I liked everything from the infrastructure, facilities and people. They were exceptional and very helpful and supported us for our child's emergency medical support. Yousuf and all were extremely supportive.

Good choice for us, firstly the view around the hotel - lake and mountains. 2nd its walking distance to Disney area as well as food options. Staff are friendly. Nice selections of breakfast options. Mr Yusof, well done and thank you !

We stay at water front resort for 2 days it was really good experience in this hotel. We enjoyed in pool and the room was so comfortable. The lake view from the room was so peace. And the aquabird restaurant staff were so welcoming with the smily face.Binita, sabina,pramila and rasmi thank you for your good service and hospitality.

Few minutes free shuttle drive away from the cable car going up the mountain for breathtaking views of the Himalayas at sunrise and sunset. Very reasonable rates and spacious rooms.

No 24-hour coffee shop or room service, so you have to plan your night out taking that into account

Great Stay. Rooms are cozy and clean with awesome lake view; staff are well mannered. Amenities are also good. Location is also great, outside the hustle bustle of the city. They have a restaurant; food is fresh and tasty. Sabina Nepali, very friendly staff helped us with our food and other services, Pramila, Binita, Sanal and Jivan also were very cordial. Overall, our stay was relaxing and refreshing.

The location was very convenient and close to a great spot on the lakeside, near the town and still away from the noise. It was quite accessible through walking, with scenic views along the way but cabs are also very easily available. The room was also great with high quality services. The food was another great feature of the place, and online room service makes it very handy.

One of the best located Pokhara hotels with the scenic Fewa lake view front. Easy approach and a noise-free atmosphere. Courteous staff and a very helpful front desk. Clean spacious rooms with room service accessible through QR Code. Free Gym services, swimming pool available. Nice lawn. Restaurant services are excellent. The hotel charges are reasonable and also facilitate tourist activities in and around Pokhara.

I stayed at Waterfront Resort during my first visit to Nepal, and my experience here was truly amazing. The staff at this hotel are extremely cooperative and caring. I can’t praise Binita, Sabina, Pramila, Sante, and Sanam Sanskar enough — they made our experience even more wonderful. The best thing is that they always have a smile on their faces😄 and take great care of their guests. Their service is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the service is very quick👌👌 I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this resort and enjoy both the beauty of the place and the wonderful hospitality here...I will give 10 out of 10 to this resort....Next time whenever I visit, I will definitely stay here again..☺️

We had a wonderful stay here. The overall atmosphere is very nice, and our room was fantastic—clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a lovely view. The brunch offered an impressive variety of delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to Salina and Pramila, who made excellent tea and coffee for us! The overall service was incredibly fast and attentive. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool was a little dirty, but everything else was so great that we still had a wonderful time.

Our stay at Waterfront by KGH Pokhara was truly memorable. Although it is officially a 4-star hotel, the hospitality and service provided by Yusuph and his team definitely add another star to the experience. The location of the hotel is amazing, it provides easy access to all the major attractions in Pokhara, whether it’s the lake, kayaking activities, sightseeing spots, or nearby cafes and markets. At the same time, the property remains calm, peaceful, and perfect for winding down. It not only rejuvenates you but also gives a very homely feeling, away from all the chaos of city life. The breakfast service deserves a special mention as well. There are plenty of options to choose from, including a live counter, and the café serves excellent coffee. Whether it’s a cappuccino, latte, or cold brew, every cup was fantastic. A very special thanks to Yusuph and his team for not only making our stay in Pokhara so eventful and comfortable, but also for helping us plan things in Kathmandu and connecting us with the right people to make our travel smoother and easier. Yusuph is truly a gem of a person. Would definitely recommend Waterfront by KGH Pokhara to everyone visiting Pokhara!

Had a wonderful 1-night stay at KGH Waterfront, Pokhara. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was also excellent with good taste and options suitable for both Indian and international tourists. A special mention to Salina (Trainee) who provided us with great service during breakfast. She was warm, attentive, and made our morning experience even more pleasant. Overall, a relaxing stay with great hospitality and beautiful ambience. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pokhara!

We had an stay at Waterfront Resort, with stunning views, exceptional service, relaxing ambiance, delicious food, and unforgettable moments that made us love every second.

The location was perfect with breathtaking views and beautiful scenery. The hotel itself was fantastic, with good food, a pool, gym and ample rooms.

It was good. The lakeside view was electrifying. Although, the essentials are not enough. I was in a room with 4 of my friends and there were only 2 toothbrushes, coffee packets etc.

An excellent hotel! Very clean and comfortable room, peaceful and stunning surroundings. The lake is right there.... a few steps fro; the gorgeous pool. Once again, I was struck by the quality and professionalism of Nepalese service. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. You can easily walk to the bustling center of town -- I suggest a stop at the Krazy Gekko, a gem of a pub overlooking the lake -- and you'll be happy to go back to the quiet of the hotel afterwards. A great place to stay.

Great hospitality, we felt a warm reception as soon as we entered the space. Sanskar's(our server) sweet gestures were appreciated. Good ambience, located a few hundred meters from the noise of the lakeside. Great if you'd like to enjoy a space connected to nature while still being around the lake.

Our stay at Waterfront Resort was truly excellent. What stood out the most was their outstanding staff service and exceptional cleanliness throughout the property. The team was always warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help us with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable and memorable. The location is also beautiful and gives some of the clearest views of Phewa Lake right from the room, which made the experience even more special. In terms of value, the cost felt slightly on the higher side considering the amenities and overall service provided, but I suppose that is largely because of the hotel’s location and the beautiful lake views. It is clear that they continuously strive for excellence and pay close attention to guest experience. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend Waterfront Resort to anyone visiting Pokhara.

Most recommended if you visit Pokhara with family or friends. Salina, Promila and Chij did all their best to make our stay best in class. Food, staff, hospitality, rooms, cleanliness all at its best. Will must visit again.

Good place/ Great value for money. Beds are comfy and there are enough pillows. And hotel provides all the necessary bathroom amenities. The staff are wonderful. Yusuph can arrange for anything you need. The restaurant food was great and the staff Binita and Alishiva were lovely.

A perfect 10/10 stay! The resort’s location on the waterfront is unbeatable, but the real stars are the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel like VIPs.
