La propreté de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel du petit déjeuner étaient agréables.

Le personnel de l’accueil pas très accueillant. La localisation de l’établissement, 30-40 minute à pied des restaurants et du centre pour le soir, donc obligé de prendre la voiture. Le quartier où ce situe l’hôtel est pas top.

Bij aankomst kregen we een ruime kamer tegenover de lift. Helaas was er iets mis met de lift, waardoor deze voortdurend een zeer storend en hard geluid maakte. Daarom wilden we deze kamer niet houden. We konden een andere kamer kiezen, maar die was aanzienlijk kleiner. Hiervoor werd helaas geen enkele vorm van compensatie aangeboden, terwijl we wel voor de grotere kamer hadden betaald. Daarnaast vonden we het vreemd dat er €5 wordt gevraagd wanneer je een schone badhanddoek wilt. Dat hebben we bij hotels eigenlijk nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Al met al viel de service hierdoor tegen.

Personale cortese, disponibile e competente, conferisce maggiore pregio ad una struttura completa di tutti i servizi, che consiglio vivamente. Colazione abbondante e la stanza confortevole, seppure ad un prossimo soggiorno prediligerò quella con affaccio sulla piscina. Posizione buona, vicina al mare, ma leggermente defilata dal lungomare, quanto basta per godere di quiete.

Le pietanze del bistrot attivo solo a pranzo non sono di eccellente livello, pur accettabili per chi intenda permanere in struttura.

Wundervolle Anlage, schön angelegte Gartenanlage mit tollen Pool und bequemen Liegeflächen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel oder auf einem extra geschlossen Parkplatz in der Nähe, Nähe zu den Stränden, gute Anbindung an Autobahn, geräumiges Zimmer, schöner Balkon zum Innenhof, toll gestalteter Innenhof, leckeres Frühstück mit sehr grosser Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Obst und Süssspeisen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist baulich mit einem Nebengebäude verbunden, in dem sich Wohnungen befinden. Leider waren dort nachts teilweise feiernde und lautstarke Jugendliche zu hören. Die Geräusche wurden über die Lüftung im Badezimmer extrem verstärkt, sodass wir trotz geschlossener Badezimmertür teilweise nicht einschlafen konnten. Als wir dies an der Rezeption ansprachen, wurden wir von einer sehr arrogant wirkenden jungen Mitarbeiterin mit einem breiten Grinsen förmlich ausgelacht. Wir erklärten ihr, dass wir selbst Immobilien besitzen und eine derartige Lärmbelästigung als Eigentümer keinesfalls dulden würden und in einer solchen Situation gegebenenfalls auch die Polizei verständigen würden, um die Situation zumindest etwas einzudämmen. Besonders unverständlich war für uns ihre Reaktion, da sie selbst erwähnte, dass es bereits mehrere Beschwerden gegeben habe. Umso mehr hätten wir erwartet, dass das Hotel entsprechend reagiert und sich um eine Lösung bemüht. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie teilweise in den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Darüber hinaus war die Dusche leider undicht, da die Duschglaswand keine ausreichende Verbindung zur Wand hatte. Dadurch trat beim Duschen regelmäßig Wasser aus, sodass anschließend teilweise das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Auch dies entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Abbiamo soggiornato con soluzione alloggio. Esattamente alloggio 1. Pulizia pessima, doccia che perdeva acqua, giardino sporco con solo una sedia rotta, pertanto non e’ stato possibile utilizzare la parte esterna. Sempre in giardino Era presente una strana struttura di vetro piena di melma e zanzare di cui allego la foto. Nonostante le mie lamentele in reception non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

Amazing hotel , spotlessly clean. The staff are super friendly and highly skilled. Special mention to the Dining team especially Micheal who couldn't have looked after us any better, such a special experience. I am gluten intolerant and they also made sure I had choices whether it be breakfast or evening meal. I even had a pudding every night which is a rarity when gluten intolerant. Pool area was fantastic, never a problem getting a sun bed regardless if you are round the pool all day or whether you go out wandering the old town or the local beaches and arrive at the pool in the afternoon. Thank you

Absolutely immaculate. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and beds very comfortable. It is a long, but easy and scenic walk into the old town. Took us 30 mins at an ambling pace. Plenty of great spots to eat and drink nearby, including excellent family run panini vans. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

After breakfast finishes at 10, the bar doesn't open until 12:30 which is a bit of a stretch if you want a coffee or cold drink.

Ho apprezzato molto la grandezza della camera e la presenza del balconcino, le aree comuni molto belle con le poltroncine e le piante molto curate. La chicca a mio avviso è la spa, un vero gioiellino zen.

La pulizia della camera non molto accurata, per un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più. In piscina la sorveglianza talvolta assente o totalmente incurante totalmente dei bambini che facevano tuffi e schizzavano acqua, andrebbe molto migliorata. Se scelgo un hotel con piscina voglio anche rilassarmi e non dover subire famiglie maleducate con figli simili a loro.

In una struttura del genere, mi aspettavo di ricevere in camera una bottiglietta di acqua al giorno.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, z czystym basenem i wystarczającą ilością leżaków. Przestronny apartament na parterze. Bardzo dobre WiFi. Wydajna klimatyzacja. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Na plus pralka. Łatwe parkowanie.

