L’unica cosa che davvero mi ha dato da fare erano le due signore che si occupano delle pulizie che, durante la colazione, appoggiano abiti e scarpe alla rinfusa nei divanetti e attendono la fine del servizio fumando ad uno dei tavoli esterni. Ci è capitato di fare colazione in tavoli separati e l’odore del fumo anche no.

Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Śniadanie serwowane jest na tarasie, z którego roztacza się wspaniały widok na Morze Marmara. Nasz pokój był czysty i miał wygodne łóżko. Ogromne podziękowania dla personelu hotelu, który był niezwykle gościnny, a szczególnie za to że bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu, Jeżeli będziemy jeszcze w Stambule, na pewno wrócimy następnym razem! Polecamy ten Hotel z całego serca!!

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Pyszne śniadania, niezwykle miła i pomocna obsługa. Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. Dziękujemy również za przechowanie naszych rowerów – to było dla nas ogromne ułatwienie. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Lokalizacja, śniadania na tarasie, rodzinna atmosfera

Locatie este apropiata de obiectivele principale din Istanbul. Este langa sectia de Politie, deci o zona sigura, 4 locuri de parcare gratuita in fata cazarii. O terasa frumoasa cu vedere catre mare. Personalul foarte atent si dispus sa ajute. Problema cu frigiderul din camera s-a rezolvat folosind un alt frigider de pe terasa. Am putut parca masina inainte de ora de check-in si dupa ora de check-out astfel incat sa poti vizita cat mai multe. Micul dejun pentru toate gusturile cu accente vegetariene/vegane.

In camera 16, unde am stat, frigiderul nu functiona, TV-ul se deschidea singur in timpul noptii. Baia avea un miros uneori deranjant la pornirea ventilatiei -> necesita aerisire naturala. Cu masina e cam greu sa iesi la plimbare in zona, strazile sunt inguste si traficul intens.

Petit-déjeuner copieux, très agréable en terrasse.

Nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire, le matériel de la salle commune n'étant utilisé que pour le petit-déjeuner.

La maravillosa atención del personal, sobre todo de Ferhat Mohammed. El desayuno en la terraza muy rico todo, la vista y la atención increíble. La ubicación muy cerca de muchas atracciones

El colchón un poco duro para mi espalda .

L'hôtel était vraiment superbe et l emplacement était parfait a quelques minutes de marche de la place de l' hippodrome et la mosque bleu.Notre chambre était propre avec lit comfortable,le petit déjeuner était moyen mais il y"avait ce qu'il faut pour démarrer une belle journée. Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui était très accueillant et surtout Mme Elvira et Rosa qui étaient très gentilles , Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse qui avait une vue magnifique sur la mer de Marmara ,j'y retournerai la prochaine fois.

J'ai tous apprécié et je n'ai rien a reprocher.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des principaux sites culturels et historiques, ce qui permet de tout visiter à pied. Ensuite le transport public (tramway, ferry) est très bien pour poursuivre la découverte de cette belle ville. Je recommande la traversée du Bosphore en ferry public. L’établissement est simple mais globalement correct. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et varié, avec un renouvellement régulier des produits. À noter toutefois la qualité moyenne du café (café en poudre). La possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check-in ou après le check-out, ce qui facilite les transferts.

Le service de chambre est très limité : sur six jours, un seul passage a été effectué, et uniquement à la demande. La chambre attribuée le premier soir ne correspondait pas à ma demande ni à celle réservée. Il nous a été donné une autre chambre qui ne correspondait pas au niveau de celle réservée (avec lit double et canapé). J'ai essayé de le faire comprendre à la réceptionniste, en vain. Aucune réfaction de prix n'a bien sûr été faite. Le niveau sonore peut également être élevé, en partie lié à la clientèle, ce qui peut nuire au confort (conversations et TV fortes après minuit).

Леглата са много удобни и чисти ,персонала много възпитан и терасата за закуска с гледка е страхотна. Локацията е страхотна, винаги ни намириха място пред хотела за паркиране без значение колко пъти на ден излизаме с колата. На 4-5 минути пеша от централния площад и на около 10-15минути пеша от капалъ.

Бяхме заявили двойно легло ,но бяхме в стая с две единични.

Прекрасный отель. Самый центр. Мы с двумя маленькими детьми отдохнули прекрасно. Персонал прекрасный

Удобни и големи легла. Широка и голяма баня. Беше много чисто, топличко и уютно в стаята. Вкусна закуска. Отлично местоположение на 3 мин пеша от Синята джамия.

这家店的所有工作人员都非常热心，在我入住期间提供了很多帮助，让我感到宾至如归。我提早在早上九点多到达，那天非常冷，酒店人员不仅让我提前入住房间，还贴心给我提供了热茶和点心，让我感到非常温暖。在我离开那一天，还允许我在下午借用顶楼的餐厅参加线上会议，还帮我联系了土耳其的司机。全程我都得到了很多帮助，在异国他乡让我的旅行更顺利。房间里也很干净整洁和温暖，夜晚很安静，不会吵闹。推荐给所有来土耳其的人。

This place is super cosy and the location is perfect. Breakfast is very good. And the sea view from the terrace was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at Dilhayat Kalfa Hotel!

