Номер очень чистый и аккуратный, завтраки тоже вкусные. Только один раз столкнулись с грубостью со стороны персонала, а все остальные сотрудники были очень приветливы и всё было хорошо.

С трансфером возникло недопонимание. Из-за этого персонал отменил моё бронирование, и мне пришлось дополнительно заплатить за номер. В итоге я заплатила и за трансфер, которым даже не воспользовалась, и дополнительно за номер, который ресепшн отменил. Если вам предлагают трансфер, советую не соглашаться сразу. Вы можете самостоятельно взять такси — так будет гораздо быстрее и зачастую намного выгоднее по цене.

Le bruit toute la journée des Klaxons des camions des voitures impossible de faire une sieste la fenêtre ouvert sans parler de l’odeur de la cigarette qu’on on laisse la fenêtre ouverte. Et sans oublié le petit déjeuner qui est bof bof. si non hôtel propre personnel très gentil

The hotel has an excellent location. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and the tram line is also very close by. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received a very warm welcome, and they were always ready to assist us throughout our entire stay. I would also especially like to mention the restaurant at the hotel — the food was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience.

The only downside was an occasional unpleasant smell from the drains, but it didn’t bother us too much or significantly affect our stay.

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet findet von 07:30 bis 10:00 statt und es gibt jede Menge Sachen, die einem schmecken können. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

Die Straße in der sich das Hotel befindet ist mit dem Verkehr überlastet. Wir haben den Wagen dann an dem "Parkplatz" des Hotels gelassen. Für die fünf Tage haben wir etwa 75€ bezahlt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wusste das Personal teilweise nicht wo der Wagen steht, da man den Schlüssel gleichzeitig abgeben musste. Wir hatten abgemacht, dass der Wagen an der Straße des Hotel steht am Tag nach unserer Anreise und dort auch bleibt. Dort stand er auch, wahrscheinlich ein paar Stunden. Danach haben wir den Wagen bis zu unserer Abreise nicht gesehen. Ich empfehle den Leute ihre Autos in dem Parkhäusern in der Nähe abzustellen. Das ist wahrscheinlich günstiger. Am Tag vor unserer Reise hatten wir abgemacht, dass der Wagen zur Abreise wieder an den "Parkplätzen" am Hotel steht. Dann durften wir erst einmal den Wagen suchen gehen.

La colazione è ok ma suggerisco di renderla più internazinole con l'aggiunta di ingredienti continentali come ad esempio yogurt, uova strapazzate o croissant.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Es war alles in Ordnung und ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv fand ich das super nette und freundliche Personal. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde gerne wiederkommen. Die Terasse zur Straße ist top, man sitzt schön und hat als alleinreisende Frau abends eine nette Abwechslung, wenn man das Geschehen auf der Straße beobachten kann. Super nettes Personal. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstück. Der Kaffee wurde ausschließlich in Pappbechern angeboten. Aus meiner Sicht passt das nicht so gut zum Umweltgedanken, zumal einige Gäste dafür sogar mehrere Becher benötigt haben. Auch das warme Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich und die Auswahl eher begrenzt. Rührei gab es leider nicht, dafür unter anderem Pommes und ähnliche Beilagen. Müsli und frische Obstsäfte habe ich ebenfalls vermisst. Bei den angebotenen Säften war für meinen Geschmack teilweise ein sehr künstlicher Geschmack festzustellen. Insgesamt würde ich mir beim Frühstück etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschen. Die Meeze waren in Ordnung. Da ich Alleinreisende war, aber für ein Doppelbett bezahlt habe, hätte ich mir ein größeres Zimmer erwartet. Es wurde mir vorab ein Zimmer im 5. Stock zugesagt mit schönem Blick, ich war aber im 3. Stock und hatte nur die Blätter der Bäume vor mir und den Blick auf die Straße. Ich denke Alleinreisende haben da das Nachsehen. Schlußendlich war aber die Lage top, man war in 5 Min. an der Tram. Was will man mehr.

Great location, but the room needs improvement The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s close to many historical attractions, shops, restaurants, and the tram station. the staff were friendly, helpful. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights of our stay, but the room size, lighting, and bathroom ventilation could definitely be improved.

The family room didn’t meet our expectations. It was small, with barely enough space to move around or store our luggage. The lighting was also insufficient, and the bathroom had no ventilation, which made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly special.

