Bara läge , det var mycket aktivitet ute samt bra personal alltid var tills hand

Vatten var mycket kalt på morgonen när man ville duscha, maten var inte bra mycket mycket vanligt. Det fanns ingen vatten när man skulle spola vid toalett besök. Jag bokade 2 rum men när jag skulle checka in Sa de att rummet är inte bredvid varandra , jag tackade till ett familj rum , som fick ett vikbar säng. När jag gick till receptionen för att byta till 2 rum , sa de att de har inga lediga. Det vett jag det var bara bluff. Jag hade inget val att avboka hotellet för att den Var inte återbetalningbar , jag var tvungen att stannar

The night time entertainment was boring, Needs improvement, Upstairs could do with a bouncy castle/kids club during the day, Exercises in the pool with the girl is excellent,The entertainment boy is too busy chasing girls,Thus makes having a drink at night like sitting in a library, Other than that place is welcoming/worth staying with

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good and tasty. Plenty of choices available. The room was very nice and tidy. The air-conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Water boiler for tea and coffee in the room. Also fridgeraider.

I paid for 1 room with a single bed and a double bed and when I arrived I was given a room with 2 single beds When I raised this problem with the lady at reception she insisted that I don't need a double bed because it's just me and my son, when I explained that I specifically wanted a double bed for myself and that I paid for it she told me that they didn't have any rooms left and then she got very rude So I was bassicly conned I stayed in that room for 1st night and waited for the manager to arrive the next morning The manager also insisted that I didnt't need a double bed I was gobsmacked Eventually they moved me to the correct room Having had this problem I checked the reviews on TripAdvisor and the 1st review that I see was complaining about the same problem, Once I was in my room the experience was ok Didn't like the food

Väldigt trevlig personal och bra service! Däremot var maten väldigt blandad, allt från riktigt bra mat till att det fanns mögel på ost och tomater. Stor skillnad på maten från dag till dag. Sängarna var ganska hårda, men personalens service vägde upp detta boendet. Vi ger det 4/5 ⭐️

Essen für 3 Sterne voll ok, Auswahl und geschmacklich , Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit; Zimmer wie schon zuvor voll in Ordnung, großes Bad und schöner Balkon.. Insgesamt recht einfach gehalten, aber freundliche Atmosphäre. HAMAM sehr gepflegt und nettes kompetentes Personal. Kleiner Innenpool im Hamanbereich. Weiterempfehlung

Ingen klager herfra. Super venligt personale. Skønt stort værelse, hvor intet mangler. Stort udvalg i buffeten.

The one and only pros of this property was it’s location and nothing more.

The rooms were dusty and dirty, the beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. Every morning and close to the evening you could smell the sewage coming up from the bathroom holes. Under the beds weren’t been cleaned for months, the air conditioning filter hasn’t been cleaned in years. The staff after 12pm would sit by the pool drink and just being so loud all the way into early morning. You could still hear them down by the pool even if the balcony was shut close. Then tea and coffee cups were dirty. There was one person who was always standing by the buffet ( with the ponytail ) and just stare at everyone eating that made people very uncomfortable and so much more. For me it was the last time I will ever book this place and upto today I’m still confused that why they call it a hotel!

The location is good, 40min walk/15min bus to the city center. There's quite a lot of noise/music from neighbouring hotels and nightclubs. The rooms are in quite good condition. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is fairly clean (some visible permanent stains). The water temperature was very hard to set in my room. The reception staff is slow. I had to wait quite often until a competent person was available. The food was disappointing and of the cheapest quality. A plus is the pool area, which is quite nice. Wifi is good in the rooms, but often unusable in the dining and pool area. The beach is a 10min walk away. Loungers are free, but no beach towels are provided.

I stayed saturday night in hotel food ok staff friendly i dont understand why bar and restuarant in same place . Bar closes at 11pm we went all inclusive .hotel full of russian dj playing all russian music nothing for european people . Jot happy

Get a better, quieter, nicer, more modern hotel with good food and excellent sea views.

Rent og fint Hotel med hyggelige ansatte og god service. Bra mat som all inclusive. Meget sentralt til hav, shopping og koselige restauranter.
