Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Le lit et plus largement la chambre fait largement le travail pour 2 nuits.
Néanmoins, la rue en dessous est bruyante ainsi que la climatisation, je conseille de prendre des boules quies (ils en proposent dans les chambres). Pour finir les volets ne sont pas occultants et la propreté laisse à désiré (cheveux sur les draps et dans la salle de bain, des moutons de poussières).

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The breakfast is ok, but the variation is limited due to non-delivery of their supplies. Drinking Water is readily available during our stay. The location is quite strategic, near jeepney routes, baywalk, church, market and mall.
The aircon is not that cold, me and my husband is kind of sweating during our stay in the room during daylight.

La limpieza.... arañas , mucho polvo.... muchas hormigas aunque estoy acostumbrado.... ruido del aire acondicionado.... Enchufes mal y rotos.... No había agua para ducharse.... sino hay agua o no llega arriba , porque alquilan la habitación? Tuve que ir a otra habitación a ducharme.... lo siento por las trabajadoras.... pero el jefe tiene que espabilar y mucho.... Habitación muy vieja , le hace falta una buena mano de mantenimiento y de todo ..... Un despropósito..... me fui un día antes ....

Balcony room was super noisy with thin curtains so I couldn't sleep. Room was cleaned with heavily perfumed cleaning products that made me feel sick... TV had been cleaned with products so you couldn't seem anything as damaged.

The shower was a nightmare, there was no water pressure, and sometimes no water came out at all. When it did, it was barely warm and usually cold. The room was generally quite dirty. The street noise was very loud; it felt like the bed was outside because you could hear everything.

The double bed was very small, and because the room is located close to the main street, it was extremely noisy — even during the night. The air conditioning unit is quite old; although it works, it is also very loud.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Las chicas super amables ! La limpieza bien, ubicacion super bien, cerca del aeropuerto y cerca del Paseo Maritimo Baywalk. Nuestra habitacion que daba a la calle principal, es un poco ruidosa por las tardes y por las mañanas pero nos dieron tapones para las orejas. El desayuno super rico . La relacion calidad precio bastante bien, el alojamiento ofrece servicios basicos y utiles como aire acondicionado, wifi gratis, baño privado, TV , incluso balcón.
¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Balayong Pension! Las chicas son súper amables y siempre atentas. La limpieza de la habitación super bien y la ubicación es excelente: cerca del aeropuerto ( 7 min en tuk tuk ) y del paseo marítimo Baywalk, con restaurantes a un paso ( 5 min andando). Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal, así que por las tardes y mañanas había un poco de ruido, pero nos proporcionaron tapones para los oídos, lo cual se agradece. El desayuno fue delicioso y la relación calidad‑precio muy buena. El alojamiento ofrece todo lo que necesitas: aire acondicionado, wifi gratis, baño privado, TV e incluso un balcón. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos!

Great location near Rizal street and Baywalk. The common area has a dispenser with free cold and hot water, a kitchen, and a refrigerator (possibly working).
The Wi-Fi is completely dead on the third floor. You can only use your own mobile internet. Or go down to the second floor to the public area. I think it makes sense to put a normal router on the third floor; it's inexpensive.

La wifi ne marche pas si vous êtes dans une des chambres du fond. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit et il faut monter sur une chaise pour l’allumer/l’éteindre (en tout cas dans notre chambre). Rideaux peu couvrants et murs fins donc on entend tout le bruit de la rue + des gens de l’hôtel.

Pedimos el desayuno para las 6:30 de la mañana porque venían a recogernos para una excursión y solo tenían a una empleada cocinando todos los desayunos así que el desayuno nunca llegó. La wifi era pésima, el aire acondicionado funcionaba raro. El desayuno que le llegó a nuestro amigo no estaba nada bueno. Terrible experiencia.

Don't put single bed sheet on double bed yuck. Don't say ATM 2km away when 1 is 20m around corner. Don't say no sell water near here when shop nextdoor sells it. Don't serve breakfast of fried egg toast and chicken sausage STONE cold cooked night before left in fridge to be served next day yuck. Try at least to sweep a bedroom floor once In 3 days. Don't say n house keeping when you need toilet paper!

Самое важное, что для нас по прибытию забронировали экскурсию на светлячков, и на следующий день на подземную реку с последующим трансферов в Эль Нидо. У входа в гостиницу есть кофейня и маленький магазинчик, на одну ночь всё ок. На утро был накрыт стандартный завтрак к назначенному времени.
Видимо нам не очень повезло, оба номера выходили на основную улицу, рядом церковь, школа. В 3-4 утра ездили машины и мотоциклы с сигналами, потом шли барабанщики и пели песни, а потом просто пели песни Майкла Джексона в соседней церкви. Видимо, только нам так не повезло за несколько дней до Рождества и мы столкнулись с местными традициями лицом к лицу. Не выспались от слова совсем, а ведь поезда на реку и трансфер были одним и самых утомительных.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Great location, very close to the marina. Very basic furniture but that was perfectly fine for us. The pillows were fantastic and the a/c work perfectly. Staff is lovely!
The water pressure can be very bad. Washing long hair can be challenging. No shampoo in the shower. They only provide a courtesy kit with single use shampoo, which is not much but the staff is very nice and will always provide more if requested.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Czysto,schludnie, bardzo uprzejma obsluga.Klima,ciepla woda, nie mam pretensji. Lokalizacja w centrum ale to nie plus tylko minus. Duzo sklepow im przydatnych, czyli : elektryczny, z ciuchami z drugiej reki, z czesciami do skuterow, akcesoria do telefonow itp. Nadrabia to public market. Nie zbyt wiele street fodow. Promenada niedaleko to jedna porazka Odpust w Kalwarii i kilka knajp ale co ciekawe w zadnej nie ma toalety. Jeszcze a'propos porazek - w opisie wystepuje plaza odlegla 2,5 km.."pristine beach". Nie istnieje nic takiego !!! Przeszedlem 4 km i po wielu zapytaniach, trafilem. Po 4 km asfaltem, 700m przez las, ostatnie 200 m przez bloto po kostki a na koncu -bambusowa krata zamknieta na klotke. Na moje glosne przeklenstwa wyszla pani, otworzyla klotke i sie zdziwilem. Pristine beach 10 m2 piasku jedna lajba na mieliznie -odplyw.i nic wiecej. I jeszcze to nic zamkniete krata!?!?!? Ale ad rem to ma byc opinia obiektu.Bylo godnie, stad moje oceny .

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025レストランやカフェ、ランドリーショップ、ベイウォークも徒歩ですぐの便利な場所。 大きなSMモールも徒歩圏内で生活に不自由なことはない。人通りも多いので夜でも危ない感じはなかった。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切。色々な予約をしてくれて色々なことを教えてくれた。爪を切ってネイルしたいと言ったら部屋にネイリストを呼んでくれて助かった。
幹線道路沿いのため車の音は結構する。複数の学校が近くにあるので夕方以降は学生が賑やか過ぎることがある。 水圧はシャワーもトイレもかなり弱め。
