Chain hotel good location esp for the old town, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Some upgrading / touching up of the building probably due but this does does NOT detract from the comfort or friendliness of the staff and quality of the experience. Being slightly further out prices in local shops restaurants etc lower too.

Très bon séjour ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel. En sortant, on se retrouve directement dans une rue animée avec plein de magasins, des bars et des restaurants. Le centre historique est accessible en environ 25 minutes à pied. J’ai également beaucoup aimé la propreté de l’hôtel et le côté moderne de la chambre. En Italie, les hôtels sont parfois un peu vieillissants, donc c’était vraiment agréable d’avoir une chambre moderne et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner était également très chouette, avec du choix. La piscine était propre et agréable. Et surtout, un rapport qualité-prix au top ! 😊 Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un séjour en Italie.

Les points négatifs Le fait que les animaux soient acceptés dans l’hôtel peut être un frein pour certaines personnes. Personnellement, j’ai peur des chiens et je n’étais donc pas toujours très à l’aise lorsque j’en voyais notamment en terrasse, près de la piscine. L’autre point qui m’a davantage dérangée concerne l’accueil de certains membres du personnel, principalement à la réception. Je ne souhaite évidemment pas mettre tout le monde dans le même sac, car je parle ici d’une personne en particulier : une employée aux cheveux bouclés et portant des lunettes, qui était très froide et disait à peine bonjour. J’ai rarement rencontré un accueil aussi peu chaleureux dans un hôtel en Italie. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que le reste du personnel était très agréable : les femmes de ménage ainsi que les membres de l’équipe du petit déjeuner étaient vraiment gentils et souriants. C’est donc dommage que cette froideur de la part de certaines personnes à la réception vienne un peu ternir l’expérience, car dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel reste une très bonne adresse avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Mi è piaciuta l'attenzione che hanno avuto dal primo giorno all'ultimo. Angela, Margherita eil resto dello staff sono state persone squisite,disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Mi hanno fatto anche una piccola sorpresa per il compleanno. Ogni giorno andavo a vedere una località marittima diversa e mi hanno fornito informazioni e orari stampati dei pullman. Si può usufruire di una bella piscina con lettini. Ottima la colazione. Punto della struttura strategico,di fronte corso Roma. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!!

L’hôtel est bien placé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel est très gentil.

Pour le coup nous n’avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner, je pense qu’il faut faire attention aux dates de péremption de certains produits… les clés pour les portes de chambres possèdent un porte clé très lourds et imposant. Enfin on a eu la mauvaise surprise une nuit d’avoir notre porte de chambre qui s’ouvre toute seule, déclenchant ainsi toutes les lumières de la chambre.

I servizi non all'altezza. Non funzionava l'acqua calda e nessuno ha risolto il problema. Non era neanche possibile comunicare con la reception.

Die Lage ist super. Man kann in alle Richtungen laufen und Altstadt sowohl Strand zu füß erreichen.

Beim Früstück gab wenig Früchte auswahl.

La televisione continuava a non avere il segnale si poteva vedere solo 15 minuti al giorno,la serratura della porta d'ingresso alla camera era rotta ( anni 60) non si riusciva mai a chiuderla o aprirla passavano almeno 5 minuti, il poco parcheggio interno occupato da vetture delle forze dell'ordine ecc.....

L’extrême gentillesse du personnel, à tous les niveaux. La présence d’un ascenseur. La climatisation de la chambre et l’entretien qui est fait de celle-ci. La situation géographique de l’établissement.

Camere piccole. Parcheggio con pochi posti e spesso riservati quindi quasi sempre introvabili. Colazione molto da migliorare sia come varietà che come qualità. Scorretto far pagare i caffè della colazione come servizio bar, soprattutto è scorretto non dirlo chiaramente e farlo trovare addebitato sulla camera (ma dove si è vista mai questa cosa?)

Il parcheggio se fosse tutto libero, non riesce ad ospitate nemmeno la metà degli ospiti e la colazione è buona ma è troppo piena di cibi gia pronti

La piscina molto grande, la camera confortevole e pulita. Bel balconcino ampio. Nella zona si trova parcheggio sia a pagamento che gratis.

