The pool was full of algea on walls. Water tasted awfu. Sheets and towels only changed when made to. Garden not cared for so many plants dying. Tiles cleaned with water from pool...so walk without shoes get black feet. BLINDS dont work ..so cant open them for light and they need replacing. Kettle wont turn off so could be dangerous. Property needs to be totally refurbished, such a shame.

The aircon was not working properly making it uncomfortable, particularly at night to sleep. The Villa needs a deep clean and walls need repainting. The sun lounges need cushions.

The property was absolutely beautiful with the great staff to go with it!

It was mosquito time during our time ln bali and because of the beautiful open villa there was lots however the staff were exceptional. Without us bothering to ask or tell them the issue ( because mosquitos are not there issue) the staff were coming to every villa with coils and repellent to help the issue and make sure the mosquito nets around the bed were down. They were great at noticing and helping the issue. But there was nothing about the property we did not love.

The bedroom was nice and the bed appeared large and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay long enough to experience much more of the property. The real positive was the lovely young staff member who assisted us, his professionalism was the only positive of our experience.

Unfortunately, the property was very different from what we expected, based on the online photos. The main entrance, looked unkept and run down. The villa felt tired and neglected. Inside the villa, the concrete was flaking, with chipped paint on the boundary walls, ageing bamboo fencing, dirty outdoor and pool areas, old furniture and an unkept garden. We genuinely don’t have high expectations, but the overall condition was disappointing enough that we decided within minutes that we couldn’t stay. It honestly felt as though the villa hadn’t been prepared for us, at all. Even beyond the obvious maintenance issues, there were no small touches that made the villa feel welcoming. Our initial interaction with staff wasn’t particularly helpful, however a lovely young staff member stepped in and completely changed the experience. He listened, apologised for the mistake, spoke with his manager and arranged a solution and refund.

Negatives- Lobby, main walkway, gardens and villas need a refurb, esp the villa bathrooms. They have no aircon, so you get hot each time you have to go in. Mozies in bathroom. Villas really showing their age.

バスタブでゆっくりお風呂につかるのを大きく期待していたのに、お湯がチョロチョロしか出なかった。「お湯をためるときは最初は冷たいままの水で後半はお湯に変えて…」という謎の但し書きがあったが、それどころではなく、お湯が溜まる間にどんどん冷たくなるし、初日に諦めました。これは非常にがっかりだし、設備の「バスタブ」は消すべきレベルだと思います 　朝食がカフェメニューでおしゃれだったが、インドネシア料理も選択肢にあるといい。インドネシアなのだから。（ブブールアヤムを期待していたけどなくて残念） 　環境のためだから仕方がないとはいえ、リネンの交換が「２日おき」。３泊したが、ローブは初日にクローゼットにあった２着のみで、その後１回も新しくならなかった。バスタブに入れても取り上げられて改めてフックに掛かっているだけだった。シーツや枕も同様なので気になりました…。（自分がチェックインしたときは新調されていたのだろうか？とも思いました。吸収力のないバスタオルがあったので）

Good location. The villa has large pool and living room area. The whole villa is very spacious.

Most of the villa looks updated. The pool water was a bit cloudy. The filtration was working only in the morning.

Anmeldelse fra familie på 6: Fantastisk rolig» secret escape» midt i et svært travelt område. Det føltes veldig behagelig og koselig. Henvendelser som gjorde det mest mulig komfortabelt og rolig. Alle elsket svømmebassenget og nøt roen. Veldig romsligt for alle, perfekt med egne bad til hvert rom. Jeg likte at villaene lå bra til iforhold til byen osv…… enklere kjempe god frokost i restauranten rett ved inngangen. Alle elsket frokosten , spesielt avokadoskive med porsjert egg og burritos med quacamole. Kaffen va nydelig. Vi koste oss veldig ❤️

The pool needed a good clean, there was moss growing around the tops of the tiles! We had very little to no hot water during our stay. We did mention this and an attempt to rectify was done, but didn’t resolve the issue.

I didn’t think it was value for money. We were very disappointed to see the place rundown. The pool had residue. The surroundings of our villa were in need of renovations. we checked out after two nights. It didn’t meet our standards and it was very disappointing after having stayed here twice before.

The villa itself and the rooms are slightly run down. Some cracked tiles in the pool. We wish the resturant was up and running and there was the availability of room service/ and or breakfast service.

Die Villa war recht groß, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus ansprechend. Die Lage um in die Stadt zu kommen bzw. zum Supermarkt ist ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zum Strand ist durchaus eine Herausforderung.(weiter als im Prospekt angegeben)

Wir haben trotz fehlender Auslastung die hinterste Villa mit Mauer direkt zur Hauptstraße erhalten. Das bedeutete, wir waren ständig auf einen Buggy-Service angewiesen. Der Lärm vom Club an der Straße war bis spät in die Nacht zu hören. Frühstück gab es nur von einem Drittanbieter , für dortige Verhältnisse zu einem hohen Preis.

The only minor thing was due to the outdoorish bathroom if you left the door open mozzies would come into your room. The net around the bed and the staff coming and putting inscents helped with this though

The location was brilliant, right on 'eat street' all we had to do was step out the door and pick somewhere to dine! It was still very peaceful at the villa despite the very central location. The staff were also friendly and helpful, keen to do their best.

The villas themselves were a bit run down and in need of some investment. We had issues with the plumbing, the toilets didn't flush well and would block easily, the water sometimes had an unusual smell to it, the kitchen was quite run down, and the gardens were a bit untidy. It's a huge shame because it has the potential to be such a beautiful place.

