There was some construction going on during my stay but it was managed so well that I honestly didn't feel or hear it at all

Worst hotel. Service: Horrible. Unprecedented antipathy from the receptionists. The room is large but very outdated. A reasonable bed but with a moldy smell. A shower that is outdated. But everything pales in comparison to the problem with the air conditioner - its motor is extremely noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs. A terrible experience. Oh, and the hotel is under renovation: unbearable noise of drilling and hammering, which was not mentioned when booking on Booking. The rude people charged full price. My requests for a reduction were not met at all. Disgraceful disrespect. I will never go back there

Stayed in a refurbished room - a pleasant experience. Have stayed at this Hotel many times and once again enjoyed the experience. The Staff are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. Ocean view rooms a must have. Great value for money.

we have a 20yr history at this hotel, good to see the rooms are getting updated. Bathroom is modern and new. location is great for beach and walking street. parking is avail if you have car

currently renovating floors 3 and 6. 3 is the pool level, while the pool is accessible for the menu and towels you need to go down to reception and return when finished. like all hotels they are currently very quiet.

Gute Lage. Preis Leistung Okay. Für den Preis kann man kein Luxushotel erwarten. Aber die Klimaanlage lief Super und leise. Zimmer wurde schnell runter gekühlt. Personal immer freundlich nett und hilfsbereit. Mehr Sonnenschirme am Pool wären schon nett. In der Sonne kaum auszuhalten

Ich übernachte jedesmal im Sandy Springs, wenn ich in Pattaya bin. Die Lage ist super. Schönes Pool und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Es gibt ältere und neuere Zimmer. Die neuen Zimmer sind schön, modern und geräumig. Der Staff ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I have been going to this hotel for the last 10 years it is clean, good price and excellent staff

The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no one managing the pool area like there used to be you needed to get the towels from the lobby and return back to the lobby -

Large balcony with view of the beach, good central location,easy to walk to everything.

I love the people who worked at sandy springs they were always friendly and always helped if I needed something and the protection to making sure everything was ok was excellent. Also the location was perfect for me

I didnt like how uncomfortable the beds were. You cant tell by pictures but once we got there to find out it was to late. Also my rooms ac worked perfectly fine but my friends room did not and once he asked can they fix it it was to late because all rooms were booked so he kinda just had to deal with it that was a downside

Another enjoyable stay - I have stayed here many times before.The location is terrific, the ocean view rooms are.great - especially waking up to the view. The staff are always smiling and very helpful.

Very good hotel in this price range , been there probably 10 different times , and the hotel where I stay which gives most value for money and excellent and service minded staff and a great location

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und ich werde es wieder wählen, wenn ich erneut in Pattaya Urlaub mache. Es erfüllt alle Ansprüche, ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Schöne große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ein ordentlicher Pool und eine gute Lage zeichnen dieses Hotel aus. Etwas über 100 Meter bis zum Strand, nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Shoppingmalls. Viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es gab kaum Poolhandtücher. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Kurzer Fußweg bis zur Beach Road, drumherum gibt es viele Bars, Massage Shops, Restaurants und Food Stände.

Die Zimmer wurden zwar täglich gereinigt aber die Betten wurden nicht neu bezogen außer man war zum Zeitpunkt der Reinigung da und wies darauf hin. Vor dem Hotel kann schon mal eine Ratte über die Straße laufen. Die Türen werden mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet.

Great location, nice pleasant staff, clean rooms and a good pool area.

It looks a little tired after being open 20 years, although the bathrooms have been modernised and are nice. Trying to book two rooms the same on your site was difficult.

Agua caliente con barro, ratas en la mesa de billar, habitaciones con vistas a la playa y para ver algo me tenía que asomar a una terraza por la esquina etc

Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis 8 ans. Les points forts sont la localisation et le staff très courtois. La literie est très bonne. C'est très propre et pas bruyant.

Les chambres mériteraient une rénovation. Les meubles sont datés. Manque de lumière dans la salle de bain pour le rasage et le tout est un peu vieillot. La climatisation n'a pas de télécommande et est bruyante
