Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Über all abgeschlagene Kanten und Ecken, aufgequillter Türrahmen, Silikon rum geschmiert, bis auf die Mitte vom Dusch Glas. Tischkante abgeschlagen, Kühlschrank sehr klein, beim Ziehen am Griff, kommt der ganze Kühlschrank entgegen. Alte Bettwäsche , keine Zusatz Kissen, ein Stuhl auf Zimmer.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, justo enfrente de la playa. Nos sorprendió lo bien que se come en el restaurante del hotel, muy recomendable. Los arroces muy buenos.
Las habitaciones necesitarian una reforma, son algo antiguas, pero aún asi el hotel es muy recomendable. Los precios del restaurante algo altos, pero todo muy rico.

I requested rooms next to each other if possible, but we were on separate floors.

Parte de las instalaciones (la ducha) estaban algo más anticuada, pero no afectaba a la funcionalidad.

Hotel y restaurante junto, sin intimidad, tanto para el cliente de hotel como de restaurante. El paso al ascensor esta en el restaurante y veias todo el rato al personal del hotel comer, hablar de sus cosas... El acceso a la playa pasas por el mismo restaurante, cosa que yo no veia bien, pasar con arena y demas por donde esta la gente comiendo. Habitaciones grandes, pero el baño, sobretodo la ducha, rota y sucia.

Limpieza muy muy justita. Las manchas del espejo ya estaban antes de llegar y allí seguían una semana después. Una vez en la semana limpiaron la terraza, en un sitio de playa. Hay un bar de copas al lado, tapones para dormir. El aire acondicionado solo tiene dos posibilidades on-off, en verano es el infierno o la nevera. Ah, para desayunar hay buenos sitios cerca mejores que el hotel. Le sobra una estrella.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Absolutely perfect location - right on the beachfront and a stones throw from all the restaurants and shops. Worth paying extra for sea view as can enjoy on the lovely large balcony. Rooms were clean and shower was good. Aircon worked very well. There is a supermarket a 5 minute walk from the back of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and polite and they were very accommodating when are flight was delayed and we arrived late.
The fridge in the room is not that powerful and took a long time to cool our drinks and food stored in there so best to allow time for this. Maybe could have done with a long length mirror in the room - perhaps near the entrance.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Está justo en la calle paralela a la Playa, y tiene salida directa a la playa por el restaurante. En la calle paralela hay un aparcamiento público. El personal es super atento y amable.
Los picaportes de las puertas de entrada a las habitaciones necesitan una buena reparación. Las habitaciones y los baños hace ya tiempo que las amortizaron. La presión del agua del lavabo muy baja.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Sympatyczna obsługa. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Jest czysto i przyjemnie. W pokoju jest lodówka, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki (również wymieniane jeśli jest potrzeba). Z restauracji na dole można wypożyczyć do pokoju talerze, sztućce. W hotelu jest winda, w pokojach są rolety chroniące przed słońcem, a także klimatyzacja. Obiekt jest w centrum El Campello, znajduje się w pierwszej linii brzegowej. 5 min do sklepu: Mercadona, Lidl, czy zwykłego warzywniaka. Do kolejki, która zawiezie do Alicante lub w przeciwnym kierunku do Benidorm, Calp, czy Altei około 10 min pieszo (częściowo pod górkę). Też jest to plus, bo wracając zmęczonym po wycieczce idziemy tylko z górki :) Miasteczko małe, ciche, spokojne, do rodzinnych wypoczynków. Do Alicante jedzie się pociągiem około 20 min, do Benidorm trzeba poświęcić 1h, a do Calp trzeba liczyć już nieco ponad 2h, ale podróż też jest urokliwa. Jeśli będzie kiedyś okazja i możliwość wybiorę Hotel La Familia, ponieważ jest to sprawdzone i bezpieczne miejsce na odpoczynek o każdej porze roku i dobra baza wypadowa po Costa Blanca.
Jedyne co można ulepszyć/dodać, to w pokoju może przydać się czajnik.

Es un hotel bastante antiguo, la cama era muy incómoda, estuvimos 1 noche sin aire acondicionado, había pedido un ventilador al día siguiente y no me lo trajeron, la atención fue sin más, el cepillo del wc estaba completamente sucio en la parte del mango cuando ni siquiera habíamos usado el baño y algunas personal del personal notablemente no querían estar allí o no les gustaba su trabajo.
