Lighting should be little more better especially in front of the mirror.

Rooms were old with stains in the bathroom. AC worked, but could change fanspeed or temperature. Had monkey issues, lost a tshirt. Definitely not 4 star hotel. At best it was just a big hostel

Buffey items could be more for vegetarians. We felt the Buffey charges was high comparing to no of items for Vegetarians. At least a price difference could be introduced for vegetarians.

The massage was very relaxing and staff was real nice. Worth trying once.

I got a spa service from Sterling resort(The Spa) in Yelagiri, it was extremely good and I took a ayurvedic massage, I had a nice and relaxing time. The massage was indeed good done by Jemey. I’m completely satisfied with the service. I would really recommend this place to get your pampering time.

We stayed for 4 nights and the stay was really wonderful. Excellent staff very friendly, polite and efficient. Your GM Mr.Rajkumar is your asset, he was there everywhere well behaved, friendly person. Helping all guests whenever they need any help. You have very efficient chefs. Food was very good all the four days. We will definitely recommend your facility to all in our circle. Keep it up.

Fantastic customer rapport and wonderful service by all staff including the server staff at the buffet hall and the housekeeping staff for rooms.neat and clean..Very well maintained resort.special mention and thanks to Mr Rajkumar the GM Mr Ramchandran at the front desk and Mr Prakasam the chief executive chef who made us feel welcome throughout our stay and all our needs were catered to..hospitality personified indeed

I had an amazing head, shoulder, and back massage at Sterling Yelagiri. Jemey, was exceptional. I had been experiencing pain in my shoulders and back, and she not only gave a wonderfully relaxing massage but also applied a herbal podi for the pain, which made a noticeable difference. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed, and my pain had almost vanished. Jemey is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. We stayed with our family of 6 members and the stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The service was too good and everybody on the premises were too kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of options to try. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Yelagiri.

We received a very warm welcome from Vasanth at the reception. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel, its facilities, and the available activities in great detail. He was extremely welcoming, patient, and made sure we had all the information we needed. At the restaurant, Gokul was very attentive and helpful. He took great care of us, making sure we had everything we wanted throughout our meals. His service was excellent and always provided with a smile. I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness and professionalism, with special thanks to Vasanth and Gokul for making our stay even more enjoyable. They are truly outstanding members of the team.

Location is good, easy to commute to all key tourist places

Very Poor service from reception and house keeping representatives. Example - I was told that room cleaning will be done around 9am based on my ask but when we returned to hotel at 2pm. No change and no proper response. There is no proper tracking or order.. example - I ordered coffee and milk for kids but recorded 2 cups of coffee with a bill 1 coffee and 1 milk. Room Door lock was so hard and it was risky having 5yr kid.. I had to escalate and get it repaired. There are many other examples like this during my 2nights stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Yelagiri! The service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The spa experience was amazing. Jemey Mol provided excellent service, and I really enjoyed the foot spa—it was very relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice experience for spa.. I had a full body ayurvedic massage. It was very good my mind and body felt relaxed.. This was my first time getting a massage. The one who did my massage was jemi she did it very well and told me a lot of things. Thank you very much jemi🩷🩷🩷

During my business trip at Sterling Resort, I was feeling quite stressed, so I opted for an Abhyangam spa treatment. It was a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks to Jemey, the therapist, for the excellent treatment, and to Shankar for his top-notch hospitality. Their professionalism and care made my stay even more enjoyable.

As a hotel, this is a fantastic place to be. Nice, spacious rooms with always running hot water. Room service was great. Pool and the play area were all good.

Near miss from a monkey intrusion. We opened the balcony door by mistake and couple of monkeys almost entered the room. Narrow escape. Would’ve liked a heads up during check-in. The restaurant is the costliest in the area. And the food doesn’t necessarily taste that great for that price. Had to go to a nearby restaurant to get during out stay there.

Had a nice experience staying here. Food & Service were good as always. Staffs were helpful, polite. All areas were quite clean/well maintained apart from the main reception area which is under renovation right now. Yes will definitely recommend this resort to others.

Everything is dirty: dirt in the corners, dirty bedsheets, dirty towels, dirty stairs, dirty restaurant (seat cushions, windows, underneath the counter of the buffet) do not want to see the kitchen to be frank. Price: Hotel is expensive and for that you do not get what you pay for! Breakfast was not even included.