Арендовали номер на двоих с раздельными кроватями на неделю, местоположение отеля великолепное, рядом пункт полиции, тихо, чисто на улице, номер очень хороший, чуть больше чем с одной большой кроватью, мебель в хорошем состоянии, белье, полотенца - все ок. Есть шампуни, гель для душа, тапочки, фен. Техника в рабочем состоянии. Холодную батарею починили сразу, как только обратились. Менеджеры и сотрудники все отзывчивые, больше нам помогал Абдулрахим, спасибо огромное, моментально реагировали на все вопросы! Завтра каждый день разнообразный, жарят омлет и яичницу по просьбе, всегда и соки, и фрукты, сладкое, очень достойно! Меняли полотенца и убирали через день, но и каждый день спрашивали нужна ли уборка. Номера на 2 и 3 этажах, на 4 этажа терасса, частично закрыта для завтрака, с обеих сторон видно море.

Минусов не заметили, все возникающие вопросы решались сразу. Единственный момент для этого района - периодически было кратковременное отключение света или воды, но и в этой ситуации менеджеры принесли нам 5-ти литровую бутылку воды! Дали по запросу зубные детки и пасту, чайник в номер, хотя на терассе всегда можно выпить чай, поддерживали чем могли на все 100%!

Просторна и много чиста стая. Любезен персонал. Вкусна закуска с красива гледка. Възможност за парко място на колата точно пред хотела.

Хороший отель! Приветливый персонал. Номер чистый, просторный , уютный. Паркинг на улице перед отелем, мест очень мало, но нам повезло. Завтрак на крыше, откуда открывается прекрасный вид. В пешей доступности рестораны, магазины, дворец султана.

Много чисто, много приятна обстановка, прекрасни картини нявсякъде из хотела, които създават много арт атмосферата. Стаите имат гледка към морето. Закуската е уникална- домашно приготвена от две много любезни дами. Персонала е страхотен. Огромни благодарности на двете жени, които дават закуската. Има къде да се паркира- което е много важно. Квартала е много безопасен и постоянно обикаля полиция. Стаите са големи и хубави.

The owners of this boutique hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming. One of the biggest take-aways from our trip to Istanbul was how helpful, kind and accommodating the people were, nobody more so than the hoteliers at Dilhayat

The hotel is a charming little place run by family. The service was great, we got a lot of help and everything we asked for. It felt like we were staying with a relative. The building is old, historic, so it was worn down a little but it was everything I was hoping for. Short walk to all historic monuments with lots of food options near by. We got the family suite because we were there for a friend’s wedding and it was very spacious and comfortable to get ready in. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an authentic experience.

Amplasarea este foarte buna, personalul foarte amabil, mic dejun mediocru, foarte mare galagie de pe hol. Se trantesc usi, se aude din alte camere. Fata de acum 3 ani cand am fost tot aici nu s-a schimbat nimic. Camerele , holul, baile necesita anumite lucrari de renovare.

The property is small so it’s very homely! Mr Ali and Mr Jesmine did everything to make our stay comfortable! The staff are very kind friendly helpful and generous ! The breakfast was simple and modest. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were able to get our laundry done daily thanks to Madonna the house keeper! I would definitely recommend this place because of the location being so convenient… Mama’s garden Restaurant was a fantastic place within walking distance for great Turkish food .. just a few minutes walk .. for silks and lamps I went to “St. Sophia’s style home” was a small whole sale boutique near Dilhayat that I would recommend for shopping as the owner was very kind and generous and had a great selection at a great price! Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dilhayat very much and would definitely recommend it to anyone .. price safety and security - great place and walking distance to all attractions ♥️

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, he made us feel right at home. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, and when we wanted to buy lokums and baklavas as gifts, he kindly suggested Zaitoune in Findikzade, and it was absolutely delicious! We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and truly made our stay special. The hotel is very well located, in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Overall, everything went well and we sincerely recommend this hotel!

The only downside was the breakfast service. We sometimes felt rushed while eating, and when we asked for certain items, we were told the kitchen was closed, even though we were still within the breakfast hours. That part was a bit disappointing, but it didn’t overshadow the rest of our experience.

During my short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning lady didn't clean our room due to miscommunications. We didn't know she didn't understand English and she didn't tell us that. But when I complained about it to the front desk personnel the cleaning lady who also happened to be the person in charge for break fast showed us serious attitude. I'm letting it go because may be she is a poor lady and I had no intention of getting her into trouble but the hotel needa to employ more staff to take care of things. Using same person for multitasking shows stingy management mindset that's results into poor customer experience. I would never want that lady with disgruntled attitude near my breakfast place in any hotel stay.

