Great for price. Clean. Well air conditioned. Felt safe. Great location in Seminyak. Fast wifi.

There was very loud music that played even afternoon until 9pm from the restaurant down stairs. It made it hard to relax and impossible to sleep. However when I mentioned it to the hotel staff one night when it was particularly loud, the music miraculously stopped (whether that was them or coincidence who knows). The pool area was average.

Hotel: Seminyak Square hotel and villas Dates: 9 & 10 September 2026 Room: Turtle Villa Pros: good location in middle of Seminyak so heaps of restaurants nearby. Villa is large. Shame there's no moisturiser or robes provided. Internet is OK in lounge area but average in bedrooms. Overall: Hotel should be 2 stars maximum.

Cons: 8 min walk to the beach. Villas located next to Padel courts so all you hear, especially at night, is the game being played and balls being whacked. Bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub. No dish cloth or kettle provided in villa and the hot water from the dispenser just isn't hot enough for tea or coffee. The TV stations are limited with most English speaking ones not working out constantly dropping out. Gym doesn't open till 7am which is quite late and it should be open by 6am- also, you have to pay extra for this when it should be included. No hand towels provided in bathrooms. Breakfast is an abysmal offering of a small a la carte menu then a tiny "buffet" of food that looks about two weeks old. Really quite appalling actually. Nothing to look forward to for day 2 breakfast. The breakfast costs IDR99k, but honestly, the Endo restaurant should be paying its guests to eat there as it is that bad. My first morning i had no water in the room as the pump had broken. I rang reception about 10 times to sort this out and finally by around 9:30am I had water! Shocking really to be staying somewhere with no running water in taps or shower. The manager, Nyoman, was most apologetic, but it still didn't make up for the frustration caused. Roosters crow from 4:30am from adjoining house.

Fantastische villa. Mijn kinderen van 12 en 14 waren overdonderd hoe mooi het is. Een geweldig prive zwembad met mooi open verblijf en een prachtige groene tuin. De slaapkamers zijn heel groot evenals de badkamers. Het is schoon en geweldig ingericht. Hele goede bedden. Je zit op een toplocatie en loopt zo naar de winkels, restaurants, het strand etc. Wij raden het 100% aan. Ook de twee andere villa's die ze hebben heb ik gezien en die zijn ook prachtig. Wij verbleven in de turtle villa met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.

Wellicht kon het ontbijt nog uitgebreider. Maar het was prima.

Those staff making machine coffee, latte,cappuccino, really had no idea I was going downstairs to purchase my coffee!! But that is not a criticism, a good barista person is hard to find .

Amazing location, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating. The room service meals were delicious and having the spa staff come to my room was great.

I could very clearly hear the guests in the room next to me. It felt a little strange to hear so I tried to keep quiet.

Pool and surrounding area not very appealing. Quite noisy in rooms at times when there was a band playing in the square outside some days.

Have often stayed at this hotel and have never had any complaints. The location is very good, several restaurants very close with a great selection. Staff. are always pleasant and friendly and room service was good also, nothing is too much trouble for them.

If we have any complaints at all it is with the swimming pool. The water is really clean, but its surrounds are somewhat dated and jaded.

Not the property’s fault…but the noise from the padel court directly behind the one bedroom villa was dreadful. From 7am-11pm, it was music over the loudspeakers right outside the bedroom wall …and a constant thunk, thunk of balls with associated excited squealing of players. Not the location of choice for a relaxing stay. I needed headphones after a few hours each day. Villa itself was lovely. Mattress too firm for my liking-so very little sleep with that and the padel noise. Best sleep was had on the sun lounge!

Just lush; exactly what I had expected/hoped for and more. All staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfectly clean all the time and both bedrooms and en suites were just perfect.

The jacuzzi was not working; they did try to fix it but it wasn’t an easy fix. That was the only slight minus.

Hôtel vieillissant, dans un centre commercial, longs couloirs, chambres sans charme, peut aller pour passer une nuit vite fait mais pas plus. Se trouve dans un quartier très bruyant et animé, avec des magasins. La ville de Seminyak ne vaut pas le détour, si c’était à refaire nous n aurions pas fait d arrêt à cet endroit.

We stayed in the Seashell Villa with private pool. What beautiful accommodation. Teenagers were blown away. Massive indoor/outdoor dining/ entertainment area beside the pool. 2 luxurious bedrooms with amazing bathrooms. And all for about 2 mil IDR per night including breakfast. Great location at Seminyak square too.

Good location, close to beach and Seminyak Square. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Decent breakfast options. We stayed in the Turtle Villa which had 2 big sized bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. The villa had a pool and a kitchen. Even though it is close to the busy Seminyak Square, the Villa itself was very peaceful and in a quiet location.

Perfect location, right in the middle of Seminyak hustle and bustle with shopping and restaurants/coffee shops with reach of few steps.

Location was central . Spacious apartment with all basic facilities. Staff was helpful and maintained cleanliness at all times

It was not mentioned that kitchen is in the balcony with no closure door or wall . It had just a curtain to keep the seperation between apartment kitchen and common pool area ... This was little worrying for me as I didn't want to discomfort other guests enjoying at pool with our kitchen chimney noise and food smell as every nationality has different food habits and preferred comfort food smells ... Hope you understand

The room is quite clean and spacious. The location is really good. It’s more than my expectations in general, esp the cleanliness.

They prepare only soap, but it’s ok. The cleaning staff returned the chairs on the terrace to their original places, but I actually still used them ti dry my clothes. I know they wanted to clean up, but I was still using the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our villa stay. The location was superb the villa itself was super comfortable and the private pool was so much fun and clean. Staff were very obliging, and very friendly

The sporting centre nearby a little noisy, early morning and late night. But not a deal breaker.

The location was great. The entrance pathway just gorgeous.A little tropical paradise in a very busy area. The villa was so pretty and felt luxurious and walking into bedrooms was so beautiful and cool. The guys out the front were friendly, helpful and one even did the animal shapes out of Towels. I just loved that.

The only thing was the sewerage smell not overpowering but definitely noticeable) in the bedroom closest to kitchen area. I had to shut toilet lid and close bathroom door all the time. But I understand it's a common thing. But everything else I loved.

Private yet still very accessible for shopping and only a stone throw away from a small main shops too. The villas are separate to the hotel but still only a minute walk further down towards the tennis courts with your own security minding the main entrance area

Maybe just the outdoor fans could be a little bigger so you could feel the air circulation a bit when it was hot or muggy. But the pool is right there too if you need a quick cool down.

Just stayed at Seminyak Hotel & Villas in the Seashells Villa for the 5th time and would definitely return. The location is excellent — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was spotless, with beautifully maintained gardens and an amazing pool area that felt like a tropical oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful throughout the stay, always happy to assist with anything. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection and fresh, tasty options each morning. A fantastic place to stay in Seminyak if you want comfort, convenience, and a relaxing Bali vibe. Highly recommend!

Ypu have to be very specific abt your room view i.e., garden, city etc... otherwise they keep charging you extra for requests.

This is my second time staying at seminyak hotel and it is a great place to stay and such a great location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here :)