Il parcheggio, mai un posto libero perché tanti posti riservati alle forze dell ordine potrebbero essere più chiari così ci si regola. Il personale molto rigido e poco sorridente. La colazione: pasticciotti super. C’è un po’ di tutto ma manca quel poco in più per farla diventare ottima. Per esempio ci sono le uova sode e strapazzate ma manca il bacon. Salume solo il salame, Frutta c’è ma solo un tipo ieri solo pesche oggi solo albicocche.

La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, praticamente in centro. La piscina molto bella e grande, ideale per rilassarsi. Lo staff davvero gentile e cortese. Particolare menzione per Alessandro, davvero simpatico e attento al cliente. Le camere abbastanza confortevoli, magari da rifare i bagni. Colazione da migliorare: c è una bellissima cucina a vista, ed essendo un hotel il cliente si aspetta qualcosa in più specie per il salato. Per il dolce sarebbe bello avere delle torte preparate da loro e non i semplici cornetti e pasticciotti. In generale lo consiglio!

I loved the Joli Park hotel the location food and staff were excellent made me very welcome, I will come back at a later date. . I was pleasantly surprised with the food as a fish lover I had fish most nights. Lovely pool and very well attended.

tutto, il personale, innanzitutto ,di una gentilezza infinita, la posizione vicino al centro permetteva di non dover usale l'auto per la passeggiata serale, la cena alla carta sempre a base di pesce cucinato alla perfezione, ottimo.

The location and the room balcony

Everything else. The curtains were filthy, the balcony was even worse with the table and chairs covered in dust, and although I liked seeing a bookcase and books as decoration, it would have been nice if they hadn’t been covered in dust. The bathroom is tiny; you can’t even sit on the toilet comfortably. What’s more, the room description doesn’t match reality, because the ‘wide double bed’ is actually two single mattresses pushed together, and although the room has air conditioning, it was refused because it’s not the season (22 degrees during the day). The reception staff are extremely rude and do not understand or speak English properly; on the first day, I asked if I could have an iron and was treated as if I were asking for something completely out of the ordinary. The breakfast is very poor.

Être réveillé 2 matins de suite par des travaux de chantier entrepris au même étage que ma chambre, après avoir réclamé a la réception, rien a été fait ni proposé. Chambres mal insonorisées, douche de 60cm x 60 cm impossible a se tourner a l'intérieur, literie des années 80, balcons non nettoyés et occupés par des machines de chantier, petit déjeuner sommaire, personnel aigri, a fuir

Besuche Gallipoli öfter und war meistens im Hotel Joli Park. Für mich das beste und mittlerweile selbstverständlich wenn ich nach Gallipoli reise. Sehr nettes und hochqualifiziertes Personal. Zimmer ausreichend ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Frühstück typisch italienisch - Kaffee, viel Auswahl an Gebäck, sowie Brot/Brötchen, gekochter Schinken und Käse. Nutella und Marmelade gibt’s auch. Wer gerne an den Strand geht und auch gerne das Zentrum + Altstadt besucht, der muss zwar jeweils etwas laufen, aber das Hotel liegt hier schön in der Mitte von beidem. Ein ziemlich großer Supermarkt liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

IL MENU RISTORANTE NON ERA ADATTO PER UNA FAMIGLIA

Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, der Check-in war problemlos. Es sind auch genug Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel verfügbar. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr groß. Lage war toll, super zentral - Gallipoli ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar! Der Bahnhof ist auch nur gut 10 Minuten entfernt.

Wir bekamen leider ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, Fenster direkt zur Hauptstraße, wo bis in die Nacht gefeiert wurde und man das Gefühl hatte man ist live dabei. Die Autos und Motorräder die vorbeifuhren waren ebenfalls sehr laut. Die zwei Nächte waren für uns daher mehr Belastung als Erholung. Das Frühstück war leider auch nicht gut und in den Pool durfte man nur mit Badehaube.

