The property apparently seem okay but the service is very poor.

1. It’s a 5 storied building but here is no lift. It’s had to change the hotel as I took my elderly parents. 2. Key cards need to be changed every 24 hours and stuff does not notify even. 3. Food quality is worse. We ordered 2 thali and rice butter chicken. Thali’s were overpriced and chicken was stoned fried in curry. 4. Most of the staffs are new and not aware of the accounting system and had to made them understand the calculation of date change 8-10 times

The property is located good place but the rooms and the cleanness and other things are not up to mark. I don’t understand how this property showed 4 star reviews where the overall experience I will give only 2.5 star or for staff behavior I can rate 3 star only.

The actual resort as per the photos is a good property with bad food quality and very highly over priced menu. But they are the real cheaters as they show you this property and make you stay at another property exactly opposite to the one they have branded. This another property seems OK from outside, but from inside too much pathetic. Also, including both properties, they have very less staff. Guards from the gate were coming to room to change bedsheets, reception lady was cleaning the gutter line, and so many observations. Dont book it. It will ruin your family trip.

The hotel and it's management are terrible. When we walked in, the bedsheets, towels and pillows were all dirty. They didn't have any clean towels. The shower wasn't working. It was a terrible experience staying here with my family. Please avoid this place.

First of all, the location is perfect. Short distance from hallanchwok and yet peace as it is located along the inner street. Resort's compound is large and the garden has added the beauty. Indoor and outdoor dinning options are also a plus point. Polite and sincere staff are always there for you from entry to the checkout. Every dish from breakfast to supper were delicious and some were new to me and I really liked it. Absolutely worth staying with family, friends and even for the corporate programs as they have really nice halls with properly functioning facilities.

It would be even better if they had a swimming pool.

Tuki resort has two different blocks, you choose you can choose on your budget, according to the price both properties are worhty, it was comfortable stay.

i liked the location its in the quiet side near the lakeside. What i did not like is the un-professionalism that the hotel did by accepting booking over expedia and then cancelling as they were over booked. I spoke to someone from the hotel who i requested to accomodate us , so they agreed for 2 rooms little below the one we booked. We agreed thinking it will be the same hotel as shown in the picture but rather they have an annex building which is like an old guest house called Kuti gardn, its looks old and damp and the furnitures were disaster my son fell while seating on the chairs in the room. The room was right near the road so it was noisy and guests were disturbing. Breakfast was average also nothing special and for eggs we had to pay extra. One major thing i really have to highlight is that the internet at the annex Kuti Garden did not have password and internet hardly worked for 2 nights we stayed there, we got fed up so we requested to the reception to move us to the main building and they agreed to move us to the main building where the facility was a bit newer but squeeky furnitures and wardrobes. They would shut down lobby and stair lights and its generally dark. While requesting the reception to check us out on 8:00-8:30 am in the morning the receptionist was rude and refuse to transfer note to the person coming in the morning and we had to do it again with the morning staffs and request for our luggage's to be moved down. Hotel has a small parking.

Breakfast was fresh and hygienic. Location is also perfect for lakeside travelling.

The location of the hotel was one of the major plus points as it is very close to Lakeside (around 300m). The check-in process was hassle free, and the staff were very welcoming. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping attendants made sure our room was cleaned, and the linens were replaced every single day. The breakfast offered at the in-house restaurant (PANAS) was very good with a variety of choices. We even ordered a few room service meals, which were delivered fairly quickly, and they were delish. Overall, our stay at Tuki Resort was incredible, and the staff made it even more enjoyable.

Everything was exceptional. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and nice, others were too. They provided us with an upgrade and complementary fruit basket. Everything in this resort was nice. I have visited this resort twice and plan to visit more.

Garden area so quite and peace.we enjoyed till midnight. Mr. Bibash help me to make my day special. Special thanks to Mr . Bikesh Thapa(Resident manager) for arrangement on my birthday.

As I except the resort it was the same. The welcoming of front office staff with welcome drinks and checking process was good. Room was also the same as I expect. The food wich was from ala carte menu was good. Rooms are neat and tidy. I definitely recommend this resort.

I read the review of this resort and I find the resort as mentioned in the review. They provide me Airport pickup as per the flight schedule. The warm welcome of the front while check in and restaurant staff at the dining area while having food was awesome. The view from the room of peace stupa and Shiv Temple was awesome. When I will visit pokhara I will definitely come to Tuki Resort

When I heard that Tuki Resort is on the lakeside I thought it would be in a crowded place but when I reached there it was totally different. Quiet and Silence . Near the lake within walking distance. I especially want to thank all the staff and management team for making my stay good and unforgettable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tuki Resort. Staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Hygienic and numerous options of breakfast is highly appreciable. You have multiple payment options as well. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

There was no bath tub nor bucket and mug provided. No hot water facilities. Restaurant is too poor. Food quality very bad. Above all pls check ur bill very thoroughly. They attempt to charge more than the site amount. Also added restaurant bills which we didn't order. Very cunning.

Overall stay was good. Staff from FnB, Resort manager and front officers, all of them were very helpful and hospitable in nature. I enjoyed the Bar area alot. I would certainly visit Tuki Resort again.

First of all the garden was very beautiful with peace environment and the staffs were really friendly. The rooms are spacious with the view of the lake and mountains. Would love to recommend my friends and families to stay at this beautiful property.

I’ll review on check out. The only downfall to this hotel is there is no elevator and my room is on the third floor.
