Wifi is kinda slow in some areas of the room.

Let's start with the location: the place itself is located a bit far from the main streets and activities, but the place is calm, relaxing and peaceful. You'll need to have a car or bike to easily move or rely on the tricks passing by to move you around. The staff is really great and helpful, very friendly and fun, always happy to help. The food on site is ok, lacks a bit of European options and sweets. Prices are reasonable but more on the high side than budget friendly. The room (king size) is wide and very clean. But it clearly lacks maintenance. The foams and not mattresses (because it's literally just a foam with no cover) are not very thick and not very young either. The accessories (remotes, fridge) are broken (but working) andnot renewed... This doesn't give a good image. The fridge is very noisy and handle was broken. The bathroom water heater worked well although the digital display was not working properly, there was a water leak under the sink (staff was advised). During one evening we heard creatures running and squeaking in the ceiling (most likely rats) staff was advised... Note that the hotel is literally a huge garden so no surprise. But such place in such location needs to have recurrent pest control treatment. They have a very nice swimming pool but the chlorine level is just out of control! We all had our face skin burning after a few minutes in there. The maintenance guy puts chlorine every evening and doesn't even test the PH level of the water which should be done daily too. However this place is nice, I would recommend it, but there's some improvements to be done mainly in the pool and maintenance of the installations. PS: I read a comment about doga being kept in abnormal conditions... Well I witnessed it too. 1 husky leashed to a pole the whole day... And another one treated the same. To have seen the owner's behavior with the customers (no hello if you don't say hi.

Virkelig dårlig internet. Og beliggenhed ikke optimalt ift. centrum med mindre man ikke skal ud af hotellet ofte.

Gute Lage, Betten sehr bequem. Schöner Pool mit Pool Bar. Gutes Essen. Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfreiche Rezeption,sehr bemüht.

Kleiner Reparaturstau, am Pool einige Fugen bröckelig und scharf. Tür hat geklemmt und geknarrt, Toilettenpapierhalter defekt.

Very poor service in the restaurant- we sat there for ages and in the end I had to walk to reception to ask if anyone could take our order. Then the same again when we wanted another drink

A great hotel and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and good food. Great and clean swimming pool. The room was very good and the water pressure was good. I would come back.

There was a cockroach in the room once, but that's not a big deal, and anyone who's been to the Philippines more often understands that.

De fijne en ongedwongen sfeer met de prachtige houten beelden en mooie tuin, zwembad was heerlijk...wel ruim chloor aanwezig en het ontbijt was goed. Koelkastje aanwezig op de kamer met water, frisdrank en bier (tegen betaling) net zoals de nootjes die er stonden. Prima, je hoeft er geen gebruik van te maken... Wij vonden het personeel erg vriendelijk

De (bad)kamer had wat schoner gemogen en hier en daar een fris likje verf zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Het hotel ligt niet direct in het centrum, was voor 2 nachten geen probleem voor ons maar wil.je wat bruisender zitten dan zou ik deze locatie niet aanraden.

L’état général de l’établissement. Piscine mal entretenue, 1/3 est en fonction. Les installations laisse à désirer. 2 chiens sont laissés enchainé à longueur de journée autour d’un poteau. Détritus dans les espaces communs

Me gustó la ubicación, la zona de la piscina y la cañada era muy cómoda

No me gustó la limpieza general, todo muy sucio y descuidado, también tenían un perro amarrado todo el día, eso es maltrato animal, luego tuve un problema con el chofer de la van que me proporcionó este hotel. Primero me recogieron 1 hora más tarde, después de 6 horas de camino el conductor me dejó a 15 minutos andando con una mochila de 20k y una maleta, después de haber pagado dicho servicio y a otras personas les dejo en la puerta del hotel, acabé discutiendo con el chofer y siendo muy irrespetuoso.

Style and convenience of the hotel - all centred around the pool. Plenty of shade when required. Separate areas to sit. Large room, big bathroom. No stairs to climb as it's all on ground floor. Pool table, little restaurant/bar. Pretty garden. Everything worked 😀

Not much locally. Bike/taxi into town. Didn't need to do much of that as the hotel was very comfortable to be at.

The rooms circle the pool (crystal clear), restaurant and pool table and are all on ground level so everything at your doorstep. The room was a good size for 2, comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower (not a lot of water pressure, but sufficient). It is a little oasis. Book tours easily for hotel pick up. Not much to see in the surrounding area but a short ride into town is inexpensive. The staff are lovely. The guests have been very chill and respectful in keeping with the quiet vibe. I really did relax here - perfect for me!

C’è qualcosa da ristrutturare

Eigentlich sehr schöne kleine Anlage mit großem Garten und Pool.

Personal hat sich während unseres gesamten 5-tägigen Aufenthalts erfolgreich versteckt. Auch Rezeption war sporadisch besetzt. Pool war sehr ungepflegt, keine Umwälzung des Wassers erkennbar, Beckenrand hatte dicken Dreckrand auf Wasserhöhe, zig tote Fliegen im Wasser.

Great place a jungle feel carvings and plants every way you turned . pool great always clean. A little paradise. Poolside restaurant for drinks and food as required . Nice big air con and fan room large bed.