Staff is friendly and supportive. Room was tidy and had facilities as informed. Reception was great, departung wad even better. Would like to come again and stay with them. Major attraction lime Ayah Sufiyah and Blue mosque are 15 minutes away. Food in this area is good and in plenty. Breakfast was very nice and had complete range if items.

All was ok. I would suggest for guests if chose to stay in this area, get on and off through Istanbul airport as it will save you time and cost of travel to and from this area.

В целом я очень довольна. Единственное, что я бы улучшила, — это разнообразие питания: хотелось бы видеть немного более широкий и разнообразный выбор.

Огромная благодарность всему персоналу гостиницы, за тёплый приём, вкусные завтраки и ланчи, чистоту отеля и комнат. Вид на море номера это отдельное удовольствие ☺️☺️ Удобное расположение к достопримечательностям Айя Сафия, Султан Ахмед, Мечеть Сулаймания, Капали Чарси, Гранд Базар, особенно к морю 🤩🤩🤩 В будущем надеемся снова быть в этом отеле.

La scelta di questo hotel é stata fondamentale in quanto a 5 minuti dalla linea t1 del tram( che ti porta ovunque) e ai principali monumenti. Pulizia e cortesia ottime, personale disponibilissimo ( abbiamo avuto un problema alla Tv e nel giro di un paio di ore ce l’hanno sostituita!) colazione tipica turca ( buona) nulla da dire, lo coniglio!

Изначально нам приготовили очень маленький боковой номер с крошечным окном на первом этаже. Дневного света в номере практически не было. Но работники пошли навстречу и поменяли номер на чуть более просторный. В любом случае, все равно места в номере маловато, ванная комната также очень маленькая, уставший ремонт, не очень тщательная уборка, неудобные подушки

Ціна=якість. Історичний центр, недалеко від мечеть, недалеко від транспортної розвʼязки. Персонал привітний, змінив номер, так як апріорі просили два окремих ліжка, а надали спочатку одне спільне ліжко. Завжди було чисто в номері. Взагалом все добре.

Меблі вже зношені за час використання, тому виглядають не надто «свіжо». Сніданок великий мінус, зовсім не європейський, в тому плані, що здебільшого були закуски східного походження, до яких зовсім не звик. Краще збільшити ціну за проживання, але покращити цю послугу, змінити меню сніданків.

Every thing was good staff

Everything was wonderful. The stuff were pleasant, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It even exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and tidy, close to the city center and all kinds of local transport. I would choose it again if I had a chance.

The staff is really very friendly and welcoming. They help you whenever you need. The breakfast is very good, varied and prepared with care. The room is clean, spacious and cosy. The prices are pretty good. It's still a great experience for me :)

I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to many tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore Istanbul. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always smiling and welcoming, especially Kerim and the manager. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job throughout our stay. This was my fourth visit to Istanbul and my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was one of the best sta ys I’ve ever had, completely hassle-free. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. I would definitely come back again! ❤️

Am rezervat camera tripla si am primit o camera dubla si nu doar noua ne au facut asa si altor prieteni ajunsi cu 2 zile mai devreme la fel au patit abia aveai loc sa te misti prima noapte dupa ne au schimbat, mizerie in camera si baie, mic dejun cu apa, suc, cay si cafea cu miros de clor … nu recomand!

- Les lits inconfortable (matelas, coussins, ...) - La douche pas du tout pratique en ce qui concerne les jets d'eau. - Nous avions un mini frigo à la place de la table de chevet. - un frigo vide et pas branché dans la garde robe. - le petit déjeuner... nous avons essayé le premier jour, le café est infecte. - la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas a cause de l'armoire. C'est la 6ème fois que je vais à Istanbul, je sais que certains hôtel ne sont pas terrible mais celui-ci était le pire que j'ai vu, il mérite 1 seule étoile. Je le déconseille à tous le monde.

Clean bedding, convenient location, close to many tourist attractions, close to public transportation.

