The size of the property, kitchen well equipped, busy area for those who like the nightlife. Adriana who came to clean the apartment everyday was kind, very professional and left the rooms and bathroom impeccable.

The elevator was broken from day one and for 18 days of our total stay, hard to go up with all the luggage, uncomfortable beds, bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the building itself. Lots of drug dealers around the entrance.

W cenie było śniadanie które do nas nie dotarło.

L'aire condicionat no funcionava bé. L'apartament estava brut. Fallava molt la neteja. No hi havia forquilles, no hi havia prou vasos (només 4 i érem 6), no hi havia bosses d'escombraries... Tampoc funcionava l'ascensor!!!!!

Os pontos mais altos foram a localização, o terraço e o espaço em si.

Não gostámos de ouvir móveis a arrastar às 7h da manhã a um domingo.

Nach 3h keine Antwort erhalten. Notfall-Hotline angerufen. Keine Lösung erhalten. Auf Whatsapp und E-Mail wurde erst nach dem Aufenthalt mit nur einer Entschuldigung reagiert. Remote-Hotel ohne Service.. Furchtbare Nacht gehabt

Location!!!!! Views from our window were amazing!

Having to lug our baggage up 4 flights of stairs!! We are not young anymore so very stressful and difficult to carry our stuff to the 4th floor.

Location is amazing, appartement is huge! Ideal for 3-4 people Neighborhood calm, no noise and ideally located to walk across the city.

Cleaning was not properly done especially the flooring which was sticking and still dirty. We have seen it with our white socks. Second point we have been putting our luggage to lockers and then they changed the entrance code without notifying us. It took some time for us to access again the building and we were having our flights…

Ar condicionado estragado, no anúncio consta que tem elevador, porém não tem, o que dificultou muito, já que estávamos com muitas bagagens.

Que booking no avisará antes de reservar que el ascensor estaba en obras. Me tocó una habitación en la última planta y tuve que penar cargando con mi maleta. Hay muy pocas taquillas para dejar la maleta

L'endroit était grand et très propre. Se réveiller avec une vue sur le Tage était fort agréable.

Les airs climatisés étaient un peu bruyant. (C'est plus embarrassant pour des gens qui ont le sommeil plus léger.)

La puerta por la que teníamos q entrar estaba cerrada y el ascensor no funcionaba. Suerte q un señor nos indicó por dónde teníamos q entrar…pero 4 plantas con maletas por las escaleras. Informé a Numa y no sabían nada. Desayuno bastante justo. Uno llegó sin frutos secos, informé a Numa y no me compensaron con otro al día siguiente. Horno tampoco funcionaba… Estaría bien q informaran antes de llegar.

Gostei da localização e das instalações como um todo.

O elevador não estava funcionando durante os 8 dias que ficamos no apartamento. Os dois ar condicionado do ap nem refrescaram o ambiente, o exaustor do banheiro nunca funcionou, encontramos louça suja na lava louça e balcão e torradeira sujos de comida.

Die Lage und Größe des Apartments ist sehr gut.

Leider ist es nicht besonders sauber, die Terasse wäre toll, leider wurde auch hier auf eine Reinigung verzichtet. Verschüttet Getränke machten den Boden klebrig. Terassenmöbel waren auch schmutzig.

The views. The location. The apartment was spacious, great aircon.

The bathroom was a little dark when you had the door closed, that is only minor.

Location is practical. The apartment is big with a mezzanine.

Very uncomfortable bedding: an old mattress on wooden planks. Third-floor property with a broken lift (which, judging by previous reviews, has been out of service for over a year). Dysfunctional air conditioning. Cumbersome check-in, especially if you only have digital copies of all guests’ passports. No Nespresso coffee machine, now the norm in this type of properties.

Localização excepcional. Tudo perto: mercados, restaurantes, cafés, pontos turísticos, transporte público. Prédio antigo, mas apartamento bem conservado e equipado. Ar condicionado funcionou super bem (pegamos uma onde de calor intenso). Cozinha bem equipada, inclusive com máquina de lavar roupa.

Não tem elevador (esqueçam essa história de “está com defeito”, não tem mesmo). O banheiro estava mal conservado, com vazamento na banheira e suporte de toalhas solto. A TV não é smart (isso foi ruim, pois era época de copa e não conseguimos ver os jogos).

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Vicino all'appsatamento ci sono caffetterie e piccoli market. Ad un passo dal Barrio Alto e 10 minuti dalla stazione di Rossio (Sintra). Appartamento moderno con vista sul Tago. Check in con Numa semplice e senza intoppi.

Problema para el ingreso desde la dirección inicial. No funcionó el código de acceso pero al comunicarnos nos dieron otro que no presentó problemas.