The hotel was charming and quaint. The room was spacious and beautiful. Check-in was easy. Walking distance to all the popular sites. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Istanbul again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Location, staff and safety around the area. Hotel Owner/Manager Abdul helped us early check-in which was very helpful and the other lady prepared breakfast every morning. The hotel terrace has sea view which was amazing for sunrise view. The blue mosque, tram station and many restaurants are just near by - walking distance. There was always a police car at the front of the hotel area, ensuring safe environment.

There was nothing as such but for food, not much option for vegetarian people.

Everything was great, nice service, clean room. The only minus is that at breakfast only instant coffee was offered. But would definitely recommend staying there

We had a lovely stay here! It was close to some of the key local attractions which made it easy to come back for a nap between sight seeing (needed given our jet lagged state). Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight!

If we ever return to Istanbul, which I hope we do, we will be staying at Dilhayat Kalfa again. I would recommend this hotel very highly. The staff was amazing. It's in the perfect location, the room was clean, comfortable, and unique. There are artwork and sculptures throughout the building. But the real pleasure is the rooftop cafe for breakfast. A delicious Turkish Breakfast and the most amazing view of Istanbul. We loved this hotel!

Amazing stay. Abdul is the best manager. Super friendly and attentive to your needs. Location is great. Right in the middle of the area where all the attractions are. Yet still quiet The decor in the hotel is really good. Especially the lobby. The rooftop terrace has a great view from where you can have a good breakfast. Could not recommend more!

We loved this hotel. The manager was incredibly welcoming, friendly and kind. The house itself is incredibly beautiful, with beautiful furniture, and it’s situated in a fabulous location. The breakfast was a lovely surprise too. We loved it so much we’ve booked to stay again when we return to Istanbul.

Delicious breakfast on a lovely terrace. Staff were very helpful with extras such as early check-in, booking taxis and doing laundry.

We were given two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. The shower head was also broken.

This was the third time my family and I stayed at Dilhayat Kalfa when we've been to Istanbul. Excellent service from the staff, good quality breakfast with a variety each day. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom is well ventilated, a problem when we have travelled to other cities. Moreover, the WiFi connection is good in the rooms we have stayed in, essential in this time and age. The hotel is in a perfect location to all of the main sightseeing spots in Istanbul. It has local supermarkets and restaurants very close by as well as several shops where you can buy affordable souvenirs - better prices than the bazaars! One thing that stood out to us this time was the kidnness of the staff. The hotel went above and beyond in sending over some jackets that were left behind in the hotel, Abdur-Raheem was the epitome of kind, understanding, and hospitable in ensuring our jackets made it back to London.

Unfortunately the local area was experiencing electricity outages which caused some difficulties with the AC in the Summer heat.

A nice hotel absolutely in the heart of Sultanahmet. Cozy and comfortable. they have a nice roof terrace where breakfast is served.

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and tidy, good breakfast. The view from the roof terrace was AMAZING. Friendly staff and good aircon.

Didn’t love the location, down a pretty scruffy back street. Felt they could have made more of the roof terrace which was only used to serve breakfast. Would have been nice to have a lift!

My sister and I stayed here for about 10 days and as two ladies staying alone in Istanbul for the first time were so happy with the location! The people running the B &B are so nice and accommodating, it was like staying with family. Abdul Raheem was amazing! My sister had to go to urgent care and he made arrangements for us with a trusted taxi to take us and bring us back. He also helped call the hospital and speak to the staff later when we needed help getting the report. Above and beyond service is an understatement! Also the location of this place is great! We could walk to almost anywhere in SultanAhmet day or night with no issues! And the view from the breakfast terrace is amazing! If I ever come back to Istanbul I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Dilhayat Kalfa Hotel the last week of May 2024. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Abdullah was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transportation for us. The room includes a very delicious breakfast buffet which is served on the terrace overlooking the sea served by Rosa, who was very attentive in making sure we were full. The rooms were very clean with fresh linens and a small fridge in the room. You couldn’t ask for a better location to the main attractions in Istanbul. We were just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace. There are many great restaurants in the neighborhood, which is very charming. There are many shops and a small bazaar on the way to Sultanamet Square. Abdullah recommended Sifa Turkish Bath, just around the corner from the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we went twice! Please don’t pass up this gem of a hotel!

The rooftop terrace with amazing daily breakfast was a bonus.

Very close to major attractions in Sultanahmet neighborhood and at the same time tucked away from all the noise It has parking available but a bit tricky to drive to get to the hotel Hotel from inside is nice, room cleanliness was ok Breakfast is nothing to fancy about The staff was very nice and helpful

Nothing for the hotel itself

This was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. Hotel was very nice and in a really good location. It is about 3-5 min walk to the Blue Mosque. Brother Abdul Rahim is the manager, who is a lovely person and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included however it was Ramadan so we didn’t have the breakfast. It would’ve been nice if they gave us the breakfast for sehri/sohoor time so we could have had it before sunrise to keep our fast. But it was not possible, they could not arrange this.

Amazing staff and cozy place to stay. The place is decorated with great art pieces and its clean, comfortable to stay with very beautiful view by the sea. Conveniently located near Sultanahmet and great restaurants. We stay in this place again. Will highly recommend to friends and family.