For our four-night stay at Sunlight Hotel, we were given a room that did not resemble the photos on Booking.com. The room was extremely small. There was no space for a second bedside table or reading light, the wardrobe door could only be opened about 15 cm because the bed blocked it, and there was no room for luggage. The bathroom sink was no more than 20 cm deep, making even simple tasks such as brushing your teeth or washing your face unnecessarily difficult. If you park on the street, you are required to leave your car keys at reception; otherwise, you are told to park elsewhere. Although I contacted the hotel before booking to ask specifically about parking, there was no mention that valet parking was mandatory. The most disappointing part was the hotel's response when we asked to change rooms. As the manager was unavailable, the receptionist assured us that our request would be forwarded. However, we never received any follow-up from the hotel management. There was no response whatsoever—our request was simply ignored

El personal del hotel SÚPER amables y atentos. Muy buena ubicación para todos los monumentos (Santa Sofía, Mezquita, Palacio Topkapi, Gran Bazar)…todo a 15 min andando (una maravilla). Y el tranvía T1 a 5 min para llevarte al puerto y a la torre Galata

El desayuno es flojito. Poca variedad de productos pero muy ricos

The property was very well located with quick walks to the blue mosque, hagia sophia and other local attractions. The room with the double bed was congested but the one with twin beds were decent in size

The lighting in the rooms was very dim, other than that there werent any issues at all

Πέρασα δυο όμορφες ημέρες στην Κωσταντινούπολη!! Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την φιλοξενία του ξενοδοχείου. Όλα τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί είναι άριστοι επαγγελματίες! Βολικό και το πάρκινγκ, καθώς μόλις φτάσεις απλά παίρνεις τα πράγματα σου και αφήνεις το αυτοκίνητο στον παρκαδόρο. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών βρίσκεται η στάση του τράμ, το οποίο περνάει από το ιστορικό κέντρο και σε πέντε λεπτά είναι στην περιοχή της γέφυρας του Γαλατά, αφού έχει περάσει πρώτα από την Αγία Σοφία και μπλε Τζαμί. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστώ όλους σας!,Φιλιά από Ελλάδα!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreux lieux incontournables d'Istanbul, avec un arrêt de tram juste à côté, ce qui facilite tous les déplacements. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix varié pour bien commencer la journée. Un grand merci au personnel, et tout particulièrement à Umut, qui s'est très bien occupé de nous. Il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s'est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêt à nous aider avec le sourire. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Hi! The hotel is nice and well located. The staff is attentive. The breakfast was quite tasty and varied, but I thought there wasn't enough fruit.

Great location. There are many cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance of the hotel, making it an ideal place to relax and explore the surrounding area.

The breakfast was very disappointing, so we ended up having breakfast at a nearby café instead. The hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are in need of renovation. The bathroom fixtures and plumbing are noticeably worn out, and the room feels dated overall. While the location is great, the hotel’s condition did not meet our expectations.

They kindly assisted us with parking our car and gave us many helpful recommendations on places to visit. The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Gostei imenso de tudo. A localização é óptima. As camas eram boas e o duche também. O restaurante e excelente. A cozinha é óptima e servem mesmo a horas tardias. Mas o melhor de tudo foi mesmo o acolhimento. O dono é extremamente atento às necessidades dos clientes e simpático. Os funcionários são maravilhosos. Recomendo muito!

Podiam acrescentar mais opções. E um pequeno almoço turco.

Всё понравилось. Персонал, чистота в номере, расположение, завтрак очень вкусный, есть лифт , что немаловажно. Полотенца чистые и постельное белье чистое и аккуратное. Очень удобная кровать, подушки и одеяла отменного качества. Рекомендую однозначно. Да и соотношение цена/качество.

Micul dejun putea fi mai diversificat. Cafeaua de la aparat e foarte slabă. Locația este foarte bună, aproape de principalele zone de interes, dar nu recomand pentru persoanele cu probleme de mișcare din cauza străzilor abrupte și a lipsei trotuarelor.

Nos gusto mucho la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Nos brindaron ayuda y soporte las 24h. Incluso cada noche nos daban agua gratis, que es es de agradecer. La cama era grande, estaba bien ubicado y habia una buena limpieza. Hay una nevera en la habitación y es genial!

El desayuno podria mejorar y ser más variado. Las almohadas eran nefastas y muy gastadas. La cama de matrimonio tiene el colchón hundido. Poca iluminación, mucho ruido en la calle, y el aire condicionado no funcionaba, pasamos mucha calor. Eche de menos que tuvieran agua caliente para hacerse alguna infusión.