Location is 10/10 and view is also great

Es uno de esos hoteles donde nadie te atiende- pero la comunicación era fluida y con los obsequios sí logran crear un poco de calor humano

O espaço era agradável mas não estava em condições de higiene para ser habitável

Para começar, no check-in, o alojamento não estava pronto ainda para habitar, tivemos de aguardar terminar a limpeza. Apareceram baratas quando chegámos ao final da noite e ao contactamos o alojamento a solução que nos deram foi para procurarmos outro local para pernoitar, no entanto já eram 4h da manhã e não seria fácil encontrar outro alojamento nesse horário. Assim sendo, voltamos a tentar contactar o alojamento ao que nos disseram que não teriam mais nenhuma solução para nos dar e nos desligaram a chamada não voltando a atender e nos deixando completamente desamparados. Tivemos de procurar outro local para ficar e pagar uma nova estadia.

No había mampara ni cortina en el baño, era incomodo ducharte sin mojar todo el baño

Après notre 2e nuit dans l'appartement, les bras de ma conjointe et de mes enfants étaient remplis de piqures. Après inspection des lits, il est clair que l'équipe de gestion et nettoyage des chambres n'a aucune conscience pour ses clients car il était évident que les lits étaient infestés de punaise de lit. Voir les photos.

The place is quite spacious, the kitchen is nice, good AC and loved the snacks provided. Staff and communication was helpful.

Instructions on getting to the apartment are a bit confusing. The bin was a little bit difficult to find (it's below the sink). The couch felt a bit worn but still comfortable. There were some ants in the kitchen. The twin bedroom AC was making strange water sounds for some reason. The location itself can get quite noisy from outside parties etc at night.

Checkin relativ kompliziert….

- Room was spacious - There was a dishwasher in the kitchen - The room had an A/C unit

- The room does not look as good as in the pictures - Very noisy. You are near the tram and party location. You can hear drunk people all night long - The flat is in the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. We had to carry multiple bags over 3 floors. We were not properly informed that we had to enter from a different address to the apartment due to the elevator not working - Only 1 tab for the dishwasher?!?! We paid ~800€ for 3 nights and were given only a single dishwasher tab - Dirty pots - The teflon of the pan was already peeling (they exchanged it quickly) - 2/4 beds are just spare beds with mediocre comfort - The breakfast was very unhealthy (sugary yoghurt, juice, white bread toast with jam, croissants and pastries). No choice for sugar free or rich in protein options - You could always hear people in the hallway as the door didn't keep out the noise

Die Lage war super… Vor der Haustür Supermarkt , Café und Restaurants. Alles war sehr sauber und wir konnten 1h früher einchecken. Ausstattung mit vielen Handtüchern, Duschgel, Shampoo. Gepäckaufbewahrung brauchten wir zwar nicht, aber dennoch gut zu wissen.

Der defekte Aufzug (siehe viele vorherige Bewertungen) könnte inzwischen erwähnt werden, da es nicht nach baldiger Reparatur aussieht. Damit verbunden ein anderer Zugang zum Haus … Abends vielleicht nicht so schön, lang suchen zu müssen.

La demande du lit bébé approuvé par l’équipe 4 fois avant réservation. On devait me rappeler mais personne ne l’a fait. Climatisation pas allumée, appartement sale, on a trouvé des baskets et des dizaines de mégots.

A comfortable, organized, and clean apartment in an excellent location. A stunning view from the window. We loved it very much.

No customer service, it was really hot and the AC was not working I contacted customer service , they promised to fix it and they never did

The location was in a great area.

No one contacted me with check in information. I emailed twice with no response, I had to borrow a strangers phone to call and get it. The pictures on the website were misleading. The place had a bad smell and no view.

Great location and great price

Oven didn’t work and they didn’t let us know. No one fixed even after asking. Lift broken so very difficult to get suitcases up the many many stairs. Showers week and the toilet did not flush properly. Virtual check in very confusing.

Nocne logowanie, uszkodzony kiosk do meldowania w budynku i brak alternatywy.. Dzwoniliśmy do obslugi ponad 1,5h..nikt nie odbierał, ale będąc natarczywym dopiero po tym czasie otrzymaliśmy kod do wejścia do mieszkania.

The entire apartment absolutely wreaked of cigarettes smoke - there was so escaping it even with all the windows open. It simply wasn’t good. The pillow were also extremely lumpy - much like most places.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement bien équipé et bien placé.

Ce qui était dommage c'était que l'ascenseur était en panne, compliqué pour les personnes âgées. Une petite odeur désagréable d'égouts dans la salle de bain.

