. Ich war verletzt und konnte mich kaum bewegen.Beim Frühstück gab es keinerlei Hilfe-nur durch andere Gäste. Als ich nach einer Apotheke für eine Bandage fragte, hieß es unhöflich,ich solle selbst suchen. Erst nach massivem Nachdruck bot man mir Stunden später Hilfe an,da hatte ich die Apotheke längst selbst gefunden und eine Lieferung organisiert. Da ich mich aufgrund meiner Verletzung in den späten Abendstunden viel in der Lobby aufhalten musste, konnte ich das Gästeklientel genau beobachten. Es herrscht ein ständiger, stundenweiser Durchgangsverkehr von externen, sehr auffällig und freizügig gekleideten Damen sowie Herren,die täglich mit wechselnder Begleitung ein- und ausgingen. Für ein seriöses Hotel dieser Kategorie ist diese Atmosphäre absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders dreist: diesen Personen gegenüber zeigte das Personal eine auffallend freundliche und zuvorkommende Verhaltensweise, während man mich als verletzten Hotelgast eiskalt ignorierte. Nie wieder!

For many years we stay at Cevahir every time we come through Istanbul. We love the location, further from tourist areas, more Turkish culture, beautiful views of the sea, very close to the ferry that takes us to Buyuk Ada. And the staff are great, especially Emre.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel bissle in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Ausblick vom Zimmer.

Hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht mit 3 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Leider nur ein großes Doppelbett. Und 2 Zustellbette. Obwohl das Zimmer sehr groß war hätte man locker noch ein Doppelbett hinstellen können.

The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet with e.g. freshly made omelettes and a nice selection of bread and pastries.

We apparently arrived pre-season as the outdoor pool area was still closed - which was a pity as we enjoyed it at our previous stay.

Its location is great for a calm stay although a bit far frim the city, but its a very nice property

Its a little bit far from the center. Maybe a shuttle would help! Because I only book this place if I an renting a car.

Es hatte einen Innenpool und einen kleinen Spa-Bereich Lage war gegenüber vom Meer, direkt mehrere Spielplätze vor Ort und ein kleiner Calesthetics Park

Personal unfreundlich, nicht herzlich Hat meinen Sohn (3) am Arm gepackt weil er die Drehtür angefasst hat Ist direkt neben einer heruntergekommenen Fabrik denke Aluminium, der giftige Rauch kam aus einem kleinen Rohr und hat da alles vernebelt, der beißende Gestank zog immer morgens in unser Zimmer. Kein Fenster öffnen möglich dadurch. Hatte das Gefühl, das Personal wollte die ganze Zeit nur Trinkgeld haben. Badekappe im Innenpool ist Pflicht, die muss man dort dann extra kaufen sonst gehts nicht rein. Abzocke!

Location was convienient, breakfast with variety, room view very nice. Recommendation that service should be upgraded to 5 star service, and smile on the face should not be a problem.

Great location, very close to the sea promenade, the park and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent variety of options for breakfast. Comfortable room. Good Wi-Fi speed, didn't have any issues.

The hair dryer was relatively basic, would've really preferred something better. Couldn't get the AC in the room working which wasn't really a problem in early May but could see how it can become a problem in summer. Also, would've been good to have an iron in the room as, I imagine, there must be a lot of people like me who stay at the hotel to attend a wedding at the hotel and are in need to iron their clothes.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with what has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The level of customer service was extremely poor. Staff were unhelpful, at times discourteous, and provided incorrect information. I found this both disappointing and unacceptable. Despite raising a complaint during my stay, no meaningful action was taken. Furthermore, the overall comfort of the accommodation was far below expectations. I experienced significant discomfort each night and struggled to sleep, which greatly impacted my stay. In comparison, I have experienced better comfort even in lower-rated establishments. In terms of value for money, the experience did not meet reasonable standards. It appears that customer satisfaction is not given the priority it deserves. I am also particularly concerned about being misinformed by staff regarding complimentary items. I was advised that anything outside of the minibar was complimentary and that I could help myself. However, after consuming a small number of chocolates left on the shelf, I was charged an excessively high price. When I raised this issue and explained that I had received confirmation from a staff member, I was informed that the information provided was incorrect and that I should not have relied on it. Instead, I was told I should have referred to a note in the room, which was neither clearly visible nor brought to my attention. This situation was both misleading and unfair, and future guests should be cautious to avoid similar issues. Based on this experience, I would not consider returning and would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to others.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the reception and lobby area created a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. The location is a big advantage — very close to the seaside, perfect for relaxing walks or a morning run. It’s also within walking distance to the train station, which makes getting around easy. Airport transport arranged via Booking.com worked smoothly as well. Overall, a convenient and relaxing place to stay, especially if you enjoy being near the water.

A practical tip: when using a yellow taxi, it’s best to pay in cash. Make sure to clearly agree on the price and conditions before starting the trip to avoid any misunderstandings.