Apartament był po drugiej stronie ulicy. Budynek nie miał podjazdu dla wózkersa, przez co wchodziliśmy od tyłu przez taras. Przesuwano nam zagradzające donice w trakcie pobytu więc -1 za tą niedogodnośc i brak przygotowania pomimo wcześniejszej naszej mailowej informacji, że będzie mieszkać tam osoba na wózku. Ogrodnik przesunął też zagradzajace donice w trakcie naszego pobytu co bylo dla nas zaskoczeniem i musieliśmy jeszcze raz zgłaszac na recepcji, że nie możemy dostac się do apartamentu. Ale generalnie polecam 🙂

Excellent hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh food and a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. The swimming pool was also fantastic, well supervised, and there was never any difficulty getting a sun lounger. My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to consider opening the swimming pool at 10:00 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. I do, however, have one complaint, and it is not the fault of the hotel itself. I strongly recommend that the hotel management stop recommending or using the taxi company that advertises with the yellow and black business cards, Noleggio. Avoid this taxi company at all costs. The day before our departure, we booked what was clearly described as a private airport transfer through the hotel for my family of four. The agreed price was €120, with collection at 7:30 p.m. At around 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure, the taxi company started sending me messages saying they would collect us at 7:00 p.m. I showed these messages to the hotel reception, and they advised me not to worry. I replied to the taxi company confirming that our booking was for 7:30 p.m., but they continued insisting on 7:00 p.m. When the vehicle arrived, it was a shuttle bus carrying five passengers with only three empty seats available. The driver tried to put my family into the shuttle, despite the fact that we had requested a private transfer. As a family of four, there were not enough seats, and I explained that everyone needed their own seat and seat belt. The driver was rude and dismissive. I contacted the hotel reception, explaining that this was the taxi company they had recommended. To the hotel's credit, the receptionist immediately contacted the company again, and they eventually sent another vehicle to take us to the airport. It appeared to me that this company was attempting to charge customers the full price of a private transfer while transporting them in a shared shuttle bus with other passengers. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the airport, the driver attempted to charge us more than the agreed €120. He argued repeatedly, but I refused to pay anything above the price quoted and booked through the hotel. The hotel itself was excellent, and I would happily stay there again. However, I strongly urge the management to reconsider recommending this taxi company, as it risks damaging the excellent reputation of an otherwise outstanding hotel.

Nice hotel close to the beach and a ok distance from old town (30 min walk). Great breakfast, good pool area (strange though that the pool opens 11).

Friendly staff, extremely clean and pleasant ambience, great breakfast, easy to find parking, pet-friendly. Although we didn't use it, beautiful pool and spa facilities. Close to beaches and a short ride to old center of Gallipoli.

Beaches in Gallipoli are not pet-friendly, except one 15 minutes drive away which then only accepts small dogs (they ended up accepting our medium size dog, but reluctantly). It would be nice if at least one amongst the many sandy beaches near Gallipoli is fully pet-friendly. That said, this comment has nothing to do with the hotel which we still rate "excellent".

Wonderful holiday in a top hotel! On arrival, we were greeted with a happy anniversary and a glass of Prosecco each. Our room was huge which is quite unusual for Italy it had everything you needed - a safe, a hair dryer, plenty of room to put everything in and a lovely balcony. Swimming pool area was lovely always enough beds for us. The location was great for a 30 minute stroll into the town anda 30!minute stroll to our favourite beaches. The was less than five minutes away. The food in the restaurant was absolutely superb a first Course buffet then the rest was a choice from the menu with waiter service - that gets me to the highlight of the hotel Daniel, who was amazing and made us feel really welcome. Nothing too much trouble including the fried eggs especially made for breakfast! All the staff were really friendly, so overall a big 10 out of 10 - would definitely go back to this hotel.

The AC in the room was barely cooling and the water pressure in the shower very faint.

Charming Hotel. Traditional look, but modern and clean. Wide range of choices for breakfast. Pool a lovely area. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Staff were happy to book taxis for us to explore the town further. Would definitely return and recommend.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben ein up grad bekommen und die Suite war herrlich, sehr viel Platz mit grosser Terrasse.

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht überzeugt.

Das Hotel hat keinen Strand und der Weg zum Strandbad, das man extra bezahlt, war sehr unbequem

The hotel was lovely and bright . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The layout around the courtyard and pool worked well

The reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful… when we arrived after a long journey the guy didn’t look up them his computer screen for over five minutes . No acknowledgment of us at all… Eventually without even a hello he said I need your identification….He gave us little to no information … when we asked About getting a taxi into town he handed us a couple of business cards for local companies.. on the way into the town on the first night we shared a taxi with another Irish couple who gave us loads of information on comparison… I didn’t know until we were checking out that hotel guests could get a discount on certain beach clubs , when I overhead them telling another party checking in about it … incidentally that party were also offered help with their bags.. we were not… there was a big deal made about having to pay €5 to Replenish pool towels which I thought was a bit much for a hotel of this price. The staff In the restaurant for breakfast were lovely and friendly in comparison

Je félicite toutes les équipes d'une grande amabilité et flexibilité, les garçons du front desk ont un effort à faire toutefois... (sorry guys). Les espaces communs sont propres et entretenus. La literie confortable. Le directeur veille à la bonne tenue de son établissement.

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir complètement... cette prestation à 20 ans cela ne se fait plus. Les produits ne sont pas healthy ni qualitatifs. C'est le seul point négatif à mon sens sur tout mon séjour.

The location was fairly central to the old town with only a short walk to the lovely beach.

The only thing I was sad about was the bed was too hard which meant I didn't sleep well but everything else made up for the sleepless nights!

We spent 10 days at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Gallipoli. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the beach. The interior design is very interesting and stylish. Everyone was extremely kind, but in our opinion, Daniel deserves special thanks. He is a young, polite, and very friendly waiter who does his job with great passion. Daniel made a huge impression on us. We can definitely say that this hotel is truly worth recommending. The food and coffee are absolutely delicious.

A academia de ginástica não condiz com o nível do hotel, sem ar condicionado, aparelhos antigos e limpeza ruim. Os ovos mexidos estavam horríveis. O frigobar não funcionava .
