La Perle International Hotel

Facilities are generally good. Although there are 4 elevators near my rooms, they are probably not designed well. I pressed my floor to go down, sometimes the elevator just bypassed me and went down without stopping. As for the rooms, the air-conditioning was difficult to control by room guests. When it was cold, we tried to adjust the temperature upwards, the air cond switched off when we tried to do it and then found it difficult to ON it. I sought to assistance of the chambermaids twice to fix it.

não gostei dos recepcionistas são gatunos, eles querem sempre tirar algum do cliente, a pessoa pede ajuda para um taxi, eles acrescentam o valor do taxi, se o taxi custar 40y eles alegam que custa 77y, paguei o Hotel pelo booking mostrei a reserva eles queria que eu voltasse a pagar, porque não tinham recebido a reserva, fiz uma confusão lá eles deram o quarto os jovens que trabalham no hotel na recepção são gatunos muita atenção pessoal.

The hotel staff are very bad, they tried to cheat us several times. They tried to cheat us when I asked for help ordering food for the hotel, adding extra items to the order without my authorization, and when confronted, they claimed it was a service fee, this happened 3 or 4 times. Also, when it came to calling a taxi, the fare was 65 yuan, but they told us it was 200.

Breakfast reasonable , rooms comfortable

Checkin extremely slow , if staff are ready to serve customers step up to the counter and indicate that you are here to serve customers step, not stand at the back of the counter and use your phone , you may have been on staff business , however you did not indicate your willingness to serve anyone

It feels like you are at a school with so many kids going up and down, the breakfast is very poor, the surrounding area was not the most pleasant. I think the reviews for this hotel is being mistaken for another La Perle

It’s clean, breakfast is good, shuttle to the fair. Rooms and shower is excellent. It’s a nice hotel and would use again…. But…

The WiFi is awful. I had to use my data the whole time I was there as it was to slow to use WiFi at the hotel

Nada me gustó. Feo y difícil acceso. Recepción fea, hotel descuidado no lo han actualizado, secadores de pelo antiguo. Pasillos angostos, totalmente en el pasado. Baños tv todo de quedó atrás. Y el acceso es feo y engorroso.

The hotel was overall nice, the room looked accurate as the images, it was definitely worth the value. Hotel staff were helpful with the questions and needs I had. The location is great!

I wish that the room was a bit cleaner. Not hotel related, but be ready for a lot of traffic near the hotel, it is close to a really lively street with many things to do so traffic jams are pretty common.

Contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire, nous avons trouvé l’hôtel très calme. Les équipements étaient très bien et la baignoire. Juste à côté du lit a été très apprécié. Le personnel de chambre est de la Réception ont été très accueillant ainsi que le personnel du petit déjeuner qui était discret et très efficace. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon.

Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur une réceptionniste dont nous n’avons jamais vu le sourire malheureusement, mais elle a été très efficace lorsque nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Je n’ai jamais eu de connexion Internet, même avec les codes password que nous nous avez fourni. Heureusement, j’avais une connexion personnelle.

Room ventilation fan was broken, they couldn’t replace it till we left, some noises overnight from outside the hotel like wild animals

The fitness center(gym)is full of people that don’t stay in the hotel. Too crowded and had to wait to use each machine. They don’t check if I’m a hotel guest even. I doy think they need to offer this outside service which makes it uncomfortable for the guests.
