It would be great if the hotel had a restaurant and an ATM on-site. The shower could also be improved by having a flexible, adjustable shower head that guests can move themselves.

Location
9.9/10Consistently described as excellent, central, and close to malls, restaurants and safe areas — a major strength.

7.8/10Several guests reported room deterioration and malfunctioning items (TV, remotes, AC controls, stuck curtains) although some rooms were described as clean and comfortable.

8/10Basic amenities are present but there are recurring maintenance issues (air conditioning noise/failure, broken safe, electrical outlets) and the absence of an on-site restaurant was noted.
Value for Money
8/10Mixed signals: some guests feel price does not fully match quality due to maintenance/cleanliness issues, while location and breakfast add perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.9/10Breakfast is repeatedly praised as excellent and is one of the clearest positive highlights across reviews.
Overall Experience
9.6/10Many guests report excellent stays thanks to location, breakfast and staff; however, notable negative incidents (cleanliness, maintenance, isolated service complaints) temper the experience for some.