A única coisa que nos deixou chateado foi que depois de uma dia cansativo, ficamos mais de duas horas para acessar ao apartamento, pois o anfitrião não enviou nenhum e-mail com as diretrizes de acesso, tipo senhas e não sabíamos nem o numero do apartamento que seria disponibilizado. o Anfitrião não atendia as nossas ligações telefônicas. Graças ao EXCELENTE serviço dos atendentes da BOOKING. conseguimos as senhas de acesso e entramos após duas horas e meia da nossa chegada no imóvel.

Location was close to the metro and restaurants.

Room was on the 3rd floor and lift was not operational, so was difficult.

Great location, we rented one bedroom and superior bedroom apartments. The superior bedrooms are fantastic with amazing views and space as well as an outdoor terrace. There is a supermarket very close by and the apartment is in a great central location. Th views are the best feature, otherwise the apartments are quite functional. Great wardrobe space

The one bedroom apartment was quite dark and didn’t have a sofa, just a flat sofa bed. The air con is quite weak, I would be hesitant to book in a heatwave. The lift is broken with no timeline for fixing it, there are 3 floors of steps up to the apartments which is hard with heavy luggage. There was an electrical problem which meant one of our rooms was downgraded however communication was good. There luggage storage only takes 6 small suitcases, so not appropriate for large groups.

Everything was great. We loved the fact that we got two full size beds. The check-in process was so easy even as we arrived late at night.

Des biscottes et 3 confitures et 1 l d'eau du thé noir. C'est frugal ns avons biens déjeuné dans les environs.

Ns n'avons pas apprécié d'avoir eu un code d'entrée qui ns a amené à l'intérieur du palacio Comeos et qui avait l'air abbandonné. L'ascenseur en panne ouvert à moitié et personne dans le bâtiment on a cru qu'on ns avait bien eus ns avons eu peur mais ns avons été éguillés assez rapidement, après avoir appelé les propriétaires, vers l'entrée de derrière avec un nouveau code pour la porte d'entrée et le bon code pour l'appartement loué, zone de l'immeuble en très bon état. Appartement calme spacieux et propre.

Worst experience. The apartment was full of roaches & these bugs that bit us. We were covered in bug bites because of one room in the apartment. When we told the host, they proceeded to not respond for hours & when they did , we just received apologies. No indication that someone had come to clean or inspect the room. We had hoped the problem was solved, We assumed they did because it had high ratings & it wasn’t a cheap stay. But the next night, it got worse. We couldn’t sleep from all the bug bites! And huge cockroach! We then called angrily so they sent their manager & he inspected & confirmed we needed to have another room. He checked. They didn’t have another apt available, so they offered us a refund. We couldn’t go anywhere else since it was so last minute. So we all crowded in on the floor of the living room for the remainder before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, they lied about the refund. They don’t want to give us our money back or even half a refund for all suffering. Honestly, worst stay of my life. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve never been treated this way. They only offered us a discount for a future stay. Unbelievable. The audacity. I complained to booking about it but they also won’t do anything about which tells you a lot about bookings reliability. Completely disappointed in both the apartment & booking.

Appartement très spacieux

Compliqué pour stationner le véhicule très compliqué, on a dû payer 13,50 € en arrivant en après-midi et reparti au milieu de matinée compliqué pour accéder à l’appartement. Impossible de scanner les cartes d’identité car elles étaient plastifiées, il faudrait préciser qu’il faut impérativement un passeport, une personne est venue et du fait que nous avons payé à l’avance. Nous a validé la réservation.

I liked the size of apartment. The location was perfect (although the location was quite central, it was surprisingly calm). The apartment was clean and even during our stay the room service cleaned it for us.

- Non avevamo asciugami a sufficienza per tutti gli ospiti - pavimento sporchissimo già al check-in - impossibilità di comunicare con qualcuno perché non rispondo - in cucina mancava persino una pezza per asciugare, 2 tovaglioli e la pasticca del detersivo presente il primo giorno è scomparsa la seconda mattina

Great views and a wonderful location. We were surprised that they came to tidy the apartment each day. Close to several breakfast restaurants, and easy walking distance to the city center. Large apartment with a private balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with 2 twins. You can also sleep in the living room.

We struggled to use the environmental control and each night we were a little too warm.

Essendo all'ultimo piano,mancava un ascensore che dovendo salire/scendere i bagagli è stato abbastanza faticoso. La nostra camera non aveva un terrazzo,ma un piccolo balconcino e non era specificato durante la prenotazione

Can be cold, the only way to warm the room is air conditioning, I just don’t like air conditioning. Otherwise it’s great experience.