The TV was too small and not smart. AC was OK, just, but may have struggled in hotter season.

Very friendly staff and free fruit provided. The private pool was big and clean, the bedroom was spacious, and there was a large vanity table. Just remember to use mosquito repellent at night due to mosquitoes. Overall, a great stay and would happily return!

The shampoo and body wash in the bathtub area might need to be replaced. They have a bit of an unpleasant smell, possibly because they haven’t been changed for a while or something got into them.

The villa itself was beautiful and spacious, location was also good , staff was very accommodating and professional.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. It was Definitely a good location right near Eat st. The villa is a bit old but extremely spacious with a fantastic pool.

A few things didn’t work but the manager was quick to fix it.

The property was very well maintained and it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great and very private for what you want to do.

The property was good, but the area was difficult to walk around in, particularly the side walks need repair, and watch out for the motor bikes.

The Villa is very spacious and having a private pool is fantastic. They are perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak - walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping and about 15mins walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful and check in was seem less. Overall a great location and a very spacious villa.

The Villas are a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment, the onsite restaurant was not open so breakfast is delivered from another location and isn’t at its best by the time it arrives. We also experienced issues with low water pressure and a lack of hot water.

Everything!! This property used to be beautiful well kept, kitchen set up USED to be amazing.. towels, bedding all so old and disgusting! Mattress was disgusting. They don’t fog for mosquitoes anymore so they were terrible. Will never return to these villas again

The property was located in the heart of Seminyak, fantastic for finding food and general exploring. The pool was nice.

Ok, so I never give bad reviews but, the villas are old, hot water isn’t instant, you have to wait, internet is at best terrible in the villa, the staff do not clean rubbish around the villa unless it’s in the bin. If you ask for something to be delivered to your room, it’s an effort for the staff to do so. The doors don’t seal and the mosquitos are terrible. The bed does have a net, but mosquitos can find a hole in a solid wall to get through if you know what I mean. Unfortunately I will not return.

Pool lights were not on and pumps could be cleaned and updated as they were on and off and not the best but useable. Price has gone up quite a bit for this location and could get similar for less on the same strip. Only actual negative is bathroom outside some villas can have the bathroom in AC

bathroom towels were clean but very worn and grey. noise from bands from 'Kunis backyard'? or others was a bit much at times. uneven and tall steps into pool. no room service for food or alcohol - got deliveries instead. fridge is small and not cold enough. only 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 knives etc etc. mosquitos - no fogging was done

Easy, friendly check in, staff offered to show villa prior to payment. I was not disappointed, the villa was comfortable and met our needs. Brilliant location to all bar's restaurants and shopping. There is a little restaurant attached to the villa which was not available and closed during our stay. Had that of been available, it would have been great for a meal. Beautiful private villa pool added to our brilliant stay

The Maya is old and tired. I found a big deterioration in service and cleanliness since my last stay which was only 18 months ago. The property is not well maintained and therefore is in need of renovation. Breakfast was cold and tastless.

Not enough power points. No smart TV’s. The fridge wasn’t very cold. The villas could use a modernisation.

La villa es maravillosa, la piscina privada es grande, la habitación cómoda. Tienes absoluta privacidad y es tranquila. Y la localización con salida a una de las calles principales de Seminyak con todo tipo de servicios. El personal es amable. La villa por el precio que tiene está bien.

El desayuno es penoso y malo, puedes elegir entre diferentes opciones el día de antes y te lo traen a la villa de un restaurante de al lado, pero todo está seco y de calidad regular. Parece que lo han cocinado el día anterior.....el desayuno no merece la pena. Hay lugares buenos para desayunar junto al hotel. La limpieza de la villa debe mejorar, van cada día a limpiar pero no se esmeran demasiado. Y hay algunas cosas referentes al mantenimiento que podrían mejorar.

This was a return stay for us and once again this property and the incredible staff exceeded our expectations.

A little noisy at night from the band at nirvana bar - but usually finished around midnight.

We love the Maya and have stayed multiple times. Villas are traditional style, pools are big and the Villa compound has loads of space, beautiful gardens and traditional furnishings. The location is just a few steps from Eat Street providing easy access to bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, Seminyak flea markets and Seminyak Village. You can step out a grab a taxi within a minute or less is you need to travel further afield.

We live the older traditional style so that is not a problem, however it’s time the mattresses were replaced. The only other thing is that since the onsite restaurant/bar has closed, the vibe isn’t as social with the villa staff and with other holiday makers.

Amazing location and decent size villa for a family.

Property is a little tired and requires a spruce up. Breakfast was poor, like something you would get at a low cost hotel. Pool and pool tiles needs a thorough clean.

The bath water supply was poor and insufficient pressure to oprate the bath shower

It’s in a great location , just a short stroll to the mark road of Seminyak. The 3 bedroom pool villa is huge and great for family and friends. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean.

Unfortunately for our stay, the restaurant and bar were closed and we had to preorder and pay extra for breakfast $25 per person/per day as they had to use a local outside restaurant. It was cheaper to eat outside the villa. The place is also looking quite tired and needs some restoration works

The location is excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was great and the layout of the villas very nice. Plenty of room and the staff were excellent.

The villa was great but the property needs a little general aesthetics work done. New paint or clean of stone, driveway relaid, new cushion cover in gazebo. The breakfasts due to delivery from outside hotel always required heating in microwave. Would have been great to have the restaurant out front open but it must be owned by someone else.

The staff was top-notch, and the massage therapists are the best in Seminyak. We stayed 3nights, every day had massage.