The Joli Park Hotel is fairly conveniently locate a few hundred meters from the train station, which also serves as the bus station. The Corso Roma is the street on the north side of the hotel, and the main street leading through the city to the port, and the old city and fortress on the island. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping along the Corso Roma. The room was lovely, with a balcony, and a fantastic view of the harbor, and the Gulf of Taranto north of the city. The breakfast was more than adequate. Although this is an older facility, it has been renovated more than once. The interior is nicely decorated with original art, and various fishing related crafts and tschotschkis. The hotel has a beautiful pool, but I didn't take advantage of it.

I'm not a large person, but found the shower stall a bit tiny ti be able to comfortably scrub my legs and feet. Also, the shower stall floor is a bit slippery, and owing to the height of the shower stall, it's somewhat difficult to step out safely. A grab bar along either wall might help.

Het ontbijt was zeer basic. Een oud, te renoveren hotel. Douchecel was zeer klein en gevaarlijk om uit te stappen.

Sono anni che soggiorno al joli a Gallipoli, Hotel pulito,prima offrivano servizio spiaggia adesso hanno prezzi improponibili . La cucina è ottima anche se manca lo chef Massimo per fortuna c è Alessandro il maitre che è il top di tutti i Caroli hotel

Great location and excellent staff. Really loved the traditional feel and the pool was a bonus. Staff were very helpful. Great views from the room!

The location is ideal, nearby supermarkets and restaurants. To get to the old city, we took the car to park closer (traveling with a toddler) but I assume there is a nearby bus stop. Swimming pool is nice for a quick cooldown.

You can tell it’s an old city hotel, it could use an update. Even the bed mattress had the typical “body dips” on both sides of the double bed.

Prezzo un pochino alto considerando che ho prenotato per fine agosto, colazione non molto varia, ogni giorno sempre la stessa, poca varietà soprattutto di affettati e formaggi anche se ottimi i prodotti da forno, in particolare i pasticciotti

Hotel with central location at the top of the corsa, staff were very helpfull and polite, breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean and felt very safe. Highly recommended, kids got great use out of the pool table and the pool was great.

Ended up staying 19 days at Joli Park Hotel Gallipoli. The staff was incredible and sweet and helped me out with everything🙏 First there were some mismatch with my booking and room (with no balcony which I had specified), so I got another room in 6th floor with a big balcony with sun all day! Additionally I got extended my stay with the same room in a busy period! The room was perfect for 1, one single comfy bed, 2 big pillows, closet, small fridge, desk, TV, and a bathroom. I did not find the shower as little as other people comment.. The room was cleaned every day! The breakfast included i.e. pasticciotto 😋 cornetti, cake, etc, gluten free alternatives, ham/cheese, jam, nutella, tomatoes, bread, water and juices (pineapple delicious), coffee machines, tea, yoghurt, milk, fruit, eggs. You could even take your breakfast up to your room and eat on your balcony🤗 I got my waterbottle filled during breakfast in the morning with fresh cold water😊 The only thing is that there can be lot of ants, but they help you with it if gets too many😊 Air conditioning was good (but make a lot of noise if full power), The location were great, close to everything, 5 min to closest sea-swimming-place (if stones are ok), supermarket just across the street, old town 20-25 min walk away. Close to bars, cafes, shopping, busstation and everything. Nice to run along the beachside and through the old town. There is also parking at the hotel (free), and I had a car for 2.5 days and got space every night. I will definitely come back one day 🤗🤩

La habitación espaciosa para una familia de 4, con balcón. Estaba limpio.

La recepción un poco antipática. Un poco lejos (10 cuadras) del barrio histórico y la punta de Gallipoli. El estacionamiento estaba casi todo reservado para Polizia y Carabinieri. Era muy difícil conseguir un lugar.

Una piccola nota stonata. L’acqua della piscina era troppo fredda !!!! Ghiacciata! Non si potrebbe aumentare di qualche grado la temperatura ?

La piscina è tenuta bene e i due signori alla reception che hanno cercato di aiutarci il più possibile, il balcone vista strada principale e piscina sono molto belli

La colazione purtroppo è terribile qualità molto scadente dei prodotti è molto povera i succhi di frutta molto buoni, parcheggio presente ma non disponibile impossibile parcheggiare nei pressi della struttura, stanze molto piccole