A long walk to town , but taxis on call so not expensive journey.

We have great time there. And we extend our stay from 3 days to 10 so its sayed for all. Thanks all staff!

Pool, pool bar, good food, friendly and helpful staff, hot shower.

Given wrong rooms from what I booked. Once changed, extra chargers were demanded for child even though we booked enough beds and room. No bed sheets on spare bed, amd not enough towels.

Espace restaurant et piscine très agréable, propre, bien décoré et végétalisé. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Grande chambre, propre, literie confortable, le plus frigo et bouilloire.

Hôtel assez excentré du centre ville, heureusement le restau proposait de bons plats pas excessifs du tout. Déco de la chambre un peu vieillotte .

Schlechtes Essen, stark renovierungsbedürftig im Außenbereich, alles etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, Handtücher riechen extrem nach Weichspüler.

Cet hôtel est vraiment un trésor à Puerto Prinsesa Palawan c'est exactement ce que nous voulons, c'est calme, propre, ils ont une piscine où vous pouvez vous détendre et prendre un verre ! Notre fille a adoré rester ici, mais nous n'avons réservé qu'une seule nuit parce que nous avions un vol pour le lendemain matin. Maintenant, c'est notre hôtel préféré à Puerto prinsesa, je le recommande à 100%. Les personnels ont gentils toujours souriant et poli ! Les chambres sont vraiment grandes et propres ! Nous réserverons ici pour nos prochaines vacances ! Merci beaucoup !

Beautiful location with swim-up pool bar, three separate pools, pool table, restaurant and bar on site. Lovely big rooms with beautiful wooden sink in the bathroom - just unfortunately no hot water in the room but we had a great stay here!

secluded, tricycle service was fine..

1. Water pressure for the toilet is so slow. 2. Bed is not clean and made us sick. 3. No proper ventilation. 4. At least they could have put some air freshener. The room smells like mold. 5. Service time in the bar was so weird and inconsistent. Time is relevant to the number of guest they have. 6. No complimentary at least 3 in 1 coffee.

La zona piscina y habitaciones

Alles is slordig onderhouden. Slijkweg er naartoe dus als het regent Niet aangenaam. Zwembad is op sommige plaatsen groen. Jammer was enkele jaren terug een prima adres.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Wir buchten 3 Nächte, während des gesamten Aufenthaltes wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, besonders im Hinblick auf den Toiletteneimer ist die Hygiene mehr wie fragwürdig, es gab keinen Föhn, kein kostenfreies Zimmerwasser. Bei Nachfrage im Hinblick auf die Reinigung wurde uns mitgeteilt, das man dies extra signalisieren müsse!?!!?? Das habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt! Ich kann dieses Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Un peu excentré du centre ville mais possibilité de se déplacer en tuk tuk ou scooter facilement.

Très joli petit hôtel dans un écrin de verdure. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Excellent cocktail ( margarita bleue)

Friendly staff, great pool, clean space and good value for money. We organised the taxi pick up at the airport but the driver wasn’t there! It wasn’t a problem as we just took another one outside the airport

Nice setting in the city. Garden atmosphere and nice spacious rooms. Quiet and clean

All was good except the front staff was not friendly. Especially when checking out Oct 28th, the girl was rude and had no public relations skills. Many examples but I won’t write all here.

Photos posted did not match up once you arrive. Place was hard to find, place was dead quiet, no pool bar, no food sevices, seems like theres only about 3-4 staffs working. It's a hotel away from the main road. The restaurant have shortage of ingredients so we can't order anything. There is no staff most of the time. My family and I had to order from FoodPanda to get our food while staying at the hotel for 4 days. Photos needs to be updated. Hotel is too crowded with trees and other things. The place is not clean especially the pool.

Personnel désagréable, qui voudra absolument vous volez de l’argent par un quelconque moyen : Ne pas vous rendre la monnaie, ne pas précisé si votre petit déjeuner est inclu ou non, ne pas préciser que les bouteilles d’eau mises à votre disposition DANS votre chambre sont payantes, etc…

Everything was really nice, the pool the staff and the room. I also like that it was easy to get transportation from there also with tricycle and it's very close to the city and airport. Maraming salamat!

Deep Forest Garden Inn was a very nice stay. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and did the job for a single night. As well as the pool and garden area was very nice too. The only downside was that the location didn't have many shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The food and service was excellent. Also the pool was very pretty.

Pool was nice. The bed was comfy. The price was good. Close to the airport

Not enough amenities and the shower wasn’t very strong. The dinner service stopped at 6pm. The breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am which was too late if you had a tour organised. The fan was loose and sounded like it was going to come loose. There was too much chlorine in the pool which stained the swimming costume/ shorts.

The shower barely provided a trickle of water and the toilet didn’t work . I did leave them a gift when I left . Mitch the main staff member was surly and the other few sullen. Bottled water not complimentary and nor was there and complimentary coffee sachets not even Nescafé . It boasts a wine cellar but when I asked I was told no wine .

The atmosphere was very nice and quiet, we liked the location and the nature that surrounded us. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the transportation was very easy and reasonably priced. The tours were much interesting and fun. I would definitely visit here again.
