Pour commencer, pas de taxi gratuit, à l’arrivée. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre nous permettant de joindre l’accueil. Pas de satellite me permettant de voir la télé en français comme il était stipulé donc il s’agit d’une publicité mensongère. Chambre très sale très abîmée partout. Je tiens à votre disposition les photos pour vous prouver l’état lamentable de l’appartement et de cet hôtel. climatisation, impossible de régler et un bruit qui nous empêche de dormir. J’ai tenté de vous joindre par mail dès notre arrivée pour obtenir un remboursement immédiat échangé immédiatement hôtel m’a été impossible de vous contacter. Le wi-fi n’est absolument pas fiable. Et étant moi-même handicapé j’aurais aimé avoir la télé en français telle qu’il était proposé, je me suis ennuyé comme un mort dans ma chambre pendant des heures à cause du fait de ne pas avoir de télé satellite. La saleté dans cette chambre est incroyable, les meubles sont très abîmés et vétuste. Les prises électriques ne tiennent même pas l’emprise pour charger l’eau portable ou un ordinateur il faut le tenir. Sinon elle tombe, je demande donc solennellement aujourd’hui à dédommagement qu’il soit à la hauteur de la déception de cet hôtel le seul atout de cet hôtel, c’est son emplacement, je pense que c’est un établissement qui doit soit être refait entièrement ou détruit.

Szuper helyen van, közvetlenűl a parti uton. A szállodának, épitészetének, berendezésének egy különleges hangulata van. Kicsit kopottas, de mindenképpen érdekes. Élveztük a tengerre való kilátást és a nagyon jó, panorámás medencét a negyedik szinten. Kellemes hőfoka van és nagyon szépen karbantartott, a naplementék innen egyszerűen csodálatosak.

Personal unfreundlich! Pool Möbel alle kaputt, kein Service am Pool! Aber Schilder weisen darauf hin das man nichts an Pool mitnehmen darf. Badewanne ohne Möglichkeit zu baden! Mobil alle sehr kaputt, das Bad katastrophal!

Für den Preis wirklich top. Beste Lage, Aussicht vom Pool traumhaft.

AA is right on the beach front, restaurants, bars, bike hire, massage parlours, Irish pub all within a 3 minute walk yet still very quiet. The pools never overcrowded, although it is small its a nice size, for what you get for your money it's a sound choice, will always look here 1st when staying in pattaya

Its decor is very outdated but it adds to the character i guess but dont go looking for wow factor you won't get it, although all the rooms would look so much better with abit of paint work, i mean...pink walls, brown & burgundy 🫣 thats all i can think off thats negative about this hotel

Jag gillade att hotellet låg så pass centralt. Hotellet i sig är gammalt, stort och skulle ha en potential att kunna bli väldigt fint och lyxigt.

Kändes mer som vandrarhems-standard än som ett hotell. Avsaknad av servicekänsla, uppmärksamhet och artighet hos personalen i receptionen.

my pillow was hard. I couldn't fully close the curtains. I bit tired.

Reception staff was so rude No customer service. Even the coffee in the morning was at 9 am which we had to go out side and have. There is a hut (roof) near the pool on which one side night is not even 6 foot. And the bracket and hit my head. At least put a notice Bath room showers being modified. So we need to kneel down to have a bath.

Beliggenheden er den bedste i Pattaya.... Men selve hotellet er bare mere end dårligt, personalet gør det godt og værelserne holdes rene... Kun beliggenheden er godt...der eneste der sælger den...der er så slidt over det hele at jeg vil betragte det som mere end nedslidt.......

Se nota que fue un hermoso hotel en el pasado pero lamentablemente no invirtieron en mantenerlo, hoy se ve muy deteriorado y con instalaciones rotas, incluso en la pileta que es su punto fuerte las reposeras estan destruidas.

The view from the pool but the pool furniture needs to be replaced , it's old and broken down

Bathtub was painted and needs replaced . no face towels , no bar soap . No smart TV 's So dated and the young bellboy is a very rude person . I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone .

Verlangen immer mehr und modernisieren nichts WLan ist übel Dusche am Pool nicht gut sowie alte Auflagen und fetzig für die Liegen Abends Terrasse zum Pool ab 21 Uhr abgeschlossen .

Yes, the hotel is dated, but honestly, the location makes up for it. All the staff are really friendly and the rooms are maintained well enough for the price. AC worked great and the view from the pool was amazing! Honestly had a great stay and would come back again

Could use some minor upgrades but overall great value hotel

Good hotel even it is a little bit outdated, but the people and safety inside are really good. Facilities also met my expectations.

Bad communication with hotel if you need to rebook, change dates or do anything online, they dont answer or give limited options. If you need something urgent, dont except help from them.

Very dated, dirty grubby rooms and main areas. The shower curtain was ingrained with soap scum Ingrained dirt and stains on headboard and mattress

Old hotel, but if you like a bit of art deco, it's lovely. It's kept spotlessly clean. The staff are great, friendly & helpful. It is located across the road from the beach & amongst eateries, bars & shopping centres.
